Staff who served me was rude, to be specific I wasn’t able to catch her name though she had dyed hair that was vibrant & orange. She kept pressuring me to purchase various items though I made it clear I’m only interested in a certain type. As I declined to her attempts to sell me even though I did nicely say I’m not interested she tutted me and said ‘Ok bye’ As a consumer of Pandora for many years I’m absolutely shocked at the service I received here and do not recommend this branch. Management please look into training staff as their customer service skills clearly needs improvement

I was really looking to get a gift today. All service staff ignored me however attended to everyone else promptly who came in after me even as I circled around the counters twice trying to make eye contact for assistance. Staff weren’t smiling nor welcoming and clearly avoided acknowledging me and chatted away among themselves. As though I’m invisible. I’m a Singaporean Chinese vacationing in London - Not sure if this has anything to do with my race or appearance.. I’m dressed normal/presentable and I don’t smell bad I believe. I’m not a demanding person but I had to ask for service and was replied with “sure, one moment” from a stern looking sales rep that sounded reluctant. I had a very negative experience Pandora, St Pancras International. Pandora is after all merely a higher priced costume jewellery shop. There’s no need for staff to act all uppity in this day and age.

One of the best customer services that I received since I became Pandora client comes from Rebeka. She was extremely patient and helpful resolving my exchange straight away. Incredibly friendly and smiley person and a lovely person to deal with. I will definitely come back to shop with her.

I walked into the store at 19.55(Doors were still open) Was greeted with a Hello told the assistant what I exactly what I wanted...only to be told Sorry we are closed!! I thought that was very unprofessional and rude and didn't needed a sale. Obviously wont be coming back😡

I had a problem with an old bracelet and they were just amazing, they tried all the possibilities to find out a solution and finally they gave my a new one because there is no gold clasp any more, by email Adriana, the Store Manager, and also there Ainhoa a Spanish girl, both where such a really nice people, I’m super happy with the attention I received, the environment of the team and the solution I had, THANK YOU ❤️😊

Adriana and Sky, have the best Customer Service ever they made me feel very comfortable in the shop and showed me around the shop. I only came in for one item and ended up leaving with a necklace and a chain. Also my mother ended up buying a ring bangle chain and charms. I feel like we have bought the whole shop laugh out loud. Had to do an exchange, went smoothly. Very happy with my items. However, I checked multiple times and web says opens at 8.30am. Didn't open till 10 am. Please correct this information on Google.

Very rude staff. I visited on Feb 15th in the morning. She ignore me and even I ask something she never talk just show me the charm without explain. I felt very disrespectful. Regret to buy charm this shop. Another pandora shop in London was very kind

We came to Pandora on Sunday 21st to look for some Disney charms to be added to my bracelet before our holiday to Disneyland the next day and Amber was a huge help- started off our magical trip! Went here a few weeks ago and the staff were absolutely lovely ! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any assistance with anything. Lucie and Ainhoa were extremely helpful and patient with me as it was my first Pandora purchase. I will definitely be back at this store again !

Attended the shop on the afternoon of the Monday bank holiday. As I entered the shop, the two girls /sale assistant continued talking to each other, I was not greeted or acknowledged until I asked to see couple of items which I had hoped to buy. I asked some questions, but they both looked boreI giving yes and no answers. I decided to leave without buying , as I left they went straight on their phones. The Marble Arch store had way better customer services, few weeks back I had gone in and both two rings.
