Please google introduce a negative star so that people could truly rate places what they deserve. If you are black, DO NOT BOTHER TO GO TO CLUB DOLCE. Made a reservation with a couple of my friends, they got there before me and was told that the place was fully booked and guest list/table was not available, they left to somewhere else. I then arrive to the club later to understand why my friends weren't let in even when we had a reservation on the guest list, the were 3 white people in front of me who had no booking, no guest list or table either, they said to them that they should either get a table or pay £20 entry fee to get in and they choose to pay £20 to get in and they let them in. It was now my turn, they asked if I had a reservation, I said yes that I am on the guest list, they now mentioned to me that there is no guest list available at that time, that the club is fully booked for the night. I was astound and surprise by that, given that my black friends came earlier on and they didn't let them in, but in front of me they let some white guys and girls in and when it got to my turn again I was denied entry. Please if you are black, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TO GO THERE!

Got turned down even though we bought tickets online well in advanced. They said the club was full but they proceed to allow other groups of people in. We weren't drunk and were dressed as per the dress code. We had 2 black friends with us so wouldn't be surprised if they were racist as suggested by some other reviewers. Also, 2 friends birthday's had been ruined and they traveled from out of London only to get turned down with no reasonable explanation. Would not recommend.

It’s a coffee shop with a music system and lights , serving very expensive bottles and very unprofessional bouncers , DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME . It is not a club I must stress that , it’s a small coffee shop, make the effort to go main central London and have a better time with much more less costs , As I got a reply from whoever is responding to the reviews, as you can see the arrogance in the reply shows how unprofessional the business is running , the reply back is a joke , you decided to read my other reviews and try to mock me where i go ? Where I decided to write a review ? , if you can’t take criticism then don’t run a business. This review will be on permanent. And just from the arrogance from the reply I got just proves my point . Thank you for showing your true colours .

I would’ve given it 4 stars if it wasn’t for how unnecessarily cold/rude the service staff are with everyone! The only staff that had a positive/welcoming/professional attitude were the lady at the cloakroom and woman in the bathroom that sells lolly’s etc, the bar man that was serving all night - I never got their name, but they were there on the night of 27 Jan. The rest had a poker face and attitude like they hate their job or stressed! If the boss is reading this - usually a good solution to this is training/higher pay or more staff to support them. A positive attitude makes such a difference because the energy rubs off on people, I saw 6 people leaving (I stayed) because they thought it wasn’t worth spending and dealing with this attitude in such a small venue and I agree, for this reason I won’t be coming again either

Booked a table via Volt for only myself (female, 32 y) that night. Advised explicitly I would be coming alone. Got confirmed on the guestlist, checked in and reconfirmed the final number of guests (1) as requested. Dressed up, arrived there at just before 11.25 pm and quoted "Volt guestlist" but was turned away because they do allegedly not allow single persons as part of a safety measure! Makes absolutely sense!

Had a great night in Dolce on Saturday! Went on the VOLT GUESTLIST and was extremely well taken care of - had our own area and drinks were always flowing it was brilliant! Paul the host was super helpful even down to making sure I got the right mixers cause allergic to a few so they made sure I was always taken care of! 10/10 reccomend! Good vibes in the club, people were friendly, staff were fab and great music!

False advertisement. They did not cater for food or shisha despite me being told that this can be provided as apart of the £500 minimum spend package. The service was extremely poor. The main waitress attempted twice to add on an additional charges to our final bill on the card machine, had we not been checking she would of got away with it. I would not go back there. We was told they have no cocktails because it was too busy for them to make, this is purely done so they can make a bigger profit selling extortionate bottles. The nicest part of the evening was the toilet attendant who gave us some lollipops. Would not go back there.

Planned night out for friends birthday. Ten of us had bought tickets well in advance and tickets were still on sale at the time. Told at door we couldn’t come in as not on guest list and then because it was full - it definitely wasn’t. Promoters very rude.

My friends and I went to celebrate the a birthday at this club. This was our first time at this venue and it will be definitely be the last visit. The staff is extremely rude and needs to get more training. A very noticeable lack in Customer service, specially the Mediterranean looking security guard… be aware with him.

Absolutely horrific. Our group was given a “free” night out however we each payed £10 entry as we arrived literally (not metaphorically) 1 singular minute late. It was also only “Free” for girls. Check the website for their endless list of rules. The club wants to appear high end, it’s a glorified basement, no where near classy enough for the amount of requirements there were. We asked the cloakroom staff where we should go as we had a reservation, she rolled her eyes and shouted for her colleague, didn’t address us at all. Me personally, I didn’t see any other guest treated this way but I will just say we were the only group of BLACK girls…The club is tiny, we were given a table for 7, wasn't even big enough for 4 people to sit around. We left the “free” night early. Would not Recommend, have a better night out in shoreditch x

Had a brilliant night for my birthday! We stayed until closing and danced the night away. We received two bottles of vodka and mixers complimentary. Paul really looked after us on the night. On the lead up to the night Maria checked in with me weekly to ensure all of my friends would be on the guest list and if there were any questions from my side. We will definitely be back here again. Great night with friendly staff. 4 stars because the club is smaller than expected so you will have people going back and forth whilst you're trying to dance. We booked a booth through a promoter who was really friendly & helpful but on arrival, we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated which was annoying. However, the music was great, as were the drinks. For the price and the location, it was worth it. Thanks for a great night!

They invite me to Dolce Kensington, and they were so amazing with organising my night out, like keeping in touch and giving me all the details of the night in advance. Also they were replying to all my messages every time I had a question, or I wanted to add someone to my Guestlist. Really good customer service and very happy with my night out. My new favourite club in London. The music is better than any other club like Tape or Cirque, they played some really good R&B music and modern music. There was a bit of a queue to get in but it moved much quicker than other high end clubs so we were out of the cold in no time. The cocktails taste gorgeous and look stunning. You can end up dancing for hours here as we did!!

The night at Dolce was fun and we had a celebratory bottle of vodka thanks to our promoter! The club was packed and loud sound system, I think that's part of the attraction, service was decent and music was great. Everyone in our group had a blast.

It’s a very recommended place to visit! Great hip hop and R&B music through the night. Lights are great too.... We had fun all night. Truly VIP treatment which isn't that common in London these days. Dolce know how to look after guests.

Nice modern high end club. Oriented towards Chelsea crowd. Prices are okay but not cheap. We had a reserved area, the reservation worked really great. The music is fun and people are friendly. We were there on Saturday night until 3 am.

We were looked after incredibly well for my birthday celebrations on Saturday by VIP Lounge with a bottle of vodka and fireworks to make it really special. The club was really nice and the music was brilliant. I hope we can come back soon to Dolce next time we visit London! :)

Exceptional surprise night out sorted by my friends and the organizer asked me to leave a review which I am more than happy to do. The night was organized indredibly well from start to finish. Myself and my group of girls were booked as a special night out by VIP Lounge and given VIP treatment with a complimentary bottle of vodka. We didn't have to wait at all long to get in as we arrived early so were taken in and the host took care to offer us our choice of mixers to go with our bottle. The music started out with a mix of different modern tunes then mainly R&B and hip hop for the rest of the night. All of us were dancing and it was great to be back enjoying club life again after over a year! The best thing about Dolce was the overall atmosphere. Not simply a generic club but a boutique VIP club as they describe it where the mix of people is what really makes it. The crowd was not too young also - we are in our mid to late twenties so it was a welcome change compared to some of the other London clubs where it seems to be very studenty. What more to add...the cocktails made by the bar staff were genuinely great, the staff all seemed nice, the hosting was on point and the club was a surprice hit with all of us. It's a shame there aren't more bars around the area of the club to go to as we had to go out on Kings Road beforehand then get ubers but other than that it was a great night and very glad we made it!

Amazing place, good music and the best staff!

I had my birthday here recently and it was such a fun night! Staff were amazing, very attentive! Small space, and tables were pretty small so we couldn't really spread out too much, but the music was so good we were dancing all night and barely at the table!

Fantastic Saturday night at Dolce - we had a large table area with a botlle of vodka to celebrate my birthday and the night was great. The music was the best part and the crowd were all fun and friendly. The layout of the club is great and everyone seemed to be having a good time dancing. One of the best new VIP clubs in Chelsea and worth checking out for a top night out.

Good, fun, great DJ's played lots of Afrobeats mixed into other genres of music. Great for dancing. The cocktails are strong here.

The below response from the owner is irrespponsiple and misleading as it wans't about the comlimentary drinks! If you're not aware of how to treat VIp guests, at least get a a DJ who can mix and not an amteur... I won't say more but the reviews score says it all! We were on the guestlist by their promoter called VOLT who'd been texting me 10x to make sure I let him know when we arrive so we could get complimentary drinks! As soon as we entered, VOLT stopped answering my messages and just ignored us. I arrived first and the bouncer at the entrance didn't want to let me in without the other guests together, although I was on the listl! Inside the club, I felt like if I was in a kebab shop (Staff's behaviour and culture) and due to the size of the venue, no room for dancing! The attitude of the club owner and the staff was ridiculous and as a former club owner, there was ZERO hospitality experience. The weird part is when I left my table to get a drink from the bar, the staff offered the table to 2 girls who just arrived. I straightaway texted my friends and offered to go somewhere else and just left very disapointed after spending 15 mins inside!! I will never go back to Dolce club again and I am definitely blocking VOLT from any future bookings or reservations.

Top Club, Top Hospitality, Top Music, Top Guest List, what else would you want from a club. I’ve been going here regularly and it only gets better each time. Especially last night, I was over whelmed with the hospitality by the club promoters. Much recommended!

Went for the first time with friends to dolce on the volt guest list, very well taken care of. Paul made sure everything ran smoothly and everyone felt accommodated. Very good music and kind staff.

Very good music, great staff. Overall an awesome night. We got a private table from Alex. Got his number on the club-bookers website. You better go early to get quick access. We went around 11pm

Hadn't heard too much about Dolce until recently so we went for a birthday night out and were not at all disappointed. Staff couldn't have been friendlier, music was a great mix of R&B and hip hop so really something for all. Ratio of girls to guys was also great as we were a mixed group so this was a welcome change from some other London clubs. I'd definitely say it's worth going to for a special night out in Chelsea.

Dark and smells of armpit. Only good thing about it is it’s very small and therefore “cosy” but if it ends up rammed, you’ll suffocate. Coat check charges £2 per item.

We had a really fun night celebrating my birthday at Dolce club last Saturday. The music is so good and we were looked after really well. Everyone was dancing by the end of the night. Great venue with a nice crowd and staff that made us feel very welcome!

The music is awesome at Dolce. I think you need a guestlist to get in but we were sorted out for a celebration night with a bottle of vodka to make it extra special! We all loved the place so much that we're planning on returning for New years eve :)

This place only deserves 1 star. It's not a proper club, it's more a cafe underground with tables in the middle. Very rude manager. 90% is female and they are not welcoming guys, felt like a girl-only venue. Promoters - we used Volt - we texting us all week long and dissapeared as soon as we came inside. It took 1.5 hrs to speak to them and they never gave us what we agreed to. Instead of a bottle vodka we got 1 drink. False advertisement. All with all - really bad. Don't waste your time going there. I don't even know how this place has 3.5 stars.

This is an AMAZING place and atmosphere, great music that rotates genres and DJs. Came to visit with my girlfriends on Saturday and we were looked after so well. Great location for a birthday night out or to party with friends. Also, while the club is beautiful (as welll as the peoiple!) the girls bathrooms could do with a bit of a refurb! Overall high recommendation to check out for a vip club night.

My Daughter got spiked and the club let her leave when she wasn't aware of her stoundings. Security didn't protect her or ensured she was safe. She was found on a door step by strangers who brought her home.she had mutual injuries to her face. When i asked for video to see what happened they have no cameras.

Top club in Chelsea, good mood and a good crowd. The music really is great (if you like a mix of r&b & hip hop), the staff perfect, drinks not too pricy for a vip club and delicious cocktails. We went for a friend's 30th birthday celebration. Been to Raffles, Tonteria and Maggies and this ranks right up with other top Chelsea nightclubs. Bit of a long queue to get in but was worth the wait. Check it out - you'll be impressed.

We were on Volt guest list and were promised lots of complimentary drinks, bottle of wodka, bottle of prosecco. We never received it…. When we asked the promotor he said he was too busy. Bar tenders wouldn’t help us either, even when we showed the offer on whatsapp. Terrible guest experience. Next day we received a message asking if we had a good night. This club is purely deceiving their guests!

I celebrated my 22nd birthday at dolce and it was so much fun! Through my promoter I got a complementary bottle with mixers and they brought it out to me with sparklers and everything! All of the staff were so kind and accommodating and just wanted to serve me best! I was on the Volt Guest list with Paul and he truly was lovely and helped me with anything I needed. My group loved our time and will definitely be back!

Stunning, absolutely wonderful. The whole experience at Dolce was amazing, the crowd, music, and staff were incredible. Most happening club in Chelsea these days. Saturday seems the best time to party in here and we were given a free bottle and shots to celebrate my sister's 23rd birthday! Good location Good atmosphere Good scents Friendly staff You'll need to book in advance to get on the guestlist though.

Can't say enough good things about Dolce! Super friendly and efficient staff. Great venue. Clean, beautiful interior. Amazing sound and lighting system. No troubles at the door to get in. Crowd is relaxed and friendly. Very close to South Kensington underground as well, which is a bonus. Security was super respectful.
