They bump you off to another hotel. The other hotel was fine but I booked this one due to location, so having to trek an additional 15 mins out of town in a heatwave and in a less desirable area (I wouldn't have felt safe had I been alone) was not part of my holiday plans! For this reason I would not recommend this hotel or book again.

Attention to detail lacking. They put a baby's cot in the room but we had to climb stairs to get to the room. The coffee pods when replaced were nearly always the decaffeinated pods for some reason. They took away the towels for the baby after day two again for some random reason. The first night for some strange reason the bed sheets were drenched wet as if a bucket of water spilled on them. The location is great and the room was generally very good.

Bait and switch. Radisson uses their better hotels to get bookings and transfer to other location. I booked my hotel room a month earlier and they moved my location just before arriving to London. New location surroundings were noisy and dirty. Paid $600 a night and $100 in extra taxis.

Me and two colleagues where booked at this hotel well in advance. Arriving late Sunday we learned that the whole hotel was reserved ... Two collagues were sent to another hotel, and I to yet another by taxi. Not acceptable to not inform us beforehand. Also the attitude towards us was very ignorant. 4 start hotel - seriously?

Terrible…did not plan to trek across London when they had overbooked. Why would any guest want to do that? Shocking abuse of customer - hotels are not a public good, we paid money for service.

Do not book this hotel in advance as they bump you off to another hotel which is further away from Central London and then ignore you. I have been bumped off because I booked at a cheaper rate and the hotel is still showing availability for my dates at double the price.

Given that this is a £300 per night hotel I have been nothing short of disappointed in my visit. The room is extremely small and you would struggle to manoeuvre around the bed. If you have lots of bags or a big suitcase, this hotel is not for you. The room was mostly clean but unfortunately we did not have a working toilet and the hotel were unable to repair this for us. The bathroom however was unclean and shower mouldy. Also a word of warning on the restaurant. On pre booking a table you are asked to pay a £20 deposit per head however on receipt of the bill the restaurant will insist you have paid no money. Despite evidence of email receipt and a screenshot of the transaction from my banking app. Extremely poor service all round. Save your time and money and book elsewhere.

We prebooked a room at the hotel a long time before visiting London. Two weeks before our dew stay, we recieved an email updating us the hotel is being closed for a privet event, and our reservation is cancelled. Just like that. We wrote back asking for an alternative suitable room, and were completely ignored . Not what we expected from a well-known hotel chain. Such a disappointment

Very disappointed we booked our room 6 months ago and when we arrived late at night they didn't have a room and re located us across the street to another Radisson hotel .The greater disappointment was that they didn't have the family room that we have prebooked and gave us 2 rooms even though we had 2 children 😒 .... . We were taken to our room the next day .... The room was a disappointment small bathroom the floormarbles were old and yellow the bathtub didn't have a shower handle and the toilet flash wasn't functioning properly.... .The room was too small for 4 persons and the carpet was old and not properly cleaned. They gave us free breakfast for the inconvenience.

Convenient central location. Room is really small and old. We booked a premium room because we were with a baby. They gave us a little piece of chocolate and a letter in the room as welcome, which was really nice. We arrived super late and didn’t open the chocolate the first night, and they took it away on the second day… (why???) the bed was soaked wet through all layers on the day we arrived, really strange. The guy who came to change our whole bed midnight was very nice and helpful. Our room didn’t have a step free access so we had to carry the baby and buggy on 5-6 stairs a few times every day. Most of the staff we encountered were nice. If I come here again for a business trip, I probably would explore other hotel options.

Room size was smaller than expected, losing space due to the ceiling height and design of the roof/windows, and the bed was less comfortable than at other hotels in the chain. However, Location was good for access to the rest of central london, and hotel staff and front desk were very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a short stay of 1 night that was decent, and even though the room was less comfortable than I had hoped I was still comfortable enough for the short stay.

Stayed at this hotel over the weekend, opting for a twin bed standard room. The check-in service was good, secured the twin room although it was said to me it’s based on availability. Room 129 on the first floor, had limited space for luggage. Despite its compact size, the room offered a lengthy table with ample sockets, a definite advantage however took the majority space. However, the absence of bedside space necessitated leaving personal items on the floor. Upon entering, the room carried a lingering odor, perhaps absorbed by the carpet over the years. Renovation is overdue. The bathroom presented challenges as well, with slow-draining water in the shower, requiring brief showers to avoid standing in accumulating water. Storage was lacking at the sink, but a small area above the toilet served as a makeshift space for toiletries. The predominant issues were the persistent odor (indicating a need for carpet replacement) and the bathroom's drainage concerns. I'd recommend considering a deluxe or suite for a more satisfying stay, as the standard room's limitations were evident in the provided photo. Great location though! But won’t be staying there again for that price roughly £200 one night without breakfast. Sorry.

This is my favourite hotel in London and second visit this year. This is a great location close to all the theatre s and within east walking distance of Kings Cross Railway station. The hotel is comfortable offering good food and drink. The rooms are comfortable and whilst smaller than some other hotels, they are perfectly adequate. I checked in early and received a test message when my room was ready. Thank you.

Despite having booked a room 3 weeks in advance, on arrival at 11pm I was told there was no room for me and shipped off in a taxi to a sister hotel in Camden. The sister hotel was an absolute hovel, and not equivalent in any way to the room I had booked.

One of the best hotels in London in relation to the price and location is excellent. The rooms are clean and of an appropriate size. I lived in it more than once and my experiences there were nice

We arrived quite early but a room was made available for us and we were given a free upgrade to a premium king room. The room was quite spacious for London and very well equipped. Small bathroom but the shower was a nice size. The hotel is very elegant with period features. The lifts are very small so if you have large cases you will struggle to get two or more people in them, so there were usually queues for the main lift. We ate dinner in the restaurant, which was excellent and catered well for our dietary needs.

My room (a Superior Room Individual) was tiny, by which I mean, my feet were touching one wall and my head touching another. It does make me wonder how small a non-superior room would be. Food in the restaurant (Scoff and Banter) was OK. Not great, but not terrible either and service was OK too. Would I stay again? Probably not, given the price, though of course this is central London and the location is great. The best I can say is that it is well located, the bed was comfortable and the rest was at least not awful.

Radisson continues to do several things very well. This is one of their best hotels in the portfolio. It’s a city hotel so expect city sounds and atmosphere. Try to avoid a hotel room close to the lift because you’ll hear the rattle of doors. Much better room coffee machines than in other hotels. Excellent water pressure, comfy beds, and even the bathrobes were great! It’s the little things in life and this hotel has them in buckets.

Having paid £200 for one night of partial sleep, I don't think I'd be in a hurry to go back. We were given room 114 opposite the elevator and between two fire doors. Why, when we're not disabled is beyond me. Our friends were given a room on the 6th floor well out of the way of anyone, and I'd made both reservations and paid the same. We were kept awake from the doors banging more and more frequently the later the morning. Generally, the room was nice and clean with everything we needed, but this was overshadowed by the lack of sleep due to poor room allocation.

Stayed here for business for one night in August 2023 and would definitely recommend. I have stayed here a few times before but not for a few years now. It was great to be back and find that it was as good as I remember. I only had a single room but as a Radisson Rewards member I was offered a slight upgrade to a double bed which was very welcome. Still a small room but with everything I needed - even a Nespresso pod coffee machine. I slept perfectly with nice comfy bed and quiet and effective air conditioning. Shower was refreshing and buffet breakfast very nice. I will definitely return.

Lovely hotel for 1 night stay. Walking distance to covent garden, soho, chinatown, shopping on oxford street. Right around the corner from british museum. Attended concert at london palladium. Would stay again BUT be forewarned if you have fragrance/perfume allergy/sensitivity the lobby was so HEAVILY COATED in air freshener. It was so overwhelming i couldnt stay in that area. Just had to run from door to elevator. Thankfully that was not the case in the rooms.

Stayed here a week, the attention and customer service was great, the staff taking time out to help in anyway they can. The concierges giving me their full attention and checking back with me to see how I went after they had given me advice. The rooms are clean and comfy and the cleaning staff do a fantastic job. Great place to stay. Handy to everything. Oxford Street shopping just a step away.

The room turned out to be fine, even though it was 2 twin beds, which is NOT what I booked. In fact, I booked a premium room, but the confirmation changed it to "Standard" which cannot be changed after paying. On check-in, the clerk was very rude. She would not let me look at any other rooms, because at 4pm she claimed every room was already taken, which is obviously not true. Secondly, she made us leave a credit card number because she said breakfast was not included, even though I had the confirmation email which stated clearly breakfast was included. She informed me *I* would have to clear it up, not her. Thirdly, the toilet handle was broken when we walked in, and we had to call maintenance within the first 5 minutes of being in the room. The first hour of our seven night stay excluded, the room turned out to be fine. The location is absolutely spot on for London. It is very pricey, but once they got our breakfast straightened out, we had no more issues. Breakfast is very good, the staff is excellent, the only exception being our check-in person, who was not at all helpful. Recommend, HOWEVER, check absolutely *EVERYTHING* before hitting the pay button and call ahead to express your concerns. I felt this helped us a bit.

TERRIBLE service . Fire alarm woke me up 3 times in the middle of the night during 2 days. I booked a premium room for 3 persons; the quality of mattress of the extra bed was ridiculous! The room it’s OLD fashion ( Don’t believe in the photos they announce in the website) I spent a good quantity of money and I regret it so much ! I definitely recommend to look for another place. Nyx Hotel or Hilton offers better service and similar prices !

The location is great. Well access to public transport, walking distance to many attractions in London. The hotel service is also great. The rooms are the downside of this hotel. They are clean well equipped. There is no sound isolation to the corridors. There is no proper standing shower. You literally have to sit inside the bathtub and wash your hair with one hand while holding the water with the other. Other than that everything else is fine.

Staff: 5/5 Location: 4/5 Room: 2/5 In summary awesome staff, great food, nice lobby and welcoming, dorm-like rooms, very small, if you have more than 2 large bags, you most probably in trouble.. Location is great for me, near to public transport and 10-15min walk to most famous streets.. Street isolation: good if you are in higher levels. Internal isolation: you will be waken up by slammed doors from other rooms.

Stayed at the Radisson blu Kenilworth on a business trip with colleagues. The hotel is perfectly placed near Soho and central London. Short walk to Oxford Street, which is great if you like shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was tidy. However the rooms are quite small and even though I was upgraded to a premium room, it still felt very compact, especially the bathroom. The bathroom layout was also strange where they had tried to fit a bath and shower over the bath, rather that just a shower, which meant that you could get in or out of the shower without stepping onto or tripping over the toilet. Also when you were using the toilet, you were also at risk of hitting your head on the sink. Could really do with some rethinking. The bed was very comfortable and clean, however no sockets near the bed at all, only by the window, which was also very windy and even when closed was letting in quite a breeze. Unfortunately there were 12 of us and 6 reported the same issue with the window. Overall worth using if you want to visit central London and don't milt Overall size restrictions and a breeze.

Check in was a nightmare with people being turned away or relocated Luckily I got a room but was ‘escorted’ to what was clearly NOT originally my room as a large bowl of fruit was hastily taken away. Very rude and incompetent staff in the bar. Room was tiny but clean and bed very comfortable Would think twice before staying again

Spent 3 nights at this property. Lovely room on the 3rd floor. Very quiet. Slept like an angel. Good breakfast buffet with a la carte items, too. Very friendly staff. 2 minutes away from Tottenham Court Road Underground station. Highly recommend!

The hotel was truly a wonderful experience. Was delighted by the kindness of the staff in checking in and helping us find the room I wanted - especially by Rose who did a great job. The room was clean and exactly what I wanted, some space for me to do my work and the view was nice. Thank you for a great stay!

The staff customer service here is excellent at this hotel. Soon as I arrived I was welcomed and checked quickly. The gentleman that checked me in was very polite and funny. He also recommended the better room based on what rooms were offered on the day. When I arrived to my room it is very clean and spacious. This was a nice surprise as it is bigger then just a hotel room. Very happy with the choice of hotel.

I am so excited to finally be able to stay at this amazing hotel. I have heard great things from friends who have stayed here in the past. My partner and I will be celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary and I know it'll be special. Cant wait to till we land! So close to the British Museum.

I'd give it a 3.5 stars. The buffet amazing. Got a room with a tiny window facing the wall. The lunch menu was very good too.

Sadly tired, run down, dirty, and in need of a full renovation. However, friendly and welcoming staff. On checking into my (first) room, a personalised welcome letter was on the desk - this would be a nice touch, but unfortunately this listed the name of another guest. At first I assumed this was a mix-up, but when I turned down the duvet the sheets hadn't been changed properly as there were strands of black hair, so potentially the room had only been cleaned on a surface level since the previous guest? The reception staff were very helpful and immediately moved me to a new room which was an upgrade (a "premium room"). Although the sheets in this room appeared cleaner, the overall finish and standard of cleanliness was still unfortunately poor. The non-members price for the premium room would be £350 a night which in my view is terrible value for money.
