Be very wary of this club - consistent stealing of bags and property - I am not sure if management is concerned that a lot of pickpockets and thieves are consistently part of their patronage. A very non committal and nonchalant approach to customers complaints. While I love the atmosphere, music and ambiance, the thought that you are mingling with people ready to strip you of your belongings makes it stressful - won't be visiting anymore... sorry :(

I came here for Internations Event, wow what a lovely place, Downstairs has the dancefloor, there are tables and 2 bars. Sadly I attended here last night for my friends hen night. All of us were tipsy and ready for a good night. I got told to come back in half an hour as I was allegedly “too drunk “ all of my friends were shocked as I was the most sober. Sadly it was evident being the only black presenting person out the group it was obviously racial profiling. I’m quite heart broken that this is still happening in 2022. I went to get a coffee and came back and they said I looked more sober now when I was the same as when I left, it was such a farce and don’t think I will be going back again anytime soon.

For a somewhat normal club, this place definitely delivers on things you would want from one and even more. The separation into two different music/dance halls is great as you always have a chance to switch if you do not like the current atmosphere. Furthermore, drinks are quite affordable, entry tickets are very reasonably priced and it was surprisingly clean for a club during my visit. Plus, it's very conveniently located next to a tube station (even better now that the Jubilee night tube line is operational).

TERRIBLE BOUNCERS AND EXPERIENCE. They kicked out someone who found out a few days ago their mother had a stroke and didn’t have long to live. The people who are the guards/ bouncer were condescending and unhelpful. We had a complaint about how a friend of ours was removed for being emotional and were kicked out. This would normally be fair except for the fact that they had found out their mother had a terminal diagnosis. Despite this, they sat and drank water to “sober up”. They had calmed down and they still refused to let them in. The place was empty, after this we tried to let them know she had sobered up. They refused to listen. The security manager, kept telling me and my (also female friend) that despite we were sober that the conversation was going “nowhere” and that we shouldn’t “raise our voices”. It was a disgusting experience and when we tried to stand up for our friend, we were kicked out too. We asked for any recognition of who was responsible and was refused. We had paid for tickets and I’m simply horrified that the bouncers/security would act in such a way. Please, do better.

Great bar, lovely vegan 🌱 burger, attentive staff and a top shiny basement disco floor. Well situated for pre drinks fun or shimmying the whole night through…

Friday evening was really fun. It was lovely and busy. The DJ's selection of music and remixing talent was 🔥. I really like the illuminated round little dancefloor in the middle of the bottom floor room. Drinks were okay and getting our stuff back from the cloak room was also quick and easy process.

We came to this place last night for a French party to celebrate Bastille Day. It was promoted as a place with 3 rooms (1 with French Music). The DJ played 2 French song and decided that it was it. My friend went to talk with him to ask why he stopped. He answered that he didn’t want to play more of it and was very rude with my friend. And by the way. Most of the 5 stars are in exchange of a free shot…

Won't ever be coming here again. Someone spiked my drink, not a safe place to party at all. One star because there was one security guard who was very attentive and made sure I was with someone safe before leaving the premises (from what I've been told).

Really expensive and not a great club. A shot is £8, double drinks are £14 and the managers ensure that all AC are off so you drink more. It was 30 degrees on the dance floor and guys started to get the shirts off. Also someone stole one of our jumpers... O don't think I am coming back.

The price of drinks very high. Poorly service, the person at the bar was more interested to chat with the security person. Ordered food and came in children size for £11, when I asked for a refund the manager told me that I'm being difficult. The music was okay.

I would give this place a 5 stars even if i wasn’t offered a free shot to do so! This club was so much fun, the staff was present and helpful, the music was fun and the drinks were delicious!! Spent my birthday night there and had a great time, and when i got overstimulated i was able to step out onto the patio and catch my breath! The club was very fairly priced in its entrance fee and drink prices. 10/10 will come back next time I’m in london!!

Wow - what a fantastic venue. The staff give you care and attention from the time you go in until the time you leave. We went for Carwash drag bottomless brunch. The entertainment was the actual best. I would highly recommend this as a place to go. It was a great party

Overall I didn’t enjoy the music, maybe it was just the Latino DJ they had in on the night. The ratio of men to women was appalling but I must say the service I received in there by the two security guards was immaculate and I was impressed by their people skills if I could say. I’d like to say thanks to Mr Etienne Samba for looking out for me and making me feel welcomed.

The security manager was rude, threatening, aggressive unprofessional to us: representing a shambolic excuse for what claims to be a joyful venue representing the vibrant nightlife of London. We were three people waiting to see a friend for his birthday: he’d paid in advance, and we were excited to celebrate with him: yet we were banned for the entire evening, since the manager developed an inappropriate and emotionally-charged vendetta against us simply for holding one beer between three of us (the majority of which remained unconsumed, with offers of immediate disposal), and ‘cutting in line’ since we had a friend who’d booked a table. The equivalent of the Highway Code must be studied in detail so as to qualify for entry. This was consequently a simple misunderstanding of an unwritten rule book, which we clearly deserved the utmost punishment for… An unforgiving ‘one strike and you’re out’ policy seems more like army recruitment than evening entertainment: so if this sounds like your idea of a fun evening out then I’m sure this would be your ideal spot! Nevertheless this illogical draconian dictatorship and condescending zero-tolerance policy perceived our ‘unacceptable behaviours’ apparently as reason enough to prove we were a threat to the running of the club: and despite civilised attempts at sober, polite, and respectful discourse: we were banned from entering, without opportunity for adult discussion. At no other establishment would an eye-roll be acceptable behaviour towards paying, willing, and well-intentioned customers. The entire experience was a complete waste of time. This treatment was unwelcoming, patronising, rude, condescending, unpleasant, uncomfortable, unreasonable and illogical: and none of us will be returning ever again. I’ll be warning everyone I know against coming to this unpleasant venue. A truly overwhelmingly unfriendly atmosphere. Humanity, empathy, and logic were abandoned in exchange for callous and unconstructive service via unprovoked and highly inappropriate emotionally-charged, flippant dismissal. Staff (the manager) seemed to be threatened by civilised people willing to spend money at a premises designed for joyful activities. Our night was ruined. Avoid at all costs.

the bouncers were incredibly unprofessional and unkind to my friends and friend group. they do not prioritize safety; london is already not a safe place for women right now and the bouncers here seem to do everything in their power to make it even more dangerous when women try to keep safe. and after all the trouble we experienced getting into loop it was even more of an unpleasant and unsafe environment. don't go here, especially if you're a woman.

Went to an event here, no problems with security despite the reviews here. The club is nothing out of the ordinary. Bar staff are good, Had no interactions with internal security staff. Club is nothing out of the ordinary. Spent more on the sink attendant than on drinks, for the 'privilege' of being handed a paper towel, and being confronted with a card reader for £5!! Pretty rough place. The staff were civil, but the music was terrible, too loud and no opportunity for conversation downstairs. No draught beers and no atmosphere. A fair amount of riff raff, if that's what you like. Will avoid in future.

I had booked to go to Loop at the last minute. I really wasn't expecting very much but i thoroughly enjoyed myself. You didn't really have to wait very long for a drink at the bar. We spent the entire evening on the multi-coloured dance floor playing 70s, 80s and some 90s music. I did see the more urban floor too, but i have a feeling a missed a floor? Oh no, i may have to come back to find it !!! I would definitely come back. The staff were all lovely and very very helpful.

This is the best in london warm team and been here for for years. these guys are professional and very nice. muisc is so on trend top D.J We booked a VIP table and had a wonderful time. The loot team was very friendly and offered an A+ service.

We were treated with high disrespect at the entrance, definitely some racist treatment too. We paid our entries like everyone else and the girl at the entrance would not let us in. She was super aggressive while we tried to explain the situation to her. I would not recommend going there, so many other nice places to go in London.

One of the bartenders was really nice. She was vibing with guests and having a great perception. All other staff was incredibly aggressive and inpatient. For Latin vibes the music was good

Very nice bar with music. Lots of friendly people were having fun inside. All ages. Hip hop, Latino, and raggae music. Drinks are not expensive for the location but not very strong, so you might find buying more. Enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommended 👌

When you walk in they offer you a free drink for a good review. They advertise a ‘party wristband’ and then when you get in they don’t give you a wristband and say you have to pay extra. When I said they never advertised that, the woman at the front said do what you what. Wouldn’t recommend

Actually a really good night. Went to Boom/Carwash on a Sat night and a young-middle aged crowd but good vibe, two large dance floors one below the other (think double basement) with 80s (Carwash) below 90s/00s (Boom). Closely patrolled with troublemakers dealt with swiftly and firmly, loved it!

Horrible costumer service the girl at the door told me to shut up after trying to get back in from smoking a cigarette where the security told me to go out of the barriers to smoke she let my friend in as she was a girl but not me.I took a picture of her as she refused to give me her name and so the general manager refused to give me his name after labeling me as aggressive where all I did was take a picture of his staff member to complain about her,I was well presented and well behaved coming also from hospitality. (They've lost a group of general managers that went there twice a month to spend more than 1k each visit). If the company cares for such revenue they should consider their staff choices. I understand that is hard to get professionals in this industry lately but I've never had such an experience.

This is a really nice venue, great happy hour and lovely staff. Would of been 5 stars but the DJ in caspers just kept playing the same songs, there was very little mix up of genre of music, it was easy to read the room of what people were enjoying and what they weren't.

Met up with an old friend from work for a catch up. We were warmly greeted by the doorman. It was happy hour and the bar staff kindly told us what was on offer. We had a bottle of Prosecco, £14.50!! The atmosphere was great, plenty of people drinking inside and out. The music was very good. In the evening the had a DJ and the place started to fill up. We had a great time and danced till it closed.

Would not recommend if you are going here for dinner or to catch up with friends - music is way too loud so you can’t hear what anyone is saying. Wine offered by the glass is terrible and they had no baileys or champagne. The food was ok but the 2 stars go to the staff who were nice.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I attended this evening to attend a private function (50th birthday downstairs. Where myself and my father was turned away because he did not have Identification he is a 67 year old man. The lady at the door was extremely rude and denied us entry. We then waited and called our family member from downtairs to come up. Within that time the lady on the door/promoter had called for two security members with body cam footage as they was told two black men was showing aggressive behaviour. The promoter/staff should be ashamed of herself and security for their disrespect towards me. There was no misunderstanding just pure discrimination. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.

They took my Loop Card off me it no longer applies so I will not be back there again!

Disappointed! Good for a night out but sadly they weren’t very well prepared for a hen night party that was booked over a year ago… Also, the food was tasty but wasn’t what the menu stated eg: sweet potato mash was actually 6 tiny cubes of sweet potato and we had to ask for things that were missing like onion rings or ice cream from puddings ! If they would have explained there issues to us before we had to complain then it wouldn’t have been so bad. If it was just for a birthday that you can redo another time but this was for a one off special occasion (Hen do). They only really offered us 2 bottles of Prosecco to apologise (and a bigger booth with decorations which we had actually already paid for anyway). They didn’t know what package we had actually paid for!! The actual staff serving us were fine and the cocktail instructor but it just seemed that management didn’t seem to be prepared for a hen party. Would go back for a random night out but wouldn’t advise going for such a special occasion.

Went for a company event, included drinks and food. There was a lot of food, but it wasn’t particularly good. Drinks were free, so can’t complain, but that was more due to the company tab. DJ wasn’t great. Staff weren’t particularly attentive, but were nice once you did finally get their attention. Not rushing back anytime soon

What more can I add I was watching the boxing over in bond's when I decided to visit loop I was sober dressed casually but smart not drunk I bet if I was a lady on her own visiting loop would I be turned away ?

Update: 11/11/22 My wife and I are regulars there now. Lovely staff who are always friendly and courteous. If there is any issue with anyone who has had a bit too much and causes a nuisance to us, security are on it. Even today on the Opal floor, one particular security gentleman was so efficient, had to shake the security gents hand when we left for handling the situation superbly. Kudos to everyone working there. Highly recommended :)

We did the bottomless brunch and loved it! Starting with the fun table decoration, food, incl flashy rings and hats, the courteous staff, the rainbow dance floor and drag act - all in all, where else do you get this in Mayfair?

Absolute gem of a place! I really wanted to try out a new place back in May and came to Loop. My husband and I have been here several times after and each time we’ve had such a great time. Lovely + polite staff, great music and a fantastic happy hour! 😄 By far one of the best clubs in London!

Best night I've ever had in London. Whether you're looking to party, dance, or just to grab a casual drink, one of the Loop's three floors is sure to catch your vibe.

Place is pretty good and the music is fantastic. Security inside the venue is hot garbage though. Went there for a Halloween party for work and a couple of the security guards (one Asian woman and a white dude) made me seem as if I was some sort of criminal. Didn’t even act up or anything, I was alcohol free and vibed with my colleagues. But anyways, pretty decent

Had such a great time at the Carwash Drag Brunch followed my more drinks in the bar after the event finished. Entertainment was so good and staff all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone a visit here.
