I gave this a 4 only because there are no huge shopping centre stores here, but whom needs THEM all the time these days now today anywhere here anyway!??? Hehehe... Its a nice village town Dagenham Heathway, most else is here though for your perusal, clothes, food galore, tech of all manner and shops spilling over onto the very wide pavements with household goods. Has a 1990's charm still about it and always busy. Lots of our Nation of shopkeepers. Well worth a visit. Has a Mall added recently too. Come and say hello. Sat 25.03.23. Buses 174, 175 and 173 frequent.

It was an exceptionally beautiful day today with cotton candy clouds over the Dagenham Heathway shopping centre. The day before it was raining and I'm glad I stayed indoors because that rain was torrential. Anyway in another posters pictures you see to the left of Dagenham Heathway shopping centre BetFred which is now Starbucks and to the right you'll see the Post Office which is now I believe inside Tesco Express so they have been a few changes since the last pictures were posted. Only reason I was there was because I had an appointment with Specsavers who were very professional and added to the delight of the sunny weather. In some of the images you will see Dagenham Heathway tube station opposite the shopping centre. Two reasons it didn't get five stars. Number one it's not that well lit so it loses a point for lighting and number two there's the smell of urine as you walk past certain buildings inside the complex. Now it might be the general public or it could be the residents in the housing complex that are not as a decent as other residents. Whatever it is it needs to be sanitised anyone with a nose taking a walk or their children to the shopping centre won't be too pleased.

First time going to Dagenham Heathway shopping centre, used the parking which was simple to pay on an app. Got a bit confused with access to the shops. Went down some stairs and it smelt of urine and it was dirty. The alleyway access the shops was scary to be honest would definitely not park there at night. The mall was clean, not as busy and most people were wearing masks.

To be honest the Mall has gone downhill over the last few years with only a few shops left worth visiting. Losing a couple of decent bakers means only Greg's is left which is OK.

Heathway Shopping is a shopping complex with a difference. Providing shoppers with lots of shops and varieties and massive packing space ( not free ). It is about one minute walk from Dagenham Heathway Underground station and easily accessible from different parts of Dagenham with many bus stops surrounding it.

You can easily find shops like JD sports, Greg's, Wilkinson, Boots, Timpsons, a Gym as well, some charity shops and important ly there's a post-office 🏤 inside in the middle concourse or walk way

Not a nice place and no public toilets. Are there no people such as the elderly, those with medical conditions or those that partake in drinking a few coffees and teas? We do need toilets.

I like it because I don't live there anymore. I've never liked Heathway but the stores, they're not too bad... You can get what you want and you can park up to 60 minutes in that Iceland car park.

The only shops I use is Tescos and Iceland the rest of the Heathway is not for me. It's a dump. And Darren Rodwel and Margaret Hogg NEEDS to RESIGN.

A good mix of shops from a Post Office, Boots, discount shops, and a coffee shop amongst others.

Pleasant shopping experience. However no toilet for shoppers. This results in speed shopping.

Quite a few shops closed. Ones that are still there were great. I use a mobility scooter and found it easy to access stores.

The mall needs a major overhaul, now wilkos has gone its a depressing place to shop. Doesn't help where you have the preachers from the African churches screaming bible passages at you on heathway.

Very good small shopping arcade with few shops and stores. Whenever I go there, feeling like a strange world and insecurity.

Very run down and full of moody looking people And lots of traffic in the heathway.but you can get some cheap stuff there as I think the shops are having a very hard time.

  • 1/5 T B. 2 years ago on Google
40% of the stores are closed, the walk from the car park is knee deep in bird poo, it needs a big upgrade here and that includes the type of people that visit. Avoid.

The owners of the Mall News in Dagenham Heathway shopping mall are rude and up to something dodgy. They sell out of date stock and never pay on lottery winnings, which I've reported to camelot, and the shop is always dirty. Avoid this place.

They need to tidy up the mail and put dome money into the place and get all the empty shops full now has its not that busy at all

  • 1/5 Tony B. 2 years ago on Google
There are no public toilets, the only one you could use in the mall is now staff only and the library ones are not open due to COVID parking is always an issue, unless you have the right app even the multi story is restrictive

Like being in a 3rd world country. Absolutley awful experience where my hands were over my wallet for the whole time in fear of someone pinching it. Dirty and rubbish everywhere. There was more chewing gum on the tiles than there was paint on the ceiling.

Mostly visit to go to the butcher's and fish mongers and for hair products. 3 stars as the allocated parking complex need updating. Need some lighting along the path to the shopping centre. As much as possible I avoid parking there if I am able to find on street parking.

Heathway Mall has plenty of Parking for Customers.. The Mall itself houses many shops ranging from a Pound shop, Wilkinsons, Peacocks, Card shop and a Newsagents to name but a few, there are quite a few more.. The main street itself has many shops far to many to name. but one of them is a very nice Cafe, Well worth a visit. The car Park leads directly into the Mall and the Mall leads into the Main Street, no stairs to navigate so perfect for people with Disabilities. There is also a Toilet....

Heathway is a great place to shop I go there often. There are so many shops to visit.. Iceland, Tesco, Greengrocer, Clothes shop and Newsagents and so many more to numerous to mention.. Well with a visit. Plus a car park that then leads directly into the Mall and then the main Rd which is full of shops..There is also a large Barnados Charity shop, So give them your unwanted clothes and buy yourself more, all in the one area...brilliant.

It is a small shopping center, and contains a Poundland, Wilkonsons, JD sports, post office, Boots, Gregs, Iceland, liddle, news agents, Tesco to name a few.

  • 4/5 Tony H. 2 years ago on Google
Good old fashioned shopping centre. Plenty of pay and display parking available. Not a huge selection of shops but a nice little spot to pop in and grab what you need. We're some small groups of youths hanging around .

The Heathway needs an uplift. Some of the shops are really discusting especially the smell from wet fish shop near Barclays Bank. Takes your breath away!

  • 1/5 Christine W. 2 years ago on Google
In my opinion, not a safe environment. Hardly anyone wears a face mask. No one follows the direction arrows. People do not keep distance. Shops do not monitor customers. Dirty.

It is a place where you can get whatever you want and it not too congested. Very few things you can not get there and is not noisy. I like it.
