A must visit destination? Don’t waste your time! As queer individuals we look for places that make us feel safe; only to get rejected at the door. We came all the way from Reading. The sad thing is that it appears the company does not care. Heaven (G-A-Y) does not deserve to have the positive reputation that it has. My friends and I were left feeling like there was something wrong with us for being denied entry. Security just opened the gate and directed us out of the queue with no explanation. When we asked them what was happening, we were told that our group was too big. This was after they had excused a group of two others in the same manner. So a group of two people is too big for entry into the nightclub? We do not drink, and we’re a mixed group of different ethnic backgrounds. I understand that there must be some way to refine the number of people who enter, but when you see people being admitted in front of you and behind you, one will obviously feel personally targeted. I’ve read many more reviews that corroborate my experience with the security at this establishment. It’s a shame that such an iconic brand does not care about the individuals that support their business.

Awful experience. They kicked (literally) a friend out of the queue for “being drunk” when she doesn’t even drink alcohol (or use drugs). It seems to be a common practice there as I read the other reviews: using un-explicable aggression to enforce authority. And their manager is there to support and encourage these violent behaviors. I just feel sorry for people that come to this club to have fun and end up being treated like rubbish.

I haven’t I felt such powerless and disappointed before….The securities are so rude and mean…They said my friend and I were here yesterday so we are not allowed to enter today but we didn’t. It is already a ridiculous to reject us. I opened the album and tried to explain that I was catching my due yesterday. He replied “oh, ok, then?”. They assume we were here because they think they saw us yesterday. We have been trying to communicate with them, but they called us rude in turn, making up some rude words that we didn't say at all. Just because English is not our mother tongue, so they could bully us all they want. Five securities were around us , staring us like staring trash. My friend and I could only hug each other and cry…….It was the first time we felt such strong discrimination in a foreign country. We can't think of any way to get justice for us. This is supposed to be a tolerant place, any gender any color ….but it frustrates me and hurts me so much .This is the first and last time we stand in this doorway.

You have to be a member to enter, but you'll wait in a 150m line for 1 hour, just for the guards to deny admittance. The security guards are very rude and didn't even tell people they couldn't get in or give any explanation. I only went to the club because a promoter a few blocks away gave me and my group of friends wristbands, which didn't matter. While in line I witnessed the guard snap and get verbally aggressive with a young woman just because she tapped him on the shoulder to ask if she was still able to get inside. The guard just sends you into an equally long line that goes nowhere and you're just standing there wondering what's going on. Would not recommend it at all. The club may be good if you can go inside, but after my experience, I will not attempt to return.

I went to this place last night and, for no reason, me and my friend got rejected at the door. Probably because we don’t look lesbian enough ( we are straight but, who cares?) I thought it was a place for everybody… anyway, we did the queue again, this time with another security person… and we finally got in (I didn’t want to after that, but my friend insisted and our friends were inside already). The place it’s ok, but no for me tough… I felt discriminated and all I wanted was to have some fun. Won’t come back… ever.

The woman in the picture was actively rude to us - borderline racist. She said we were lying to her when we were just trying to get into the club. She was really rude and yelling at us. The man agreed that she was overstepping her bounds but he could not do anything about it. He agreed she had to calm down and pushed her away.

Where do I even start with this!!! I have always had a brilliant time whenever I have been to this club!!! It's usually a day club, but I attended a Raindance event here, which was a mixed night. The security and staff here are always polite, friendly, and very helpful, and I witnessed them assisting disabled party goers with lots of respect and care. This venue is wheelchair accessible, although a wheelchair would not be able to get to the upstairs rooms. The sound system was really good, and the lighting was out of this world!!! There are also lots of bars around the club, which meant no queues to get a drink. There was a good selection of reasonably priced drinks, although there was no brandy. However, this did not matter too much as I was able to choose an alternative. There are also plenty of toilets around the building, which are all attended and kept clean and stocked by really friendly toilet attendants The selection of music was on point, and the atmosphere was out of this world. I will definitely be attending Raindance at this venue again!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My boyfriend and I thought heaven would be a safe place for us to go without any harassment or discrimination, but I was incredibly wrong. Before we even got to show our ID we were refused entry with no explanation, when probed for a reason we were told “Fridays are member only night” but today is Saturday. I still have no idea why we were refused when dressed appropriately and stone cold sober. Absolutely appalled with the service and will tell everyone I know this is not the place to go. Do better heaven

Definitely the worse club I have ever been to. My frds and I were refused to get in after waiting for 2h . The security thought we got too many people(actually just 4 we were talking to other Asian guy at that moment). Feel deeply hurt cuz they never ask any other white people whether they were with others. They kicked me out again after I wait for another round just because I am Asian and easy to recognize. Sorry won't go here anymore it's not a inclusive place.

My friend and I were kicked out for asking for our bags back from the cloak room. The employee in the cloak room did not inform my friend she had to take a picture of the ticket, and refused to hand us our stuff when we came to retrieve it when we were leaving. We explained to multiple security guards that we needed this bag to go home as it contained her house keys, oyster card, etc. They asked us to go outside so we could hear them better, but we were then refused reentry? But they were the ones who had asked us to go outside in the first place. We were split up from our other friend, a lone female, and not allowed to reenter to find her and make sure she was safe. We sat outside for nearly 3 hours in th3 cold, with no coats, as the staff refused to give us our things. It was very cold and my friend only had a tank top on. The staff at this venue have no regard for the safety of its clientel. We sat outside in full view of multiple 'welfare officers' and medics, and no one in the span of 3 hours asked if we were okay. The security guarding the exit even condescendingly told us to 'get home safe' even though we had explained, calmly and politely, multiple times that we could not as the venue was withholding our house keys and train tickets. If you are a group of girls going here, please please be careful because they do not care for your safety whatsoever.

Shockingly poor security staff who turned us away for being "too drunk" when my friends and I were fairly sober. I suspect it was simple discrimination for being too old and not dressed in a skimpy way to match the rest of the clientele. Ruined a 27th birthday party and won't be returning. Would encourage you to avoid and to pick a more inclusive venue.

Wouldn’t let our friend come with us because she dropped her phone and security stated that she was ‘too drunk’ (she had had 2 drinks) security was also super aggressive when they spoke to us - using profanities, when we were trying to understand why they wouldn’t let us in!! Club is great, security are not nice!! be careful!!

Echoing many of the comments here, it is astonishing to me that an LGBTQ+ place can be so exclusionary. I have always felt welcomed at gay clubs. This was the first time in my life I was intentionally made to feel marginalized, as if something was wrong with me, at a kind of place that has always made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The shared experience of having grown up as a stranger at the periphery of accepted society is something that has, in my opinion, made the LGBT community, incredibly resilient and warm to others within the community. This place was the opposite. First, it was early in the night (10:30). I was first asked if “I was with the people ahead of me,” to which I replied no, and then was asked if I knew what kind of place this is, and I said yes it’s a gay club. Then for no apparent reason I was told to leave the line and that I would not be admitted entry. The other security guard asked “what are we doing with this guy” and he said “he’s out”. Before leaving I asked another security guard why this happened out of curiosity and he said “it’s a busy night and we have to make sure there’s enough space for the regulars.” Not sure the point of this rude behavior, if it’s meant to give the place an exclusive feel, but it is completely antithetical to the community to which it serves. I don’t usually write reviews of places but I felt it important to voice my opinion here. LGBTQ people should not be made to feel this way in their own spaces. It can be damaging to people who are just starting to feel OK in their own skin.

Worst club I have ever been to. And that's a bold statement because I wasn't even let in! Waited for hours in a line, people skipping over the queue, finally getting to the entrance and getting told that I can't go in? And they didn't even provide a solid reasoning? All my friends had to leave as well. Literally the worst experience I've got from any club in London. Can't even imagine what it's like in there usually. Dodged a bullet, I guess. Thanks, security.

I’ve been going here for quite often for a while and I’d recommend it. It has a great atmosphere and affordable if you have your student card. In my opinion it’s the best club in London. The drinks are affordable and the charitable contributions made by Heaven are fantastic to see. But, there are a couple things that need to be addressed. 1) Security - sometimes can be aggressive and unpleasant. Mostly nice. 2) Pervy behaviour - Although the space should be open to everyone there are a lot of older predators that will make advances on people who have just turned 18. More should be done to tackle this.

Used to love this place but now security is a joke. Offending the customers, shouting and pushing people, accusing them of doing things they didn’t and not trying to listen to anyones explanation. They don’t treat people like customers, more like police treats criminals. In their eyes everyone there acts wrong. I once asked a security lady how’s the night going she told me to shut up because I’m “too talkative”. My younger friend was grabbed by security out of the cloakroom queue and accused of queque jumping when we were queuing there for almost 40 min. My another friend got kicked out without any explanation why and we looked for them almost two hours because they had our phones. Security laughed at their face “you annoying me so you not coming back”. Prices of the drinks raised from £5/6 to £9!! Most of the new bartenders are young and seem to be not skilled enough to work alone in the bar. Music still good but the quality of this placed dropped really really low last months.

For the second venue we visited HEAVEN (under G-A-Y ownership) the exact same issues with security happened here and the same almost robotic behaviour from the security staff (word for word) happened to myself and 2 friends. Not promoting this venue to any of my friends and also owners need to address their security protocols when new customers wish to part take in their club and party experience... why can't you do temporary passes via an app for people whom are visiting for the first time for all of your clubs? Club entry paid on line and questions asked online before hand. Saves all of negative feedback and frankly rude and unnecessary behaviour from you front of house staff.... but guess you wouldn't have thought about putting that in place!!!!

SECURITY!! Are they not reading these reviews! The security are next level ignorant, rude power trip. Once you get through the hostile staff , its ace inside that’s if you get in. It goes off the doorman’s personal taste not the venues targeted audience. The door staff in the rough strip in straight town are friendlier..seriously!

Went there last saturday and I saw 70% more “straight couple” kissing than anything queer, I know we cant label people like that but most of the men were definitely not part of the community (some even said they were straight). This is so sad. I go there to enjoy my time and meet people like me.

I have been to this club several times throughout the years but the last time I went the staff were completely disrespectful and rude for no reason. I understand it gets busy but they refused to return our coats and kicked us out because they said we were too drunk and I can admit we were tipsy but we did nothing to anyone but dance and talk amongst ourselves. When they finally returned our coats my friends passport was missing and they couldn’t find it. There is just a feeling of unpleasantness across all staff. And the place has not been updated since I came first 8 years ago, it is starting to look like a catacomb rather than an underground club. DO BETTER.

The security and staff from this place is what makes this club so horrible. The staff doesn’t listen and they constantly take advantage of certain situations through the authority they think they have. They discriminate and aren’t polite. Very disappointing experience. Do not recommend

Security are rude and keep forcing us into the building when our friend was still being searched, when I said we where waiting for our friend the women said "you've got mobile phones use that" Shouldn't be splitting people's groups up etc and then claim that they are trying to get people in when there wasn't much of a queue, very rude security especially the short large lady. Avoid at all costs but the reviews say if all, if you upset customers they won't come back and will leave bad reviews so sort your team out.

Get there early to avoid the queue - we turned up at 1145 and it took an hour to get in! But inside the atmosphere is amazing. Not been to a club like it for a long time! Drinks are very expensive. Prepare for a long wait too.

My favorite club in London! Everyone is so nice, the music's fun and the ambiance is great. I only paid 1£ and showed my student ID. There was a couple of drag Queen shows as well! I love this club because there's no creepy guy grinding on you...

So I actually had a GREAT time here on a Friday night. Let me first preface this: I am Black from USA, and my partner is Brazilian. We were actually in Barcelona a day before coming to London, and a local from London mentioned this club and said it was great but super racist. Of course I read the reviews here and many seemed to say similar things. I went with the mindset that we may be turned away because of our race which would suck, but it was Friday with nothing else going on so figured we’d risk it. I actually arrived shortly after 10pm to avoid the long line. We were met with some unpleasant security (not rude, but definitely not nice), who asked for IDs & such, which we gave them (brought our passport because several here have said they make excuses on other type of IDs). Long story short, despite the mean faces (which doesn’t seem atypical for London) had no problems. Inside, there were whites, asians, blacks, Indian, etc. It was very diverse. The music is great (we often went to different floors throughout the night), and there was a show at 0100 which was also good. The light effects were awesome. Getting there shortly after 10pm, there weren’t many people. But around midnight, it’s packed and I’m glad we avoided the long queue (reportedly 2 hour wait around midnight). I wouldn’t discount others’ experiences of racism, especially since many people are saying the same. But I will say that my experience was not that. Yea security could actually be more welcoming, but even when paying for the entry, the white girl said “you two boys have an amazing night”. She was SUPER nice and caught us both off guard because were expecting the opposite. We had fun! Maybe take the risk and go? Oh, and Don’t look drunk and don’t act dumb while waiting in line.

Security the most aggressive, rude and over the top I've ever witnessed. Felt under interrogation and suspicion, even asked if we knew it was a gay club when I literally went in arm in arm with my boyfriend! Never had such an unpleasant and tense experience trying to get into a club, and barely worth it when we finally got in. Ok, it is a great space. But standard mainstream club music, pop remixes you could have heard anywhere else without all the stress? Come on, it's not exactly Berghain. Sad given Heaven's historic rep but as it is now, it probably does deserve to go bust. An experience I wouldn't repeat if you paid me. Clubbing is meant to be fun, a space you can relax and lose yourself, especially important for LGBTQ+ people. When it is exactly the opposite, why should we even bother?

Where to start… Security were great although being asked if we knew what sort of venue it was appeared a little odd, in 2021! If you like overpriced drinks in a plastic cup, on garden plastic chairs with a plastic garden table it’s the place to be! Service was shoddy to be complimentary, drinks stacking up gathering dust on the bar waiting to be taken to customers, not enough staff to take the drinks orders and you wonder what the owner is actually doing or who was or is allegedly running the venue. Staff didn’t appear happy or wanting to be there. A once iconic venue with the name Heaven appears to have been left to becoming run down, dirty and soulless … such a shame RIP Heaven!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. After half an hour of waiting we got rejected by the security guards because we weren’t members. After talking to other people and looking at the website, it has become clear there is no such thing as a membership. The security staff used this as an excuse to reject people they don’t like. They are rude, aggressive and lie to your face. They sent us to talk to an EMT who they said was their manager. They could offer no response other than we weren’t “members” but no one even asked us for a membership, even if it was real. Please don’t go here, you’ll be humiliated and made to feel like you don’t belong.

My go-to gay club in London! The music is amazing. There are days that staff won’t let me in and they think I am drunk (which I’m not). The vibe inside is lit! I would totally recommend this place. Just don’t be wasted before going in! And remember to bring your ID!

In early February, my experience at the club was quite disappointing. After queuing outside for half an hour, we finally entered upon paying £11 per person. However, the next hurdle was the cloakroom, where they unexpectedly charged me £4 for my jacket and sweatshirt. The staff seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming, making us feel like we were an inconvenience. Cocktails started at £9, and the bartender lacked hospitality. Although the music was good, there was no space for dancing; people were either leaning against each other or crowding the bar. Surprisingly, women made up 50-60% of the crowd, contrary to expectations. Overall, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, akin to being at a railway station where everyone is unwelcome. The prices were high, and the service left much to be desired.

Worst night club in London. The folks at the entry gate are racist, mannerless and unreasonably rude. Seems like they hate their jobs and only high point in their life when they turn away folks for no reason. I went 4 times and every time they told me, we don’t like your face. No other reason, while I stood there I saw a few folks who were turned down handing them money pretending to do ashake hand and they let them go, this is really unfortunate and unfair.

Awful experience! Extremely discriminatory bouncers who turned us away based on what we were wearing and where we have previously been clubbing. I was breathalysed and when I was asked for an explanation why I wasn’t given one (if you have drank more than 2 drinks you won’t pass) honestly disgusting for a place that is meant to be “inclusive”.

Horrible security We were a group of friends. No where on the site it said we need a membership. We stood and waited long in the queue only to be denied entry at the entrance. The lady was rude and said we can not get inside because we do not have the membership although we had tickets. Never ever will we go to that place again. Never. Also we are people from different countries and races. The security sounded and acted in a very racist manner. Avoid this club at all costs. Disappointed.

Absolutely loved this place to see peach prc all very well organised but the drinks were VERY expensive about £20 for just 2. The show was amazing and people were filtered in quite slowly which was appreciated not sure if it was on purpose. I was quite far up the front of the queue so I don't know how it was for people further back

I'm sure the actual club is nice from what i've been told but I wouldn't know. After being kicked out of the queue due to a friend tripping on a barrier (thus appearing 'drunk' and not given a second look), we then faced a collection of... frankly... rude bouncers. We were told to either go to the back of the queue or stop wasting their time. If questioned more, we were faced with and rude remarks. All the bouncers were unhelpful, some were worse than others. Poor.

"Heaven Club is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for an unforgettable night out in London. This iconic gay superclub has been at the heart of the city's LGBT scene for the last four decades, and it's easy to see why. From the moment you step inside, you're transported to another world, filled with pumping music, stunning visuals, and an electric atmosphere that's hard to beat. One of the highlights of Heaven Club is the legendary G-A-Y night, which has been running for years and never fails to deliver an amazing experience. The DJs are top-notch, the drinks are delicious, and the crowd is always friendly and welcoming. Whether you're looking to dance the night away, meet new people, or just soak up the incredible energy of this iconic venue, Heaven Club is the place to be. Overall, I would highly recommend Heaven Club to anyone looking for a vibrant, inclusive, and unforgettable night out in London. It's a true gem in the city's nightlife scene, and I can't wait to go back."

I made my first ever clubbing visit here as a fresh 18 year old a week ago and they really put the bar high. It seems people have had bad experiences with the door staff, but I disagree with what has been said about them. Admittedly I did show up pretty much as soon as they opened, so crowds weren't an issue, maybe that is the difference for others. I was thoroughly searched (which I am happy with) and even had a little chat with the door staff, telling them it was my first time visiting and he even gave a bit of a "pep" talk - it was lovely! I made the mistake of not brining my student ID, so I payed 11 pounds for entry, not 4, but oh well, still the price I was expecting anyways. I had a couple of drinks across the evening. They tasted good, but I'm convinced the vodka was watered down, as my drinks tasted a bit too bearable haha. Mixed feelings about the bar staff, some seemed quite fed up, but others seemed friendly. It was nice to see a range of different people from different backgrounds working in there. A good presence of security and welfare staff throughout the venue made it feel very safe, and the atmosphere was brilliant once it started to get busy. Everybody seemed to be having a really good time. When you leave, the cloakroom is a bit chaotic, but if you wait patiently you get through it eventually. For me, I had a brilliant night and it seems like others did too!

Yet another review about the Security Team being unprofessional, truculent and abusing their position of power. My friend was dragged out of the club for no reason, with security violently holding her by the neck. We tried speaking to them to understand what happened, but they are incapable of holding a conversation, the more we asked questions, the more violent they became towards us. They later claimed she punched two security staff, which never happened. We were forced to pay a 1£ donation to "save G-A-Y", but after last night it's clear to me why this place needs to be shutdown: they aren't capable of running a club, this is not a safe place for a night out in London.

Despite reading reviews that warned of nightmares, my fiancée and I had a fantastic time at this gem hidden underneath the arches of Charing Cross. Security is tight, but that is to be expected in this day and age, but no bouncer or security guard was rude to either of us even with our complete unfamiliarity with the venue. The club boasts three main underground areas and lots of lights and lasers with an incredible sound system that made for a very fun and unforgettable night. Music selection and the DJ at the time were also impressive. Drink selection was not as great as I would have hoped for, but it was certainly not bad and the bartenders even managed to lend me their ear despite the pulse of the bass and sonorous echoes of the sound system. There was an attendant at the toilet, but he did not demand any money as I had experienced in Queens, NYC and so I graciously tipped him and rejoined my fiancée on the dance floor to continue a very special night. Plenty of people even for so early on — and no toilet lines, at least for the gents! — and we had no problems finding the exit, leaving, and returning to our hotel. The venue might be a bit difficult to find and expect a cover charge (£12 per person for us) but otherwise we had no issues and an amazing night!

One of the best nightclubs in London in my opinion ! Mostly pop music you can dance on and really cool drag queen performances every night. Plus it's only 4£ for students on Saturdays and 1£ on weekdays. Overall I love this place so much for its friendly and fun atmosphere. 🤗

The staff is really rude. We were there with 5 more friends. All of them were let in. Me and another guy weren't as we weren't "sober" enough. I was the most sober of the group 😂. They are really going on preferences. My only issue was that English is not my first language so I struggled with it a bit. Would NOT recommend it for a night out.

The staff working here seem to think they work at Berghain or Heathrow airport, god forbid you show any sign of excitement or are a bit clumsy and you're out. A friend and I were chatting in the line and as she walked up she didn't see a railing and bumped into it, the security asked what she had and she said truthfully nothing. The security guard wasn't satisfied and told her to get out of the line. I just opened my mouth to defend my friend since it was a honest mistake and she was sober and I was kicked out too? They run the lines outside like some sort or dictatorship as if this isn't a nightclub? A group infront of us as well was excited and chatting along and without any word from security were all kicked out of the line too. Is this how you treat paying customers? The music and the vibe inside otherwise has always been amazing but the staff outside are rude and accusatory and sours your mood. This used to be my go to nightclub but I'll be thinking twice before coming here again.

Loved every second here! Location is amazing and offers a lot of different floors with music for everyone. It´s also fun to be surrounded by people with the same interest and beeing able to be yourself. Actually met a guy here i`ve been seeing since :) Door Stuff was amazing and drinks are fairly priced. Tip: Get cheaper entrance with Wristband from G-A-Y Bar

GREAT NIGHT! Been twice and enjoyed both times. Even better when you find a cute straight guy standing at the bar ;) went with my gay friends but luckily I had my options too haha

most gays seem to like that type of music, which is their business and I won't judge. What I'll judge tho is a guy on the top floor literally moving around like a helicopter, provoking everyone and threatening violence. That's what u get if people do alcohol rather than proper drugs in ur club. Drag shows were cool and entrance basically free for students

Been to club multiple times there are usually lots of Black and Asians people inside, so I don't believe security are racist as alleged by many that didn't gain entry. As a gay man I would say is anything there are too many straight girls in the club. Come early so not to queue for long periods especially Saturday. Entry and bar prices are cheap compared to other London venues. Music tends to be older popular favorites and not the latest club sounds. Upstairs usually for R&B.

Great club and definitely the biggest queer one in London. The queue on Fridays and Saturdays can get ridiculously long so I’d recommend getting there early. It’s cheap and drinks are okay for London prices. I’ve always had a good night tbh, and the music and vibe inside is great, but I must say a lot of friends have had bad experiences with the bouncers.

This place is like something from 1984. you will get breathalysed or illegally searched. The bouncers want to make your experience the worst in the world. The experience is fun if you get in, but chances are you can't get in!

Love this place! Always have a good time here! It got different rooms and levels for different music and they are all good!! Sometimes they will have performances. It’s just a great place to enjoy music and dance. Avoid Saturday as there is usually a long queue outside.

Great gig with the Lovely Eggs It's a good small venue (I'm guessing less than 300 tickets.) But everyone gets a decent view of the stage. Drinks are pricey (as in most venues) but they are really taking the piss to charge £4.50 for "sparkling" water which is clearly tap water with added gas. Gig finished about 10pm, but they seemed to shut the bar at 9pm! (Maybe they made too much profit that night)

Went for a gig on a Tuesday night. £5.35 for a warm can of Red Stripe. Air conditioning in the venue was great so it didn't get too hot despite being sold out. Toilets are unisex so there was always quite a queue.

Myself and my friends have visited this club multiple times. We have been repeatedly disappointed in the behavior of the bouncers and staff not only did a particular bouncer abuse their position of power in regards to engaging in inappropriate behavior with a club attendee all staff disrespected and abused a man with Autism while physically attacking him while removing him from the premises in front of multiple people. This behavior is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable and we will not be returning due to this

Always great parties in Heaven. Extremely busy on weekends, weekdays (main nights Thursdays and Monday) usually more gay, bht generally very diverse crowd and accessible music. There are four different rooms with different kinds of music. Entry is around £10 but cheaper with wristband from GAY. Price goes down towards the end of the night. Drinks are relatively cheap.

Huge dance floor. Happy crowd. Great dance music. It's a huge gay club with plenty of bars and space to dance. Just five pounds to get in. What more can one ask for? Long queue even in the middle of the night so good for club hopping. The drinks are decent.

I had a homeless guy as a security guard telling people to remove they masks to check on them, while he himself was not wearing a mask. I think we have a superspreader event on our hands, and it’s all down to the complete incompetence of the staff here. If I see this again, I will not hesitate to call the police tbh

Heaven is deffo the best club in London. They do not discriminate unlike other clubs where male pay a different price and females another. Anyone is welcome regardless of your gender or size and everyone pays the same price. LGBT friendly and welcoming. 3 music rooms so if you don’t like one style you can change rooms. The queue is alright and the staff is amazing. 5 stars

Such a good night out here! Brilliant atmosphere and great music to dance to. Get a wristband from G-A-Y to get cheaper entry. The only two downfalls were the steep prices of the drinks (but entry is so cheap it doesn't really matter) and the terrible lack of security monitoring the queuing. The queuing agrivates me everytime I go. I queued for well over an hour and some people queue jumped at the end, meaning they only queued for 10 minutes. There is no point having a queuing system if people don't respect it, because then why should I respect it. I really hope that Heaven sees this and reevaluates their queuing policy. Having said all that, it is still one of the best nights out in London and it is such a safe space for us queer people to express ourselves. ❤ 🏳️‍🌈

A majestical place - full of colour and life. I once went with my friend and had a lovely evening surrounded by delightful people listening to music. I was enlightened by the colour and magic of the place. Worth a visit. Not a football jersey in sight. As my gran would say “if it’s bright and colourful your mood is light and wonderful, if it’s dull and grey , your home to stay”

  • 3/5 Lo M. 4 years ago on Google
Line was over an hour long, 7 euro entrance free and the place doesn’t have enough bartenders but apart from that it’s a decent place for a night out. Music is at a good level, there’s lots of different parts to explore and the atmosphere is very lively. If it wasn’t so expensive it would be a whole lot better.

  • 2/5 Kike S. 2 years ago on Google
Is a good place. But the music was not the best the day that we went. The relation between time lost in the line, price and place is not fare. I think it’s a place to go once.

  • 1/5 Thyago F. 1 year ago on Google
I decided to visit Heaven with my girlfriend to celebrate my birthday but we were refused entry with no reason given. This is after queuing for a long time. Security team was disrespectful to us, spoke to us on an aggressive way asking us to leave. Heaven is supposed to be a club where you can be whatever and whoever you are. A shame is so badly managed. I do not recommend to anyone. There are other clubs in London that are way better and you won't have issues with obnoxious, racist, rude, aggressive security.

  • 1/5 Hugo M. 1 year ago on Google
It used to be an inclusive place but now it’s just trash, the cows they use as security won’t let you in because you don’t look gay or rich enough... Still looking for anyone with that membership card. Sad to see this club really embodies the decay of London and its gay nightlife, just full of greed and homophobia.

  • 1/5 Krishan P. 1 year ago on Google
Its genuinely horrible here, just living off of a legacy. No women or qpoc allowed ever since the g-a-y guy took over. I really hate the London scene

  • 5/5 Jayma F. 1 year ago on Google
The atmosphere is super friendly, everyone wants to have a good time, nothing more. There were so many people that I was going to pass out, a boy helped me and brought me water, and then the security took me to get some air and gave me water too. They were super nice and helped me. Thank you so much!!

If you go to London then you must come to Heaven!! The energy just walking in you feel welcome and comfortable. They have multiple rooms with different beats to let loose and dance to. Got to see some amazing drag performances with some ICONIC Queens! The security, staff, and even the manager of this super club were so kind and helpful if you had any questions! I'm so glad we got to have such a fun memorable experience!!

I came here a few years ago and had a great time. I visited more recently with friends and ended up being verbally abused by some entitled LSE students who queue jumped. The security were a bit aggressive especially to my male friend. And the club was overrun with students and people who told us they were straight. It's disappointing because the music is actually decent but the club doesn't feel as queer safe as it used to be. In fact a lot of my queer friends were afraid to join us because they had issues getting in previously and know of people who felt they were denied entry due to fat phobia or because they were male.

Come here to NOT enjoy your night!!!Bouncers pushed me out the que saying “I knew why” for context we’d just arrived in the que and with no indication as to what I did felt like a power play to push their ego!! This was the female bouncer with braids with her hood up, she refused to give me her name. Worst place ever!!!

I will start off customer service it’s very poor with you guys when it’s time to serve customer and make customers feel welcome. This is the fourth place in my life. I ever see customer understanding so luck with each and everyone of the worker and not to see with the security having affair with a younger workers dear, I think. I have to let more of my colleagues take a look into this more because it’s something going on with this particular club and I have read through all of the negative comments in terms of this club
