DO NOT GO TO THIS CLUB EVER. Bartenders are rude, bouncers are even more rude. Managers are unprofessional and drink on the job. Bouncers definitely discriminate by looks. My friends and I were there for an event, and were situated to hang upstairs. We had asked if we could go downstairs to the dance floor because that's all that we really wanted to do. The employees were saying wait 30 minutes, and then it lead to wait an hour, and then wait another 30 minutes. They just kept feeding us lies until we eventually just tried to get in and the bouncer blocked us from getting in. (Needless to say people who were with our group for the event were able to get in throughout the night). We then tried to speak to someone in charge to get to the bottom of this, and see if we could pay any additional money to get us into the dance floor. They led all of us in circles, and one girl who is probably a promoter for the club was very nasty and rude to my friend who was just trying to get information so she could email the manager for a refund. All the employees/promoters that we were dealing with would talk in Spanish thinking that we didn't know what they were saying, but my friend and I happen to speak Spanish. It was just an incredibly awful experience, and the workers are very unprofessional.

We had a fantastic meal in The Maine, and then got an Uber here, hoping for some great music and dancing. We arrived, but were immediately walked across the street by one of the door staff, who asked us for 200.00 GBP cash for entry. This seemed unusual in London and so we asked what this included. He asked how much were we willing to spend inside. We decided to walk away.

Worst experience EVER!!!! It was my 24th birthday arrived soon as the doors opened! I was dressed very well especially as I was celebrating, I am a black girl and I was with 2 of my white friends. We told the door man we are on the guest list, however a lady came over and said "sorry we can't accept any more people on that list" how can that be wen we were practicals the first there! They refused for us to pay on the door and my birthday was initially ruined! Never coming here again worst club ever. Unless u got a table costing £500-£1000 then no point! Oh yh especially if you're black!!!!

Nice place but over crowded you can’t dance

After visiting this club last night and leaving as soon as we could I will never be returning. After being promised a VIP table with free drink all night and free entry, we travelled to London expecting a smooth ride. It was far from this, when we got to the front of the queue and explained who's guest list we were on, we were judged by a lady with a clipboard on our appearances then asked to pay a fee of £10 each on the door. After explaining we were promised free entry the lady's on the door were obnoxious and aggressive stating we had to pay it or leave and couldn't wait in the entrance. Ignoring the disgustingly rude girls on the door, obviously hired to harass guests to just pay what ever amount they decide your worth, we rang the promoter who convinced us to pay it as we would receive drinks all night. Once getting into the club it was nothing special and the music was average. When getting in the VIP area with some help from bar staff, because the promoter promising us drink and a table had turned his phone off, we found 20+ girls in the exact same position as us. Some who had explained some of their friends were not allowed in for being 'too fat' (words of the bouncers outside). Finally we waited around for an hour being ignored by the promoter and surrounded by angry confused girls in the same position as us. We decided we would rather sit in a bar that give more money to a disgusting, unethical and discriminatory club that only manages to get people in on a Saturday night in central London by tricking people with false pretences of free tables and drink. Do not go here

The security were absolutely horrible, and thought they owned the place and could be rude to you. I was never given a stamp by the woman behind the desk and the security guard had a go at me, when it was the woman's job to give me a stamp! However, the actual club was really fun and the music was good but the experience of the security made me think I don't really want to come back.

Incredibly rude door staff (and yes I was not drinking) demanding and snatching ID from my hand. I have no interest in your pathetic club/bar when you treat me like this. Enjoying my refund from the ticket I bought somewhere else. Stay happy, stay clear of here.

More than year ago I sent a review for the Club Libertine, and I was informed by their admin to send an email to Chinawhite and they will resolve it “first thing Monday morning”. It has been over a year now and I still didn’t get a reply. I remembered because my original review had a lot of views and I was just emailed by Google. I lost hundreds of pounds because of these people and my New Years night but they absolutely don’t care about people. No wonder reviews across both their business’ are so terrible. For a people’s business you would’ve thought they would have dedicated staff for customer service and problem resolution. Please please don’t spoil your night out or possibly a special New Years night with this place, like I did.

Good misuc and decor but far too many people. Not possible to dance as everyone is just squeezed in.

Went to their event at Henley - absolutely dire! £160 a head to get in which included one arrival drink which wasn’t even seen, fights every where, we had to take cover behind the DJ booth at one point due to a large fight. My brother in law was charged £330 for three drinks rather than £33! Emailed china white the following morning asking them to cancel the transaction and luckily from his statement you could see all of his rounds where around £30 but three weeks late neither of us has even had an acknowledgment or a response. I’ve got to say it’s the worst customer service experience I have had in many years, especially when they brand themselves as a high end service. All four of us have said we would never go back to china white again, even despite the £300 over charge. If your looking for an over priced aggy chav fest this will be up your street- if not avoid!

I heard they can be racist but I didn't experience any of that. They also play different genres of music which is always good. However they turn people away if you aren't dressed on point. And by on point I mean like the girls on love island 😂. Great night out nonetheless and easy to get to from the station!

Great club, I went there last week for my birthday party and I ended up really drunk, however a lady looked after me really well, she was so nice and she gave me a bottle of water. She took me outside the club because I was sick and they were closing while my friends were taking my stuff from the cloakroom. This club has given me the bests nights of my life, great club, great music, great crowd. The door girl is so sweet and the people who scan the IDs and give the stamps are lovely. Some security guys are kinda rude and some others are fun. They even dance in the club! 😂😂😂 This will always be my favourite club ever!!! And by the way, this club is not racist at all, I'm Latina and I've got black friends and we've never had any problem. You can't blame the club if you don't know how to behave or to be well dressed. Just be sure that your outfit follows the dress code.

bar of buyers.. they buy a space there, if you wont, do that dont bother.. A VACUUM OF ££s.. A place for the so called cosseted exclucives.. who are unaware they are only there to pay top dollar.. place is dry. let them pay top dollar for a box experience, good luck to them.

Good music good crown impeccable service at the VIP table. Can't fault them, I had a great time with the office crew.

It was amazing: great music, really good tunes, great vibe, friendly promoters and club-goers, really nice crowd and not racist at all unlike the words of other reviewers. I am black and I went in with one Asian friend and one white friend and once we were in there were different ethnicities inside. Dress well, make sure you are on guestlist and go in a small group and you will deffo get in -same thing for all central London clubs.

Had a great night with the boys. The staff was very friendly and always on top of everything. Jero even charged my phone

Don't know why so many 1 star reviews...this place is great! Might be difficult to get into on many nights, but no reason to give 1 star ratings for that!

Hosted by Christmas party here on a late Thursday in November, and it was better than expected. They went all out to ensure we had a perfect time, including staff on the door and throughout the venue. The venue itself was incredibly decorated too. The drinks were affordable and free-flowing, the food was great and readily available. Head of Sales Dan Rosen was a class act in getting this set up too. 10/10, would go again!
