I have not been there in many years and it is really quite nice now. We went to Pandora to buy a gift for our daughter. She wanted to see a 4D movie at Cineworld, that was good experience. Then we had a shake at Five guys. Lovely thick shakes and staff were friendly. We did all we needed to do in one place and even found free parking. Great evening was had by all.

A really good shopping centre with a big variety of shops for taste and budget. The public toilets are on the first floor and are very clean and tidy and smelling fresh.

Good shopping centre, not big but has most of what anyone would need. Cinema, restaurants, all sort of shops. Even play area for young kids.

9 out of 10 times here, the public toilet is locked. If you don’t plan to open the toilets, you might as well close the shops. There are many times I dragged my toddler to toilets with poos from supermarkets only to find the toilets all locked, and I had no choice but to drag a toddler with poo away…. Imagine how easy this is

Used Southside 2 carpark rather than the shops per se. Zero visible signage in the carpark for the shopping centre, only small sign hidden by a parked car next to the right door on our level, invisible from any distance. Once in the shopping centre, zero signage to the main Buckhold Rd to get your bearings and exit. Otherwise always very clean, bright, but totally anonymised and uninspiring.

I like this place as dogs are allowed inside. Need to carry them inside some shop. And some other shop with no dogs allowed . The good thing is there’s a seat outside the shop for your partner to wait with dogs.

Had a lovely time at Nando's with a friend. I must say the manager and staff have excellent customer service, my friend forgot to order her drink with her meal so when she went to the till the staff member had already left to deal with something else, the manager came over to ask if I had received my change from a previous sale I said yes. I then explained that my friend wanted to buy a drink but no one was there, he went and got the glass for her and then said it's on me have what you want. He then explained that he had noticed her from before. Now that's what I call great customer service...Will definitely be returning again with friends.

Amazing place, has many good restaurants like five guys and Nando's. Best part is the gamezone The Gravity - car race, virtual reality games and many more... Lost if shopping outlets and very close to high street must visit 😊

Nice place to take the children for a fun day out, little expensive but still good as a one off such as a birthday. Gravity was good for much to do, but the food wait was ridiculous (1 hour wait). We took our custom elsewhere. Children need to be over a particular hight to go on the buggy rides even though they have this ride in 2 age brackets.

not bad but if I'm using the cinema or spending over an amount I should get parking for free or at a discount, its the 21st century now

Medium to large shopping centre with all the standard necessities / amenities that you may need if you live close by. Wouldn’t recommend just visiting, as you can find so much more in the west end which is fairly close by. The cinema is very large and nicely designed but the staff are exactly what you expect at a cinema. Boring.

Great shopping centre with plenty of shops meaning you can make 1 shopping trip for all your purchases. Gym available upstairs and eateries/ restaurants for when you want any food. Car park is easily accessible and convenient.

Just popped into Sainsbury's it's the largest store and usually have all the items I need..... gluten and dairy free. Cathedral City Cheese have a Plant base range in store and it's the only type that tastes like real cheese, the now come in blocks, grated and slices.

Really good. Large, spacious shop. The sizes are probably one smaller than normal though so be aware

  • 5/5 Eliza S. 1 year ago on Google
Visited for the 2nd time. My son really enjoys coming here. Lots of arcade games on the second floor. Just grab a card, put money on it and your good to go. Any tickets earned will go straight on your card so you don't have the hassle of carrying loose change and tickets to every game. Creates a sense of independence for younger ones too 😉. They also have the choice of E-Go karting, hologate, bowling, darts, immersive gaming and mini golf that you can book separately. There is a lovely bar on the top floor if your feeling cheeky or just want a juice and a bite to eat. It's right in the middle of a precinct so if ya need to get some shopping done while older kids have fun this could be just the spot for you.

Only went for the parking as I was visiting council offices. It seems a nice place to shop with a variety to choose from and was very clean. A few seats would have added to it as there were a few older people who were maybe waiting for someone and would have benefited from them.

Walked over and back from here to putney and it was easy. The shopping centre was great. It had quite a few interesting shops and I got a few things I needed. It's very handy to get to from where I was staying.

It's an ok shopping centre. Clean and average looking..Wish the council lower the rents and invite more quirky individual sellers artisans and small businesses. It's just too boring and unimaginative shopping experience.

Weather it’s planned or spontaneous, you’re ensured a fun and memorable day out for friends, family or even alone. Go-karting, arcade, darts, golf, live musical entertainment, bar, food, Vr simulation, shopping…. All in one place, it’s literally south west Londons best activity spot for all to enjoy ‘in my opinion’

Good shopping centre. Very compact and I appreciate it. Lots of options (cinema, clothes, big parking lot, food shops, etc). There is also a park nearby. Just don't give it 5 stars due to some events I saw (kids cycling inside for example) and shops close a little early.

Great place, loads of shops Clean Lots of eateries Toilets are normally clean Good seating if you need a break And the gravery centre is great for family that want to do something totally different There's good pubs very close by A great spot to explore, give it a whirl 😁

I like the centre as it's always clean and well kept. Loads of new shops have popped up where others left, which is good to see. I just wish they would fix the main entrance doors as they have not been working since forever and too many people go there for it to be like this!

Stopped in Southside for some Primark essentials and was pleasantly surprised to find that there's a really cool go karting arena there now! The shopping centre is in pristine condition and all the shops I needed were there. Not to mention there's lots of staff there that were able to direct me straight to the toilet when I was bursting. Even the pound land there is great.

Great facilities, number of activities to choose from. Bar service a little slow, but great service elsewhere especially for the bowling and also the security guy, I think his name was Michael, was a lot of help when trying to find our way around and offered advice for the local area. Highly recommended.

It's a lovely nuffield. The spa area is the main plus for me. It has a nice stone feel to it. And has nice features to the hot tub section. The members are a bit more aggressive to other nuffields.

This place would have received a five star rating but the bar staff let them down. Drinks were not delivered properly, e g a tequila shot came without a tray, no lime or salt and when asked I just got a strange look as though I didn't know what I was talking about.

  • 5/5 Mary J. 1 year ago on Google
Lovely cinema, Cineworld, I've not been to 'pictures', for many a year. Seating was comfortable, screen size and picture quality was good, space and distance from seats to screen was good also. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The movie TILL was excellent, was attentive throughout, and moved to tears in parts.

Lovely shopping and entertaient centre. Went to Gravity with the kids, brilliant if it's hot coz it keeps you out of the sun, or on a rainy day. Can keep them entertained for hours with karting, golf, bowling and the arcade. Went to 5 Guys for lunch, not cheap but amazing burgers and fab chips

Good selection of predominantly shops but can very busy depending on the time of day. I really like the light & airy shopping environment. Also the fact that its relatively easy to just nip in and out of compared to places like Westfield!

  • 4/5 Hannah C. 1 year ago on Google
A lovely range of shops and reasonable parking. (Although we thought parking was free if you spent over £15 in Waitrose?!) Seemingly not, and we couldn't raise a parking attendant.......so paid the £3.60 (I think it was?!). Oh and first time I've been in a Flying Tiger.....highly recommend a visit, well worth it! Thanks Wandsworth!

This gym is great, with plenty of space and loads of squat racks and places to deadlift with plenty of good plates. It's also well ventilated with good airflow so it never feels stuffy or cramped. I wish they had more calf machines as I am in dire need of calf development.

For a shopping centre of this size it's not too bad. Has plenty of eateries for different budgets, usual shops, a cinema and a brand new entertainment venue where Debenhams used to be. For a suburban shopping centre in ain't bad.

  • 4/5 Sandra B. 2 years ago on Google
All retail space is occupied and all of the shops seem well stocked. There is a good array of shops with a food court and cinema located on the upper floor.
