WORST PLACE IN LONDON. Entry was £15, pretty standard. Drinks, however - £66 for 4 vodka Red bull’s, with bottom tier vodka, Kick as the mixer and no ice?!?! Ridiculous. Staff were incredibly and unnecessarily rude. Despite prime location, beyond awful. Had never been before and wish I had never gone. Just don’t go, so not worth it. Many other much more reasonably priced places within walking distance that don’t have tyrants patrolling the doors and drinks that you don’t have to sell your soul for.

I never normally leave reviews but my experience here was so awful that I felt like I needed too. I couldn't believe how rude most of the staff were even in completely normal situations like queing and paying to get in. They charged us 25 pounds to get in. I had a double vodka and soda water which cost £15?! But worst of all was when I went to leave I noticed my wallet was missing. I hadn't even technically left as I was in the smokers area and the bouncer was lifting the rope to let me out when I realised. She put the rope behind me and said "you've left now no reentry" I honestly couldn't believe it. I asked to go back in to have a look for my wallet and she said to talk to "head of security". So I went over to him and began to explain my situation and he started saying "are you listening?" So I replied "you weren't speaking but yes I want to listen" and he just replied "I wont talk to you" and walked off I was left standing there dumbfounded and upset at the treatment and started to get upset. I asked to speak to a manager which didn't happen and I was just left standing there. Then they were ignoring me and not answering whether someone was coming to talk to me or not. So I went to walk back in to find my wallet. Two bouncers grabbed me and threw me out. The manager came out and said wait until tomorrow which was obviously not what I wanted to do. I tried to speak to three separate police officers but unfortunately they were dealing with cases of pickpocketing, assaults and I heard one lady saying that the staff had assaulted her friend. It was a really traumatic experience for me as I don't go clubbing much and not used to those kinds of scenes or that kind of behaviour from bouncers. I'm still upset about the treatment and haven't had any replies to my emails and their phone numbers do not work. Will never go back there ever again it was a gross club anyway. Nothing short of disappointment. Upon entry, we found most of the areas empty and closed, and the only area available was void of people. Security randomly kicked 2 people out, and then just 1 hour after entry at midnight, they decided to close. Not to mention the price of drinks - all to watch them pour horribly and not even give you what you pay for. Won’t be going here again, don’t recommend that anyone else does either.

for everyone who wants to go to this club , everywhere is the lights I asked manager to turn of lights he went to me : it's for your own safety 😁 nobody wants to dance because it feels like in the kitchen at home not night club . The entrance is 20 the jacket is 5 quid ... sorry but owners needs to do something about it.... there used to be nice club 1 year ago now the manager is ruining it...

Tried to find nice place for dancing to celebrate my friend’s 40th birthday and found this club online. My friends and I decide to get in. Music was good and we enjoy dancing. Just stay for 1 hour as type of guest kind like tenage group, so we thought this is not for us. We had nice time.

The mixed race guy at the door/bar tending is a a liar and only serves half the drinks you pay for. Place is always empty especially if you are a tourist. AVOID.

Honestly such a rude and disrespectful club. Been here before 3 times and it was an okay experience but that was more than 3 years ago. This time we bought 4 tickets for £50 and upon arrival we were straight away denied entry and got told too many boys. I tried to explain that we had already paid for tickets and this doesn’t make sense but that got us nowhere and just got told to get a refund. That would be one thing but right infront of our faces they tell us that and allow several bigger groups of boys in so tell me how that makes sense? I hope this club gets shut down because whatever operation they have running can’t run with this kind of service.

Went here for a friend's 18th with a group of girls, wasn't too bad. Drinks were standard London mid-range (£12.75 for a double vodka and coke, £10 for a double vodka and Redbull, £5 for a single, £5 for a Jägerbomb). We bought a wristband that was £8 entry before 10pm and 2 free drinks - however it didn't say anywhere that you had to have them before 1am and each little drink ticket that comes attached to your wristband is only worth a single drink, you need to use both tickets for a double. The floor got pretty dirty very quickly, drinks everywhere, and the crowd was relatively young (20's to mid 30's). As slightly annoying it was to have people running around in the visor jackets, at one point in the podium where we were dancing even, they helped us when these 3 guys would not leave us alone and kept trying to approach us despite me yelling to go away and taking a picture of them with flash. As soon as I said someone was harassing us to the guard, they immediately took them out and dealt with them, so very happy about that. Slightly misleading to say that there are 3 floors - there are essentially 2: R&B and Dance on the floor above. R&B isn't really my thing but for he 3 birthday parties full of drunk "hip" Londoners they loved it and got pretty raucous. I however absolutely ADORED the top dance floor hence why this place has 4 stars and not 2/3! Super fun, and for that alone I will def be going again. Also in a great location next to Piccadilly Circus - one of us became slightly anemic and despite the staff being pretty cold, they allowed us out to go and get some food (after 10 they don't serve I think?) and then let us back in as we had our wristbands on and they recognised who we were. Overall good; probably better clubs with better crowds elsewhere but I would recommend you come and see for yourself!

If there was a negative 5, it would have been an easier day for me. Ever booked in advance just to be rejected by the Security? I had booked for two in advance for their Halloween party on the 29th and just like everyone else, we did have a couple of beer before we got to the venue. Apparently, we were turned down by the security and upon requesting for the reason, they said, "We heard on the radio that you guys were drinking around the corner" and we can't enter because of "security" purposes. Needless to say, we were left embarrassed and wandering for a new pub ON Halloween weekend!! MAKE YOU DECISION TO GO HERE WISELY!!

DO NOT GO THERE. The place is disgusting, we paid 10£ to get in and 38£ for two cocktails (one gin tonic where the barman forget to add the gin and one double vodka with ice). The dance floor was incredibly small, 45 guys and 3 girls, definitely not the place you wanna go To have fun. They said they usually have 7 rooms but Saturday there was just one room available at the ground floor but we still had to pay 10 pounds for entrance and a robbery for our drinks. We stayed 10 minutes and we run away. DO NOT GO THERE.

Awful experience, honestly don’t know why they’re charging for entrance when you could get into something as simple as an O’neils for free and have more fun. Ordered 3 beers, bartender just handed us 3 cans and charged £25, when asked for cups/glasses he just put 3 plastic cups on top of the cans. Didn’t even pour them in (he did for the previous clients). When confronted about the poor service he was incredibly rude, making faces at us. Also, advertised as having 7 different rooms when in fact only one was open. When I asked the security why that is, he said he didn’t know 😂 such a disappointment 🤦🏻‍♀️

Possibly the worst nightclub in London, this club used to be a great club 5 years ago but wow have things changed I thought I'd have a look after so many years and It was off to a flying start with the entry being which is extortionate for what was inside there was only one floor open and only me and my two friends were there inside in total floor the worst thing I ever n nerve seen in my life and the music was as basic as can be playing 20 year old chart music. The drink prices are very overpriced, the dress code had seemed to be thrown out the window with many people in tracksuits and airmax's and lastly the light up flooring was stained brown and looked disgusting. STAY AWAY.

Rude bouncers and staff, they treat you like they’re paying you to come. Worst club I’ve ever been to. Not just another rant be prepared to pay £10 per shot of cheap vodka. £15 entry + whatever entry you pay if you are unlucky enough to buy online (I paid £7). Average music and very empty. Make sure you go on your payday cause the drinks (in a plastic glass) will cost you half of your salary. Literally!!! + 10£ entrance on weekday ( dunno weekends how much). Even not in Ibiza shots or drinks are that expensive!!!! Not anymoreee

horribly rude security, crazy prices for watered down drinks with barely no alcohol. on top of that, me and my friend got kicked out within an hour for speaking to too many girls, we literally talked to 2 girls (2 !) for around a minute, they were friendly with us so no way they complained to the bouncers. Never happened before in any other club in any city. If you want to socialize and have a good night avoid this venue like the plague

DO NOT COME HERE, the club was totally empty, event said 6 floors were open yet the ground floor was only open. Staff were incredibly rude and easily provoked for the most inconsequential reasons. All reviews on clubs are bad but DO NOT COME HERE. A friend tripped over a chair which was a clear tripping hazard, resulting in all of us being kicked out. Ridiculous, you’re better off going to tiger tiger.

Charlotte, the welfare officer was amazing. She knew how to handle the situation, take care of her club guests and make sure they went home safe. Every step of the way, she was helping there and making sure everything was fine.

The club might look nice at first but it gets quite crowded with random creepy people. The music isn’t great neither is the crowd or atmosphere. Went there twice due to peer-pressure. Not going there again ever.

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to here. Me and my friends went to Halloween on 28/10/22. My friend told me that before there were many floors. There was only one (tiny) floor open despite it being a big Halloween event! The girl at the cloakroom charged me £5 and my friend £3 for putting in jackets (which we only realised after we got out). We left after an hour. Very disappointing.

Very Impolite staff. I think someone should teach them how to be more humble.

Spent 30£!!!!! To get in and the staff were so rude!!! When asked why they didn’t clarify the price they were unbothered and said that they did when they didn’t. Not a good club. Do NOT a waste money here

Worst club night out ever! Came here for Halloween and it was so crowded - they'd obviously oversold tickets which turned into a super dangerous experience. Literally could not breathe, the whole hour we were there all we did was get squashed! Drinks were also overpriced and they'd run out of salt, limes, other mixers etc. Music wasn't great, security yelled at people just trying to take a breather, and they only added to the congestion instead of trying to solve it. Zero ventilation, a whole floor closed, and probably the worst Halloween I've experienced. Avoid!

Awful experience. Bought tickets online however place was too crowded. Did not let us back in when we got out to get fresh air from the place. Let me not get started with Drinks. They were ridiculously overpriced. Even sushi samba was cheaper and that you'd pay the price for the views and quality. Never returning!

Awful night at this club yesterday. Queued up for 2 hours only to end up not getting in. There was no sort of information as to whether people were being let in or not, only at some point the queue got cut off meaning anyone behind a certain point had to leave. Then security was aggressively removing some people from the queue(unsure for what reason). Later ended up finding out that only 1 of the rooms was open and they were at full capacity. Why sell more tickets than you can accommodate? Would've made it easier for everyone if they were honest and said no more entries, that then would give people enough time to find elsewhere to go. Never again, shambolic.

Huge disappointment. Advertised as having 7 rooms with different themes, got there on the night and only one room was open. Had to constantly ask for someone to come down to the cloakroom. Place was pretty empty and the music wasn't great. Asked for a refund due to false advertising and was refused. Overall terrible place, would not recommend to anyone.

Ever experienced VIP service. According to this club if you are given the VIP tag means you are not given entry to the club. Security will accuse you of being drunk after 2 beers. The managers will support the security staff. Even if you have tickets to an event, security staff has the last call. Without a reason, without a cause. What is the point of having bought tickets given a VIP stamp and then get humiliated. Avoid avoid avoid not just the club, but also from being humiliated by the staff. Hopefully they will issue a refund. We update the post as we revive an update.

AWFULL EXPERIENCE!! Staff was very rude ! Would not recommend at all Went there last night, the only club in years of night life that changed me 39£ for 3 vodka coke ! (13£a mixer!!!!) also on their website doesn’t say prices for mixers however says 10£+/- for a cocktail ! ) When questioned the bartender,he said the prices goes up every hour ???? Ask for the receipt to see what we were charged for and he rudely said ITS A NIGHTCLUB we don’t do receipts !! The only club I only spent 20 minutes inside,definitely ruined part of the night Would definitely not recommend anyone to go to the club as YOU WILL NOT HAVE FUN AT ALL !

It was a great night indeed. Staff was on point , DJ on point , he kept blasting awesome music so big kudos to him. It was good vibes all the way and I danced my heart away, I'm definitely going back there again soon.

Don’t go if you’re Asian! Me and my friends were singled out by security staff for no reason whatsoever when we entered and the security lady asked me two times who I was with. After pointing out that I was with my friend she pulled me outside when I complained about being singled out. That’s £7 of cover I’m never getting back. All in all, million bars in soho, you can do better.

DO NOT GO HERE IT IS A SCAM I went for halloween which was advertised as having multiple rooms/floors but when we arrived only the main entrance was open with a tiny bar and a dance floor smaller than my flat. It is a complete waste of money and time- whatever you do pay more and go somewhere else.

🚨DONT GO OUT THERE 🚨 Baddest experience in a while. Rude security, costs £10,- en not even the whole club was opened like it said online. Their drink prices are insane! Hypothetically if we got drunk there that night I was broke now for sure. Maybe it is the gap between the Netherlands and the UK but in other nightclubs in London we had a much better experience.

Please do not go! Very expensive, it was empty, like literally empty and staff is extremely rude. Do yourself a favour, save your money and go somewhere else. I paid 14£ for a double vodka cocktail simply ridiculous. If you go i'am 100% you will feel that you have waisted your money and will just overall have a terrible experience.

Nightmare of a venue to deal with regarding a booking. Zero customer service (genuinely haven't responsed to emails, calls, chats, for over a month) and they're refusing to refund £140 of my money paid, for a cancelled booking (due to Covid) 🙈 Will never use this venue again, and would highly recommend people to avoid at all costs. Feels like a scam company

Go and give it a go! Was in last night and met the new Manager . What a true Gent ! Only 7 of us descended on this place again after the weekend and was greeted by a proper Club manager. He made us laugh while we were freezing in the cue , opened doors and just made us all feel welcome. It’s not a warm place and past reviews are a bit up and down. But I will be back as we could see there is going to be a different in how this place is run.

Bought tickets, went through security, entered the club and bought drinks. My friend and I went into the smoking area and was randomly called to have our ID’s scanned, i believe the security didn’t scan our ID’s on the machine so when they rescanned to see if we had previously entered, we was removed and told an ‘investigation’ was going to take place. Was a good club but clearly has security issues.

Incredibly hit or miss. On the one hand if you go with a student wristband you can get in cheap and have a good night here with solid music. On the other hand, the security and management are hands down some of the rudest in London, you can end up queuing with a ticket and they won’t let you in because they “hit capacity” and offer no empathy or even offer a refund. Also stay vigilant as they will try and put the prices of drinks up throughout the night.

By far the WORST clubbing experience I've had in my entire life. DO NOT GO HERE! The fact that the cloakroom was a fiver PER ITEM might've been the biggest p***take if not for the fact that drink prices were even worse - £9 for a vodka coke?!?! They also need to fix up when it comes to security inside, cause too many girls were being touched inappropriately in there and the response by bouncers should've been quicker. Should also invest in some better ventilation since the air obviously gets hot and musty, pretty sure I saw only 2 fans in the whole club. The atmosphere wasn't the best either but I don't blame the people who went it's just the fact that the club was dead. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Won't be coming back and recommend you don't either.

I never write reviews but for this awful place I felt I had to! Went here for an event, the venue is very very run down! The toilet locks didn’t work and had no tissue, the chair were ripped and had holes in them and in one room it was soo cold it felt like I was outside the whole time and drinks are over priced and staff are rude..the list goes on! Had a freshers party there last night. Queue was so long and there wasn't even a big crowd inside. A lot of creeps inside! Staff was friendly though and music and decor was alright though too x

This was literally the worst club I have been to. One of the bouncers was really creepy towards me. The cloakroom was £5 per item. Had such a dead vibe. The music was really really loud at like 10pm but no one was dancing. Would never come again.

It's not the greatest club. Decent vibes there. Staff members overcharging for drinks. It said £10 for a porntsar martini and they charged me £12.50 only to serve a poorly made drink. There's an okay amount of space in the club. A lady was walking around with ready made drinks and gave me a dirty look when I asked what the price was. The staff members looked like they were fed up with making drinks. Ladies be careful in the club because too many guys will take the opportunity to get too close to you. A man tried getting too close to my girlfriend at one point. The place is too hot and there's very poor ventilation.

The cloakroom staff were rude and impolite, the place has 6 different floors but they all played the exact same time of music, meaning that not a single place got full up or had people dancing, causing a dead atmosphere with no dancing. The security staff were nice but Overall this is the worst club experience I’ve ever had. Avoid

Terrible experience would avoid this place at all costs, music is ok but bad mixes and far too loud so loud in fact that the bar staff either missed stuff off our orders or brought the wrong drinks to our table, also ordered 4 cocktails from the menu and got over charged by £5.50, not long after ordered 4 shots for £30 definitely dont get shots if your going to come here, also the prices on the menu they leave on the table are right (aparently) but we questioned a bartender why it was costing more than advertised and this is a direct quote “the prices go up the later it gets” never heard this in my life, daylight robbery if u ask me some might even say fraudulent.

My partner and I ended up stopping here randomly to have a drink and bite to eat as they mentioned they did pizza. The guy behind the bar was rude and concentrating more on the football than us ordering, then they proceeded to order our pizza from a nearby pizza chain as we saw the woman with the star tattoo on her neck go and come back with it. We both tried one bite of the pizza before realising it was raw and not properly cooked at all, we both ended up with mild food poisoning because of this. I would avoid this place at all costs. Terrible service.
