A very well organised, neat and clean shopping centre with almost all the big brand names outlets, coffee shops and other eateries. Very pleasant ambiance indeed!

One of the best shopping Centre in Staines high street. A place where you can find almost every brand. Well arranged and all Covid precautions are in place.

I’ve been frequenting this shopping centre since 2015, it’s changed a bit over the years with different shops coming and going. There’s a bit of a “cold” atmosphere to it, can’t quite put my finger on it. There’s plenty of shops however and it’s just off the high street. What really needs to happen, and it probably will eventually, is Two Rivers & Elmsleigh will be redeveloped into one huge shopping centre. Outer-West London/Surrey needs something like a Westfields, and this could be the ideal location with great links off the M25.

Visited some friends in Staines and this shopping centre yesterday. I was amazed at the whole place and how it looks. The centre is quite big and very bright and airy, lots of high-street shops were there including coffee shops. The outside precinct was full of eating places and various banks. There was also a small market selling fresh fruit and veg along with other market goods. In all its a very nice place to be and worthy of 5 stars however we did encounter an issue. The main bus stop is situated directly outside the shopping centre and is overlooked by the multi-storey car park. While we were waiting for the 203 bus around 5:15pm, a bunch of kids in the parking lot above started SPITTING and throwing stuff at us and other people in the bus stop below. They continued to do this for about 10 minutes before they went away when we noticed what they were doing. The shopping centre had quite a few blue badged security guards inside, however it would appear that none of them stopped the kids. I am not sure how the kids got into this parking area but clearly the parking lot is not well monitored and could put cars at risk. In addition, spitting and throwing stuff at people could cause serious harm. I would suggest that you beef up security in the parking lot and stop this disgusting behaviour.

I've been here a few times and I must say the shopping centre looks a bit cold and depressing. It has a few big shops like H&M, Matalan, Primark, Costa, etc. It also has a brand new Tesco express just by one of its entrances (where Monsoon used to be) but apart from that it isn't that great. I normally do my shopping in two rivers which ironically has a much better feel to it considering all of its shops are outside like a big boulevard where you definitely see more people walking around. I think this shopping centre is somewhat outdated but if it were to be spruced it would have so much potential.

Fantastic shopping centre. Lots of the usual high street outlets and a huge Primark store to boot. Great coffee and lunch options, parking in a multi storey car park above and great transport connections with Staines bus station on the door step. Recommended!

Quite a few shops as expected in small centre. Biggest store is primark. Clean basic public toilets available right at the back , on the ground floor beyond primark. And there is a Costa upstairs. ROMAN womens clothes shop has some beutiful items, party 🥳 clothes too. Sparkles galore.

I have been doing some reflection before writing this review and came to the conclusion, that I probably take my local town for granted and don't appreciate what we do have on our doorstep. I always thought that Staines was a bit lacking when it came to shops especially, since Debenhams closed down. I then thought about what other nearby town centres have to offer and realised that it's not so bad after all. It always seems busy and bustling particularly on market days and at weekends. Elmsleigh Centre actually has a good mix of shops in it. I won't be able to name them all but I'll have a go at highlighting some. There is Sports Direct, H&M, Primark, New Look and Matalan. Clarks, Shoezone and Deichmann shoe shops. The Grape Tree and Holland and Barrett for health foods and supplements. Superdrug. Hinds and Samuels Jewellers. The Works. A fragrance shop. A foreign currency exchange bureau. Moss Bros. A toy shop, mobile phone stores, hairdressers, Clintons, Card Factory, Trespass, Roman, Body Shop, Vision Express and The Optical Shop.

Nice and bright inside (glass roof for most of it) and not too busy. Also not so big that you get lost inside, and toilets are easy to find and clean

It’s alright, the shops are decent, it isn’t as big as other shopping centres, but it still offers a variety of coffee shops and shops

Visited the elmsleigh centre yesterday 27th of August, and it looks like a 1960s shopping centre, shops are scruffy, whole area looks as though it could do with a good clean, the old decathlon shop looks like an old bizarre out of Istanbul, and it's been taken over by spellthorn council who are the new owners of the centre,

Decent selection of shops, no empty units for a long time. Rarely gets mega busy these days, used to have to queue for the car parks but no longer the case whenever I go

Usual shopping centre with Primark, Costa , H&M and New Look and other high street shops. Can do with some renovations. It’s been the same for over a decade now.

Great shopping and places to eat. I come here a lot and have my own preferences but there is plenty to choose from. Staines bus station is here too so its very handy especially if you're here temporarily and have no car.

Great shops to buy from with lots of options. Near by centre allows one to walk and feel the city while enjoying food from different countries. Good blend of budget and expensive range of shopping options.

Great shopping centre but sadly the same can't be said for the public toilets. Missing seats and locks in the ladies toilets and the men without toilet roll

Good shopping center. No phone coverage for EE in most of the shops. Make sure to have Wi-Fi if you wants to connected while shopping. Parking is good but expensive. snack shops have limited choices. Keep an eye on shop timing against mall timing.

Parking is pretty depressing. Awful queue ping off the A30 Crooked Billet rdbt where people think it's OK to push in lanes when it's left turn only. Always puts me off visiting, always. Carpark is expensive at £3p/h and long waits to access. Not great shopping either. Plus sides I suppose the town is quite safe and clean.

A good range of shops and the centre is kept fairly clean. There's lots of parking but it does get very busy so it's worth coming early or late on the weekend.

Great place to shop loads of different outlets and places to eat and rest. If need be, there are escalators up to Costa leading into Primark so do your shopping then nip into Costa for a bite to eat and drink.

It's ok. There are far worse shopping centres. We are now missing a department store which is a shame. There have been ok attempts at modernisation of this centre. There is a need to keep 'up with the times".

Lovely airy centre where the majority of the shops are on the ground floor. Always clean with a good variety of shops, stalls and two coffee shops. Toilets are located on both floors and there is an escalator and lift for those that need them.

So much potential but like many other places they have increasingly more empty stores. It is always clean and tidy and has constant security people present. Good variety of stores and central to the Staines main shopping precinct. Loads of parking available, currently £1 per hour.

From a perspective of outsider this place is good you get all sort of things and really close to bus stand . You get expensive as well cheap items under the same roof. Primark Tesco watches nails Poundland etc . A little depressing to view but a good place .

Love the layout now cramming all shops in a small space. As shopping centres go its a good one needs a face lift though, but all in good time.

  • 5/5 Bruno V. 1 year ago on Google
Great combination of shops, near the bus and train station which gives a great complement to the high street. It's a shame Decathlon abandoned it during the pandemic. We just need Zara to make it amazing

Nice huge mall, the parking is just a pound per hour. They have all the big brands, and we can buy clothes, shoes, grocery, furniture, jewellery and many more. Parking is huge and a additional building parking gives ample of space.

The Elmsleigh shopping experience is on the whole a reasonably good one. A good selection of shops to cater for most budgets. Shops range from clothing to shoes and also if you want to purchase something that sparkles. Also if you just want a coffee there is Costa which is located adjacent to the BT phone shop.

  • 4/5 Monal B. 2 years ago on Google
Overall good shopping venue with most of the budget stores and a decent coffee shop to sit and relax. Parking is not an issue as you can park in two-river shopping area, Stains. Weekends are always crowded.

4 stars because when I was in sport direct, there were no nike basketballs but there is a nice toy store there and they have cool LEGO sets

I enjoy shopping at Staines. Plenty of shops, nicely spaced out, you have the indoor centre shops and the 2 rivers site. (Not covered). Plenty of parking. Market day today ,Thursday . I think it's there on other days as well. We no longer have a M&S clothing store, but a new large M&S food shop in the old Waitrose site/2 rivers. Good cinema too.

Good shopping complex with a wide variety of shops. Only negative was the lifts were out of service, and being a wheelchair user I could not access the upper floors. The complex was clean with social distancing well sign posted.
