Unfortunately, this is not a luxury complex as advertised. The concierge team and the businesses in the area are the only benefit. A lot of weekly rentals through airbnb and vrbo. Many flats are rented by corporations who are capitalising on using the flats as short term and holidays lets. Not uncommon to hear someone telling concierge they are "checking in for the week". As a tenant having gone through a background check through Keysafe, I did not feel comfortable knowing I am basically renting in a hotel. We started locking our door when we realised the flat across from ours and next to ours had a different tenant each week. I would credit Knight Frank with the short term rentals as their agents are the ones renting to companies and turning a blind eye to the declining reputation of these properties.

a rather overbuilt Pigeon Hole Gentrification, with romanticized, revived socialistic project Eastern or Continental European Housing, not suitable for the historic Riverfront. Also it was just bulking up the scale of the area, and changing the $$ of the silver housing and pushing over the quiet community members fast out to the edge sooner or later. But, it has begun blatantly, since Tate Modern pushed its tourism flushed down deep south there first. and, the mixed use commercial feature on the ground level of the buildings are nothing for the locals but for the tourists. And, the entrances for the residents entrance and gyms are just strangely exposed to the public, without any transition space. Very rushed Design without much conceived thoughtful concept, done by, of course, invasive Berkeley Development. Somehow, Brits think the company is good (because they are big, yeah) I want to see the local planning board members' faces granting this project. London is becoming a giant theme park, and, I cannot often tell the difference of these new group housing projects from 3 star hotels any more.

Looks beautiful from the outside. If you are looking for location....this would be it. Would it be affordable to 99% of the population....No ;-)

We provided laundry towel service for this company and getting them to pay is like getting blood from a stone. Be warned - dont give them credit. Dreadful time wasters.

One Tower Bridge is situated on one of the last great riverside sites in London. Just moments from the City it offers the ultimate in 5-star luxury living experiences in the most exciting city in the world.

One Tower Bridge is a very modern apartment complex in a fairytale, central London location. The customer service provided by the porters is warm, professional and attentive. In particular, Sonia is an extremely dedicated employee, a very hard worker and always radiates positivity. The concierge team provides a personalised service that makes this location feel like home.

πŸ‘ This bulging vertiginous skyscraper set on a landscaped mini-piazza appropriately resembles a glistening Pharaonic sarcophagus. The irony is probably unintentional. 🫀 The company that maintains the commons areas (RMG - Residential Management Group) is a joke. The gardens were supposed to be looked after from time to time but it never happens. They blame "Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL)", but in the end if the third party is not doing its job, why don't you replace them?...
