Clean shopping mall, a few shops are empty but the vibe was good and they have a little village market. Overall nice place !

Large shopping centre with a cinema just across the road. The Omniplex Cinema Sutton is a 9-screen cinema showing the latest movies. Both are connected to each other via a link bridge. The shopping centre itself has a large number of shops and catering outlets. We’re love the fact that there is public seating and wide walkways between the shoplots. We visited on a Sunday but I must say that the place isn’t as lively as when we last made a trip there five years ago. Some high street chains have given up being there and possibly moved out into the high street. There is plenty of parking in the multi-storey carpark in the cinema building.

One of my favourite places for shopping choices. Three are 3 floors of shops and restaurants with seating available on all levels. Each floor has a life and escalators so accessible for all. Bright and spacious, this mall is busy at all times of the day so best be prepared to have a quick coffee in the many cafes in and around the centre. 100++ stars for convenience and a good shopping experience.

Nice shopping mall in the heart of Sutton with ample shops and cafe s . Few metres away from the high street shops.

Cheap parking on weekends, lots of parking spaces. Many highstreet shops, nice restaurant and toilets at level 3 and quite large kids area at level 1. Shame that lifts have not been working for last couple of years 😕

Although my favourite shop Debenhams is closed now I still visit St Nicholas Centre very often. I'm glad they have some other shops like Next, Primark, New Look, Pandora etc there, and top floor is just so beautiful with their dining and entertainment areas, I even arranged my daughter's birthday party there. The toilets also newly refurbished, very clean and well maintained. Downstairs they have three cafes and lots of other different types of shops. It's worth to visit, specially now with beautiful Christmas decorations .

The Borough of Sutton, London could use some sensible marketing. A lot of the shops have closed down. It is so discouraging when visitors see shops with shutters down. The council should have never given permission for eating joints on the ground floor. It's a simple marketing strategy. Council needs to pay more attention towards development of town centre rather than get rumours floating that the shopping mall will be demolished in the near future.

Not what it once was. Only a few shops of interest and a big section (the old Debenhams) closed down entirely. The glass elevators are out of service (cost saving ??) to the public and the escalators going upwards between floors were powered off. The 3rd floor, food court once upon a time, was nicely decorated but only had a few food/drink vendors on offer. Doesn't really enhance a shopping trip and has nothing really to offer in terms of uniqueness or one of a kind shopping experiences.

It's sadly fast becoming a shell of its once decent former self. Like most shopping centres it has become victim to the reduced footfall from the pandemic, the convenience of online shopping, and the no doubt hike in rents for the shop spaces themselves. Having lost Debenhams didn't help either. There remains the odd decent shop or two but it truly depresses me at what it has now become.

Well its sad , this used to be such an interesting centre in the 80s early 90s with a market type area and interesting shops . Now its clean sterile with the same old shops as every other centre . Don't quite get the indoor carting , but hay I'm over 50 so what do I know .

Nice, clean shopping mall. The toilets are hidden far far away 😂 especially the day we visited the elevators didn’t work, the escalators didn’t work. It happens. The indoor playing area for kids it’s amazing.

The place itself looks run down but offered a good range of stores. The cark park isn't great being more of the main one in Sutton it's horrible especially the high kurbs everywhere.

It is a good shopping area in Sutton where you can find many bars, restaurants, small shops and much more. The shopping center has store such as New Look, Next, Accessorize, clothes shops, beauty salons and more.

It is a bit stinky once you enter the centre plus the entrance door are usually closed due to some problems. It use to be a proper gallery now it seems like usual market place.

It's really sad to see this once thriving shopping centre in this sorry state. Really need to get some shops back in there. Otherwise, it is a clean and tidy, friendly environment.

It's named after me lol Not really It's a good clean space that is easy to find the stores where there is a whole variety to choose from

It's my local shopping centre and where I go to the gym regularly. Giving it 5 stars as I'm born and bred in Sutton so this review may be slightly biased :)

  • 4/5 Farhan F. 1 year ago on Google
Beautiful shopping centre but quieter for what it offers. Deserves more footfall. Needs extended hours. Should be open till 8pm. If not every day, at least once a week. Gym has replaced Debenhams but its main entrance is towards street level. So, does not really increase footfall inside shopping centre.

  • 5/5 Mariya H. 4 months ago on Google
Nice shopping center accessible to find most necessary shops you may need, there is some lovely beauty studious there and cozy coffee shops.

  • 5/5 Sandra S. 1 year ago on Google
Lots of parking always available. Free parking if you go to the cinema. Good food and bathroom facilities. They have Primark, Next, New Look, Toy Barnhaus, Pandora, Smiggle, Claires and a variety of other stores.

  • 3/5 wooly f. 1 year ago on Google
Definitely not a destination shopping centre. Only reason I visit usually is because I need to pick something up from either Primark, Toy Barnhaus or next. Though there is a nice comic book/collectables place on the ground floor. Most of the shops that had anything of relative quality have gone

I know that it’s difficult for a shopping centre to attract customers but we visited with our grandson and were very cold. I felt sorry for the shop workers who had their doors open.

A bright and contemporary shopping centre with 3 levels. Having a glass roof, let's lots of natural light in. There are a number of chain and independent retailers residing here. There are also a few cafes and restaurants to choose from, a cinema and a multi level car park. The centre has been around for 30 years now and in my opinion doesn't look that dated. The place is well maintained and cleaned. The toilets are always clean to a good standard. The place is easy to find half way down the High Street with both main entrances/exits accessable. There is also a footbridge to and from the car park. Accessable for wheelchairs.

  • 3/5 Peter B. 11 months ago on Google
What I loved, that it wasn't crowded. The selection of retailers could be better though. Also a proper food hall would be nice. Oh and finally, more EV chargers in the MSCP would be nice too. I was lucky someone just left when I arrived.

  • 4/5 Allie G. 11 months ago on Google
I haven't been here in years. Good range of shops and places to eat. Managed to get a certain clothing range we were not able to get elsewhere. Parking on Sundays and Bank Holidays only £1 all day parking. The only thing was there were signs up saying watch out for pick pockets, so take it at your our risk.

  • 2/5 David M. 1 year ago on Google
Poor signage and restricted access for anyone with limited mobility. The parking nearby is good and the shops are fine albeit many are empty. Sutton itself seems to be busy with activity and has many other car parks

  • 4/5 Vaskor B. 11 months ago on Google
A nice shopping centre, and the central area has a nice place to sit with a drink from the café in the shopping centre, with plenty of natural light from the glass roof. However, there seem to be a number of empty units in the shopping centre these days. The only shop I visit regularly in the shopping centre is Primark.

Had to get my sapphire ring taken down a couple of sizes at Clarks jewellers on the ground floor at the St Nicholas Centre, was told it would be within a week and a couple of days later there was the phone call and it was ready😁👍, would always come to this place, lovely staff and excellent experience.🌈

  • 5/5 Mark C. 6 months ago on Google
Plenty of shops and cafés and the place is nice and clean with plenty of public seating and large areas to roam between the shops. The cinema is just across from the centre and can be reached via a bridge across the busy one way road.

  • 3/5 Kyle S. 8 months ago on Google
It's fine - several stores closing down and lots of dead space which would revive the mall a little bit, but at the moment its just a bit of a quiet mall with some good cafes.

  • 4/5 Helder Rodrigues de A. 7 months ago on Google
Good variety of shops, although I tend to use it more for things like Next, Sports Direct, M&S and the cinema from time to time. It's close, convenient and your typical high street experience.

  • 4/5 John S. 10 months ago on Google
Was good and could be better as some flagship stores have closed. However, depending on what you're after, there's OK choice to shop in a clean and pleasant environment. Not surprisingly, Saturday afternoon is probably the busiest time.

I went here for me 1st vaccine dose. Had to wait in a long queue but it was quick. Happy to see all the process inside. Staff was very friendly. All SOPs were being followed. NHS staff is good amd cooperative. Enjoyed my visit.

Shopping centre has many good shops in it. The place is kept clean often and the Toilets are very clean. It's a shame, post covid, a lot of the fast food joint on the top floor has closed.

  • 3/5 Freya P. 2 years ago on Google
Used to be a great shopping centre hub but now its like zombie town. Lots of shop spaces closed/empty. Very quiet which makes it more relaxing to shop the stores that are open, but it needs regenerating.

Nice and calm place to go shopping... After a long break, it was crazy and crowded!!! All the shoes were quite busy on the first day after a long break!!! It's always good to be around here for shopping!!!!

The car park for near enough that past year if not longer has been displaying a message saying "We are updating are card machine cash only" how long does this take! We went to the cinema and came out at 20:00 the card machine on the bottom floor doesn't work so up we went to the second floor you need cash and the exact amount change other wise it won't give you change. No wonder why they are taking so long to update their card machine they a probably making a fortune! Bare in mind their isn't a cashpoint for at least 5/10 minute walk if the st Nicolas centre is closed

  • 3/5 Sandra B. 2 years ago on Google
Looking a little tired but the shopping centre is home to the shops you would expect. There are a few vacant units but a reasonable array of shops all the same.

  • 5/5 Sonia W. 2 years ago on Google
Great place to shop. Reasonable range of shops. It's very clean and well laid out. It's bright and has a nice atmosphere to shop. We went to get a covid vaccine, very organised set up.

  • 4/5 Robert H. 2 years ago on Google
Cafeteria would be nice if open earlier than it is for my liking. Seems to have a nice set-up but it is not attracting enough passing trade.

  • 3/5 Paul R. 2 years ago on Google
I find that shopping centres tend to house specialised and expensive shops probably due to high rents plus excessive business rates. This does not lead to bargain hunting. I'm sure the best trade is achieved when it is pouring with rain.

We went mainly to have our covid booster they have a walk in between 8am to 10.30am. They all do a fantastic work thank you so much for the care you show to the community 😊. As for the mall its lost a few big names owing to covid but what mall hasn't : I still enjoyed shopping there and the high street is as busy as ever

  • 3/5 T G. 1 year ago on Google
What's there is good, but now Debenhams is gone, that section of the shopping centre is like a ghost town. It really needs a new department store going in to bring the place back to life.

  • 1/5 Vis R. 1 year ago on Google
Very limited shopping centre with hardly any choice for clothes shopping. Toilets are idiotically designed that have massive male and female toilet sign (man left, woman right standing next to each other). But no where does this indicate clearly that men’s toilets are straight on and women’s are off to the right, so there are many confused men who walk right because that appears to be logical place where both toilets would be located!

  • 3/5 Adam R. 1 year ago on Google
It's an OK place. Clean and tidy. But not amazing. It needs more shops in the mall and some entertainment would be well received. The center generally lacks buzz. They're apparently doing a rejuvenation at some point (which can't come soon enough), so I'll be interested to see what happens. Hopefully I'll have to rewrite this review once done. If you're reading this, owners: stylish, up-market stores and restaurants are sorely needed here.

  • 4/5 Toni J. 1 year ago on Google
Busy enough with lots of stores to choose from. It's very convenient for bus and Uber drops within the city centre. Nice and clean centre, a little cafe to rest while shopping

  • 2/5 John C. 1 year ago on Google
It's a bit of a ghost town now. Sign of the times post Covid and the current economic situation, but made worse by Lib Dem council policies on cars, parking and parking charges. People want convenient access to shops, which is why most now go to out of town shopping malls.

  • 4/5 Riann K. 1 year ago on Google
Facilities clean and kept well. But it seems the centre is dying slowly as shop's are closing and not much feet moving through. It may just have been the wrong time ...primark was very busy as always!

  • 3/5 alero juliet d. 1 year ago on Google
Nice shopping mall. Clean, most especially the toilets. However most of the shops are closing down & not a lot of choices in terms of shops to go into , which is a let down in my opinion for such a #big shopping mall of that size in the lovely Sutton- Surrey area.

  • 4/5 Andrew H. 1 year ago on Google

It is wonderful to visit this site. It is amazing in terms of shopping, prices and customer services. You can shop without disturbing anyone. Everyone is loving and optimistic.

  • 4/5 David H. 1 year ago on Google
Although I don't live in Sutton, I do like this shopping centre because although what it lacks in size, it's makes ups by being easier to navigate inside the centre itself. The only issue with it is, that quite a few shops have closed up for good. I suspect that was to do with the corona virus pandemic. Also it seems as though the food hall is being refurbished at the moment. It's also very easy to get to if you don't live in the area and the people are very friendly.

  • 4/5 Simon B. 1 year ago on Google
Public toilets available on the top floor. Good selection of shops but several empty units. The centre is clean and seems well maintained

  • 2/5 K H. 1 year ago on Google
Is this mall closing down? Is like a ghosttown. Lots of empty units, top floor food court not open at peak time Saturday, escalator malfunction suddenly stopped whilst it was moving and almost came a cropper .... somebody elderly could've broken their neck if they weren't careful. Was only in there for best part of 10 mins and left pretty quickly.

Management are very nice, need to mention centre manager Priya was wonderful to solve my problem but this once very busy shopping centre is dying, lots of shops getting closed, not that many good brands are here anymore which is driving customers high street speacilly this winter time its feel more colder inside then outside !!

  • 4/5 Harpal S. 2 years ago on Google
Large spacious shopping centre unfortunately lots of empty shops but this its like that in the majority of shopping centres. The walkways were larger than normal so its unlikely to get crowded. There were a few home ware shops that looked very decently priced. Includes a TK Maxx, Primark and a Next store.

Nice mall for some good time with the family. They have some play area for the kids with some rides and games (card payment). Also a nice cafeteria with nice selection and helpful staff. Good number of stores, but some of them seem to have been shut down. The mall has its own parking and there is always space even on weekends.
