Christmas Decorations - Very beautifully decorated shopping centre and you can feel the Christmas vibes. Parking - The parking is really cheap and secure. Cinema - The Vue Cinema is at the Shopping Centre showing Hollywood and Bollywood movies that too at price of £6 per person. Shops - There are many branded shops at the Shopping Centre, and many other shops around. Highly recommended to visit.

Liberty Shopping Mall looks small but when you start to shop you will discover that he’s not a small mall. It’s very lovely and have children playing area where you can seat for a while

Been coming here for years and even has worked in the shopping centre before. People of all ages goes there to shop, dine, and sometimes entertains on certain talented events. Even a fashion event! Nice plush marble flooring, plenty of space to move around. Several security dotted around to keep people safe and also bins for people to leave their litter in. Nice known clothing and names such as Marks and Spencer’s, Boots, H Samuels and so on! Had plenty of good memories there and sure to go back there for a daily meet up with family and friends. So ideal and local to shop. Ideal place to shop!

I like this shopping centre as it is bright, bus stop is close by and it has a good range of shops. M&S store is a favourite one of mine with a nice cafe and a lift to get to the first floor.

The Liberty Shopping Centre is a great place to shop and spend time. The centre has a great range of shops, ranging from large department stores to smaller boutique stores. The atmosphere is always friendly and the staff are always willing to help. The centre also has plenty of parking with spaces for both cars and bicycles. I especially like the variety of restaurants and cafes, offering a range of tasty meals. The Liberty Shopping Centre is my go-to destination for all my shopping needs.

A decent shopping centre with all of the main shops. There are a few different coffee places/cafes to stop off for lunch. They always have really lovely Christmas decorations and make a real effort over the Christmas period.

Have all shops under one roof is amazing:- boots, select, quiz, 02, furniture, fashion accessories, jewellery, hair dresser, barbers, shoes, handbags, food, cafe's, restaurant's Mediterranean, pizza's, Turkish, English, Indian and polish etc. I love it as parking is very easy for disable people and others. Relaxing and family place for all adults and children.

Very up end shopping centre, very nice for day out with family. Shops all sorts, market to branded shops available. Cafe's restaurant's and take aways are available and very nice for breakfast American breakfast is lovely and if you eat halal only they even fry in separate frying pan to ensure no other food items are prepared in there.

Good sized mall and has a large variety of shops on offer. It’s relatively clean and there is a strong security presence making you feel safe, but also act as a helping hand if your lost or need assistance. Car park is relatively secured and there are a lot of spaces for both parent and children customers. Like other malls they’re not taken up by random people and the priority parking is respected.

Only went to collect an order from a shop. Liberty, Romford is generally quite busy and at certain times of year can get very busy. Whilst there had lunch in M&S café, which is tired and in need of an overhaul. The new food menu, although prices have gone up a bit, sandwiches are packed and worth the price.

We like to visit here quite often easy access to most shops in the Liberty itself also onto Romford Market the only thing to point out some drivers seem to forget the drivers code in the carpark or drive like nut-jobs, needs marshalling.

Shoping for clothes I found fine, spacious and helpful staff but the food area not so much got a rude person working there who made me feel uncomfortable for wanting a little snack so won't be coming back to eat for sure.

  • 5/5 Debra D. 4 years ago on Google
If you want colourful, reasonably priced clothing then this is the shop for you. They always have different styles in weekly so pop by to see what's new in, I'm sure you'll find something you will like. There are two stores side by side but you can only try on clothing in the main store. Really friendly staff too.

I was at the shopping centre between 9-10am. Very few customers so easy to move around, see things and get served quickly. I would recommend this time of the day to visit Romford Monday to Friday. Like most towns Romford has quite a few empty closed down shops, it's a sign of the times. Plenty of places to eat. Mostly undercover. Large Superdrug and Primark. Two branches of Boots. No John Lewis.

This was my first visit here in nearly 28 years, when I grew up here the liberty as it is now didn't exist!! I was pleasantly surprised, plenty of shops selling virtually anything. Lots of places to sit which I need as I'm partially disabled and a good selection of coffee shops and cafes as well. All in all a very pleasant experience

  • 4/5 Juanita W. 2 years ago on Google
Getting back to near normal from the effects of Covid. There are a number of new concessions that have opened up selling various goods which is nice to see . Places to eat or just have coffee. However Debenhams was one of the main large departmental stores that sold everything. There is no other shop like it for having everything under the same roof.

The liberty is full with many great places although it's one of the dirtiest places I have ever been. I feel like it deserves 3 stars as it is a lovely place to shop. I also feel that the layout is a little confusing but people will be able to find their way eventually. Although I do feel like they should have more of a range of shops, as its 50% clothes shops. I feel they should have more eco friendly shops.

Lots of nice shops and places to eat. Gets very busy though and brewery car park can be a nightmare so pick your visits times off peak if poss. I needed to go to the bank and was only gone 10 mins, cost me £2.50..not impressed, this, might be minimum fee though. Sunday parking is free and gets full and busy all day...

Not my favourite place to shop. Parking in Romford is often problematic and costly. Nearby streets are often a better choice offering an hour free parking with 3 hours costing around £3.50 with most using the RingGo parking App

The liberty shopping center is one of those ununiversal constants. For me I have memories of living in romford and going tonthe Waterstons, buying a book and a coffee. Yes, it is one of the few places in essex where you cam buy a book. There also an HMV just next to it. A really good shopping center and also home ofnthe romford covid-19 vaccination effort. Well done guys this isna great place. Long live the liberty!

We had an absolutely lovely time here. Kids enjoyed the small (like very small) swimming pool daily. It is a rooftop’s but very safe. I rated 3 stars because we paid an insane amount of money to stay here but the rooms were disappointingly outdated and small. Not a real apartment but a hotel with a small hob on the corner. Good thing was cleaning every day and newspaper. Location was good too. But don’t expect a luxurious thing. We felt a bit robbed that’s the honest true. Most of staff was very kind

  • 3/5 Graham P. 1 year ago on Google
Lot of parking and close to town centre. Shopping centre itself looks in need of a spruce up after the pandemic. Biggest failing is the lack of public toilet facilities. I appreciate that they don't want the place to attract some of the less desirable clientele but making the bathrooms paid for would be worthwhile rather than having to direct people into the shops.

The Liberty is a large shopping centre and very is easy to get to as it's located just a few minutes walk from Romford Train (serves the Elizabeth and overground lines) and Bus Station. Every visit has been good, the centre is always clean and tidy. There is a wide variety shops, from clothing to gift stores, your usual high street brands such as Next and M&S.

Only go here for food really, Super Sushi is a favourite of mine and that's only the reason for most of my visits. The majority of shops are okay, nothing really special about it. Just a shopping centre at the end of the day.

This is a nice centre and has larger stores than smaller shopping malls. Liberty and Brewery (another mall) are really close by which means you can park at either of them and access stores in both. All the usual facilities available, and free parking on Sundays. Liberty being on the high street is also easily accessible if you're walking, taking the bus or the train.

Great place to shop, shame a couple of big stores had to close and the market stalls are not what they used to be but there's a good pie and mash shop a couple of pubs lots of food shop and a super cafe. Lots of parking places. Many hobby shops, shoe shops, TKMax, plus many well known stores.

Only went to this location cause I heard they have more options . When the food arrived the chicken was really dry and over cooked. The coleslaw had a horrible smell and taste . Not at all what I expected although the location was extremely busy, thought the food would have been better. Definitely nor worth the hype.
