Excellent place for a walkabout during lunchtime. There is a good selection of eateries, although they may be crowded during lunchtime - would be useful if the management puts out more places for people to sit.

A pretty large mall, mostly with food options like Bills, Browns, Five Guys, Wagamama and Zizis. Love the M&S here, which is very well stocked, especially with microwave and oven ready food. Bought several shortbread boxes here as well. Easy access via the Victoria tube.

Fantastic architecture and a decent range of restaurants and shops, but not for photography enthusiasts. I had my camera with me and stopped to take a few pics of the architecture in between shopping and had a security guard approach me to tell me that I need a license to take pictures on my camera. I have never heard of such a thing. If it was for commercial use or if I was shooting a video I would understand, but this was for myself and I tried to explain this. I have even triple checked their website and I can't find anything to support his claims. And here I was ready to make this a place to practice my photography and stop off for some food and shopping too, but will now have to find a more welcoming place.

Nice place, Nice shopping centre and lovely centre with a good choice of stores for its size. Often clean with Victoria train and underground station at a walking distance, many entertainment venues including the Apollo Victoria, Victoria Palace etc... in close proximity.

Lots of the typical high street shops here with the benefit of a mostly covered up glass roof that comes handy in the rain. On a few days it turns into a market with some amazing stalls serving street food of all kinds as well as fresh breads, croissants and some delicious desserts.

The best shopping mall, it takes a whole day to see all the shops, it is massive. So many good options and choices. I really like it, better than going to Street shops since the shopping centre is quieter and better, all the shops next to each other in the same place.

Hadn't been to Victoria for over a year but very "chrome and glass" now. Usual range of shops but a very large number of restaurants with wide selection of choices. Thought it a good place to grab a meal/coffee/cake at lunchtimes. Quite busy now too.

  • 5/5 sa s. 2 years ago on Google
Roof garden- We went here to watch the men’s Wimbledon finals. It was well organised and looked after. The seating arrangements were great and being able to take in your own picnic rather than only being allowed to order at the Aster run bar was a nice touch and allowed flexibility with our party. The team working were lovely. I’d definitely come back here for more live events

  • 4/5 Abi P. 1 year ago on Google
Nice atmosphere and the food and drinks were really good and there were a few veggie and vegan options - the vegan lasagne was delicious. The slight downside was how slow the service was. They were quite busy and we didn’t mind as we weren’t in a rush, but probably wouldn’t choose to go there if we were under a tight deadline.

  • 3/5 Ydna S. 2 years ago on Google
It's OK but I didn't actually want to visit this place - the confusing signage in the Underground station below it led me here when I wanted to reach the mainline station! Bright, shiny & new but I didn't visit any of the stalls & shops within so I can't honestly leave a report on this occasion.

  • 1/5 isabel g. 1 year ago on Google
Very sad , we have lunch at the Market and then we decided to have dessert, so we went at Cardinal and we ask if we could have dessert, so one waitress was really nice and said yes have a sit. So then we chose the dessert and when we ask to a diferente lady she was rude an not profissional at all ,and she told us , we can't get dessert and glass of proseco, only main course and then dessert!!! She will not serve us .

Lovely open area and with loads of shops to choose from. Veggie pret and M&S are my favourite. Lots of other eateries and clothes shops. Bright and airy. Wagamamas are upstairs too. Costa and Nandos are downstairs.

  • 3/5 Stuart F. 1 year ago on Google
This urban shopping centre has a modern, corporate vibe. It's a tad bland, in my view. It has a handful of shops and restaurants. There's a charge for using the public toilet, which surprised me given the kind of space it is in. As a spot to grab a sandwich or a coffee, it's okay because of its location but it's not somewhere I feel compelled to revisit.

  • 5/5 Jill S. 1 year ago on Google
Great shopping location. New shops popping up in the precinct and the beautiful Westminster Cathedral is always worth a visit - it’s free, offers a quiet space & so prayerful 🙏🏻

  • 3/5 Kathy B. 1 year ago on Google
Warm day sitting offered next to the open plan kitchen, too hot. Service was difficult as it took ages for the waitress to understand our order the pay machine did not work, I had to tell her to try another machine. Food average

Want some good quality clothes at a reasonable price in a urgent case while you in London. Then this is the place for you. Have some good restaurants nearby as well.

  • 5/5 Venkat G. 1 year ago on Google
This shopping centre located just at Victoria underground station. Great location & has good number of restaurants. I actually got an opportunity to go through the mall just because the bus had to finish at n-1 stop, instead of Victoria bus station.

Good place to go shopping and round around, Cardinal Place is a retail and office development in London, near Victoria Station and opposite Westminster Cathedral. The site consists of three buildings covering over a million square feet on Victoria Street next door to Portland House, and was designed by EPR Architects and built by Sir Robert McAlpine.

  • 5/5 Macel 11 months ago on Google
This specific shop has the impeccable window display which is pleasing to the eyes of a customer.Once inside, the apparels are neatly and strategically arranged for ease of shopping. They have some of the unique pieces which I like and don't normally find in other branches. This place is not crowdy especially on a weekend, that means you'll enjoy while spending.🙂

Great little restaurant and shopping area close to Victoria (London) Station. Ideal for finding somewhere for lunch, dinner or coffee. There is also a M&S and Boots store.

  • 4/5 Tom R. 5 months ago on Google
Decent amount of food and bars. I'd have to say, and this happens everywhere, as soon as a security guard sees a camera, they come over and say that it's not allowed. People could be next to you taking pictures on their phone but cameras are considered not allowed.

If you like new architecture and shopping malls then you will love this place. Situated in Victoria Street directly across the road from Westminster Cathedral and adjacent to an escalator exit/entrance to Victoria Station underground. The very grandly named Cardinal Place is full of shops, restaurants and bars all the shop fronts are very magnificently designed by an very forward thinking architect.
