One of great shopping centre in the heart of Kingston. You have your usual shopping centre shops. Diesel and many other brands. There are also pharmacy like Boots and stationary shops and many more. Toilets are available. You can park in the nearby car parks and overground station is close by. Driving the one way system around there. There is a Mr Pretzels in there, £5.5 for one. Cinnamon sugar is my favourite one. But it’s so over priced. Five cinnamon and raisin bagels taste, just like it for £1. You can walk through the centre to go to nearby markets and high street.

Beautiful indoor shopping centre, lofty, light filled with high street shops and independents. I visited Waterstones bookshop and cafe and Fenwick department store to buy ‘beautiful’ books in both. With over 75 shops spread across four floors you’ll find most items from kitchen weee, furniture, fashion, cafes and a Curzon Cinema among others. There are lots of lifts, escalators, WCs, parking spaces, and the centre is dog friendly. There is also a concierge service and recycling facilities. It has disabled access with several accesses to surrounding streets. You can spend hours wondering around this shopping centre, which is architecturally designed!

This a great shopping center in the heart of Kingston high street. Lovely building with an assortment of stores. The only reason to dock a star is non availability of toilet facilities on all the floors. It's only available on the second floor.

This is an amazing place it was the first time I have been here The shopping centre's atrium ceiling is higher than the nave of Westminster Abbey or the dome of St Paul's Cathedral, it looks sensational. The Bentall Centre houses 75 stores across four floors, with over 1,000 brands ranging from fashion to homewear and gifts to electricals, as well as an extensive food and drink offering with underground parking, and bus shops near by. It has most of the major brands Lewis's, Apple Store, Zara mens and women, WH Smiths Costa Coffee, The North Face, plus many more It was a good day out and I would back again.

Great shopping centre with a variety of shops. You are bound to find something here. Facilities are very clean and having the massive car parks next to it is also a great bonus. I have been visiting the Bentall Centre for many years now and recommend it to everyone. It's also fantastic the Kingston Market is also around the corner from the shopping centre. Great place overall.

It's a beautiful, spacious and clean place to go shopping especially if you are with kids. My kid who had dressed as spider man had ample of space to play around and get clicked after we finished shopping.

What can I say about this place. It is absolutely amazing. While the car park was annoyingly confusing, once over that, the shopping centre itself is like a magical wonderland. The shops are great, people polite and helpful and everywhere we went was clean. It was beautifully decorated with a winter theme, and while I didn't fully understand what the huge bears represented, it just made the place even more appealing and pleasing to the eye. Even the amenities were spotless. Upon entering the public convenience it was easy to see that there has been a lot of work put into sanitisation to minimise the spread of the T-Virus, even the toilets themselves were clean. I never understand why people say their toilet is so clean you could eat your dinner off it, seems a little on the unsanitary side, but you probably could in the Bentall Centre. Unlike many places, there was no splash from men who apparently can't control the flow, no horrendous skid marks that look as if something has tried to crawl its way back out and the toilet roll was actually where it should be, instead of scattered around the floor as if someone had tried to create an awful piece of art. I can't recommend Bentall Centre enough if you want a lovely chilled out day shopping. It has everything you need and more. So get yourself in a day trip to Kingston but make sure you set a full day aside because you'll need to enjoy everything in has to offer.

For a local shopping centre I would say it's pretty good, it has a reasonable good selection of shops, however many of the escalators were not working, the toilets were utterly fility. Location is pretty good with easy access.

Beautiful shopping center, very large with modern and cool escalators. The place is perfect for spending hours having fun, there is a floor dedicated to food, you find your favorite dishes and you can take a break. Excellent shops, from luxury to sporting goods stores you can find everything. Now that it's December there are lots of Christmas decorations, perfect for taking photos and putting them on social media. The place is very easy to find, very connected and right in the center of Kingston.

A nice place to visit, shop and chill out. On the street outside, you can also enjoy various busking. The lady in my video is a fine violinist who often comes and plays in the region.

Not a bad selection of shops and parking is reasonable. Great for a rainy day. Shame the centre is not full of shops, but could be the cost of having a store inside the centre which limits numbers.

Visited with family. One of the best shopping centers in town, with kids’ entertainment and friendly staff, especially at The Entertainer Store. Had a good day out. “Highly recommended.”

This department store is truly outstanding, boasting a diverse collection of brands and excellent pieces. I highly recommend it for shopping; I've frequented it numerous times. Yesterday, I had the chance to explore their home section, and it was truly amazing. Additionally, the recent changes they've made to the store only enhance the overall experience.

Staff could do with some customer service training. Four staff members just us and when we had chosen an item and told the shop assistant we would like to buy it she continued arranging the display she was working on and ignored us. Had to state we would like to buy again and then waited for her to finish. At the till she kept her back to us asking how we would like to pay. If intent on continuing with the display she could have asked one of the other shop assistants to look after us. This is not how you make sales.

Small shopping mall. Not many but new good shops. Its a part of bigger shopping area outside near kingston Station. Very good connectivity. Plenty of parking near the station, did not see any in the mall though.

First time visiting Kingston as we wanted to go somewhere outside central London. We parked at a nearby car park and had to go through Bentalls to get to the city centre. It’s a good place to go especially when it’s raining. Lots of shops and food/snacks. Lots of sitting spaces dotted here and there too. And rather spacious paths for patrons.

I was very impressed with this mall. I have never been here before and it looks really nice. One thing which it really caught my attention were the toilets, they even had a hoist for disabled people and a shower, as well as a pull down bed. That was extremely impressive comparing to other newer malls that hardly have anything available.

A nice place to shop. Large variety of retailers. Prices are decent, depending of what your looking for. Clean location. Pay parking is always available, all day. This is expensive. Sometimes the escalators are not working but you can take the lift of stairs. Can do with a better ventilation of the space, especially when is hot. Good place for shopping or just to eat out.

A wonderful shopping centre that I've been visiting since I was a child😀 The friendly staff are always ready to help and there's a huge selection of wares for sale across all departments in store. There are nice restaurants and cafes to visit too, which offer you a good place to sit and rest, before doing more shopping. 5 Stars🌟

Very clean & tidy. Considering it's freedom Day, in this place we still have to maintain Social Distancing and wear Face Covering. It's the only and best way. Not very busy at this particular time. Variety of shops in three floors. Highly recommended if You turn up in Kingston.

The star in the crown of Kingston Upon Thames. Love the Waterstones on the top floor. Recently opened Curzon cinema on the top floor has a good pizza place inside. Bentalls has a selection of cafes like your regular chains - Costa and Starbucks for example and then independent cafes in the mall and inside Fenwick's as well. Has loads of big brand stores like Nike and the apple store and stores that cater to everything - right from kitchen needs to clothing, toy stores and more are housed within this mall. Basement level has a play area, Mc Donald's, The Entertainer, H&M kids and seating. Top floor has a day care play area and perfe r even if parents need a safe place for their little ones to be looked after while they wrap up their shopping and get a quiet coffee! Bentalls has escalators, lifts and staircase and is very accessible. It also has a car park.

Clean. However with the recent spike in covid cases. They have put notices out informing shoppers masks should be worn. It was disappointing to see no one was really taking any notice and hardly anyone was wearing a mask.

Good shopping centre, with it's own car park, could do with a map for all floors to show all the shops etc, rather than just a floor plan on each level.

Not a good shopping centre. You have togo to the top floor for the toilet. No toilets on lower or middle floor. Not a very good selection of shops either. On the plus side very easy to drive to as car parks are well signposted

Went to bentalls centre to visit the Mason +Rye cafe, it was the first time visiting this cafe, and it was one of the best cafes I’ve been too. The cakes are just so beautiful, fresh and tasty, with an nice pot of tea. It’s a must visit.

  • 4/5 MICHAEL D. 2 years ago on Google
Christmas decorations inside seem to be suffering from covid themselves, clearly the design talent has moved on to other shopping available. Such a disappointment. Best head outdoors for a festive feel. Other than that the place was busy and most shops open with ringing cash registers.

Lovely shopping centre with some great shops. Particularly like Bentalls for choice and quality. Also And Other Stories has lovely clothes along with Zara and a variety of smaller outlets. Based in Kingston you can also visit the market and have a lovely walk along the river.

  • 4/5 Heather C. 2 years ago on Google
Visited with our children. Went to Kingston uni 25 years ago. Not a good day to visit as there had been a murder and most of the town centre was cordoned off. Anyway the centre was busy and had lots of shops open unlike the surrounding streets. Always love bentalls. Lots to see and a good range of every item from bikes to kitchens equipment. Not many places to sit and eat though. We bought pretzels from a stand and there was nowhere to eat them.

It's easy to get in and out of here. Loads of places to eat and get a coffee and there are even more choices out side the centre. Bentalls seems to have kept some good shops inside and does not look like it is going to die like other malls. However, it would be good if a few more brands came into the mall

This center has so much more than what one will expect in this community/ area . Alit if varsities of shops includes many famous brands and nice cafes , nice snacks outlets , perfect shopping spot and a very convenient surroundings shops in the town center just across the streets around the center, lots of parking spaces and fairly close to central London . Highly recommend .

How can you describe the best shopping center south of the River. It is big, glitter everywhere. Good selection of posh shops and eateries. Toilets upstairs have had a revamp. That's good. Going into the Shop itself, Benttals are not cheap. But you can find pretty much anything you wish, with a handy car park connected to the main building. LB has lots of Christmas bargains. Worth a look.
