Had great fun with friends here. Nice private rooms, good equipment, nice mics, quality of audio and great karaoke experience. However the choice of songs is limited mainly to the ones in English. Would be better to upload more Eastern European, African and Asian songs, in other languages. The service was fine, drinks and pizzas in time. Pizza was too juicy, dripped a lot of sauce on my trousers. Be careful, no eating tables in the rooms.

I have always loved coming to Lucky Voice for karaoke with friends in private booth. The Soho branch is my favourite, convenient location where we could have dinner then go for a sing with drinks. The English song variety is pretty decent, with some Chinese, Korean and limited Japanese songs. I would give it 5 stars if there were more songs from the other 3 languages. You can do the song list prior going via their website, so you can just go into the booth and just sing! Great place to have fun with friends!

Staff were friendly enough. The bar however closed at 12:00 midnight even when 7 of us had arrived early and were sat there waiting for our room to become available at 12:30. Weren't taken in until 12:45. Song choice is great. Volume max is a little too loud for the small room. The drinks button worked well some did arrive very quickly once in the room.

Brilliant fun and tasty cocktails. A little pricey, but not extreme for central Soho. Great song selections and comfortable room in which to sing them! Staff were very friendly and made the cocktails with a fun flair - would go again and highly recommend!

I had a great time here, it’s a lot of fun and the staff are so amazing and friendly! They work really hard and you can tell because the rooms are so clean even with a really quick turnaround. I’ve had to take 2 stars off just because of the drinks prices they are OUTRAGEOUS. It’s £44 for a bottle of Prosecco by the time service is added, and £14 for a g&t. Considering you’ve already paid like £25 a head for the room, it’s a bit much!

Had great fun here. They've plenty of songs of different genres. But it's expensive af, so much that we didn't get any drinks or anything there the whole time. You also can't take in any food or drinks from outside, I get it to some extent but a half bottle of Dr.p. Also we had to wait 5/10 mins after booking time for the room to be available

Really enjoyed the experience. Good selection of songs. We got in quickly and the staff were attentive. The time just flew by! The only down side is price which was £30 a head for 2 hours in the karaoke booth. Drinks where quite pricey too but it is London.

Came in with some friends and had a great time. Drinks were a bit pricey, and there were no Filipino songs available (which is a massive shame, considering how it was a Filipino who patented the world's first karaoke machine), but we still had a great time.

Very very memorable night there for my best friends birthday haha! And they provided complimentary shots and cocktails that we requested. Some songs on the TV though need to be updated in terms of their rhythm and lyrics

Came for a couple's Sten do (stag hen do) and I can't fault it. The staff are amazing, attentive and welcoming. The atmosphere is electric and fun and the drinks are pricey but nice!!! I recommend if you have a bit of stage fright and just want to belt out a classic!!!!

Very well located in Soho. Loved their system which was very user friendly and had a larger variety of songs you wouldn't get in other places (aka High School Musical, Chinese songs, French songs etc...) Only downside is the price of drinks... wish they were cheaper! I'll somehow come back.

We had my daughter's 9th birthday party, and it was great. Really helpful staff, clean rooms, all the soft drinks they wanted (quite a lot, as it turned out). Recommended.

Great venue, but the pricing just makes no sense at all. Why for a karaoke box, do you pay per person? The time the box is occupied is the same, but the more people the more you pay, but then you have less time to actually participate per person. karaoke should be priced per room per hour, that's it. No other logical option available. You can get other karaoke boxes in London for literally a 20% of the price. Their response earlier to drink prices is also absurd "They are in line with competitors". Well, be more competitive, you don't have to charge what other bars are charging. Lucky Voice is price gauging instead of offering good value for money entertainment to the city.

Had a great time here! Staff could be a little short but they still clearly wanted everyone to have a good time. The rooms are a little cozy, but just right for a party of four. Great selection of songs, with a chance to set up a playlist online before your booking. Cocktails were really nice -- I recc the Purple Rain!

Overall a very nice experience because of the fun that it’s a Karaoke place with your own room to share with your friends only. However, we were given the room 1 for 11 people and it was far too small. The prices are high but that’s something you would expect in a place like that. About the food. You can order only a few pizzas which are not better than the frozen ones from any supermarket. Replacing them with just snacks could be a better option I think. If you go, just make sure to eat something before or after.

Booked a karaoke room with friends and the service was amazing. Kind staff! Definitely recommend for a fun night out. Nice cocktails that were affordable Katrin and queen greeted us warmly and were so so lovely! Make the experience better

Was greeted with really lovely staff (Queen and Katrin in particular) who were really welcoming and brought great vibes before our karaoke session! Would definitely come back again! 😊

Manny I’m the door was a boss, he wasn’t too Aggy. Love that guy. Super supported by the team when I was singing my songs. Liyah and Bradley and the team delivered the drinks wonderfully. They all need pay rises. Brenda, Sarah and crew.

The staff was very friendly from the beginning! They welcomed us and made it easy to settle in. Queen in particular was great! Would recommend

Been going to Soho LV for nearly years. Great party vibe and a great selection of songs. Totally private rooms for the shy type. A member of the staff called Chris has been there a long time and always looks after us and makes us feel welcome.

Very pricey and always too busy. Excellent staff. Song selection was surprisingly limited. Remember to book way in advance (a month or more around the holiday season).

Had a great time for our small work Christmas do. Lovely comfortable booths. Staff were attentive and friendly and cocktails were of a good standard. Will definitely look into booking again. Time just felt too short!

The best karaoke system ever!! Pricey London prices.. no surprises there on the drinks but the cool shots made up for it. Our room was quite small but we won the karaoke so you can't complain but if you are robust then that room for 6, is more for 4.

Such a fun experience, the time flew by so fast! I came here on a hen do and the staff were so nice and accommodating. We also got a free round of shots to celebrate the bride! Will definitely be back :-)

Came here for my wife’s birthday. Had a fantastic time, and all staff members were very accommodating. Top knotch place to sing your heart out. Song choices were a little old, would be great if they could add some Afro beats or modern 2022 songs, but beggars can’t be choosers, and that’s a matter of preference. We still had a great time.

If you're into singing along to your favourite tunes or you like karaoke but don't like performing in front of crowds, get yourself into one of these rooms. Smallest are 2 person rooms and the go up to 10+ I think. Works out at about £15 per person for a couple of hours. Drinks are brought to your room by friendly staff. Incredible selection of music. Really good fun

Although our party of five decided to have fun it was a bit mean to only have two microphones to share between us. We booked a room for six and it was a bit cramped and cold despite us asking to have the Aircon turned off. Drinks are ok and brought quickly. The use of the computer is very easy and straightforward.

It was very nice. So well thoughts, great and EXTENSIVE songs list. But, did you know you could be a bouncer AND nice and polite at the same time, oui oui I swear, try it xx :-)

The really great venue for having some fun with friends the music selection and tracks were very professional in the equipment all worked very well we were pleased it was a very good place to have some fun I would highly recommend this there was air conditioning but we weren't sure there was fresh air into the space but we were happy that we had minimal contact with staff in the tiny rooms

We had a really fun time here - good karaoke-ing! Unfortunately, I was assaulted by another customer, but the staff dealt with it quickly and professionally, removing the aggressors, and promising to give CCTV footage to the police. I would give them 5 stars for that alone, except that the venue is not accessible for wheelchair users, unlike we were told when we booked, which made for a very precarious walk down some steep steps for someone barely mobile.

I came here for my birthday on Saturday night with 11 people. They were really friendly, everything went smoothly so was stress free. Ordering drinks was easy and they were lovely about us singing till late and then doing the cake just before we left in the bar area which was very accommodating of them! I would definitely recommend coming here!

Door staff was very racist. Said that we were hiding cannabis on our persons and searched us quite aggressively - a group of four ladies. Obviously this was not the case. Felt very racially motivated, when we expressed that, he became quite aggressive in order to intimidate us. I did share this with the foh staff but they didn’t seem to care. This took place last Saturday and was a friends birthday. Put quite a dampener on the experience. I’ve read through a few of the reviews and it looks like our experience isn’t unique. Please do something about this.

We booked a group for our friend's birthday party and were disappointed to find out that the venue would not be letting us in due to a couple of members not having physical ID's (pictures were on hand). This was not the major issue though. After not clearly specifying the need for a physical instance of ID, the venue then did not offer an adequate refund for our payments and ended up ruining the night for us, but more importantly, our friend who had made the booking for her birthday. It seems others have experienced something similar. If you're thinking of booking a karaoke place, do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

Amazing night! Good song selection (but no Tagalog if you’re interested), drinks, and service. Liyah is SO SO COOL, super accommodating and attentive. Definitely say hi if you’re lucky enough to come across her!
