Great vibes at this bar! Great place to meet friends where you can have a lovely conversation and enjoy the music. The atmosphere was calm and the staff were friendly. Depending on the hour you visit the bar, drinks are cheaper (~£2) at the happy hour. Definitely one of our favourite bars in SoHo London.

The bar is not huge, but the atmosphere and the prices are amazing. There have not only a happy our but also 'stupid' hour. The place is in 2 floors building and have einogth space for big companies. I tried some rum cocktails(Mai Tai and Passonate Rum Punch).

What an evening I had at Thirst Soho bar! Booked online just in case but it was not busy due to new restrictions on single households only. Very small and quiant inside with a nice vibe. The menu is spectacular filled with classic cocktails. Their happy hour is amazing and if you have time go early! Drinks were made and garnished to perfection, the table service was decent and allowed us to chill and talk and we didn't feel pressured at all. They also offer drinks to go so we had to get a long island ice tea for the road! Highly recommend for a good solid classic cocktail, it's also not in the middle of soho so not as loud! I would like to give a feedback on NYE. When we came to the venue, we were re-directed downstairs to the club area and the tables had the reservations on them, while it was clear after a while sitting there, nobody reserved them. I went to the bar to query about it as we didn't have an option to reserve a table with the tickets. I was told it will be £200 per table reservation, so I politely declined. Once the DJ started, the tables were pulled away by the security. It would have been infuriating to pay that amount of money for a dingiest tables, only to have them pulled away. I would have to argue my way to the refund. We weren't the only ones in this situation. I see this as a shameless money grabbing tactics from the bar manager and customers should be aware. To say it was NYE is not an excuse. Paying this money for a table should come with a return value. Personally, the photos of the club published online are exaggerated. The venue downstairs is small and underwhelming.

A great drinks spot on the ever-bustling Greek Street in Soho, with very friendly, attentive staff given how busy it was. They don’t serve food but are open to you getting takeaways from the restaurant next door and eating them there. All in all a lovely Friday-night-plan, though I’d recommend booking.

Nice spot for cocktails. Although it's a small bar, there was plenty of space as it's on one of the many streets in Soho that have currently been blocked to vehicles so bars can set up tables in the street during evenings and weekends. Recommend to pre-book a table if you're in a group.

Extremely RUDE and UNEDUCATED staff!!! Go there if you want to ruin your night!! We had the worst club experience in London. In the middle of the night, staff started to kick people out! We were shocked and that was so unprofessional to push people outside! I cannot believe they feel like they have the right to do that!!

Lovely looking place, great vibe. Only self-service. We came to sit down and all bar personnel were on their phone for 10 minutes, so we had to order at the bar. They were out of some tap beers, so had to pay £6 for a small bottle.

I booked a table for 10 at 5pm on Saturday, when we came in there was no table reserved for us so we had to go downstairs, which had the LOUDEST music, and it got even louder everything we blocked our ears. Drinks were okay, but more annoyed about the table. If tables aren’t reserved for large groups, then why bother putting that on your website ? We left after just one drink - it was 5pm, not 2am in a rave for crying out loud

I had my 21st birthday at Thirst bar last night and needless to say I was not disappointed. The staff was so kind, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Sid the manager made sure I had the best night. The bouncer and dj were really lovely, I felt safe and cared for. The drinks tasted great and were well made. Will definitely be back.

Backwards management who discriminate against potential customers. Bar did not let us in because we did not have any girls in our group even though we had arranged vip entry and given them our names. Manager even came out and still refused entry and then proceeded to shout in our faces. Lots of other good bars in the area so don’t waste your time here.

Had some drinks here yesterday evening and we were able to sit in the street outside from 5pm. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Great service, very fast and attentive. Good prices for Soho.

Ironically not good if you're thirsty - took ages to get a drink here. Pictures look great online but realistically it's a small average bar with little to no seating available. Much better alternatives nearby. They do tap beer though so that's a big plus.

Small setup for clubbing downstairs. It is only comfortable if it is not too crowded. However, a great choice of music on Saturday nights. The staff members are quite helpful. Prompt security to avoid nuisance. The cloak room manager was very polite and helpful (Though £3 for a jacket is too pricey imo). The bartender who works the night shift on Saturday steals the show with his great skills.

Went around 9pm on a Wednesday so wasn't our for a mad one. It was a nice vibe in there (upstairs) at that time of night with dim lighting. Loud pumpy music though, depends if it's to your taste. Happy hour saves you a couple of pounds per cocktail - we only stayed for 1. I've noticed the bar only responds to positive reviews which is quite concerning as some people are clearly having a poor experience.

Amazing, hospitable and caring bar staff with a very well rounded on knowledge on drinks and what to recommend to inexperienced customers such as myself - big shoutout to the entire thirst team for always bringing the best vibes and energy in soho ! + Lovely security that are always helpful when needed !!

The bar offers an extensive selection of drinks, including a wide range of cocktails, premium spirits, craft beers, and fine wines. Whether you're a cocktail enthusiast or someone who appreciates a good glass of wine, Thirst Bar has something to satisfy every palate.

I would not recommend this bar at all !!! The bouncers were looking for a reason to kick my group of friends out whilst I was trying to celebrate my birthday !! Reasons included ‘being too loud’ and ‘stepping on people’s feet’ (on the dance floor!!) and ‘taking too long in the toilet’ ?!?! Had an awful time here which ended with one of the bouncers attempting to physically assault one of my friends. Don’t go !!!

Nice ambience for Saturday night drinks. Gets busy but not overwhelmingly so. Worth visiting. We only had drinks so can't rate the food.

Entry Security guard and music was good. However Bartender (wearing white shirt guy) on basement was weirdo. He was serving drinks to ladies on the side of till. Once they were done we went there to get served .we waited nearly half hour but he served only to other people mainly ladies. I told him about this and told him- it should be first come first serve. His response was " He can't serve people on side till .There are many people". If so then why he served to other ladies on side till earlier .He could have informed same to everyone and us earlier. We end up waiting half hour. He should learn lessen its always first come first serve in all business. Keep eye open. Anyway we never going there again.

Nice staff and well decorated. But the music is just SO LOUD. It would be a great place for a date if you could hear your date. Cocktails were nice- had the Martini - very small cocktails though!

This is how my Negroni was made. It was disgusting. I had to change it. I feel there's a few cocktails they need training on how to make

Friendly staff, good amount of drinks available and bargain happy hours 🥰 I loved the system of three different price ranges depending on what time you’re coming

I generally love this place cause the music is great and the overall vibe is nice. Last time I went there though there was a creepy guy that made me (and many other girls around) feel very uncomfortable with his whole demeanor. I hope security is a bit more alerted next time!

Wouldn't recommend, "Thirst Hour" seems good value, but the cocktails we got were weak and served in plastic cups. No atmosphere, and the staff were not friendly (sat on door listening to music and smoking).

  • 5/5 Callum M. 2 years ago on Google
Well made cocktails and friendly bar staff add to the already lively atmosphere. Even on a Monday night the music was punchy and there’s buzz inside me and my group of friends had a great time passing through here from various Soho spots

It's OK, Much better cocktails avaliable in other cocktail bars in London, I'd probably go back for a "silly hour" for some cheap cocktails but I definitely wouldn't pay full price.. They definitely don't taste their cocktails they make as some were not well balanced at all.

Great wee place! Cocktails are usually amazing, although this time we had to take them back as they forgot to blend it with cream it seemed, the bar tender seemed confused when we pointed this out to him and he didn't know there was cream in a pina Colada, even though it's in the description. But all in all great place, great staff, good atmosphere.

Always have a good night here. Music is great and drinks are as you'd expect. Fab for a dance! The bouncer was so lovely, seemed he was looking out for us so we felt very safe!

One of my favourite places to go to in London! Always an awesome vibe, good drinks, good music, and the new decor is brilliant! Rodrigo and Freddy on the bar are the best, always very upbeat and happy to serve a good drink. The menu has a really good selection of original cocktails as well as classics, for good prices. The door staff don't take any s***, but they're nice guys, so basically don't be disrespectful and they'll take good care of you. The ONLY thing i don't like is that the DJ moves onto the next song after maybe 60seconds, and it's truly infuriating to be really in the zone for a banger, and then at the worst time, the next song starts playing! Its a small detail, but one that is super important! If this is changed and the DJ keeps the good songs around for a while longer, it'll really transform the mood

I was there on Saturday night and the whole team were fabulous. One amazing thing that happened was my friend left her phone there and the security called us to come and pick up the phone. They very easily could have been dishonest but they were great!

Thirst has an amazing range of cocktails and music. Found this place while we were on holiday and the manager, Miri was very friendly, made us feel like home!

Very basic music, expensive entry ticket compared to the level of fun you get. Very normal drinks. And also my jacket was stolen there because their cloak room was full and they weren’t accepting any more jackets. The management behaved towards this situation as if he couldn’t care less about the customer’s satisfaction. So not worth it. There are much better bars in soho.

Amazing little cocktail bar and club. Really great menu with knowledgeable bartenders (with even better happy hour deals!). I love that you can dance your heart out downstairs and come up for a little breather on the ground floor, while still maintaining a fun atmosphere. Some of the best DJs in Soho come through -- always creating the best vibes. This place never fails to deliver a great night
