As shopping centres stand, I'm not a big fan of this one, but it serves the purposes it needs. Tend to find it fairly cold too, especially during the winter seasons.

I parked in this parking to buy something from Lidl .it takes less than 1 hours and I paid £3.00 for parking I tried to left parking in less than 3 minutes after I paid parking charge but parking gate is not opened. I tried to call parking officers to explain and he said I have paid £3.00 more because it's over waiting and when I explained he said come to me for check parking ticket ( which it's his job to coming to me ) I came back to parking and park my car and when I visited parking officers I realized he already speakings with some body as video call and without he check my ticket he said you have pay £3.00 more . His behavior was so impolite and he go back to speaking with his friends in video call. It made me angry and after I said what do you mean over stay when I paid ticket just 6 minutes ago .he answered so rude and he checked again and after this much unprofessional behaviour he said go to gate I open it . For me means this guy want to scam me and if I didn't checked my ticket I have to pay twice for my parking. I want to ask from manager how come some staff use mobile phone during Woking hours and making video call with his friends? I left shopping centre at 15:06 on 26/12/2023

Quite shopping centre, among the shops there are two One Pound shops and Argos. Boots, restaurants and cafes. Morrison's closed in November 2016. Forty new jobs will be created when the 1,245sqm sales area opens in February. It comes after Hammersmith & Fulham Council lobbied on behalf of residents to keep a community supermarket in the centre. The parking is a great resources as parking in the streets is not allowed. Also you can hire cars from Virtuo and Sixt.

It's ok, although not many shops there is variety for example there's a Boots, JD Sports, Perfume shop, Holland & Barrett to name a few there are public lavs, places to eat and Shepherds Bush Market is less than 5 mins away.

There were quite a few shops that were closed, could be that I was too early. Went into One Shop n LIDL. Wanted to take more pictures but was prevented by a security guard there!

Sadly, like so many centres, disappointing selection of shops. Usual collection of discount stores, empty or closed units and poor facilities. This is a collection of stores that cannot afford the Westfield rents for shoppers who can't afford the Westfield price tags.

Nice discount shops from Poundland, Savers and another opposite, to Lidls for a discount supermarket and Wetherspoons upstairs, for food sitdown deals on Tuesday Steaks for £8.xx, a great sensible cobblers/locksmiths, and other shops I still yet to see. Come support your local shops. 20221119satSaw a sign nr front exit stating Place to keep warm also on Wed 11am to 1pm with a free cup of tea and free wifi. Took photo of the sign included...

Unlike Westfield across the road, the W12 shops etc are very much secondary-verging-on-tertiary level businesses, so used mostly by locals like myself, for small items On the GROUND FLOOR: Two "Pound" shops Two supermarkets: one small, one medium Pharmacy Discount cosmetics outlet Cafés Cash-Converter Phone-case sellers Public toilets +Others On the FIRST FLOOR: Wetherspoons pub Good-quality eat-all-you-like buffet restaurant Upcycled furniture etc Gym Cinema All-in-all, now I think about it, it's not bad for a shopping centre of its type

I loved going there to shop for groceries, there are several grocery stores with some good deals and great products, what i did not like was the restrooms they were stinky. Other than that, i went there almost daily during my stay i. Shepherds bush.

I'm going to be completely honest this place feels so dirty and outdated, there is barley any shops worth visiting.....the shops are poorly maintained (Cracked glass and broken signs) the interior of the mall is filthy and the toilets are a disaster.... I'm sorry but I personally won't be returning.

Pity a lot of outlets areas are shut down.. but the muppet owners seem happy to pay the council business rates for their empty shops ..so... HALF THE RENTS YOU IDIOTS 🤷🤔😉😉

I recently visited the w12 Shopping Centre, and I was thoroughly impressed. The layout is well-organized, making it easy to navigate the diverse range of stores. The variety of shops and brands available was fantastic, catering to all tastes and budgets. The cleanliness and maintenance of the center were top-notch. The ample parking and convenient location made it a hassle-free shopping experience. I would highly recommend w12 Shopping Centre for a day of retail therapy. Yet then again…. You can always pop over to Westfields which is 100x better across the road!

On one occasion I had an accident in the toilets. He was freshly scrubbed, very wet and not marked according to the law. The nearby cleaning employee expressed that he didn't care and laughed. At least the manager was more empathetic and I agreed not to report that time.

One Under is okay for everything except pull-on bras for normal sized women. A man must have done the ordering because they have bras size S when most of us are M or L. Not the staff in the shop's fault as we bought all the other bras well when you see bras in catalogues at three for £19.99 and you pay £2 for a bra at One Under need I say any more.

Low costs shops with cafe and pub nearby. Very convenient for general and low cost shops. 2 drawbacks. The parking cost is astronomical with no reductions for blue badge holders. The lifts are often broken

For those who are unable to afford to shop at neighbouring Westfield, this is the mecca for lower demographic patrons. Poundland, Lidl, CeX etc rule the roost. Also have Amazon locker here which is a plus

I like all the shops here because they are very reasonable, and so you don't have to do all your shopping in Westfield and you won't be too much out of pocket. There's Argos, Pounland, Lidl and other shops which offer household stuff and food etc at really good price.

(Translated by Google) There are not many stores because westfield is very close where there are hundreds of stores, but to shelter from the rain or cold is fine. There is a poundland, there is also a lidl to shop for home, a jd with better prices than the one in westfield, upstairs it also has a fairly good free buffet although now with the Covid-19 it is not as good as before. There is a Cex to buy second-hand games or to sell your games that you no longer use.

An okay small to reasonable sized shoppig centre. It mostly has cheap shops, a few eateries and a cinema. The place is reasonably well kept but does not look as good since Argos has gone. Clean and tidy place that is easy to negotiate and reasonable access for wheelchair users. Cheap goods can easily be purchased here from both One Below and Poundland. A reasonably sized branch of CEX for yor entertainment needs. Security is reasonabl,e in telling children off for playing on the escalators but not so good with enforcing face coverings.

I love this place is very handy is you going cinema or after/before shopping around and the staff is very friendly, I've been always very happy woth their service, today I'm giving them just 4 stars because I had to wait 20 min for a drink, last week I've order my usual empire burger and it taste very different, dry no taste and the salad in the burger felt like is been in the hot shelve for a long time, everything else was lovely but it seems service and quality is been disappointing for the last 2 times I went there.

  • 1/5 Phil M. 2 years ago on Google
Went to the Chinese buffet. Great business model - cook masses of grub in vats and then display for punters to grab at leisure. But the grub ain't good. The experience, especially on a very crowded night, was like the last meal before an impending disaster. Next time I'll pay the same money to sit in comfort with a menu in a Chinese restaurant. We live, we learn, we warn.

This is the smaller of the two shopping centres in Shepherd's Bush area. Don't let that deter you because if you're working with a smaller budget or you just looking for value this is the better of the two. It's obviously not as high end as the nearby Westfield shopping centre, but it does has the main high street stores and restaurants, including a huge Lidl.

  • 3/5 Ed H. 2 years ago on Google
I mainly visit this shopping centre to go to the huge Lidl which has a broader product range alongside being better stocked than my smaller local branch. There are a couple of other retailers (pound shops, savers, cex, boots, H&B to name a few) on the ground floor alongside a fitness first gym, Vue cinema and a weatherspoons on the first floor. It's a much smaller shopping centre than Westfield across the road, however convenient to visit for some basics and much easier to get around as well.

  • 4/5 Helena S. 2 years ago on Google
Love west12, everything that I need, nice staff and good range of working hours. If ladies needs a toilet, it's very convenient and clean. Not dog friendly, that's the only low point.

Savers W12 - I would give this place 0 if I could. The worst customer service experience ever. Allowed an uncouth woman who was shouting "Open your mouth!" to bypass 7 people queueing to the the till. What was more worse was this bully called another 2 of her friends and she was served! When someone asked why they were serving, the lady got bullied and threatened as the W12 security and Savers staff watched! Not doing my shopping here EVER.

Dated as hell but with a lot of useful shops (including many budget shops as well as Lidl) and gym for local residents to enjoy. Also had a Vue cinema that tends to be cheaper than its counterpart in Westfield.

  • 5/5 Derrick H. 1 year ago on Google
The only place we visited was the Weatherspoons. The cask beer selection was poor with the usual Green king and Doombar rubbish. Food was good and service was good.

  • 3/5 Joanna H. 5 years ago on Google
It is a bit tired shopping centre but clean with public toilets. Since Morrisons moved out and was replaced with Lidl, and Superdrug replaced with Saver standard went down. There are some usefully shops like Argos, Card Factory, Holland & Barretts and small Boots

  • 5/5 Sammie C. 1 year ago on Google
Good little local mall to collect groceries and nit bits, quick bute to eat, pharmacy etc Has cinema and gym too so whether you need a few shopping items, or more specialist things like a key cut, show repair, medication or your watch cleaned it's a good find.

  • 3/5 Abhijeet R. 1 year ago on Google
I go there mainly for two purposes, either watch movie in vue or to grab a beer in the wetherspoon. A mediocre shopping place but with good accessibility and transport links.

  • 3/5 Clive W. 1 year ago on Google
A shadow of its glory days before Westfield opened. All that's left are Argos, Lidl and cheap £1 stores on the ground floor along with the occasional market trader selling phone accessories. A Wetherspoons pub and an "Aromas" Chinese buffet occupy the upper level along with a VUE cinema; I'm not sure how the cinema is faring against the newer multiplex VUE across the road in Westfield.

Argos has closed so many stores , I use to shop Argos much more than I do now ,I preferred when Argos had store's than you could actually see the item's when entering any Argos store's, I hate having to order on line as I thoroughly enjoy going out shopping but , so many times I've gone into a small Argo's store, inside a supermarket, only to be told whatever I've attempted to buy i have to order on line,so yet again Argos have lost a sale,

It's a gallery where there's a poudland store and a supermarket and at the top some restaurants that you can count on your fingers, nothing more than that. It's not an ugly place, but it's not beautiful.

Was really cold and someone started pestering me for money (I was with two small kids). Grateful for the presence of the security, but the centre itself is a bit rough

A few interesting shops, but the atmosphere isn't great

Sometimes busy, sometimes quiet. Has a bit of everything for everyone. You can go for shopping or meet up for a meal. Close to the main buses, over and underground stations as well.

Opposite side of Shepherds Bush Green to Westfield, this small shopping centre is clean but doesn't have much to offer sadly except an Aldi and a few small shops, a doctor's surgery and a Pizza Express. The cinema upstairs was closed, perhaps permanently. A spacious Weatherspoons occupies a large slice of the first floor.

I only ever come in to W12 shopping centre for Lidl and occasionally for a quick drink at the pub near the front entrance. The place is not the most inviting, as the outside of the building looks worn, dirty and unmaintained. The people entering the centre are also not the most polite or welcoming, however...! I've never had any problems or troubles when I've visited. W12 pretty much reminds me of Stratford shopping centre in Stratford, East London...which coincidentally, also has a Westfield very close by to it.

Pretty run down, dated shopping centre. There's a cinema, big Lidl, gym, Wetherspoons and a few cheap and cheerful shops. It's more for a quick stop than Westfield which is across the road. The Vue in W12 is much much cheaper than the Westfield Vue so keep that in mind.

Nice shops with plenty of options (supermarkets, restaurants, pub, cafe, cinema, gym, etc). Close to the station and lots of bus stops. Also close to the Westfield

The quality is not top top BUT the amount you can have is GREAT!! So go there to enjoy if you wanted to re-live your younger days when we all ate like mad, and then burn off the energy quick!!

Parking needs better, clearer signage. You do have to scrutinise some of the parking bays which are reserved and means your car could be towed. Rates are not cheap either and disappointingly, the area around the pay station smells of urine.

Pretty basic shopping centre with car park. You can use the car park when you stay at the Ibis and get half off the 24 hour ticket. It's 25 pounds for 24 hours. Half that if you stay at Ibis.

W12 Shopping is a shopping center located in White City, London. It is a popular spot for both locals and tourists, and is known for its wide variety of shops, its vibrant atmosphere, and its affordable prices. W12 Shopping is a popular spot for families, and there is a children's play area in the center. The center is also a popular spot for street performers, and there are often live music and dance performances in the center.

Variety of shops has declined. Boots had very limited stock. £3 for one hour. Walk from car park to shopping centre is through a secluded corridor.

I was in W12 Shopping centre to look at an ethnic crafts and clothing shop. Wado clothing I was pleased to see that they had a shirt in my size alongside a lot of really nice patterned clothing. I was a little bit short of time but would like to have browsed around Below Zero which took over from Poundland. Which is also in the Shopping centre along with; Boots,Savers,JD Sports,CEX,Lidl, Holland and Barrett, Poundland and Witherspoon's.

Disappointed by false movie advertising and lack of subtitled options for Deaf patrons. Rude staff and unhelpful manager. Offered to move us to a later movie at a different location but couldn't due to work commitment. No free coupons provided, unlike previous experiences. Loyalty shaken.
