Good shopping centre near the Edgware station 🚉. Plenty of parking. No food court, but there is a Costa Coffee ☕️ in the centre with plenty of seating.

Lots of shops and cafes like tk maxx, boots, poundland, wh smith's, Costa, jd sports, card factory, blue inc, popthelook, wenzels, O2, Costa coffee etc etc, & free parking for 1.5hrs, low charges after this time. Atmosphere 'feels' a bit sort of run-down but def worth a visit!

Unfair charging for parking for a disabled person, refusal of consideration for Equality Act. It costs nothing for Broadwalk to cancel parking charges and keep their customers happy but instead they'd rather lose customers. Broadwalk general manager Angela Brooks has shown how little care they have for their customers. Won't be shopping their again and wouldn't advise others to either ---- I can see this review is receiving plenty of views, so here's an update. The Broadwalk continue to respond illegally, evading their statutory duties. For others to note The Broadwalk has joint liability for disability discrimination along with their elected agent UKPC. They have a statutory duty to make reasonable adjustments to their policies. Which includes telling their agents to cancel unjust parking charges. Should they choose to evade this continually I will have no choice but to file a discrimination claim.

Dire shops of cheap tack. Look at the comments rewarding 5* really you obviously dont shop. If pound land, tacky factory produced clothing stores and WH Smith rock your boat, you guys need to head out abit more. There used to be an M&S and that’s gone replaced by awful TK Max. Mind you the quality of the people frequentling it says it all. A sad place awful shops, beggars outside, I rest my case.welcome to edgware

Small, clean local shopping mall with an unremarkable complement of tenants including a few nationals. Good access by rail, road and adequate parking at a reasonable price. A dated, low-budget,1980's nautically inspired interior; all powder-coated poles, visible maintenance gangways, skylights and decorative railings, sky blue accents, not forgetting the ubiquitous decorative portholes. Shoppers welcome a-bored. Ahoy vey.

Not too many shops inside, you need only 2-3 mins walk from car park to high street thru mall! However thats a good option for shoppings in Edgware! Car park free up to 1.5 hours!

Surprisingly, this shopping centre has quite a few useful shops including a JD Sports, a Costa, Cards Galore, a Poundshop as well as a Sainsburys.

Free parking for 30min. Handy when just picking up a pre-ordered parcel. There is a wide variety of shops and includes a PCR testing shop for those that need a test to go abroad

It's not the biggest shopping centre but it squeezes in a lot of shops and most offer great discounts. I have made several great purchases here in the past 10+ years I've used it. The parking used to be free too. Now it's paid but I think you still get the first 1.5 hour free. And it's not exorbitant.

Just make sure you don't use that car wash place inside the Boardwalk car park. Today I asked to do a Platinum wash £60 including hand polish with wax, according to the display it will take 4 hours, but my car was just washed, no polish with wax and it only took less than 10 minutes. £60 for a car wash!!! The boardwalk management needs to speak to these cowboys.

It is a nice place for the Locals to gonshopping for the ordinary. In addition to a very convinient two hours free parking.

I love Tk Max.... but you really have to look through things to find something you like. This is a nice clean branch... bit cluttered mind you. Trying to fit lots in. Nice friendly staff

Always free parking for 1.5 hrs, good selection of shops, short walk through the precinct to the main shops in the high street.

This shopping center is somewhat old-fashioned shopping center comparatively. Generally, it can provide daily life needs for the residents lived nearby. However, the Sainsbury's Supermarket is a huge supermarket that provides food and household products. You can find almost the daily needs you want and the promotion price is quite attractive. The shopping center provides large parking spaces, and the first 90 minutes of parking is free. 2 hours parking is just £1, and the following charges are not expensive. You can shop a half day with low parking fees. Furthermore, the mall is adjacent to Underground terminus, just a minute walk distance to mall.

There's an alright selection of shops here but it's just the basic shops, not really enough to do a Christmas shop for example. A lot of shoplifters are here too.

I got a parking ticket coz my car didn’t fit in the parking bay not from the sides but the front part so I didn’t cause anyone harm and had to pay £100 fine coz of this reason just a shame

The car park could use updating. Otherwise a good selection of shops.

An old Shopping Centre with good brand names to suit every wallet, absolutely love the Costa Cafe

  • 4/5 sarina 1 year ago on Google
To be honest, this shopping centre is good enough for just buying some groceries as there is no any high brands shop in there. Pound scratches and Choice there are two samples. The parking facilities are fabulous. There are always so many empty bays available. One of the good branches of Metro Bank also is in there. You can park your car at the parking for one and half hours free of charge.

fake beggers outside allways. This shopping centre the only good thing about Edgware which by the way is the pitts rubbish everywhere proper dump

Plenty of choice. Got bargain gift for 1 yr olds birthday from children's Choice, leather card holder wallet that granddaughter has been looking for and beautiful flowers for Mum from the florist by Sainsbury's. Happy shopper today

Today, I was here with a friend who had a bubble tea from the shop opposite, but it spilt when it was still sealed (which, by the way, was not the shop's fault, it was a mistake). After trying (and failing) to mop it up, a worker came and asked for someone to clean it. Then, he took us to the shop and got her a new one for free. We are really grateful for this, especially as my friend was looking forward to her tea. I recommend you go, not just because of the kind staff but also the amazing shops and cafes!

great little arcade of shops They have a costa in the center but its hit and miss if you can get a seat as it does get very busy, there is a good selection of shops but the best part is the 1 and a half hours of free parking so you dont have to rush or stress if you might get a parking ticket

Only been to the Argos and card factory tbh, but has a nice variety of stores. Parking is great, 1st 2 hours are free 👍🏿.

  • 5/5 Rajat T. 1 year ago on Google
The place offers free two hours parking has plenty of shops for everyday shopping. It may not look the best but does what it says on the tin. Will recommend.

  • 3/5 Nitesh J. 6 months ago on Google
Unfortunately the centre is becoming run down with average shops. Needs a big refurbishment & needs to attract big names or make it a market stalls type of centre...

  • 4/5 Rajen S. 7 months ago on Google

The diversity of shops is less and less interesting....TXMaxx is one interesting one,Sainsbury is helpfully but this small mall has lost the sense of diversity in my view

I like the place for how it serves the purpose of shopping and entertainment in a limited scope, available. Definitely my go-to all the time when I want to spend so good time on the high street.

  • 3/5 Hannah M. 2 years ago on Google
Not much variety with shopping. Boots, Superdrug and New Look are the only interesting stores. Needs more street fashion shops like Primark, Top shop

  • 5/5 Amiran B. 2 years ago on Google
Great choice of adequately priced stuff. Staff keeping shelves in order despite massive influx of customers and browsers turning everything upside down in a blink of an eye

  • 3/5 Moggy f. 2 years ago on Google
It's basically just a shopping centre if it wasn't for all the charities and the constant harassment then it would get 4 star, most of the public facilities are dirty but they are cleaned often but mainly it's just salespeople and charity workers ramming clipboards in your face. For most of the time you're there can get very stressful with small children

  • 4/5 Susanna S. 2 years ago on Google
I like coming back to this small and friendly shopping centre. Lots of shops to wander round and a great Costa coffee shop with air conditioning and plenty of seating. Good Boots the Chemist next to it. Great for winter days and the bus garage is right next door. Shame that Marks and Spencers closed down but still many other shops to be interested in. Not too crowded and has toilets accessible to the public. I recommend it for a safe place to enjoy an afternoon of shopping 🛍

a good place for parking if you're visiting London and can't drive into the low emission zone. £5 for 24 hours parking. The scanners however are very flaky when exiting

Clean and generally welcoming shopping centre. This place used to be a destination but now seems a bit dated. Lots of Poundland type stores and doesn’t really have an anchor store. WHSmiths is there though which is useful.

  • 3/5 Susan S. 1 year ago on Google
Pleasant centre. Short on independent shops. Short on eateries. I found coffee and sandwiches only. Parking plentiful and not too expensive, having said that I believe that busy shopping centres should have free or subsidised parking

  • 4/5 Warren B. 1 year ago on Google
Had a good browse inside the shopping centre, brought a few things from shops. Easy to get there either by car, train or walk if you live in Edgware. Highly recommended to go in and just look around for bargains.

  • 4/5 Hannah L. 1 year ago on Google
Pleasant little shopping centre. We were here on holiday and walked through here to get to sainsburys.

  • 3/5 Angela D. 1 year ago on Google
A nice indoor environment, with a range of high street shops for items and goods.

  • 5/5 Lucy 1 year ago on Google
This is always good for quirky stalls as well as the big names. The TK Maxx is a treasure seeker's paradise. I bought a great head wrap at the stall but when I asked for her business card to order more I don't think she knew what I meant. I have had a lot of compliments on it and would love to order some as gifts without having to schlep back there. A good range of useful shops and nice toilets though they were closed when I was there which wasn't too helpful.

  • 4/5 jeffrey p. 1 year ago on Google
TKmax is helping keep this shopping centre relevant, together with Boots, Super Drug, W H Smith's, Costa, clothes shops etc. plus a reasonably sized Sainsbury Supermarket. Always looks clean and feels safe. Large car park, free for the first hour.

  • 4/5 Aimee Elizabeth B. 1 year ago on Google
Love TK but always messy. No fault to the staff, the customers have no regard for the staffs workload when they pick up items that have been nearly folder and throw them back down. Not fair at all on the staff

  • 4/5 Havishya S. 2 years ago on Google
Peaceful place to stroll through & a nice small collection of shops! All essential items can be found and purchased easily.
