Absolutely beautiful place to come visit even if you don't plan on spending or visiting all of the luxury shops. The Fortnum and Mason cafe in the centre has great service and coffee, definitely recommend. The luxury store are very small and allow for great and personal customer service. Definitely come here for a special occasion or shopping for a specific item. Worth a visit in the area but don't dedicate an entire day. Lovely old building faithfully kept while turning into an exclusive commercial zone. Especially enjoyable High Tea at Fortnum & Masons.

Beautiful building with a rich history. Top end shopping and possibly the best breakfast I have ever had in the Fortum & Mason eatery. Service was warm and friendly and a fantastic way to enjoy a leisurely morning in the city.

Historical building with highly detailed architecture and an atrium beautifully filled with natural light where you can escape London for a while and have some tea and drinks at Fortnum & Mason, and if you do, you'll get a 10% discount at their shop right there. Irresistible.

Great cocktails and an amazing setting. Pricey, but you get good value and it's not overly crowded.

What a mall. Very nice. This was one of our location while visiting City of London. Can’t just miss it. Please try to visit as it’s just something we normally won’t go to do. Highly recommended to visit with children.

Fantastic building to see and explore The stone works are outstanding quality of workmanship which I don't think you would find today. Building is well kept in good condition inside was nice and clean as well had lunch at cafe inside which was lovely but London prices 😀 might put you off. Well worth it if you love civil engineering work and design like I do.

The Royal Exchange was the double for the Bank of England in the Julie Andrews Mary Poppins and of the two buildings it's easy to see why it was chosen for the film. (BoE is next door). The current building which dates from 1844 inside and out is a grand example of Victorian architecture. The original trading was as a bourse but now it's largely of exclusive fine jewelry and watches with a Fortnum and Mason restaurant.

This was a meal at Fortnum and Mason our son bought for us. Excellent meal, well presented very tasty. But the staff really made the day special. We also went to the Fortnum and Mason shop, and the staff there were excellent, they arranged a table at the restaurant for a cup of tea while we waited to have our meal and looked after our shopping whilst we had our meal. It was our anniversary so the whole day was special.

The Royal Exchange is a beautiful place, set in a great location. A meeting venue on the 2nd Floor with a bar, shopping and restaurant on the ground floor. 👌 Parking is an issue though, with just a few places available a short walk away. The NED restaurant us just around the corner so it's a place that will Impress your friends and your significant other!

The Royal Stock Exchange stands as an outrageously beautiful symbol of financial prowess in London. Its grandiose architecture dominates the historic square, surrounded by equally enchanting buildings. A must-visit location with shops and restaurants within, offering a blend of history and modernity. Standing before it provides a stunning view, skyscrapers of the City of London rising behind. A captivating experience that seamlessly merges tradition and contemporary allure.

Architectural wise very nice especially during our visit last Nov’19 with plenty of Christmas decorations and lightings that make it super nice. Didn’t explore the inside much just outside while roaming around. It’s definitely great to roam around within this place as the location is accessible to other tourist spots as well and walking distance to underground 🚊

Thoroughly enjoyable meal -virgin experience. The staff were efficient and friendly and all our food was well cooked and nicely presented. Paid additional supplement for a couple of dishes but both worth the extra .

Stunning architecture and a must visit. An array of high end luxury brands are housed here but if shopping is not your thing, drop by for a nice cuppa or high tea at Fortnum and Mason. The Bank of England is next door, why not visit the BOE museum there?

We went here as we had received a Virgin Experience voucher. So, we went along to celebrate my Birthday and our anniversary. It was just perfect - the ambiance, the food was fabulous, and service was first class. Would definitely recommend, and will be going again.

Excellent service and attention given to allergy/gluten free food. As it's in a public shopping mall it is different to being in a specific dining lounge. Having said that the historic building architecture is stunning. Well worth a visit.

Depends what you are looking for, few shops, mainly high end retailers and fashion brands, but all in one place. Couple of restaurants and pleases to get a quick bite. Historically significant for London with beautiful architecture.

Beautiful architecture. Nearby is also full of perfect buildings. Mall itself was built by order of Queen Elizabeth I in 16 century. There is Fortnum&Mason Bar&cafe in the middle of hall. You should reserve beforehand if you want to have a seat around table. But for bar part FIFO structure works. There are also some other brand inside where you can visit and spend time. Overall must cisit place

Great food and nice staff. The place looks even nicer in real life. The bar isn't cheap, but it's a great place to go for special occasions.

A really decent shopping centre with high end boutiques and dining. Covid had certainly has an impact but I'm sure this place with thrive again in the coming weeks and months. It's certainly worth a visit. And the listed building along, sitting adjacent the Bank, is a good enough reason to visit even if you're not buying.

Great spot for a quick tipple or bite to eat, some beautiful boutiques are tucked away too and with a much quieter experience to other shopping quarters

Simply spectacular ! Amazing food, superb cocktails, and a wonderful atmosphere made even more special by the incredible staff. I could go on, but I've run out of superlatives :) We will DEFINITELY be back soon !!

Food is of a five star rating, however I have given a 4star purely because, on arrival before you even see a menu you are asked if you would like water, they do not tell you it is £4.75. Apart from this hiccup. It is wonderful here. So romantic.

It was an amazing experience, a birthday treat for me and my best friend. We felt like Queens. The food was superb, service exceptional and made to feel like nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile.

Nothing like a modern malll, has small highend shopping outlets and a restaurant. Was unable to connect to WiFi, toilets are at the basement and well looked after.

Fortnum and mason ambience was ok but the food was good except the desserts…the service was a bit slow and they didn’t inform us well about the TnC on our virgin experience voucher…

Very enjoyable Champagne afternoon tea experience - nothing too much trouble for the staff (including two refills of our teapots!) and a good range of sandwiches and cakes to enjoy. We couldn't manage to eat everything while we were there but took the leftovers home in a stylish Fortnum and Mason Box to enjoy later!

Nice place with some high-end, though not exclusive shopping and dining. Especially good if you have more money than sense or just want to show off a little. Bit of a tourist trap in some sense, but food and drinks are decent.

A little bit sleepy and quite but this is a historic place with a lot of charm, boutiques, food and drink.

2 stars because of the beauty of the building only and Fortnums gaining 0 stars. We were told there were no seats in the restaurant area. We pointed out there was and we were (reluctantly) seated. I left for 10 minutes to pick up an item (the reason we were in London) and when I returned my girlfriend was very upset and was sat outside. No one had come up to take her order and she had been ignored and made to feel unwelcome. Absolutely disgraceful service.
