Westfield mall in Stratford city has a lot to offer in one place. From shopping to dine in and play area for kids. Anytime I had been there, it was always busy. The layout of the shopping mall is such that the shops are all parallel to each other with a walkway in the middle. Toilets are clean with a waiting area on the outside. There are plenty of options to eat or have a quick bite. There is a information centre desk right at the entrance to the mall. The collection in all the stores is decent for casual wear. So, if you want some expensive party wear clothes this may not be the right place. Of you are it going for shopping, be prepared to walk a lot. Tip: prefer not to wear too many inner layers rather carry a warm jacket as it gets too warm inside with too many people. The metro station is internally connected to the mall so no need to worry about rain.

Huge mall with all the shops you can find at Oxford street. There is a few supermarkets, parking and an outdoor area pretty cool. Also a playroom for kids near the exit to the bus station. Good options to eat all over the place, for all budgets. Loved it!

I feel like this mall carters to whatever your need is, whether it be window shopping or actually shopping or you just want somewhere to hang out, there are loads and loads of things to either shop or eat. Beware though the crowd when you want to pay sometimes requires inner patience and strength, other than that it’s really a cool place to visit

This is my second visit to Westfield's Stratford, the first was to have breakfast with my dad. This was actually a shopping spree and for dinner after. O am amazed to the amount of shops and restaurants over three floors indoors and restaurants and street food outside too! I never managed to take photos , but I will add more next time I visit. You find brands you expect and all other sorts of companies. Ample parking and well worth a visit .

Hosting numerous fashionable stores and namebrand shops, Westfield is a bright colourful attraction as a shopping centre. Well kept and well resourced. Disabled toilets and public toilets are on every floor. There is also a quiet prayer room for people if all faiths to observe individual prayer and contemplation. Parking (albet quite expensive), with disabled access is available, as are lifts and escalators. Overall a nice place.

Well, it’s the only Mall in London. As in real mall. Maybe they are finally getting around the idea that gathering the shops together might be more effective idea for shoppers than the high street concept. Big, clean, warm and has a lot of food outlets. If you’re shopping then go there.

One of the best shopping mall with all brands for shoes, clothes, food and technology. The mall is fully organised with Christmas decorations and creative ideas. It's crowded everyday. There is offers for most of the top brands.

Honestly I can’t decide if I like it here or not. It was busy on the day I came which was a Sunday before a bank holiday so I don’t know if this is normal or not. Security guards at the doors in most of the shops that I went into which I understand but didn’t really like as they seemed to be watching me as I was wearing a backpack. I feel that Westfield needs a USP, just feels (inside at least) like anywhere else, could easily never return …:

Westfield Stratford City was an incredibly amazing place to visit. The experience was very interesting and fun to look around, and there is a good selection of vegetarian and halal food menus available. The seating areas are usually always packed and usually it is very busy and crowded here (which is obvious why people love it here)

Great shopping complex in Zone 2/3 and one of the most accessible via all modes of transport links. It's uniquely placed within the Olympic Park, overseeing the great new landmarks built during the London Games. There are food quarters both inside and outside the shopping centre. The majority, if not all, of the popular retail and high street names are present with more, exclusive to Westfield Stratford. There's a Premiere Inn with an entire view of the Olympic Park at the foot of the shopping entrance. There's also Vue Cinema which screens all the major movies on the highest floor. The main food quarters are on the ground floor (McDonald's, Subway etc) and top floor (Indian Street Food and plenty more). There is ample parking and accessibility for wheelchair users with many available entrances.

I think its overrated, since I have been to Dubai mall, I still think Dubai mall is the largest and most variant, the mall is nice, Sephora is a good addition, not very crowded, prices are like any other place. Easily accessible as there is a train that take one right straight to it ( stratford international station) so very easy to get there and very clear and has pretty much everything… over all a very good mal

One of Europe's largest shopping malls with a lot of low to mid range brands. Unfortunately, this Westfield does not carry the luxury brands as the other Westfield in White City. You can reach here from car, train, bus. Lot of options in getting here. Car parks can be confusing, so it's best to take a picture of the place you parked with the level and the lift you exit out into the shopping city, so getting back is that much easier. Lot of activity areas for kids, and its packed with kids' shops. Get very busy on Saturday There is a food hall andhave plenty of options. There is a huge casino here, too.

I have been in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park with a friend and also at the Westfield, it was lovely, there you can find amazing shops and also food. We eat an ice cream and I found vegan available. It was amazing because I enjoyed with my friends the ice cream free dairy! It is the place you can go, been sure that you will find what you look for, quality and elegance! Love it! 😍

Very cool mall. Everything you need for life is sold there. Food, children's products, clothes, food, entertainment, there are good cafes, sportswear, sports equipment, various appliances, many boutiques for choosing gifts. There is a production of keys for door locks. Payment is made by all types of money. Debit and credit cards. Gpay, NFC. There is parking.

It is the biggest mall in East London. It has almost everything you need. It is not for luxurious products. There are two food courts with different cuisines. There are also many kids friendly facilities, one small indoor play area, and the biodiversity playground outside of Waitrose.

It’s big, busy, but beautiful. If you’re out to just hang at the mall and hop between shops and restaurants, this could be a day out. It’s particularly beautiful around Xmas. Gosh! The lights and decor! Always a great vibe!

Westfield is a massive shopping mall where you’ll find almost everything you’re looking for. It’s home to a lot of the most popular brands in the world. Brands like Apple, Samsung, Zara, Timberland, Tommy Hilfiger, Victoria’s Secrets, McDonald’s and many others, all have stores there. Definitely a great place for shoppers to visit when in Stratford!

It's a wonderful, and beautiful City, and place. With huge 🛍 shopping centre, some tourist attractions one of the famous ones: ArcelorMittal Orbit slide tower (which is longest tunnel slide in the world with 115 meters high sculpture). And plus other places: boat trips, beautiful parks like Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. I could recommend to visit and see it :)

It was very easy to get to and there were a lot of shops and wide variety of items and brands. The food court has quite a nice variety of cuisines and the Vue cinema is an added bonus. However the customer service in most shops and food court wasn't that great. The mall was very busy and most people didn't really seem to bother about social distancing and wearing face covering which made the atmosphere a bit daunting.

I heard Westfield is the biggest shopping mall in London, I stand to be corrected though. However I agree to this assertion. I stayed in Hyatt Hotel at the mall and I simply did not have to go out of the mall to shop anywhere else!! I felt London was at the mall. Everything I needed for day to day upkeep was found there! All the regular shops are there and grocery too was definitely in there. Totally loved the place. Neat, very beautiful and every shop in here had helpful and friendly attendants or customer service.

Brilliant place for kids, has everything for all ages. Amazing place for a day out, with lots of activities in place. Not just for shopping, but for kids and adults' entertainment alike, with cinema, and games covering the entire building.

Location is good, had a good range of shops and services. Parking can be difficult, but manageable. This place has lost ratings because it DOES NOT enforce government regulations on social distancing or face covering (putting out messages on a speaker system IS NOT enforcing the guidelines, allowing the police or security in to do this does IS enforcement).

Busy as usual and some escalators were not working. Neither was the store finders!! The latter made it extremely difficult to locate stores and it took much longer than usual walking up and down the whole length a few times. The WiFi was working and had to find some stores that way but again directions were not clear. Also to great disappointment, the Ted Baker store is tiny and not a great range. The Quiz store and Miss Diva on the other hand are the ONLY stores in London that are located here. The Victoria's Secret store is big and well stocked too. Good to find Rover Island although compared to the one at Oxford Street this is much smaller. Cannot complain however because the one at Oxford Street has closed down!! Overall experience is not bad but could be better if things were working properly especially on a weekend.

On Nov 10, 2022, our niece suggested my wife, our younger daughter and I coming here for brunch. Years ago, my wife and I visited the city before as parking was easy. It was a mega mall and we got the familiar Hong Kong feel. We ate and shopped to our content.

One of the largest shopping centers I have been to so far and I have yet to explore and discover all of it. So very many stores and shops of every kind possible. Extensive food court and restaurants, lots of mainstream fastfood eateries on site. Three levels along one long major area but also extended branches plus many stalls along the walkways. Packed even crowded but not congested so one can manoeuvre easily enough 😁👍 Easily accessible from the London Underground station Stratford plus the bus station 👍🙏🙂

The Market's atmosphere in and of itself is remarkable. The inviting seating area offered the ideal ambience for me to enjoy my delicious sweets. The calming mood was made possible by the contemporary yet welcoming decor and the soothing background music. I was able to fully appreciate every second.

Westfield Stratford offers an impressive shopping experience with a vast array of stores. It's a great spot for shopping, dining, and entertainment with its many restaurants and cinema. The mall is clean, modern, and well-organized, making it a joy to explore. Sometimes it can get crowded, especially on weekends, but it's a testament to its popularity. All in all, a top-notch destination for retail therapy in East London.

The Christmas ambience was spot on. The trees were elegantly decorated and fake snow wasn't a nuisance but rather a nice addition. The staff are extremely helpful and polite and there are a multitude of stores to go to, however the centre was packed.

Visited here to meet up with members of the business association I run and founded who were doing an abseil to raise valuable funds for the In Sue's Name Charity. A brain cancer charity based in London. There is a vibrance about this place, what a pity thought the walk to it from Stratford Station over the bridge was lined with beggars, some who are quietly sat there, whereas other are much more in your face. That said once you enter Westfield and the Olympic Park area beyond it, that is where you can enjoy the experience.

Large Shopping Mall which was built around the time London won hosting of the 2012 Olympic. It has a wide array of upmarket shops and places to eat, however, you can still find McDonalds and Primark here. Always busy well served by transportation links including the recently opened Elizabeth line.

One of the beautiful places to visit for a New Comer to the city. Just mind blowing I can say, It's everything under one roof. You ask for the brands you have them. Picturisque, shoppers paradise, and a plethora of restaurants with cuisines to spoil your taste buds. What more, attached to the station is just the perfect foil for shopaholics, travellers, foodies.

The center itself is gigantic. A plethora of food and fashion stores. Apparently, the area is not a good one- but you wouldn't notice as the center is very fancy. I went there for the Westfield vintage kilo sales, which is upstairs in the food court, and bought some food for my flight back at M&S. It was a lovely experience, and I will certainly be back!

This massive mall is among the largest malls in Europe, and when I visited, my mind was absolutely blown! The variety of places to shop, so many places to eat, what more could a shopping center have? This place is also very close to Stratford station on the tube which also makes it quite easy to get to. Overall, this is one of my favourite shopping centers but one pickle would be that it gets crowded easily. 8/10!

One of two Westfield Shopping Centres located in London. This one in the East and the other in the West. Accessible by the Central Line, Elizabeth, Jubilee and Docklands Light Railway. There is also a major bus hub. If you like shopping and maybe entertainment for adults as well as children, this shopping centre is for you. There is your usual high street stores and other specialty stores located indoors. Close by there are many restaurants and Stratford East Theatre. With a hotel onside it is a self contained place to spend your time and money. With a movie theatre and bowling alley it is easy to spend an entire day here.

A big shopping mall at Stratford with lots of brands like Primark, TK Max, H&M and lot more. Also there are many customer services like handsfree shopping, kids cart, ATM etc which you can avail from lower ground floor. It has a dedicated some for entertainment and also for food court. Crowded over the weekend and you need to be patient while walking.

I love Westfield Stratfor shopping center. I visit it every time I visit London. Its size is good compared to the onse in Europe. If you are done shopping, you can take a walk in the Olympic Park nearby. Inside the mall there are so many shops and a huge group of cafes & restaurants including Italian, Chinese, Indian, Vietnamese, African restaurant but unfortunately Arabic cousins were missing. But the only thing is that some cafes and the food area are not clean! Tables are full with left over food. They take so much time to clear and clean the table, so sometimes I have to do it by myself. The mall has so many entertainment places such as cinema and ping pong. In addition, there is a multi faith room for prayers.

The heart break of covid was finding a car park in front of shopping mall enterance/exit. Space to walk up and down the mall without the needing to navigate through groups of people. A glimpse of pre covid craziness was inside waitrose where there were lines of people in checkout, 3 or so people hovering around the fridges to figure out which pizza to buy. i now miss the 2 mile walk to/from carpark and the challenges of navigating through the crowds in the mall..

It's rather busy here throughout the week, expect nothing less. Getting here, Stratford (Docklands Light Railways/Central/Jubilee/Overground/TfL Rail/c2c/greateranglia) is most likely the way most would get here but Stratford Bus Station could be your other option.

Very nice mall for getting branded things and International cuisine. I love the spread they had. One day isn't sufficient to explore the mall. It is way better than the Whitechapel one.

Always amazed how they keep harmony at this place. It’s just pleasing every time I go there. Lots of people, lots of shops, friendly security, amazing food court (Rhythm is my wife’s and my personal favourite) Starbucks at lower ground is great. What not? One stop for entire family/friends or individuals for mind blowing experience. And hey, unbeatable transportation. And, Queen Elizabeth stadium + Park + River lot more.

A new restaurant Big Easy has recently opened serving American style grills, lobster, steak, and ribs. Staff were amazing!! They are not serving desserts yet, so after that we went to Caffe Concerto for dessert.

Very busy and my claustrophobia took a bit of a hit here with the number of people within, but God knows the centre management need this after the last year of restrictions. Food offerings above average price and we decamped to Camden Town after for a more comfortable eating experience, and better price too! Once a year is enough for me.....

20 minutes on the highspeed train from Ebbsfleet or Gravesend station, Westfield offers a great shopping experience for all ages. Fine dining, take away, shopping or just meeting up with friends, this is the place to be.

Was taken in by the hype ' the sandwich that broke the Internet ' but to be honest not all that. The ques were so long and no social distancing measures. The mango habanero dip was the highlight.

One of the biggest Mall in Europe. Next to the stratford station so very easy access via trains. Big parking spaces. It costed me 10£ for 4 hours approx. Nearly all shops/brands are here. Food court has plenty of options too both on ground floor and upper floors.

Lots of high street shops, 4 groceries, and fast foods! Beautifully laid out and conveniently situated near the bus station. This is so much like a mall.. the kind of malls that I've been used to 😂

I have always loved Westfield because of the vibes. That being said, I highly recommend visiting during the winter time as the place looks beautiful and the atmosphere is just amazing. Not to mention the immense amount of food options and clothing stores make it that much better.

A one stop shop for all your needs. Lods of stores/outlets across clothing, fashion, food and daily needs. There are good food options, there is one food court at the minus one level and another food court at 2nd floor. Lods of washrooms across the mall, flower shops, cake shops and coffee houses. You also have Vue multiplex on the 3rd floor. There is also a kids play area (free) at the minus one floor.

This is a lovely shopping centre in the heart of Stratford. It has almost all the shop and food joints. One of the largest shopping centres in Europe, it has 5 floors to shop, eat and catch some fun. The toilets are clean, the environment is also clean and there is a large Marks and Spencer branch that has a bakery downstairs. The smell of freshly made croissants makes you want to buy and eat immediately. I met up with a friend and ate at Nandos ( Portuguese food) I loved my very peri chicken and chip, with garlic bread sides and bottomless drink. I enjoyed my food! Next time I am in London, I will visit!

Huge, every shop you can imagine, you could pick this and the surrounding places up and just drop it into Dubai and it wouldn’t feel out of place. Well laid out, super busy, like living in a crèche, if you get one of the flats nearby.

A place to enjoy. Every time I get a off day or some time for shopping I go for Westfield Stratford. One of my favourite place for foods and shopping. There is a railway station and bus stop very nearby so from very far people come and enjoy their shopping without having any trouble . There are hundreds of branded shops to explore. A big cinema hall to watch movies. Parking lots available and washrooms are very clean and accessible . I highly recommend Westfield Stratford city.

Super huge mall with plenty of really good stores. Car parking experience was smooth with clear directions and good flow. Particularly like the M&S food hall here with absolutely plenty of choice here.

Westfield Stratford City is a large shopping centre, with many different shops, good toilet facilities and a large food court area. It is close to the tube, just get off at Stratford station. There are many people here and therefore also a lot of noise. But it's still worth a visit. You can quickly spend half a day here, so if the weather is bad, a large shopping center is a good option. 4 stars ☀️☀️☀️☀️

The shopping centre in itself is massive and spoiled with choice to shop from the brands and eateries options. The best part is the prayer rooms and the water purifiers installed near the food halls. Massive thank you for that. Also an extra star for that lovely gesture.
