Sadly one star is the lowest I can give Roadhouse. I've been going there for nearly 20 years but neither myself or my friends will ever go there again. First of all the admission fee of £12.00 is ridiculous considering it's not much more than an American style bar with no seating, no tables (unless you book), loads of drunk people & huge queues at the bar to get served. Secondly, ALL the staff are abrupt, rude, unhelpful, power crazy & arrogant. They have no idea about customer service & make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by being there. Finally, they still haven't grasp what all reviews have been saying, that the drinks are extortionately priced, even for central London. The cocktails aren't even a good quality. The place is a rip off & the staff ruin your night before you've even started. They've just lost at least 24 regular clients after last weekend. Will never go there again

If you want a good night out in an environment made for good times, this is the place for you! I can honestly say (and after going here around 20) this is in my top 5 clubs in London for a fun night out. I've been here mainly on Fridays and Saturdays and everytime I've had a blast. American themed interior, great music, karaoke nights, a dance floor that isn't just a square, a Harley Davidson behind a bar full of cool drinks (you can get fish bowls here 😉), an American style diner for when you get hungry with burgers, fries, nachos and a whole bunch of other munchy goodness, neon lights, a stage for live performances, decent security and most of all the people! The staff are friendly and the people that frequent this place only seem to be interested in having a good time, no bad vibes in here. Easy to get to as it's slap bang in the middle of covent garden main square with covent garden Station and charing cross Station a few mins walk away. I've been on weekdays also but it's not as busy, still fun, but I think Fridays and Saturdays you will have the best fun. It's free to get in before a certain time, but it's not crazy expensive after that anyway, check out the website for all that. I would fully recommend this place #coventgarden #londonclubs #mydarlinglondon #timeout #roadhouse #clubbing #londonclubs

Great looking venue situated in the heart of Covent Garden Square...well underneath it actually!! American styling decor with signage and bikes hung from the ceiling. Fantastic staff and service with their nights of live bands and good crowd on the weekend.

Bowels given were camping style bowels with worn edges and parts. Service is terrible, 2 x double vodka and coke-cola £18-£19 asked where so high priced the response was "because it Christmas also laughing" Waitress was pushing my misses out the way. The total service was poor, soon as your in its hurry up and eat, hurry up paying then hurry up and leave. Dance floor too packed security let too many people in. Managers dont care about your unpleasant visit. Just overall a terrible place only thing good is the food was lovely. Just plates which served on them are discussing.

Absolutely love this place. As a tourist from America, my friends are I were treated very well. The drinks were slightly overpriced for my liking (£8 for one cocktail) but their 2-4-1 deal makes it all worth it. If you get to the club before 10pm, it is free entry, which is great because there is live music and the day that I went, a karaoke competetion. One of the bar tenders (Ravi, I believe) is the nicest bartender I have met in all of London. Very kind and willing to make recommendations that weren't just about making money. I have been twice in the last week because of the wonderful time I had at Roadhouse.

What an awesome American style diner and night club. Lovely atmosphere, well decorated venue and really good crowd. All the staff are friendly, polite and accomedating. From the security at the front door to bartenders and waitresses and even the busboys who collect the glasses. Open until 3 am on Fridays and Saturdays so it is a great night out. Large smoking area outside. All normal drinks served plus awesome cocktails and fishbowls as they are called. A must to try !! Will certainly visit again hopefully earlier next time so I can try their American style burgers and wings. I believe there is a live band every night and when we went for my girlfriend's birthday they were awesome. DJ takes over at around 12ish. All in all a great experience and even though it's not the cheapest of places to go, it's well worth the money and you will have an awesome night. N.b some of my pics are at closing time at 3ish am.

I've been there with my wife last Friday, we had dinner and waited for the live music. It was very fun, staff was super friendly (specially a Portuguese waitress!), food was excellent (maybe a bit expensive but ok) and the band was cool. I was surprised to pay 10 pounds for a bottle of wine during the happy hour though. I was expecting a headache next morning but felt totally fine! It was not crowded as well. My only complaint is that the band started a bit later than expected and after the first round paused for some 40 minutes... but DJ was good meanwhile. I recommend this place if you want to listen some mainstream classic rock, dance and eat tasty food. Edited December 2018: after living in London for a while, it was unfair to say food was expensive here. Food prices are standard and drinks have good value during happy hour.

Had a great barman, very quick and polite. I'd try the food here again... I only had some chicken strips, but these were also pretty great. I used to go out twice a week to the rock clubs and bars around London in my youth, most of which have sadly closed now... This place was pretty fun however. Good price for good drinks. The music got louder as the evening went on, but if I was out for a night out, this would likely be a plus (if the music was less mainstream!) Great venue though, give it a try!
