Amazing centre in Epsom full of shops and cafes, something for everyone. I enjoyed walking about, it feels safe with procedures in place and security. In the current climate of the pandemic, fantastic to see how the owners have really thought about our safety while we are all out shopping. A place to spend time in the many shops on offer, have a coffee relax and wander. It also has a car park, easy to get to from the town centre. Nice to see consumer confidence is building backup, support local, shop local. Stay safe follow the well publicised signs to keep social distance.

The Arthouse Gallery is a pop up run by artists. There is a wide variety of paintings, prints and ceramics. You are buying directly from the artists. they are there until Christmas Eve so perfect for finding that unique present.

Fabulous shopping centre with an amazing art gallery! ArtHouse gallery is now relocated opposite WH Smith. New artists. Affordable high quality art from professional artists. All budgets.

The Ashley Centre promises the world and delivers very little. Regularly creates intrigue in the local community about new stores opening only for such stores never to appear. The town of Epsom needs more independent shops, cafes and restaurants. It doesn't need a shopping centre like this that charges exorbitant rental fees.

Great shopping centre although is average size but now there are many empty spots due to h and m and house of fraser shutting down. I miss h and m as I used to go there every time I went there. Overall, there is a good range of shops.

The mall is very clean and nice. There are nice music playing and makes you feel very energetic. There are art stores, food stores and some event happening maybe once a month. You can also shop furnitures on the second floor. There are also toy shops which are the best if you are trying to buy a birthday present.

Ok place for a quick buy at Waitrose. Carpark is good enough for local shopping but a bit pricey.

Very dead now. It used to be great when it had H&M and McDonald's. Hoping something great opens up in place of House of Fraser. I also want there to be a Pizza Hut in Epsom, please.

I am an infrequent visitor to Epsom, perhaps an average of once in every 2 months. I leave my wife and our daughter to do their shopping in the town, and I browse through the Ashley Centre, getting s newspaper, having a Costa Coffee (a good outlet at this branch), and I have always found most of the stores helpful when I am looking for something.

Nice range of shops. Wish we got details from the lady selling the wooden carvings as we wish we purchased another one now. If anyone knows if she has a website please let me know. Did you get me the website site or contact details as you promised?

A well maintained and clean medium sized shopping centre with some well known major retailers, however, quite a few of the units remain empty with little or no effort by the landlord to disguise such. The surrounding roads have a good mix of retailers.

Many shops have closed. There is very little there that warrants a visit. The main shops that are still there and vaguely useful are Waitrose, Boots, Superdrug, Holland & Barrett and Sports Direct. The Muffin Break is fairly pleasant for a coffee and cake. There is a carpark but quite expensive.

Could be loads better. Some shops have gone which is such a shame, H&M being the latest one to go, but I still enjoy shopping here.

I recently visited on a Saturday and used the car park. As a disabled driver the location of spaces was great but sadly that’s where the positive review ends. There are 3 small passenger lifts which were all working but are not big enough for the poor people on mobility scooters waiting to use them - numerous times they stopped and those passengers were unable to get in (I was lucky to be able to squeeze in after a few waits as a walking person). There are also two larger lifts opposite but one was out of order - I’m not sure if the other one was allowed to be used, but it was stuck on the third floor and didn’t respond to pressing the button. Going back to the car park the queues again for the lifts were really large and so I attempted to walk up the stairs (needed my inhaler) only to then find the pay machine was not working! This one was the only one on the floor (so would require more walking to another level to find another machine) and also one of the few that took cards. The gentleman was trying to repair it and after a while succeeded, but I do feel the lift access and availability of pay machines needs to be looked at to attract shoppers

A really fantastic shopping centre.Has been upgraded really recently and it looks really good. They have a lovely selection of stores without too many empty shops either. There were shops like M&S,Sports direct,JD sports, grape tree,Waitrose ,Holland and barret,Costa etc. Also I love it that they have put a stage in the shopping centre,I guess for live events outside a closed shop(a big one).Would highly recommend

Small shopping centre with a number of great shops. They had a Christmas art sale there in one of the closed shopping units. It had some great art work you could buy. The shopping centre also had a pop up bakery where you could buy giant sweet treats such as giant glazed donuts a giant yumyums etc. It was fairly busy when I was there but it was worth a visit.

I used to come to this shopping centre often, today I decided to visit as I haven’t been for a while. Unfortunately loads of nice shops had closed down. While I was inside I decided to stop into “muffin break”, I used to eat there all the time and I’m glad to say the quality of the food and friendliness of staff has not changed. It’s a lovely cafe I would recommend trying it.

Car park switched to coin shaped tokens some years ago which are easy to lose (who carries coins any more!?). Why not implement ANPR instead. Not seen any other car park with this silly system

Not overly busy and the parking is much cheaper than Croydon, I'd come here all day long !

A regular haunt when we stay with my aunt. A clean, airy fresh looking centre.plenty of variety, usual names and plenty of stop offs for Tea, Coffee and sundries. Parking above. Disability spaces near the lift area, quite Handy.

Perfect little mall with step-free access. It has everything. From cafés through supermarkets to high street stores. There is a large Ukrainian support centre in the middle. Boots with opticians. Bathrooms with baby changing/parent rooms. There is a little kids corner with a few rides (must be paid by a £1 coin), which they change from time to time (one of them is Peppa Pig at the moment). Children’s events on selected weekends. Very large parking house with free parking on each advent Sunday (as per 12/2022).

The Ashley Centre is Epsom's only precinct. Not huge ,which I like. There's a Waitrose , Boots, M&S and shoe, clothes and other shops. You also might like the Chocolate Shop. The great thing at this time of year, it's cool to walk around and seats for old timers like me. Also there are well maintained toilet facilities and ,when you are done ,there's the Market on Thursday and Saturday to explore. The plant Market is great , all the plants I have got from there have done well. I like Epsom as a smaller version of the bigger towns easier to access

A small but varied amount of shops, with more opening soon. I got what I went for, so have no complaints.

If you want to buy Men's clothes; try somewhere else! The only options are a very small section of Next/M & S and Sports Direct. Very little choice.

  • 5/5 Phill P. 7 months ago on Google
Beautiful little shop conveniently placed as you enter/leave the car park. It has a wide variety of beautiful furnishings and other household goods. There is plenty of choice.

Found the center was clean and tidy, and had the type of shops that I wanted. The building society I went into was very helpful and the staff were very knowledgeable and pleased to help me, which made my visit worth while.

Looking forward to the opening of a larger Sports Direct, good to see the new Deichmann store but desperately need Bonmarche to return to Epsom.

Disabled parking expensive as you spend more time getting mobility scooter or wheel chair ect out and in car all adds to shopping costs

  • 4/5 Andrew and Deborah D. 6 months ago on Google
The shopping centre is undergoing a change, but the ideas are looking good. There is a selection of nationwide brands (e.g. Boots, W H Smith) together with pop-up kiosks down the centre aisle. I used the car park to attend the Epsom Playhouse, and there were plenty of spare places.

First time visiting this centre and I couldn't find the store that I was looking for. I asked a young man who works there and he went out of his way to help find the store I was looking. Great First impression. The atmosphere is great will definitely came back.

Nice shopping center. Lots of shops in the centre, so you can do your shopping no matter what the weather is outside. Large multi storey car park attached.

It's weathered the general post COVID-19 shopping decline very well. Good size M&S Boots and Waitrose plus Next WH Smith Clarks shoes and various cafes. Car Parking is a little expensive.

Unlike most similar shopping centers, it's still got a good selection/ variety of shops. Although the loss of HoF leaves a substantial hole, it's still worth a visit.

The parking machine didn’t return my coin, so I drove down to what I assumed was the help office only to be confronted by a very rude, aggressive and extremely unprofessional parking attendant, I was stuck at the barrier and rather then issuing a new token and charging me he refused to help. Told me to take my three kid out of the car and return to 3rd floor to press a help button on the machine. I refused he put his camera on came out of the office to continue to argue rather than just help. After 10min he finally issued me with a token after insisting all along that he couldn’t or wouldn’t. He absolutely ruined what was a very Nice day out with my 3 daughters.

The Ashley Centre is very vibrant and dynamic, with lots of colourful stores and a variety of restaurants, cafes, department stores, etc. I personally enjoy shopping there with my mum and we love going to clothing stores such as new look and next. I am rather disappointed that many shops are now starting to close down permanently due to covid☹️ but overall this place is lovely, busy and satisfies everyone's needs! 🥰

An indoor shopping mall in central Epsom with a, sadly, ever-declining choice of shops. Still there, pro tem, are Clarks, Monsoon/Accessorize, Jones, Ernest Jones, Body Shop, Claire's, Next, Trespass, W H Smith, card shops, a party shop, cafés, Waitrose, bank, Holland & Barrett, nut shop, toy shop (sorry if I forgot any). Furniture showroom upstairs. Loos are usually well-maintained and there is parking above. (I'd say ample parking as I've always been able to find a space.)

A very nice shopping centre in heart of Epsom. Several stores like M&S, Sports Direct, but also nice cafes where you can stop for a coffee. It's pleasent walking inside the Ashley Centre

  • 5/5 Rosalind M. 2 years ago on Google
Clean and bright with good loos and a good range of shops for food (Waitrose, M&S), clothes, shoes, health foods, stationery, toys, healthcare and beauty products. Coffee shops and good accessible parking. £2 per hour. No sign of town centre blight - all shops let.

Has a nice small selection of stores and also best is they have an Isle with South African Beef Jerky. They have electronic stores, phone companies such as O2 and sports shops, with many cafes. It is good for last minute shopping

Sad to see that a few shops are closing down. I liked the M&S there, and coffee shops are good. Hope that there will be big name to fill the spot of House of Frasers.

  • 4/5 Gary H. 1 year ago on Google
Fairly typical shopping centre with a range of shops. Not a large place and unfortunately, like many high streets, several of the stores are closing down or have done so already. June 2022, no real change. House of Fraser still has closing down sale on.

  • 4/5 John S. 1 year ago on Google
Good range of shops and ample parking. Quite like the car park token system, but would prefer to pay by app rather than putting coins into a machine which now seems very old fashioned

  • 4/5 Rebecca W. 1 year ago on Google
It’s a simple shopping centre although lots of closed units now. It’s lost a lot of class over the years and it’s now a pretty average shopping centre. Not the best as hardly any shops now and so many empty units. It a shopping centre you can just walk straight though. I mean I used to like it years ago when they had the cafe in a circle shape with lots of shops around it. This place has no character now

  • 5/5 James A. 1 year ago on Google
I really like the Ashley Centre. It has alot of shops that are not similar to each other allowing a place where you can look for many different things e.g. clothes shops, bank, food shops, and children's toy shops. It's a shame the McDonald's shut down in the centre a few years ago but there is still the one in the high street. I like the way they decorate the Ashley Centre throughout the seasons, especially during Christmas where they set up lights and decorations. It brings Epsom Highstreet to life. I would recommend this place to people looking do some shopping.
