Nice shopping centre. Lots of big and good brands in the centre. The parking process was smooth. Nice and easy to access location.

Fantastic shopping Complex. Great selection of shops ranging from Next , Pets at Home, Pound Land to Lidl, fantastic massive TKMax and many more. All the shops are large with plenty of space between Isles. Loads of parking and you can grab Mcdonalds on the way out . Parking can be hard to find during peak times but keep driving around and your find one at some point . We love this shopping centre.

They need to sort out the parking. Too quick to give parking infringements but there is no order or process in regards to the parking. Expect to wait at least 30mins to get in and another 10 mins to find a parking spot. Unfortunately it's also a pain to leave again.

Very very busy shopping area especially at weekends. Their privately run wardens are very keen to slap a fine on your car if you are just an inch out of the line. Also I found the McDonald's are the most expensive in the area with big difference in price..

Great shop for great bargains. I really like how Poundland have introduced a lot more variety of products, from home ware items to food. This is a great store, friendly helpful lady on till. Could do with some self check out tills or more staff on tills.

Very local and convenient shopping. With JD, TK Maxx. Boots, Next, Superdrug and Pound land. Just be careful how you park as draconian measures are in place. Be inside of the lines. Do not cross them. Also, take only the space you need. Otherwise, hefty fines will come your way! Parking can also be a nightmare... especially on a Sunday.

I find that the retail parks outside urban areas are the best. Tidy, huge parking lot, nice selection of shops including a Pets store and Nando's. Would like to see public toilets and more clothing stores.

This place is a no no.Insane and non organized traffic within the parking, you could get stuck there for a very long time, spending more time trying to get a parking space than shopping. Even in the morning. Be careful with the traffic wardens as they seem to have a daily target. The wardens park their cars on white lines but if others do it, they end up penalising

I like our local Retail Park. It has the most essential shops you need - M&S food, massive Superdrug ,Boots, Next , Lidl and TK Maxx + Homesense. Pets at home and the craft shop are great for art and animal lovers like us. In addition, you have the Toy shop and Sports Direct for presents and for sports equipment when needed. There is of course a pound land and phone shop and Costa to recharge your batteries but most of all - it has 4 h free parking.

There are many shops at this place, although not so many places to eat and drink. It has more a family setup. There a big parking lot. Other good features are the bus stop, and the big park in front of the mall. It has lovely trails across the river and the land. One of them takes you to a pub with good menu of food and drinks if you fancy a brunch or dinner.

The shops are like their high street equivalent - ok. The car park, however, seems to be full of idiots. Every time I'm there I come across people cutting into your side of the lane/road or reversing out of their parking lot into people crossing behind. And to top it up you see people arguing about who's at fault when one car bashes into a parked up car when leaving their own parking space. And before I forget, I should mention those self-proclaimed 'professional' drivers who think they participate in a race. Is it the area?

Decent selection of shops for you to get what you need. I generally avoid visiting here unless I have to. Regular roadworks make it challenging to get in and out. The car park is always rammed.

I'm quietly surprised with this retail park as it has a good selection of stores, all catering for general domestic needs! The Hobby Craft Store was the reason to shop here and this store is excellent!!! All the other stores were a bonus and I managed to buy all the things on my shopping list here!!! 5/5 worth checking the list of shops at the retail park before visiting.

Parking is terrible, not enough spaces. Cars forced to park too close together due to narrow spaces. Extremely dimly lit car park. I didn't feel safe whilst driving or walking.

Very nice place to go to shop. Vast amount of shops to visit including a TK Maxx home store. Tons of parking spaces , only had an issue a few times but majority of the time it is easy and for what I am aware it is free to park. Easy transport links which I also use to go to Green ford, including the station itself aswell as a few London buses

Small retail shop. Has all the shops you need for a quick restock day. But the car park is manic. You could get stuck trying to get out for hours a friend got stuck for 4 hours ( due to works on the bridge nearby and people who cannot understand rules of the road) so plan to go at a quiet time maybe middle of the day or early morning.

Good variety of shops, would be great to have later closing hours. Parking space quite ample but sometimes it get's really packed and jammed as there are plenty of bad drivers blocking the flow, and sometimes you can wait even 40 min to get out of the parking space (usually between 7pm and 9pm).

  • 1/5 Simon M. 9 months ago on Google
Good luck getting in and or out of this place. I absolutely detest this place. Doesn't matter if you go first the morning, lunchtime or late afternoon you're going to be sat in a queue to get in and out.

  • 4/5 Shah R. 9 months ago on Google
Honestly I would give 5 stars if it was easy to drive in and out when it's busy. Great space for parking even when packed. Great selection of shops. Only issue (like I mentioned before) when it gets packed and busy (those with cars) it takes 20 mins to get into a parking spot and 45 mins to leave due to the narrow and tight entrance and exit

  • 5/5 L J. 1 year ago on Google
Got what you need much better since the revamp. Well happy there's a Nandos now. Very covinient with all the shops around the car park. What more can you ask for apart fro more shops.

OUT OF TOWN, very busy shopping centre. Parking space is not a problem. Next door are Nandos, Costa, Subway, M&S Fooad hall and McDonald's restaurants and you will never go back home from a long day shopping hungry!

I'm really amazed with the atmosphere and looks of westway. There was plenty of parking and it was not congested or crowded. There were many lovely businesses on site, and the staff were very helpful to. I'm impressed.

We often shop here. My kids look forward to picking a ball or some sort of activity stuff from Sports Direct, my daughter loves Hobbycraft and picking new pens from WHSmith . I like Homesense they do have a great variety of all sorts for home and not only! The earlier you come and park the better, it’s such a busy place , which is great for business. M&S , Lidl , always have things to pick up for the weekly shopping, depending on the budget. There’s also a McDonald’s , easy to access, a Specsavers with a great capable team

  • 4/5 Christopher W. 1 year ago on Google
Decent retail park. Would be good if they had cash machines on site though. A mid range supermarket as well as the budget and top end would make it more convenient, so you can get the best bargains and quality in one place.

Want to share your health with the world, go to boots charmaine the audiologist. She will do the favour for free. Ignore Facebook! I went to check etc, told me about my neighbor, about his wife, his health! I left and did not buy! Shame on you boots!

Good range of shops at this retail park. Huge Smyths you shop! We walked so no parking issues but there were a lot of cars. Wasn't too crowded. Be careful if you are driving as they're hot on tickets for people who park over lines etc.

Parking on busy days is difficult but if you are looking for a short trip to the shops to find essentials and grab a quick coffee and some bargains, make your way there as you will find everything from a luxurious dinner to take home, essentials, coffee and cake , clothes or even plant pots and food for your pets. Also glasses, phones, crafts.... I am sure you won't be disappointed

Depressing and American feeling. If you need a couple things from one of these chains then fair enough but otherwise grim place and a reminder of how these companies control spaces

A good day all round and got some things I wanted. However Hobby Craft did not sell what I wanted and when I saw something useful I queued to pay for it but waited so long and also got ignored I put the things down and walked out!

Best thing about this place is parking space and big open space. However two items are lacking:- public toilets and atms. though cash is not accepted an atm will be useful to know the nalance before one spends.

  • 1/5 Angela D. 1 year ago on Google
A grest shopping venue for local shoppers, TKMax is very good. Toilet facilities are not good, Costa Coffee is pretty dire, there is just one Unisex Toilet and a male had pee'd on the seat just before I went in!!! Absolutely disgusting, COSTA , please put in a separate Female Toilet, in this day and age you'd expect that it's pure basic! If you need to use the Toilet you have to go to McDonald's.

Lovely to have so many stores in one place but still need more restaurants .To have only nandos not enough.

  • 4/5 Christopher F. 1 year ago on Google
Free parking for up to 2 to 3 hours, can be very busy and can be a pain to get in or out especially during the Christmas period. You could be stuck I the car park up to an hour.

  • 4/5 Megha S. 1 year ago on Google
A mid size retail park with a variety of shops including Smyth's toys, M&S, TK maxx, sports direct, Next, Poundland, Hobbycraft with a mini Lidl supermarket as well. There is also giant boots and a recently added Superdrug. For refreshments, there is a Costa, subway, nandos and McD on the far end. Parking is a real issue at this place and if you get there anytime after 11am even on weekdays, be prepared to spend 5-10 mins just finding parking. There are a fair few family bays however as with most places, these seem to be abused and I have never managed to find parking in one despite having a baby. There are also some electric charging bays now for EV vehicles. Peak time entrance and exit can be chaotic and generally takes a lot of time to just get out of the park. But overall a good park with a decent selection of shops and restaurants.

  • 3/5 PHG !. 1 year ago on Google
Has good parking (you might have to drive around once but there is almost always space. There are quite a few shops there but the range is quite restricted for each of the shops. The range of shops are worth looking up before you get there because it is relatively small as a range of shops

  • 5/5 Naiha A. 1 year ago on Google

I haven't been here in ages and I was pleasantly surprised. Lots of great stores including the well stocked Smyth Toys. Staff were very helpful and I'll definitely be going there again. Oh did I mention free parking.

Good variety of shops and places to eat at the retail park .Worth stopping by ,you can easily spend more than 3hours if you have that kind of time.

  • 5/5 Thorsten-Tobias H. 1 year ago on Google
Shopping centre is great just parking isn't for families, you got excessive amounts of disabled parking lots and a handful family parking spaces but often they are taken by non families and you are left circling with kids for parking space. Please add more family spaces and motivate your parking ticket team to do something about wrong parking spot use... how often I see cars parked over 3 electric slots with a non electric vehicle I lost count of...

  • 4/5 Natasha C. 1 year ago on Google
I love this shopping complex. You have everything in one place. The only issue I find everytime I come here is parking. I always struggle to find a spot, but other than that I would highly recommend it.

  • 3/5 Omar R. 1 year ago on Google
Reasonable place to shop. Not one of my favourite places to visit, I only go there for real essentials. Always have to drive around for a parking space. Generally, the traffic in and out is very manic as people just forget how to drive as soon as they enter.

  • 5/5 Sharan 1 year ago on Google
Always a good experience! Convenient having lots of shops nearby and free parking for a couple of hours. Good range of shops and places to eat, great location near the station and buses make it easy to get to by public transport or car.

Went to smyths for a present, great store with lots of stuff. Only thing bad about Westway is parking, people seem to forget how to drive and park. Bent parking and people just park where ever they want because they're too lazy to walk

  • 2/5 Jamie R. 1 year ago on Google
The carpark is always rammed regardless of the time or day you visit. The carpark is nowhere near big enough for the amount of shops. Nice canal nearby though. I like the ducks and fishies.

  • 1/5 Official Unified Bull Breed R. 1 year ago on Google
Beware of parking , nearly got a ticket for having one tyre on the line none specific none car bay outside Boots (family bay) if you are not parked completely within your box, if 50% of one single tyre is on the line next door or 50% of a tyre is outside the box they will ticket the car without warning with no clear signs suggesting this. This place hardly has parking available with a horrendous parking team trying to punish the regular shopper, most people in this part of west London are working class or on the border line of poverty. Parking attendants very young and very eager to dish out tickets for minimum wage smh

  • 4/5 T F. 11 months ago on Google
This shopping area is quite large, albeit it being entirely outdoors. There are a range of popular stores such as TK Maxx, Next, and 3ven kids stores such as Smyth's toys. I love going to the Hobbycraft there as they have such a wide range of items. The location is good as it is easily accessible from the A40. Very limited dining options , but nonetheless there is a nandos and a McDonald's there. Only issue I tend to have is the parking there is difficult, even though the car park is massive. Weekends are a no go for me as there can be long queues to get into the car park from the main road itself, and then you could spend over 30 mins just driving around trying to find a space to park. Other than that it is very popular for well known brands in a convenient location.
