Marks and Spencer is one of my favorite chains. The measurements suit me, the cuts, the colors, the quality and also the price. There is always a queue at the cash desk in the women's department, maybe you should go to pay at the cash desk of the men's department. On the ground floor, there is a supermarket with quality products. I wanted to take some frozen quiche or other prepared food home, for lunch. I saw that there was a stand with a large selection of hot food. At least 4 types of main dish, with hot side dishes. A selection of 7-8 salads. There are tables to sit and eat at the place. I ordered salmon with a side of sweet potato chips, spinach, macaroni salad with basil and pine nuts. Everything cost about 7 pounds and I found it very tasty.

This is a big M&S store with two floors. The ground floor is the food section where you find most foods that are sold in a supermarket. The upper floor consists of clothes and their own skin care range , as well as lingerie etc. A really lovely store to wonder around in plus there is free parking

I do like M&S products a lot. Though its clothing branch in Brent Cross Shopping Centre hasn’t given me a good experience of shopping, especially in Men’s department. The branch lacked an eye-catching design and decoration, creating a rather uninspiring atmosphere. The store seemed to be understaffed resulting in difficulties finding assistance when needed (maybe it only happens on days of my visit! Who knows!!😅😅). Men’s fitting room was particularly disappointing, as the rooms were small in number. Also, the shop ventilation system was inadequate. Unfortunately, those mentioned factors significantly impacted my convenience and overall enjoyment of shopping experience from this branch.

I went to ground floor super market this morning. I asked one staff about product stock. She was extremely rude. She was keeping me ignoring then finally angry me because she said my voice “Excuse me” was too small. But I was talking to her loudly. Otherwise she noticed my voice so she should just answer my questions. She is a white big (fat) women . I’m still can’t believe such kind of customer service. I just want to shopping what I want. I don’t know why she can angry to customer. I think the store manager should treating her how to treat customer. She is really rude and doesn’t know how to treat customer. I was planning to buy more than £100 in there but I was getting annoyed so I just left the store. The time was 04/March/2022, 9:45AM She was stocking out food on the shelf. Maybe 38〜45years old. I do like M&S so hopefully not such kind of rude staff in there honestly. PS I’m a woman.

Spacious store, easy to browse. Really friendly helpful staff, happy to look up products etc. Also, very nice to see a much loved British brand still thriving 140 odd years on...

The usual excellent quality of everything, just higher prices than almost everywhere else except top end stores. Marks and Spencer is not seen as a top end store any longer. It's amusing to think that their senior managers still think M&S means something more than it does. It used to be the "Go to" place for top quality clothing at great prices, top quality food etc. But that all ended years ago; I'm talking like 30 years ago. Get better managers who know what's going on in the world please guys. You don't need a 52 year old billionaire to tell you what to do.

I was in the store today while walking with a tiny dog, at the entrance of the Brent Cross Shopping Center there is a notice that dogs are allowed in. I had to buy only pasta, an unpleasant security man approached me at the checkout saying indignantly that I can't be in the store with a dog, I was there once and no one paid attention to me because I have a dog in my arms, I asked what should I do, he said that he can pay for my purchases but I have to leave the store his attitude was very negative the lady from the service wanted to serve me but he took the pasta out of my hand and he gestured that I should leave, I left and waited I asked why there was no information on the entrance to the store that it was not allowed to enter with a dog he replied that everyone knew about it so I made him aware that I had been living here for 5 years and I didn't know, he told me that I should leave my dog at home because it's my problem so I told him that I won't be shopping here anymore to which he replied ok and went, he acted like a dog was about to attack him he waved his hands and was not nice y, I didn't find information about the entrance to this particular dog shop but I won't go there again anyway, mean approach

Not enough staff on the floor. Hard to tell who is staff and who isn’t. Only 2 seats in women s shoes and these were occupied so gave up. To top it off there was a man loitering in the women’s changing room except it’s NOT for women. I am strenuously opposed to men being allowed in what should be a changing room for women!

Kevin at M&S at Brent Cross was very helpful to me when I visited the store yesterday. It was my first time visit at this store and wasn’t sure of where to find stuff. I came across Kevin who did not only help but tried the best he could to ensure that I was happy and satisfied. Syed

I bought some trousers for my partner I checked online and it did say they have in stock in Brent Cross. I went to the shop flore to get some help and this lady was completely unbothered and did not want to help. Told me that the trousers were not in stock. However, I came across a lovely gentlemen named Emmett. He was extremely helpful and kind, he found the trousers I needed and provided excellent customer service.

M&S Brent Cross has put the public at risk. This m&s in Brent was doing a major asbestos removal of its ceilings during the night and opening as normal during the day. I believe m&s has put its customers at serious health risk by staying open during a seriously dangerous job being done without any customer being aware what was happening to the store at night. I believe during this operation food would have been contaminated as there was not enough preventive measures to stop contamination especially when they pack up the operation every night during and resume during the day as normal. The people working on the ceilings wore full protective gear and had quarantined areas which they would be working on only to be removed during the day. I don’t believe this was done safely and people have been infected without knowing.

Just was in this shopping looking to buy clothes and spend a decent amount of money. It was 15 mins before closing and I wanted to try on the clothes I had to see if I wanted to buy it. I walked to the changing room and a very rude cashier with a big wig shouted at me saying that they are closed. I said how am I to know if I like the clothes if don't try it on. She basically said that she doesn't care. Needless to say if I found a manager I would of reported her.

Very average marks and Spencer. Wide selection and range of clothing and home goods. The highlight is the food hall which is excellent and always have high quality foods. The flower section is especially great and always have good flowers on display. Unfortunately marks and Spencer has recently gone downhill and the quality of their clothes has gone down. This is also in their customer service, unsatisfactory.

I usually experience good customer services at this store. It's one of the busier ones and have a good selection of products in most departments. I visit the Food Hall frequently and find staff are generally helpful. Security is often standing alert by the alcohol area. Only criticism is, there isn't a customer service desk in the Food Hall. Self check out is always busy and confusing, only one staff member may find it difficult to manage this, pethaps have two? If one is assisting with a customer, all the rest of us are waiting and this delays the check outs for others in the long queue.

Great customer service from the lady called Jackie from the first floor in M&S in Brent Cross. I wanted 4 pedicure towels for my friend’ nail shop. Jackie went beyond to find the colour I want. There was another lady, first she said they don’t have any pedicure towels and go to Fenwick or John Lewis. Jackie offered to help and she found the towels that I wanted and recommended some nice candles too. Thanks again and good luck to her.

Christine, Glen, Jake. Thank you all for your great help in recent visits. This store does get busy but staff are always around to help. They definitely go above and beyond to help. I always leave this store with a smile. :-) Thank you to the rest of the team shop floor and checkouts staff. All look happy and work very hard. Great team efforts I’ve seen. :-)

I visited M & S today. I needed a pair of shoes and Marks was my first port of call. At the shoe section I quickly found a pair that suited me and needed a shoe horn to help me try them on. No shoe horn ! I requested one from an assistant standing close by. “No” she said “We don’t have one” “A shoe department without a shoe horn” I remarked in amazement. “Well” she said “We used to have one, but I think that it got stolen” She then wondered off, no doubt thinking of her lunch. Luckily Brent Cross is not short of shoe shops and I soon found what I was looking for. M & S was the loser, and with this attitude from their staff, my missed purchase will not be their only loss. How the mighty have fallen.

Security stood uncomfortably close to me at the self checkout queue despite not having any reason to be and kept moving closer. Racist customer but it has nothing to do with M&S, just be wary. Food and magazines are the best!

Rude staff at the mens clothing floor. I had received a damaged carry bag while i purchased a suit last week. On my next visit i went to the store to ask for a new carry bag showing the receipt, the staff asked me to go home and bring the damaged one. Its a bag that stores give away for free, and just for something as small as that i was asked to go home and get it in a rude manner.
