I have been there many times and every time I go I’m disappointed. The guy at the reception is not friendly at all and should be sent to a customer service course, he is aggressive and for sure doesn’t like what he does. The place was busy with only 2 members of staff meaning you have to wait a lot to leave your stuff, to get a drink etc, the place was filthy today on 11/02/2022 @ 5pm. So don’t bother to come to a dirty place with rude staff. ( the poor guy at the bar was nice just running around working for 2 or 3 staff) Once again the guy at the reception is a killer in this business as he doesn’t make a small effort to make customers feel welcome. Zero Star today I’m afraid, so after 30 minutes me and a friend left the place. Went back few times the guy from the reception is not there any longer. The service is ok so be patient at the bar as they are either short of staff or don’t make an effort to be smiley fast or efficient. Don’t expect clean toilets and cubicles also….

Best place, bar men are always friendly and happy to chat, and personnel keep the place tidy etc during the night. Plenty of men at night especially naked night with plenty of slippage and naughtiness going on in all the nooks and crannies and I always get my fill ... or two. 😉. Cloakroom runs efficiently and quickly. Safe place to drink, play, or just sit relax and watch the men do their thing.

Absolutely five stars for the place, the staff, the location. 1 star for 90% of the crowd that comes here that could not find their way out of a paper bag if their life depended on it. It's that bad for them. Still if you want to give it a chance you may find the 10% that makes this place very worthwhile.

Good basement gay bar. Not quite a club as there's no dancing, but plenty of hot men of all races, all ages and all shapes and sizes. Plenty of dark corners and private (well semi private) booths. I've been here twice now and despite what others have, I've always found the staff friendly and helpful.

Went on a Monday night. It was moderately busy inside. The staff was helpful with quick service, patient with new comers and keep this place exceedingly clean. The clientele however leaves something to be desired. Pushy, one-sided and clicquish. It's an interesting visit but be prepared to need to go elsewhere to get off. I'm just say is all.

This place was outstanding. As my first time in London. I’ve been in several places and this one was the best of them all. All types are there and it 👖👕🩲optional. The staf were very friendly.

I was so nervous to come here after hearing mixed reviews about the staff - however I was welcomed with open arms by all - including both people on the door, people behind the bar and cloakroom I encountered. All lovely and non - judgmental. I popped in twice on a Saturday - once in the afternoon and once at around 11pm - I would say the afternoon was much more my vibe as things were a bit more discreet and sexy (in my opinion) with more space to roam around and the night was a lot more full on with a sea of naked bodies, a DJ and more of a club vibe - I think this venue would cater to a very wide range. Thankyou for being so kind to me!

It's ok, staff on the door have a bit of attitude sometimes. I went for the first time ever and was looking for my friend who'd just arrived and the guy in the booth started shouting about me going through the door to locate him. Had to tell him to calm down. Polite customer service out the window. Crowd is ok if you are more after an older crowd (unlike Sweatbox). The staff behind the bar are nice though and the cloakroom service is for the most part (but not always) efficient. Edit: owner seems to only have arguments when based on inaccuracies. No I did not realise the policy and 'choose to ignore it', I had no idea, and the guy on the door should have explained rather than run his mouth off while I was politely calming him down, politeness goes both ways as you said maybe look up what two ways means. The sweatbox comment is because it is also a nearby indoor place where people can have fun, bit of a no brainer. There was no "me not getting my way" vs you, that's an immature point. Snarkiness in your response only proves my point. And no I did not only go on one occasion so another thing you just assumed to comment on.

Worth a visit I think. Person taking entry admission not a bit friendly and more interested in chatting with colleagues but bar staff were quite friendly. Venue was busy on a Saturday and with a good mix of people

First time being here and being in a place like this in general and I definitely didn’t like the experience. A staff member banging on the cubicle door I was in and yelling at me because he thought I was filming which I wasn’t. he told me he needs to go through my phone which is bizarre and once he saw I haven’t filmed anything he didn’t apologise or anything just said right ok and left. Was pretty turned off after that and just sat there for a few minutes before getting my bag back and leaving. He didn’t even go to the other cubicles and question them even when I said I saw flashlight coming from another cubicle, Just seemed targeted based on no evidence

I’ve been a regular at the vault for a year. The supervisor Gabi was very disrespectful towards me a few days ago. Gabi should be trained on people skills. I was utterly disappointed to see his approach with people and myself. Please train him on how to speak in a kind manner without being aggressive. It’s a place for fun and no one should feel uncomfortable because of his incompetence.

Long running cruise bar in a quiet side street near several tube stations. Themed nights with an easy to follow pattern and dress codes. Nothing too complicated, just a good old-fashioned bar. Staff are friendly and helpful, never had an issue in ~7 years. The facilities are decent enough, there are several toilets, as well as a range of play spaces.

Friendly staff. Clean venue. Plenty of seating. I went for the first time on a Friday, stayed for a few hours and had a good time. Definitely going back again.

Absolutely an amazing cruising place. I visited the place on Friday. Arrived at / around 2 pm. Was busy ish. Lovely friendly gentleman at the entrance with lovely smile. Explained bits to me as it’s my first tone for me. Entry pound 11 includes a drink. Left my bag with the most friendly guy behind the counter. Grabbed a drink. Was faffing around to explore. Super friendly crowd. It got busier after 3:30. Heaven on earth. I had the most amazing time. A must to come here as it’s guaranteed a fun time. I will return again this weekend 🙈😈. It’s a great place for action. I went there 3 times during my visit. Atmosphere is welcoming and the men are of all kinds. There’s something for everyone. Price is very reasonable. Will surely go there again on next visit to the city.

Great bar. Friendly staff and very clean. We came here today whilst visiting London are were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

Was in the Vault for the first time on Wednesday. Friendly and helpful staff. Cool, clean location, it is always cleaned. Prices ok Whether passive or active, there is something for everyone. A must for the next visit to London...

Can we have another NKD night each week please? Don’t mind which. Mondays are great but Thursdays have long been too busy for me. It must be worth ‘sacrificing’ one of the quieter dressed or UW nights.

I really like this venue. It's clean, safe and good value for money. All types of men and fun to be had whatever your taste. Staff have been polite and helpful to me. I usually go late afternoon and leave early evening satisfied. I think this is better than a sauna.

It’s honestly a hit or miss. Thursdays, their busiest evening, usually requires consumers to wait for an hour as they claim to be at ‘full capacity’. This has been going on for months with no sign of trying to improve their service or compensation. Why should people wait for 30 minutes without a guarantee they may enter the venue as it then becomes first come first served? 30 minutes turns to an hour and so on.It’s completely unprofessional and frustrating;they simply have to increase the storage space for belongings. If you arrive after 7pm ( the starting time of the themed stipulation), you will be asked to come back later; repeatedly until someone inside leaves. Don’t bother.

After few year (covid) I went there again,very nice staff very polite, I meet nice interesting people,but a lot of the crow have an attitude. Guys you are in a dark causing place,stop being so chosing. In general the place is very good

Been on and off from this place throughout the years. Last 2 times I came here weren’t the best, but it’s really a matter of luck with the crowd to be honest. Hopefully more luck the next time. Staff are nice and helpful most of the times. I’ve seen them really busy with serving and cleaning, even if there were only 2 of them working when I last visited.

I love this place and I am regular weekly after work. It is one of the last bars in London where everyone is relaxed and men go there for one reason and that's not chatting :D the staff is always amazing even when I see some guests being rude. Specially barmen and Gianluca are fantastic hosts who cheer up grumpy individuals. This will be my all time most favorite bar as a Londoner. XXX

I went there Sunday night. December 4th. The British men are hotter than I expected. The place was packed and it was easy to store and get back all my clothes, they give you a big plastic box and you keep the number on a piece of paper that is in the same little bag that comes with condoms and lube. Consider taking PrEP and get tested regularly.

Went there on Glow night. Very cheerful atmosphere. The cashier at the entrance noticed I was a newcomer and gave me an orientation without me even asking for it. I don't know his name but he surely deserves a bonus for his commitment and politeness.

Pre covid, this was a really fun and unpredictable place. Long waits on certain nights due to being so popular. All sorts of people but go with an open mind and you will hav afun.experience..I did

First time and definitely worth the visit. I’m looking forward to my next naked nite this week when I’m going to look for some real action. Friendly and open people with plenty of great action to watch and get excited about. Lots of men of all shapes and sizes on naked night with strong hard action going on in each of the areas. I was full strength and moist for action but spent the time enjoying the shows 😉. Next time I’ll make my self available for some hard action. Cloakroom runs efficiently and quickly. Safe place to drink, play - a lot - and sit relaxed and watch guys get it on. There was plenty getting in on and loved watching the climaxes. I’m going to the one climaxing next week for sure.

Read several reviews of this venue. Nothing like my experiences. Been a couple of times while visiting London over 2023. Mixed bag of guys go here, usually old & out of shape. Spacious bar area, with very limited cramped cruising areas. Toilets, sinks, urinal & toilet floors are absolutely disgusting.
