Awful
service.
We
have
decided
to
go
with
EUROPCAR
because
of
the
delivery
and
the
collection
of
the
car.
The
first
day,
30
mins
before
the
delivery
time,
we
received
an
email
saying
that
they
couldn't
find
our
location
(
an
hôtel
in
Pinner
...).
I
suggest
that
your
employees
follow
a
course
how
to
use
a
navigation
system.
We
had
to
pay
a
UBER
to
pick
up
the
car
ourselves.
We
were
supposed
to
leave
for
the
week
end
and
we
waste
2
hours
doing
that.
The
last
day,
we
called
3
times
EUROPCAR
(which
couldn't
reach
the
branch
on
the
phone),
to
confirm
that
someone
will
collect
the
car.
They
say
yes
everytime
except
the
last
time
when
they
say
that
the
branch
won't
pick
up
the
car
as
they
were
closing
30
mins
after.
Again,
we
waste
our
time,
waiting
for
the
branch.
We
were
leaving
for
the
weekend
end,
and
left
the
car
key
'in
a
safe
place
as
requested.
The
next
day
we
heard
about
someone
asking
where
the
key
was
...
6
days
later,
nobody
told
us
if
the
car
was
with
EUROPCAR
and
we
were
still
waiting
for
a
final
invoice.
We
had
to
call
the
customer
service,
to
get
news
about
the
car
and
the
invoice.
To
be
short,
the
branch
is
offering
a
service
which
she
can't
provide.

time
with
EUROPCAR,
and
the
last
time
