    I have never left a bad review in my life, this branch is absolutely terrible please avoid this branch at any cost. They are completely unreliable and getting through to one of the sales team let alone a senior member of the team is very difficult and you can forget about speaking to the manager. I asked to speak to a manger and they transferred me back to europcar general team not this specific branch. Absolutely terrible

    Absolute joke of a company!!! Courtesy car turned up 24hrs late, rude when dropping it off. I taken a picture of the petrol and signed the place it was full to,taken a picture of the petrol before I gave it back yet a month later they've tried to take £30 out my account when I've rang them they have no invoice for it and I have to prove they taken it... be careful with this company that's all I'm saying

    It take me tow hours to get the car . There is one of the staf asking me so many questions , he ask when you arrive to uk while he get my passport and ask about airplane ticket and visa and prove for hem you are not living in uk and ask Maneger he came ask me you have to have tick back to my country , totally bad treatment and poor procedures, and believe it or not before one month i have rent from stansted airport Same co . And they have all document , last time for me with them .

    Absolutely the worst car and van rental in Europe, over priced terrible service, rented a van was absolutely filthy in the back and front. Complained and nothing happened even though I had the video to prove it.

    We rented a car here for the day, to drive out to Stonehenge. It was quick and easy, and the car was extremely nice. Turn-in was just as easy. We had a great experience here - and had a great day too!

    Fantastic customer service. Van was waiting for when I arrived and the check-in process was seamless and I was off within about 5 mins of arriving. I need to rent a van in Sept and this will be my first port of call. Drop off was just as seamless. Thank you for a great customer experience.

    Awful service. We have decided to go with EUROPCAR because of the delivery and the collection of the car. The first day, 30 mins before the delivery time, we received an email saying that they couldn't find our location ( an hôtel in Pinner ...). I suggest that your employees follow a course how to use a navigation system. We had to pay a UBER to pick up the car ourselves. We were supposed to leave for the week end and we waste 2 hours doing that. The last day, we called 3 times EUROPCAR (which couldn't reach the branch on the phone), to confirm that someone will collect the car. They say yes everytime except the last time when they say that the branch won't pick up the car as they were closing 30 mins after. Again, we waste our time, waiting for the branch. We were leaving for the weekend end, and left the car key 'in a safe place as requested. The next day we heard about someone asking where the key was ... 6 days later, nobody told us if the car was with EUROPCAR and we were still waiting for a final invoice. We had to call the customer service, to get news about the car and the invoice. To be short, the branch is offering a service which she can't provide. First time with EUROPCAR, and the last time ...

    Had a very easy and smooth experience with the collection and drop off. Drop off took 3 mins, literally! Helpful staff, clean vehicle and no pushy sales to buy add-ons for your rental. They were the cheapest and I shopped around everywhere.

    Staff made my experience even better. I booked the van last minute and online it said that I will have to wait for 4 hours before collecting. Magda has made it work for me much sooner than this! In the end, I dropped the car off and Mert was quick to complete the return form, plus he has given me tips on what to do next time when renting. No issues at all, smooth service.

    I Booked a van online night before they toke money from my account. when I want to collect the van they told me sorry we don’t have this size of the van. When I told they I really want van today. The manager come with very route and not a professional way talking as he doesn’t care about customers. After I returned the van. I did fully up the Diesel when I returned the van but still they toke £35 from my account. I will never use them Again if it’s going like that.

    My car was delivered on time and collected on time both the drivers were very nice and polite my only criticism was that the car had a strong smell of smoke which I didn’t like and actually gave me a headache each time I drove the car despite this I would definitely recommend Europcar in the future

    The only reason I am giving this review 1 star is because a wonderful person (Leo) in customer services helped me get a refund. I rented a van for a day and brought it back in great condition. Europcar Park Royal charged me a ridiculous amount extra, they said that I hadn't fully fuelled the vehicle when I brought it back. Apparently, 1/8 of the tank was "empty". I didn't take any pictures of the van when I brought it back, as I've never had any issues with any other provider in the past. This was a big mistake, as I should have taken a picture of the dashboard before and after. I went back to them to try and fix this. I spoke to them face-to-face to show them the transaction from my bank account as evidence that I had refuelled the vehicle. And somebody told me that a manager would get back to me the next day, but nobody ever did. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. They took money from me even if I did nothing wrong. I am never renting from here again ❌️❌️❌️❌️

    Customer service is amazing. They're very helpful when it comes to assisting you to make quick decisions on what you really want in terms of renting a vehicle. They're also patient to listen to your complains and help to resolve it. I will recommend them anytime.

    Europcar London Park Royal offers a good service and the administration staff are usually friendly and proactive with serving their customers. The vehicles are usually nice to drive and the value for money is pretty good. Some bookings are also available at short notice, helping keep plans flexible.

    The Polish lady - i think her name was Magda, was fantastic. I have been running an Events business in the Hospitality sector for 24 years and realise how important good staff are and I must say she was one of a kind. She was friendly, professional and super helpful and patient with all my questions about coming back for a monthly rental which I will do this month. She really made the experience a pleasure and was handling the other customers with the same friendliness, after returning the car I felt like part of the team, not a customer. I used to use Europcar all the time and then moved to Avis but will definitely now stay with Europcar, in particular the Park royal branch,. The car was also in excellent condition and cleanliness.     I had a long term car rental while waiting for my new car to arrive and have to say what a flawless service for a car rental company! From the point of making the booking (under a fantastic price comparing with others ), to the point of driving a trouble free car, to later extending the rental in such a quick efficient way at a fantastic price again and to finally dropping off the car... all very easy, efficient stress free! Also the guy at specific branch is really speedy , polite and helpful which just adds to the experience! Totally different experience to other car rental stations 1000% going there again if I need to

    Do not use. Passive aggressive staff. A closed express lane. And no apology even when it was clear that they were in the wrong. Never using Europcar again. Oh and don't bother complaining to head office. They take the word of what the local office claim and gaslight you into indicating you were in fact wrong, despite evidential proof of the opposite. Companies like this won't be around for much longer. Phew.

    We had a courtesy car as our car had to be repaired. Excellent service provided from day 1. A special thank you to the Lady I spoke to who helped me to arrange the pick up. I didn’t have any infos in hand but she was very patient with me and found the booking and done everything on my behalf. I would highly recommend Europcar Park Royal to everyone. They will look after you….

    From the initial reception and collection to the actual use of the vehicle and the drop-off; everything was perfect! Honestly I don’t understand where the recent negative reviews on Google came from as my experience here was excellent. The gentleman that showed me to my car was professional and friendly and very informative about everything the car had to offer and he informed me about what I should do should the car ever have any issues. The car itself was very good very clean and very intelligent; it had a feature called “adaptive cruise control“ which made travelling through France a complete breeze as my feet were resting throughout the journey. I’ve given this company and branch full stars as my experience was nothing short of perfect, many thanks!

    Friendly knowledgeable staff. Clean car and a quick guidance given about the vehicle on pick-up. Remember to give yourself extra time when hiring for the first time as this process can take 20-30 minutes. Overall experience was great.
