OK, so the food is good but very overpriced. There are Thai stalls on the market selling food for the same quality but a lot cheaper Went in there today, ordered my food, walked 5 minutes back to the office and they'd forgotten to give me rice! Walked all the way back....there was hardly an apology. They just gave me the rice. I'd have expected a refund, complementary next meal, or even a packet of prawn crackers would have been nice....but nothing. Poor customer service so won't be going back

Perfect lunch place for Thais food lovers. It's so simple how it works, but very efficient. Just grab the pot from the shelf of whatever you like, hand it to the friendly staff at the counter and they'll do their magic to complete the order and serve some of the most delicious food in the area. Large pots are a great value for money. I often can't finish the whole pot and save some for later ;) Their fresh fruit juices are marvelous! The place is quite small and gets pretty busy at lunch times, but you don't have to wait too long for a space to become available.

I had some chicken curry here because it's close to my office - it was ok, but nothing special. The chicken was a bit dry. The portions are also quite small for the price. Had way better curries in other places in Shoreditch. I'm not coming back.

I eat here every week and have done for over a year. One of the best lunches in the area. Fresh, tasty, good value. It's all about the butternut red curry, brown rice. I've not tried much else (didn't like the green curry, although I never like green curry generally). Tempted to try the congee one morning on the way to work. UPDATE - prices have crept up about 25% over a year or so. So docked a star. It's still great food and fairly affordable, but as the price has crept up there are numerous other good food options for similar money.

When you enter, it smells like. Today I took a pork belly, but it was the toughest, chewiest pork belly I have had. Taste was ok, but any street vendor can beat this. Sorry, but I don't recommend you trying your luck.

Not the cheapest place but then again where around Old Street is? The food is very good however but your definition of value for money will depend on what you buy. I tried one the small salad pots today, billed as grapefruit and prawn. It looked like 4 prawns until you open it and find they've been halved and the half of grapefruit that was quartered still had the pips in, which when covered in curry sauce look remarkably like the bits of peanut...until you bite into them! For £3.30 it's incredibly poor value, I just wasn't hungry enough for my usual chicken and rice which for £6.25 is way better value. In summary, go large or don't bother!

good for a quick grab (pun intended) of Thai food. not many seats available at Leonard Street (but more so at the Lovat Lane branch) but very much affordable and tasty

To be honest I ordered for delivery before looking at the reviews, and so I was very surprised when , after having the worse food I have eaten in years, I saw that it had 4 stars. On closer look though most of the good reviews are quite old and something has definetely gone very wrong. I just had the worse Pad Thai I have probably had in my life. The chicken was super dry, the noodles too, it looked as if it was cooked a few days ago and re heated, several times. It had no vegetables, no sauce, it was so poorly done that I did not eat more than half of it and chucked it away, which is something I have never done. Fortunately it was ordered through Amazon Restaurants and I got a refund, either way, I will never give them another try and think it is best if Avoided at all costs.

Really tasty. I had the pepper and garlic beef. Just the right level of spice. Ready within 2 minutes. Some of the tastiest food I’ve had on the go and much better than the usual high street haunts. Some reviewers complain about portion size but I had plenty of beef in mine which felt good value for £7.50. Better than what you get and pay for in Wasabi! If I worked nearby I’d be in here all the time.

Had the Massaman Curry Chicken which was very tasty and the staff was friendly. Will definitely come back!

    1. Pad Thai was cold. 2. Noodles stuck to each other ( how long was it sitting there?) 3. No taste. Had to add Sriacha and fish sauce. 4. Small portion for £6.95 - though maybe that's good because less waste when you don't finish?
