Exceptional. The Conrad hotel exemplifies excellence is hospitality. I have been to a number of hotels across London and the Conrad is superb. The team are incredible and under the superb management of Beverly, they are always on hand to help. Special mention too to Greg for being super and incredibly helpful, Fatma who always handles my many requests with ease and Clifton who is a delight. Rooms are always spotless, large and spacious. The bedding is cloud like and just perfect. I’ve stayed in a number of room categories. Including the Conrad suite for which I attach pics. They are all equally perfect. Dining from breakfast to room service is superb. The executive lounge is the best of any Hilton property I’ve been to over the years (in the UK and the world). I adore this hotel and it is truly my home from home. Well done Beverly and the team.

My husband booked this hotel for our first year anniversary. We had the most amazing time! When we entered to check in, the receptionist instantly upgraded our room as a anniversary gift. The room was absolutely amazing, so comfortable and very aesthetic. Service 10/10.. Can't complain. We had access to the lounge which was available till 11pm and I have to say, the lounge room is amazing. They have a large TV and all kind of snacks and drinks unlimited!! We are vegetarians and unfortunately they didn't have many options on the table HOWEVER when we told the staff, they instantly took actions and made fresh vegetarian snacks and food for us. Bed and breakfast was included with our offer and the breakfast was also in the lounge however due to limitation of vegetarian food, they asked us to go downstairs to the main restaurant where they can cook fresh food for us free of charge. I mean, honesty the hotel, staff, service, everything was amazing! It's in the heart of Central London, 5 min walk to the tower of London, 15 min walk to London Eye.. Everything is so near. Simply can't complain. Thank you for making our anniversary so special.. Will definitely recommend to anyone planning to do any kind of celebrations.

This hotel can’t be beat! From the moment we stepped into this hotel we were treated like royalty. Marco at the front desk was very kind and helpful - we were even offered a room upgrade. The rooms are modern by English standards and extremely well cared for- very clean! The morning buffet at Blue Boar offered something for everyone; even as a person with food sensitivities, I always found enough to eat. We also enjoyed Blue Boar Pub in the evening for supper - we liked it so much, we returned three times! The executive lounge was a great place to grab a snack and beverage. After touring around the city for five days, I can confidently say that this hotel is in the BEST location. Many must see attractions are within walking distance but even if you need the underground, it’s just across the street. Every single member of staff was lovely and hospitable. We were blown away by this hotel and hope to return. Thank you!

I stayed here for a week with my family while traveling for work. Our room was very clean and cleaning/refreshing was offered daily. I was gone most of each day, but thought everyone was very nice and accommodating. Staff were happy to help with taxis, umbrellas, and gave me converters for electronics after I realized I left mine at home. My family was at the hotel much more than I was, and they had great things to say about the staff, food, etc.

My wife and I booked four nights to celebrate our birthdays and we had an extraordinary experience at this fine hotel. The location is superb. Our room was attractive, well appointed, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet, executive lounge, and Blue Boar offered ample, excellent food and beverage options. The staff -- front desk, restaurants, housekeeping, and concierge -- were friendly and dedicated to providing great hospitality. Special thanks to the concierge team for a big assist related to a check out error on my end. We thoroughly enjoyed this stay and look forward to a return visit!

Wonderful staff and all needs were attended to when necessary. John Paul, Concierge, was very helpful, with good tips and reservations. The location was very central to go just about anywhere from there. Blocks away from Buckingham Palace, right across the street from a train station and easy to find. Good dining choices within a 10 minute walk of here and variety of bars as well. The hotel was clean and as we celebrated 2 occasions while we were here, it was nice to see them step up for those. We would definitely stay again.

Room spacious and spotlessly clean. All the members of staff we encountered were lovely. Offering help and advice where needed. The staff working within the executive lounge were all attentive and welcoming. However one member of staff I need to name, Peter I felt went that extra mile in there and is an asset to your company . Will use this hotel and the lounge again!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at (globally), have had great experiences at all the Conrad’s I’ve stayed at. You are made felt special the moment you step foot on the premises, and the staff is amazing and so supportive. The executive lounge was small, but the food was good and the offerings were sufficient.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! People working at the reception, in the lounge, in the restaurant are amazing! Breakfast is great with a lot of options. Lounge has breakfast, afternoon tea with sandwiches and canapé in the evening. The room is super clean. The bathtub is very big with a separate shower

Absolutely wonderful. The service was outstanding, the rooms were spacious and the location can’t be beat. I stayed with my 6-year-old daughter and the staff could not have treated us better (they even gave her a stuffed animal upon arrival). I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very difficult, of not impossible, to top this as a hotel. Excellent well-maintained rooms, in a location that is reasonable walking distance to many top attractions. Helpful friendly staff. Easy to obtain a cab. The breakfast is top notch; strongly urge you to get a room that includes the executive lounge and breakfast

I’m a bit of a hotel snob! I booked this hotel due to its location as i was at an event at the houses of parliament that day. I have to say i was delighted. Every member of staff i met were friendly, helpful and could not do enough for you. The room was a nice size for London with a separate bath & shower. I ate in the pub there and again great food and service! It was clean and i will return again! Gem! Thanks guys!

Conrad London St James is an ideal base for exploring London. Numerous tourist attractions (Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and Buckingham Palace) are within walking distance, and the subway is a 10m walk away. Also, the staff is friendly and the rooms are in good condition. If you have a room with lounge access or are a Diamond member, it would be nice to experience the lounge. I don't like alcohol so I didn't use it, but I saw a lot of people using it on Blue Boar evenings. It seems like a very popular place.

Phenomenally good housekeeping to say the very least. From cleanliness, amenities and exceptional turn down service, housekeeping gets a standing ovation. Front desk and bell very good. Concierge, I am not sure as the person I thought was concierge seemed not to fancy being bothered at the time. The executive lounge was excellent. Well kept and managed and the night manager is quite interested in serving his clients and keeping a top shop. The bad. Not sure if it was just the location of our room, but the underground made quite a racket. More akin to a hotel close to an airport runway. It was sure to have you awake just before 6am with the first weekday train. Food was a direct miss for us. Only the high end Pub next door open, which we tried on a Saturday night to the worst service and value of our seven country holiday. To their credit they were very apologetic and tried to make it right and the server was as frustrated as we were. We will save that experience for a direct review.

Wonderful stay at an amazing location in the heart of London. This Conrad did not disappoint and in fact exceed our expectations for the weekend stay. We only had two nights in London and the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect for sightseeing, literally a short walk away from Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Buckingham palace etc. It's also right next to the Tube station for easy access. As a Diamond member, my expectations were high and while we did not receive a room upgrade, the hotel still managed to make the stay special. We arrived super early after an overnight flight and a room was quickly made available while we waited in the executive lounge. The super nice check in staff apologized that the hotel was fully booked and no upgrades could be offered. A quick search confirmed no availability. However, the deluxe king room provided was on a high floor and actually offered quite a nice view. The room was exceptionally clean, I was truly impressed with the daily room service and the turn down service. Plus a bottle of champagne and thank you note was dropped off also. Well done. Loved the executive lounge, with delicious snacks and drinks in the afternoon. The breakfast spread in the morning was plentiful and quite delicious. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Stayed here with my husband mid October 2022. It was a nice stay. Best things by far were the location and the very helpful and accommodating concierge service. The gentlemen at the concierge desk were able to get us taxis to football matches, restaurants, etc. They arranged our airport transportation in a private vehicle. Just all around helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean. Very small but my husband and I both agreed it had the most comfortable bed we slept in during our vacation.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! One of the best breakfast from my Europe trip. It's walking distance to the Buckingham palace, Big Ben, and most of the London landmarks. I would recommend staying here.

This hotel was a wonderful splurge on our recent stay in London. The staff is very attentive. Everyone is dressed very professionally. We enjoyed the executive lounge and the various receptions. They provided a lovely little cot for our daughter. Location was perfect for the Underground and St James park. I can’t wait to come back again!

We were a large group of 8 that stayed at the Conrad London St. James for 4 nights. Even though it seemed like the hotel was running at full capacity, we've had a very enjoyable stay for a post pandemic vacation. The hotel staff were very kind, attentive, and did their best to provide us all with an "at home" feeling. Will definitely come back in the future. The location is good, with decent accessibility to public transportation, and a walking distance to the city's touristic areas. At night the area is on the quiet side, which is good if you're staying with small ones.

Wonderful Hotel. Great location within walking distance of so many main attractions. Rooms are spacious, clean, and beds are comfy. My daughter and I traveled for holiday and were so pleased with the Conrad. The staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend!

An exceptional hotel. When in London this is the place to stay. From the moment you walk in, there is no doubt you are an welcomed guest. Impeccable service. Well appointed and maintained rooms. The best Executive Lounge we have ever experienced.

This elegant secluded hotel is close to Buckingham Palace virtually adjacent to St James underground station. I didn’t stay there as I was meeting a friend but I enjoyed the convivial atmosphere in the spacious lobby/bar with its retro 50’s seating and elegant furnishings redolent of Art Deco. One minor criticism I was served stoned olives and nuts to compliment my drink but there was no receptacle to dispense of the pits and I had to wrap them in a serviette it was a little embarrassing

Fantastic hotel, staff and breakfast. This is definitely the best Hilton group hotel I have stayed in. Brilliant thanks exec lounge. Lovely rooms and great bathroom. Only stayed one night but just perfect from start to finish. All the team were wonderful but can’t recall their names to mention them specifically.

What a fabulous hotel! Service, impeccable throughout. I wish I had the name of the gentleman who managed the lounge, he performed his position with style and grace. The room itself was spacious and every amenity was outstanding. The location is deceptively special: you’re next to the Ministry of Justice and so near Westminster Abbey, but there’s also Queen Anne’s Gate that leads right to St James Park and St James Palace and within minutes you’re in Pall Mall and Piccadilly. Highly recommend a walk through the park at night. Would absolutely stay again.

A beautiful weekend stay, complimentary champagne for the birthday celebrations and everything you could ask for in the service and accommodation. The location meant it was quiet at night, the hotel was spotlessly clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious room (we had a deluxe king size) with the best shower. Comfy beds and lots of amenities. Would definitely visit again.

Spent one night here in a one bedroom suite for my birthday. One word: wow. The staff were extremely friendly and helped with any problem I had. The location is excellent, literally a few feet away from St James’ Park tube station and not far from Westminster Abbey/Big Ben. The reception and hotel facade were gorgeous and elegant. Once you enter the room, you are welcomed to a wide hallway, large bedroom & living room. The bathroom was stunning with marble sinks and a really big rainfall shower! I really enjoyed my birthday treat also. The only downside was the sink seemed to be clogged but it was a dual sink so wasn’t a problem. I would highly recommend staying here!

I recently stayed here for 10 days after having a surgery at a nearby hospital. The main aim of my stay was to be somewhere nearby to deal with any aftercare but also be somewhere clean, comfortable and relaxing where I wouldn’t need to stress about anything. That was exactly what I got from my stay here. From arrival, the guest services manager met us and introduced herself, giving us all the information we needed. We made ample use of the executive lounge and the staff in there were extremely helpful & friendly. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room clean. Every now and then a small present would pop up in the room, whether it was macarons, flowers, some chocolates. True hospitality! In terms of location, it was great - I was still mobile so being near St James park and some of the other sights made the first few days of not being able to far much more interesting. Overall, it was a great stay, and I can’t say thank you enough to the staff that made it so. If you were to book, you wouldn’t be disappointed.

This review is solely based on my communications with the concierge team as I have not yet taken my trip. I find it necessary to leave a review now because the concierge team is absolutely excellent at what they do. They have arranged a car for airport pick-up, a tour, and have answered many e-mails regarding accommodations for our young children. You must book this hotel for your future travel if you are traveling with family. They have made me feel extremely at ease about our upcoming trip. A very special thank you to Aaron who has been quick to respond and very pleasant to interact with. I will update my review once we've had our stay.

We were from Singapore travelling to London with 2 children from 18-22 December . We booked a family room which was spacious and well kept. The turn down service at end of each day was superb. The front concierge, bell boys were ever attentive and helpful in assisting us. Front office is gold standard in checking us in and out as well. Top rated hotel like its ranking. I would stay in Conrad again the next time I'm in London.
