Had an amazing experience here! The food and drinks were impeccable. I came with my husband just for a drink and we ended up having dinner here. I would definitely recommend the 8oz Ribeye Steak with Rosemary fries, the steak is soo juicy and perfectly cooked. Generally the weekends are very busy so better to book a table in advance!!

Consistently well crafted cocktails, helpful suggestions from bartenders. The actual servers that were there when we went were not very attentive and everyone has a “scan the barcode and order online” mentality. Pretty much not trying to interact with anyone which lacks that personal feel in my opinion.

Overall good experience. Food: chicken burger tasty and succulent. Drink: Green tea - Sadly Twinning Tea bag in pot :( Disappointed - cool bars must serve loose leaf teas. A bit greedy! Staff welcoming. Thank you

The ambiance is greaaaat!! Excellent atmosphere, food tastes really good!!! And the drinks too. Extremely clean venue, pleasant and cheerful staff. Food & drink comes out on time, prices are good too. The food portions are quite small though. Apart from that I'd give it 4.5 stars.

If you want good deals on food and drinks, All Bar One is the place to be. This particular branch is spacious but cosy, and in a perfect location to stop off for some lunch or to get the party started. I stopped by with a friend to have a snack-type lunch and found the food to be tasty and plentiful. Although I did not have a drink this time around, I have in the past had drinks at all bar one and always found the cocktails to be well made. Service at this all bar one was also very good.

Wish we took photos of the great presentation and great looking location. The staff and food were wonderful too. One of our family had a nut allergy and although a young staff member was on his first day, he was sure to make sure it was noted on the system and sent clear instructions to the kitchen. Diligence like his, saves lives. The manager was also a very friendly, professional and clearly hard working chap. Thanks everyone.

Great service when it comes to food and drink. The bar staff have good chemistry and respect for the customers and ensure that all customers have a lovely time. They are very good at gauging social cues and capitalising on social relationships and making you feel like you're welcome in the establishment. An example is Dean who not only served us throughout his shift but made our time full of banter and enjoyment.

We popped in for a quick dinner while in the area. Service was good. They were out of a few options so we had to resort to burgers. Food was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. As far as all bar ones go, this is one of the better ones. They have a lot of seating, but expect it to be busy whenever you go. Overall good.

I don’t know if we came on a bad day, but we didn’t have a great experience. The service wasn’t good and was a hit and a miss. The cocktails were lovely. The tea was lukewarm warm when it was served. Laksa was like warm while the fish and chips were hot. I feel like the staff were overworked and busy. I hope the all bar staff get a bonus for Christmas. It was very busy, so I guess the service suffered. The music suddenly became loud at 14:30 in the afternoon and it was so loud in the restaurant.

Unclear when arriving as to whether we could just take a seat or needed to wait. Eventually got told we could could anywhere. Ordered a bottle of Prosecco on the app which took over 5 minutes to arrive, when it wasn't that busy but due to only one person behind the bar. Glasses were warm having been steamed just before being brought over despite having just being taken off the shelf. Staff not particularly friendly or welcoming. On the plus side the toilets were clean and well advertised. Overall however the venue lacks atmosphere and I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Delicious food. Lovely and clean restaurant. Able to order via the app. Virginia cocktails available. Highly recommended.

The location is amazing. Literally next Olton london eye. But the food was average and service. Well, there isn't any. You place your order at the bar and the food is served when ready. No upselling or suggestive selling. You pay your bill at the counter and leave. My first time here and was bit surprised to see this service style in such a place. Also food wasn't worth remembering. We ordered burger and chicken foccaica m. Both of them were just average. The churros were overcooked from outside. Overall, not a memorable meal or nothing worth mentioning.

We did bottomless brunch and the food and drinks were great. The staff working were lovely and friendly, but there were not enough staff on shift so service was slow. It took 20 minutes from sitting to receiving our first drink.

A huge thank you to Mike and the Team for their warm and efficient hospitality last week. My friend enjoyed her birthday drinks immensely! I’ve been coming here for a long time and really enjoy the hospitality and service matched with a decent menu. With a prime location, I can recommend anyone to dine or even have a drink. Look forward to returning very soon!

Lovely evening at All Bar One. Candles on tables, good selection of food. Julia was very helpful to advise us on drinks to order when they had run out of some ingredients. Burger could have been hotter but was nice. Music should maybe be more chilled. Overall great.

Amazing service! Had a great birthday celebration there very well hosted by Mike, drinks were flowing. We had amazing views seated well and they even adjusted air con for us!!

Stopped in for breakfast on an accidental long layover in London. The food was delicious, and Dean and Uday provided great service! The drinks in particular were wonderful!

Drinks are amazing, it's all done by QR code and there was very few staff about, our food was quick considering it was busy, my chicken and chorizo was over cooked, we had to ask for water a few times before we got some. A nice atmosphere and the restaurant/toilets are clean and tidy.

The experience in this bar wasn’t as we expected. They brought the drinks after bringing the main menu. They have mistaken the steaks, did not know which was medium and which was well done. Some of the kids burgers had salad leaves others didn’t. The food was cold.

You can expect everything to be good for an All Bar One but don’t expect anything amazing beyond that. It feels a little unclear at times but nothing a wipe down between guests wouldn’t sort. We sheltered in here from the rain but it was cold inside so we were still damp after a couple of hours. We ordered food and also some cocktails. It was reasonably priced but the cocktails tasted fairly week. A good selection of beers as you would expect.

When you arrive there is a sign for you to choose a table and seat yourself. Then you sit at the table, scan the menu and order on your phone, so you dont really get much "service". however, i dont like the fact that they automatically charge 10% tip for the food when there is no waiter. Music was excellent and the food was good. Place has a good vibe but no waiter service.

My parents and I came here on my dad's birthday in hopes of a lovely light bite to complete our busy day. Upon entry, there was no one to meet us or inform us of how things work. We had not dined at ABO before. We sat ourselves down and could see all the staff talking away to each other and it would have been a mode enjoyable experience to have had staff that were alert to customers and ready to help if needed. I had to get up to ask how to order and the waitress informed me to use the app/bar. This should have been made clearer upon entry rather than a sorry looking bookmark stuck on the tables telling us to order online. There was also two tables that came in after us and I saw them both struggling to gain a waitresses attention before going up to the bar to ask what to do. Upon receiving my food, I can honestly say I have never had a worse chicken quesadilla in my LIFE. Unfortunately I was so disappointed with my food. The tortilla was so burnt, unappetising and too crispy/hard to bite into. The chicken was bland and was not as piping hot as one would have hoped. It was about 9.90 for this sad looking and small meal. I highly do not recommend dining here and will not be returning. Not dining related but another noticeable thing was how all the young waitresses had not tucked in their shirts or tied their hair properly back but the waiters had tucked in their shirts and had hair away from the face. I'm not sure why this left an impression but it would have been nice to have been served by those who take pride in themselves and their job. Really disappointing for Waterloo :(

15 minutes and unable to get served a drink. App doesn’t work and bar staff show total disinterest for anyone who approaches the bar, or directly asks a staff member. Apparently “busy” with 7 staff and half the seats empty. Water dripping from the ceiling onto a light fixture at the bar. Pleasant place to sit while waiting for the London Eye, don’t bother trying to pay them.

Phone was dying because of tourism activities, stopped here for a drink and found $2 chargers that completely charged my phone back to 100% from 10% within minutes! Not only that but the food, drinks and service were incredible and super affordable! Not far from the London Eye! A perfect place to grab a drink, charge, and some food. Would definitely recommend. We had Abhishek as our server and he was super sweet!!!

This place was lovelyy for me and my friend to catch up in! Staff are lovely, specially davinchi who was absolutely brilliant and was very accomodating. Me and my best always seem To end up here at the end and we always have an amazing night!

By far, the best bar team I've ever had the pleasure of being served by. The bartender, Lee, gave me a recommendation I'll live by and Jana is amazing with people. She treats her staff so well. I'll definitely come back. And who knows, maybe I'll even apply for a job here. P.S. Anna's hilarious 😂

My girlfriend took me to All bar one- Waterloo for my the start of my birthday Shenanigans. Our waiter was Dean and he whipped up a good few cocktails for us. His service was very professional, friendly and engaging. Great bar tender 👌🏾👌🏾

The service here was incredible, staff were very attentive and saw to our very need. The bar on a Friday is very vibey. Drinks are lovely, quick service and wonderful atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

We came to All bar one in Waterloo... Myron was extremely helpful and accommodating. He suggested drinks for the table and ensured we were content and happy at all times. I had an excellent experience and birthday! Highly recommended... with excellent customer service! Myron is a credit to the company and the kind of staff you need!

Myron and Roberto were amazing staff. Myron cleared an area for more of my group to sit together and Roberto provided great entertainment throughout the evening. Good was great and drinks arrived quickly. Music wasn’t too loud so we could hear each other. Would definitely recommend this location for anyone to have a get together!!

Very strange concept. You order and pay (and tip upfront!) via a website. Then your food is brought to you. Food is decent but service is lacking. We only had contact with a server when we got our food. The server said our drinks would be brought to us, but halfway through our food, we had to go to the bar to get them ourselves. I guess the concept could work, but the servers don’t seem to take any responsibility for”their” tables, so guests aren’t helped in the way they should be. Also, very strange to tip upfront! With the level of service we received, I wouldn’t have tipped unfortunately.

Service very good and the place has a good atmosphere. Great thing is you can order it from a QR code on the table or you can do it at the bar. Only downside are the prices but I guess it's standard everywhere in London

I have mixed feelings about this place. Food was 3/5. However, the drinks were great. The wait was way too long. But, the staff was friendly.

Our server was Moses for the evening. We just had drinks but we had a lovely evening. If there were any questions or more drinks, Moses was very helpful through our visit. Definitely will come back here again.

Moses the server was fabulous. Not sure what this man makes but he deserves a raise. Quesadillas were yum. Drinks were good. Servers at the bar could be improved. But like I said - Moses was the best and a cutie. Give this man a raise.
