Brent Cross Shopping Centre has been the default shopping destination for northwest London for over 45 years. As someone who has been visiting for over 20 years, the experience has remained largely the same - which is mostly good. The good - it has huge free parking (a rare London luxury these days!). The shopping centre is well maintained with a good selection of high-end brands. Being connected well by public transport, especially buses, makes it accessible. Plus here is a decent choice of restaurants and cafes at all price range, catering to busy families. The bad - the shop variety is dominated by the common and standard street chains - nothing more boutique, unique or personal - looks like they can't afford this space. At best they would get small location on one of the big anchor shops. These are Fenwick and John Lewis at the centre sides (and M&S in the middle). Sales prices can be on the high side compared to other locations. Plenty of variety and quality but still not a place for bargain hunting. Food shopping is mostly M&S or Waitrose - Quite busy but high quality. It gets absolutely packed on weekends as people come just to pass time, which can make navigating very hectic with crowds of shoppers and children running around. Overall it's a reliable option when in northwest London with a toddler or needing to use public transit. But the shopping experience leaves something to be desired for serious fashion/bargain hunters. A revamp with some new outlets could attract more clientele. While Brent Cross may never be the most exciting mall, its size, amenities and connections ensure it will remain the area's staple for years to come. Just be prepared for crowds and pack your patience on weekends. Key Shops: Fenwick, John Lewis - flagship department stores spreading over 3 floors. Marks & Spencer, Zara, H&M (including Home), Apple, JD Sports, Boots and many others. Restaurants: McDonald's, Nando's, Wagamama, Pizza Express, Shake Shack Burgers, Leon and many more including smaller food stalls. Coffee Shops: Starbucks, Costa Coffee, Caffè Nero, Pret A Manger and others (few extra are inside the anchor stores).

This place is one of my regular shopping centers with every visit I make to the UK , it’s located in a perfect spot on the M1 entrance to north / end of M1 entering London , the varieties of shops is excellent, prices in general for most outlets are regular, coffee shops are fine , restaurants are okay, it’s a great place to visit, it’s in a cosmopolitan area with a good mix of people. Highly recommended to visit .

Outside of London city centre crowd this is a beautiful n right place to shop. Cool n big shopping mall holding huge variety of brand stores on its two floor. Bright n wide open for good air flow in this covid times. Clothing, shoes, household, furniture cafes to food hall, it has all. Good security, helpful staff, wherever I went to buy my stuff. There’s a big car park next to this mall. So easy to travel there or by bus even train station is not far. One of the nice place for shop without a crowd.

Easy, free and plenty of parking. Shopping experience is very good. You have everything you need, great coffee bar, restaurants, plenty of seating areas. There is a bar on the ground floor where they serve one the tastiest falafels I’ve ever had. You have Chocolate Hotel, John Lewis, Fenwick, Marks & Spencer, Waitrose, Waterstone. I wish Waterstone had a bigger selection of books and team up with the wonderful coffee bar Lamborghini near to it.

One place to shopping needs. It designed in two levels . One of the most important destination for shoppers in North West London. We have all top brands of clothing / Makeup / entertainment / food / medical and much more. Most of the families comes here for have a good time and do relaxed shopping. Most of the items are available in Brent cross rather than high street shops. Ample space for parking and it's free. Idle for wheel chair users entrance and to move around. Ultimately great shopping experience and great time out with friends & family.

The place is big with many shops on all floor levels. Free parking which is definitely a huge benefit when coming here. I feel there could be more restaurants to give customers choice and maybe some different popular shops. Recommend and good for Christmas shopping.

Everything you could want from a pleasant shopping experience is at this shopping centre in Hendon, north London. It houses many well known department stores and famous brands can be found here. There is a wide choice of food and beverage places to have a drink and something eat or simply to take a break from all that retail therapy, before you resume shopping again, if you are like me. It is very clean. Security staff was very visible.

A bastion of my teenage years featuring everything from a super sized Fenwick department store to Waitrose. A great activity for parent and teenager, where there sufficient budget to have a proper shop. Navigating the car park can be problematic and it’s not next to the tube.

You can find multiple brands and multiple foods options. They maintain very clean and beautiful environment for shopping or hanging around. The customer service was really good as I lost and want to find out where should I go. They guide me amazingly. Easy access and fun to shopping around. Highly recommended for shopping and visiting.

A well maintained and clean shopping centre with countless major retailers. Both Fenwick and John Lewis have substantial stores located within. The M&S is spread over three floors. Surprisingly, all the other retail stores are of a good sizes, allowing for a good and varied range of well stocked stores. The food outlets are limited to the usual fast food outlets, Nandos, kfc, McDonald's, auntie anne's, etc, spread out through the centre. With no meaningful seating area. The waitrose is also part of the shopping centre. Lastly, the parking is free.

One of the best shopping centres in london. You can literally find every retail store here. One of the best things about Brent Cross is the parking availability. There are thousands of free parking spots with no time restrictions. They even have dedicated charging spots for EV and hybrid vehicles so you’ll never be out of charge. If you’re every feeling hungry you can choose from the countless restaurants available. I would definitely recommend coming here for shopping.

The greatest advantage of this shopping centre is the free parking. There are two department stores with a good selection of quality items and a number of high street shops. It can be hard to find place to eat without having to queue.

Brent Cross Shopping Centre, though not as large as Westfield, impresses with its practicality. Offering diverse clothing shops and restaurants, it caters well to shoppers. The newly built, clean toilets and the convenience of renting a power bank for your phone enhance the experience. Notably, the massive and free car park is a significant perk for visitors.

A really nice and big mall to walk around with so many retail brands in one place. The great part is the Free parking near north London and also the one way walking flow is good social distancing measures. Have water dispenser machine nearby to toilet area which is very good 👍🏻 Would visit again and recommend anyone in the area.

Love visiting Brent Cross Shopping Centre especially when it’s coming up to Christmas. Loads of free parking onsite and a bus terminal on the grounds that services many routes so easy to get to and leave. Inside it’s not too hot like some other shopping malls so you can feel comfortable while walking around. Loads of main stream shops such as M&S, John Lewis, Fenwicks, JD Sports, Apple, Boots, H&M and many many more. There’s also a food court with a Nando’s, Pizza Express and a few others and a few coffee shops scattered around the shopping centre, there’s also a KFC and McDonalds near Fenwicks so plenty of choices for everyone. I highly recommend Brent Cross to anyone who wants a nice leisurely shopping trip. #Brentcross #Brentcrossshopping #johnlewis #fenwicks #starbucks #london #shopping #christmas

A wonderful place to shop with friends and family, there's every shop you could possibly want, food, clothes, shoes, e.t.c. The mall it's self is very spacious with a great parking facility. I have been coming here ever since i was a toddler with my mum, we have so many wonderful childhood memories together. Whenever i was hungry she would always take me to M&S and buy me a prawn and Mayonnaise sandwich. The mall Is not too far to get to as well you can get to Brent Cross via bus, uber, or even a train depending on where you live.

Brent Cross Shopping Centre serves as a hub of retail convenience and diversity, albeit, somewhat favoring those who can access it by driving. It is located off the North Circular, which, while advantageous for drivers, doesn't offer the most pedestrian-friendly access. Nonetheless, once inside, shoppers will be rewarded with a rich assortment of stores that fulfill a wide variety of needs and desires. One of the impressive facets of Brent Cross is its extensive store coverage. From high-street fashion outlets to homeware stores, it provides a well-rounded shopping experience. In addition, its strong selection of grocery stores further cements its position as a comprehensive shopping destination. However, what really shines is its culinary scene. The Centre hosts a smorgasbord of eateries, ranging from quick bites to leisurely dining options, making it a one-stop location not just for shopping but also for delightful gastronomical experiences. The Centre's expansive layout across different floors is another commendable attribute, accommodating numerous small businesses alongside the larger retailers. The variety is tremendous, giving shoppers the opportunity to discover unique, lesser-known brands as well as to shop at their favorite established stores. This trait, paired with the Centre's ample space, ensures that shopping never feels too crowded or hectic, adding to the overall pleasurable experience. However, Brent Cross's layout isn't without its challenges. Navigating the Centre can be a somewhat confusing affair, especially for first-time visitors. The internal organization can feel a bit labyrinthine, with stores dispersed across various floors in a non-linear fashion. Some improved signage or perhaps an updated mall map could significantly alleviate this issue, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive shopping journey for everyone. Overall, Brent Cross Shopping Centre offers a solid and diverse shopping experience, housed in a sizable and well-stocked location. Its shortcomings in terms of pedestrian access and internal layout can be overlooked when you consider its strong variety and scope of stores, as well as its appealing food and beverage offerings. If you're looking for a comprehensive, all-in-one shopping destination and don't mind getting a bit turned around, Brent Cross is well worth a visit.

How do you review an entire shopping centre? There's a good selection of shops...well known brands is etc and also some overpriced tat. There's some really good eateries in their too...but then there's Pret and their £3.40 tiny brownie! There's some good, some bad...and everything in between. It's a very good shopping centre nonetheless with free parking and very close to public transport. You'd have to travel a fair distance to find another mall, let alone a better one.

Brent Cross Shopping Centre opened in 1976 as the UK's first out of town shopping centre. It is now one step ahead of other shopping centres, allowing dog owners to shop with their well behaved dogs. This dog friendly policy has been implemented for a while. That's why my fellow shoppers did not jump when they saw Hachi. Although not all the shops understandably are not dog friendly, both Hachi and I enjoyed the new experience while it was pouring outside.Big thumb up.

I live nearby and often come here. You can find multiple brands for food, clothes, accessories, drinks, service, and just about anything you’d need. The atmosphere is great and the place in maintained to a very high and clean standard. There are multiple floors and entrances with a large car park situated next to it. There are multiple places to check your location and customer service never disapppoints. The shops inside are great and I would highly recommend this shopping mall.

Very conveniently located with plentiful parking. Good range of shops and all within a decent sized space (you don’t have to traipse for miles like you do in some of the larger malls). One thing that is missing is some decent restaurants. There are a few of the well known semi-fast food names but it would be lovely to see some more independent eateries.

Old, dirty, lacking charm. And that's just the people! That place really needs updating. I'd sooner head to Westfields east and west of Brent Cross. The whole area is just run down and grotty. Not destination shopping as desperation shopping.

If you travel by bus as much as I do, you will definitely end up here. It's a bit complicated, but if you pay attention to Citymapper, you won't make any mistakes. Be sure to wait at the designated stop for you. There are many such bus stops. If you are a tourist you will experience a double decker bus party 😃 If you are a tourist in London I recommend downloading citymapper ❗

Brent Cross Shopping Centre is a classic bi-level indoor mall with a food court, it has more than 120 familiar stores. Here are some reviews from users: * It has all the usual suspects like M&S and John Lewis, but also luxury brands like GUESS, Reiss and Ted Baker. * It's an average shopping centre, doesn't really have anything worth going for. It's good for essentials because of boots and the occasional Nando's visit but is doesn't have Superdrug or card factory. Overall, it seems like a decent shopping mall with a good mix of stores, but not the most exciting one.

It's been open since 1976 & it's simply the best shopping centre in Greater London - ample free parking... so no clock watching Great selection of real shops (not loads of unaffordable high end designer stores) Not so big you need rolkerskates to get around Pretty good amenities & places to grab food

My trip to Brent Cross Shopping Centre was a mixed bag. I went there with my buddies who needed to pick up some stuff for their trip to India. The issue? Most of the stores were on the pricey side. We strolled around the mall and quickly realized it was all about high-end brands. Great if you're splurging, not so great if you're looking for a bargain. We had to hunt for the few stores with reasonable prices. The mall itself was pretty nice, though. It was clean and spacious, so we didn't mind wandering around, even if we weren't buying from every store. And they had some decent food options to keep us fueled. In a nutshell, Brent Cross Shopping Centre is cool if you're into luxury shopping, but it's not the place to go on a budget shopping spree. You might find a few deals if you search hard enough, but be prepared to open your wallet for most stuff.

Just hope it survives Brexit & Covid. I went to buy a suit and after visiting several stores got a nice one in good old M&S. I returned home in atrocious weather on Sat and attended an excellent dinner dance in the Clayton Hotel Chiswick later.

The place was nice, could use more shops. Plus the bus stop seems like a bit of a mess. (I meant the infrastructure of the buses coming in and going, not the trash. It's chaotic) Added a floor plan map as well.

Gotta love free parking shopping mall - I hope they never change this. Brent Cross is that kind of shopping mall which you can’t get lost in but it has decent size and amount of shops to kill half a day. It’s just perfect and not overwhelming as other massive malls. It has just enough choice of food and each of the most popular coffee shops. Great place to spend a rainy day in. Just wish they’d put all the couches back to sit on.

Large out of town shopping centre with plenty of shops and places to eat, plus free parking so I was expecting it to be packed. Luckily for me it wasn't when I visited mid week but just a few weeks before xmas. Parking is fairly limited for a centre this big, but I still managed to find a space in about 5 minutes, so not too bad. What I like is the quality of shops, which carry a good range of products. For instance, you'll find large rows of cards at M&S, instead of the usual small range of cards in local branches. There's plenty of places to eat too. Location is good too, with it at the bottom of the M1 sitting on the north circular. Plus its just outside the ulez.

What a fantastic shopping centre with a beautiful array of shops. So much choice and such an enjoyable experience. So pleased it's got a choice of high street shops and free parking up to applicable hours. Thank you!

A lot nicer environment when first built with beautiful center fountain and coloured glass roof, just too busy now like ants nest...

I love this shopping centre. One of my favourite places 😉. If you want to have a good food, lots of amazing stores (good brands) fun for the children or just a coffee with a friend there is the place ❤️❤️❤️❤️.

Was nice, free parking was a nice touch Loads of designer brands available. The food court needs to be bigger, waiting times to get a seat was long

It was hot, noisy and bustling with shoppers, it was the best shopping mall I have visited,it has a cozy friendly feeling the minute you walk inside, very well laid out and easy to navigate, what more can you want for a day out for some serious retail therapy, unlike the other shopping malls i have visited it allows shoppers areas to relax in in with designated areas, a little oasis to rest In before the next round of shopping, for the older shoppers and the not so older shoppers, it is well provided with good plenty of toilets and even a baby changing area in the men's, a well thought out shopping centre and more than worth visiting if you want a good time shopping and to enjoy it's plentiful shops and restaurants. If you are in a mood for a little adventure after a busy shopping trip, seek out sturgess park located behind Brent cross shopping centre for a little relaxation, to find this Narnia seek out it's pathway through the labyrinth of John Lewis and find it up and beyond it's car park.

I did the John Lewis personal shopper thing with Blossom and she was so lovely! She taught me so much and I came away with a few things I loved. Plus the personal shopper service was free! Brent Cross in general was very clean and lots of hand sanitiser if you were worried about covid. Quite busy but not unbearable.

Great shopping centre. Fairly large, plenty of nice stores, decent selection of restaurants, free parking and a good buzz in general. The only thing that is awful is the mobile reception in there.

Beautiful place. I particularly love the Lush, M S Food, Hasty Tasty Pizza, Italian Gelato, Pret, especially. The staff in these shops are spot on and very kind. Good selection of food and cosmetics. There are resting spots with lovely comfy sofas and rugs: Good to eat the take away food.
