Terrible service , was in line to be served next ,she rudely asked the customer after me to be served insinuating that I had only came to make a photocopy .That means less money for them so it’s not important to serve me . No work attics, no customers service and all done without a smile just a dead ungrateful look on her face .

Great place with a variety of different products and a good price range to match those great products on offer. Placed order then realised I had ordered wrong coils rang up the very friendly gentleman said he would amend my on line order and send out the coils I should have ordered this was done order arrived as expected so thankyou for the very efficient service will definitely use this online site again

I just found the best vape shop in slough, and I think I've been at every other vape shop in here, best customer service ever, very helpful and with their knowledge found the best juice brand. They sell everything you need in there. And to possibly be helpful to some potential future clients looking for nicotine type of juices, go for liberty flight - they have great flavours and not too sweet, just enough to feel the flavour but no sweet strong taste in your mouth, they are very smooth for your throat also. Had a slight problem with my order on line.(Colour ordered wasn’t in stock so I was sent the nearest colour) Luckily I only live 15 minutes away to the shop so I could return it/swap it for a different kit. The staff were very friendly and very helpful/knowledgeable, with advice and quite happily swapped the kit that I originally ordered for a different kit. Brilliant service and will certainly be returning. Would definitely recommend.

5 Stars is not enough they should do 10 for this particular shop / business the man on the counter was very professional and very orientated at the customer needs, I was very heavy smoker and told him my hunger for nicotine is high, got full set earlier this week and I can't thank you enough for the best choice of hardware and liquid. You do what you say always have the product at a very good price and its delivered as promised. A service I have faith in and when your paying online that counts for a lot.

I've had the Vaporesso 0.2 ohm GTX coils a couple of times now, good quality, and a good price, and delivery speed is excellent.

I have been shopping for my vape stuff from these guys since 2016/17 and can't fault it, I used to live 5 mins away but have since moved so now it's an on-line service for me. Which always arrives the next day ( as long as you order before 4:30pm ) being a post office too which is convenient because you know you'll get your item shipped. Also have an online chat which is answered with in 10 mins if you have any requirements or questions regarding products The Team over at Vape Slough have an extensive knowledge and know how on vape mods, coils, flavours and tanks. So you're in good hands. They have a large range of different mods and tanks usually have a deal or two going. Only thing I miss is being able to go in-store and try the flavour. Overall 10/10 shop for all your vaping needs. Harry is a real G

There was a bit of a panic (on my end), I was in the wrong for jumping to conclusions. I was told the RDA was not in stock and would be sent a newer model, I assumed it had already left and shipped. But no I could still say no to the newer model. I really needed the older model for a custom vape, was eventually offered another colour, sorted. I would have preferred any colour over a newer model, if offered first probably wouldn’t have lost my mind lol. But the RDA was discontinued, I knew this, which made finding one even harder, so when I eventually did find one, and was told it was out of stock after buying it, this is what triggered me also. I am thankful I was eventually offered another colour. This company have saved me buying a replica from China, they have provided an original and I am so glad I can finally use it and enjoy it. The newer models are good but not for my purposes; my built involves a hack and it only works with this model. My issues were corrected promptly and the people who work there are nice, they understood my needs and tried to accommodate them, that is true customer service. Brilliant company.
