We
had
an
appointment
today
at
Oaklands.
Thankfully
we
are
registered
at
Sun
Lane
Surgery
but
if
I
understood
well,
their
nurse
was
at
Oaklands
today.
My
3
years
old
son
was
very
poorly,
he
had
high
temperature
as
well.
We
got
the
prescription,
went
to
Paydens
but
we
were
told
that
they
are
out
of
this
medication.
We
went
back
to
Oaklands
and
the
nurse
asked
me
to
check
other
pharmacies
and
if
we
have
no
luck
we
should
go
back
and
she
will
prescribe
us
something
else.
Long
story
short
we
had
to
go
back
but
the
blond
lady
receptionist
was
not
helpful
at
all.
Tried
to
send
us
to
Sun
Lane
surgery
and
avoid
us
seeing
the
nurse
again.
Again,
I
was
with
my
poorly
3
years
old
and
I
was
instructed
by
the
nurse.
She
had
no
manner
and
at
the
end
she
was
acting
like
I
should
be
thankful
for
getting
medication
for
my
son.
They
are
asking
patients
to
be
respectful
yet
they
are
the
ones
being
disrespectful.
