👍👍 Decent shopping experience, getting some interesting stores, the HMV is fantastic. Very clean and tidy, toilets and baby facilities seem to be always in a good condition and security have a handle on the local kids, never seen any trouble. People often mention shops, shopping, centre, good, shop, parking, visit, nice, clean, Erith,

Even on a weekend, this shopping centre was quiet and really lacked shops. The Morrisons over the road is a decent size. Matalan is over 2 floors. A few shops here and there.

There are 'simple' shops but not typical high street outlets. There is a big branch of Morrisons with parking and a Mcdonald nearby. Loads of free (up to 3 hours) and not free parking all around but beware, ANPR and Pay by vrm Plate in operation in one of the car parks. Failure to concentrate and understand how Ringo parking payments work will cost you £65/100 PCN!

The heart has been ripped out of Erith shopping centre. Argos, shoe zone, Wilkinson's and the cafe have all gone. Soon it will look like a ghost town. The residents of Erith deserve more than this. Stop trying to kill our town. Not everyone wants to go places like bluewater. We would prefer to stay local providing that is if you stop closing our local shops down.

This was once a nice shopping area. Now it’s pointless in my eyes. Ok if you want something to eat for lunch but anything else isn’t really worth it. Shame that so many shops have closed now and the complex isn’t really that old. If it’s true that shops are selling of for redevelopment then that’s sad as it’s the only variety of high street shops around erith.

Unfortunately a bit run down. But does have Iceland, Farm Foods, Wilko's with Iceland there at the moment. Understand new owners have taken the shopping centre over.

I live in Gravesham, but I went to Erith to try out Farmfoods, as it's twice the size of the Gravesend one. The checkout staff weren't as friendly and helpful, but the floor staff were, and the store itself reflects the greater floor space. Very good. I shall have a better look at the rest of the centre next time I'm there.

Avoid at all costs unless you are visiting on public transport or foot! The car park is run by a private company called Smart Parking. This is an insane cash cow. It is not at all clear on any signs that you can't have a second session in one day. So...if you overrun your Ringo session by 2 minutes you can neither extend on Ringo nor contact Ringo to resolve. If you try and contact Smart Parking to discuss, they are 'working from home due to government guidelines' and can only be contacted via email... Which they are not able to reply to within 7 working days. (Exactly same scenario once a PCN has been issued and there is a website fault resulting in no confirmation despite money being taken). Until Riverside sort the parking issues out, avoid at all costs! There are better centres with much easier parking!!!

The shopping centre just like most places on the outskirts of London was lifeless and many stores were shut down or seemed to be shutting down. It was so sparse than you could go around the entire complex and clubby the number of people in the complex at that hour of the day. Something needs to be done to promote community in this area.

Not much of a shopping centre. Not much here to be honest. Definitely not somewhere I'd go out of my way to visit unless I was in the area again.

What was once a thriving shopping centre is almost empty due to a new landlord who has doubled the rent. Its a shame as it seems so bleak now. Mainly food outlets remain now.

I only go for specific shops, not a centre for a day's shopping, Iceland, Matalan, charity shop, Greggs, Card Factory, Costa, a Hair Accessory shop, Works, Clothes shop, and a Subway, oh and a large fresh fruit and veg stall in the middle, but all other shops have closed completely

Sad this place is closing have lots of fond memories of this shopping centre growing up and it's a nice stop point to get food and drink and have a friendly chat, I really hope the centre stays

Really needs an uplift n just a whole overall up lift....Only 5shops in this shopping centre don't get fooled by saying its next to the Riverside, cos it isn't, it's nestled behind two estate blocks, ain't a bad thing but it's not Riverside per say! Stinks of Thames River, worsr then central London tbh. Must be cos its so far east, interested to know...

There are many empty units, but the shops that are there are great. We tend to go to The Works, Matalan to name a few, and often Cassiopeia Cove for the soft play.

Parking is good with a lot of spaces and a decent number of shops. Not the kind of shopping centre you'd recommend to a friend. Whenever I visit there are people smoking or hanging around.

  • 4/5 Yimika P. 2 years ago on Google
This shopping centre is convenient and has many nearby shops you can go to. The toilets arent great but its public so im not surprised. It's a good place for grabbing essentials for good prices.

  • 4/5 Jay E. 2 years ago on Google
A small, semi open air shopping complex, unfortunately not a great deal of choice of shops. But what's there is decent size stores, multiple entrances including ramp and escalator. Large car park near by.

Very good for your basic needs and if an outfit is needed, you have your basic needs for those too. Not the best for fashion but has matalan to cater to your needs and the cheeky charity shops were you can get some good finds.

  • 5/5 Nancy W. 2 years ago on Google
Has all the shops you need tbh!! Savers, Bexley Hospice + another charity shop, Wilko, Gregg's, The Works, Mambocinos, Costa, a Bank (can't remember LOL), a veg market, fish and steak restaurant, matalan - so good.

  • 3/5 Kayleigh B. 2 years ago on Google
It's nice enough but very small and not really many shops. Those that are there are useful and clean, clean is a must for any centre in my mind. It's great a fruit and veg stall is there.

Has a nice selection of shops with a 3 hour limit car park. Go over 3 hours and you will get a fine in the post !

Good selection of shops. My favourite obviously is Greggs lol probably the only one around where I've never had a cold pasty 😄 🤣

So much potential, but lots of shops have gone which is shame. There's parking, cafes, accessories shops but not much more. Just needs some new companies to move on as it big, clean, open and inviting otherwise.

This place unfortunately looks like its hit rock bottom. All big brands looked like they were pulling out. There were people laying in the doorsways of the shops. I visited a year ago it was a totally different atomasphere

Unfortunately this shopping centre is going the same way as the previous one. A lot of shops have closed and not very much choice which is a shame as Erith needs as much help as it can get. Bring back the market once a week and a few new stores and get the footfall back in to support these shops.

Thursday is the best day to visit. They have an acoustic guitarist and a pop up sushi and prosescco bar that is worth a visit. This year's lights were also switched on by Andy Peters

Retailers are rapidly leaving, Argos gone, Wilkinsons gone, Shoezone gone....all that's left is Iceland, Greg's, a couple of cafes and far too many haircare shops. It's quickly starting to look like a ghost town. A real shame. With the right retailers it could be so appealing
