Awful service is so so so slow, then cold coffee, and made to feel bad for asking for it hit, and no toikets for patrons, awfule place avoid

The server today was weirdly rude. She put her finger up to shush me before even ordering and seemed to have an attitude thereafter. She exchange looks a few times with a colleague while I was at the till, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Overall the experience left me with a bad feeling and I won't be coming here again while she's working. Weird behaviour. If you hate other women, don't go to work 😕

Worse Starbucks branch I ever seen. Found multiple hairs in my drink. Disgusting!!!

The seats are not comfy. There aren’t any plugs to put your laptop on charge while you chill your coffee. The staff is terribly judgemental. They are not honest people they look at you with judgemental eyes. The architecture is problematic: the place is too noisy. There are very small seats and inside is very dark. The taste of coffee is terrible. The worst Starbucks coffee I have ever had. I throw two coffees in a bin twice because of horrible taste. Overall:do not waste your money buying coffees from this Starbucks.

Amazing and quick staff. I also forgot my wallet which they called my bank to inform me. Thats customer service above and beyond. Credit to care and honesty. Thank you

Excellent Was served in less than 2 minutes and tasted wonderful I bought a venti caramel frappe, it was great, just how I like even with the high pricing Totally Reccomended, if you go Oxford street go here for coffee, great beverage environment

One of the worst branches of Starbucks I ever encountered world wide, unprofessional employees and I just took out a paper was in my cup. The worst customer service ever…

I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks in London. It's safe to say it was the worst Starbucks I've been to. The service was slow, and my coffee was not made correctly. The overall atmosphere was chaotic and not conducive to a relaxing coffee break. I hope they can work on improving their quality and service in the future.

Had the best caramel Frappuccino ever. I asked the girl named Aliya for some extra caramel as I love caramel and to my suprise she just overloaded it with caramel. Usually they don’t it at starbucks but this girl just topped it with caramel dripping, just the way I like it. Thank you Aliya for giving me the best coffee ever. God bless

This is a really small branch located in Bond Street station. More takeout. There are a few seats but their always full. I wouldn't sit in anyway as it is so cramped and people are constantly coming in and out. Conveniently located. Good selection of snacks, cakes, pastries and more despite being a small branch. Plus there are the usual drinks. Long line on a Tuesday morning but staff were generally pleasant and friendly. Service was efficient and they did well to reduce the line quickly. Starbucks have however put up prices much more than competitors!

These guys are great, the team here are always friendly and so helpful. It’s been a lot of the same team for years and even when they are flat out busy the service is good. Hopefully Starbucks rewards them well.

First they did cafelatté in place of MOCA. And he insiste that is moca, then his colleage came and change it for moca.

You can order items to go. No seating area for customers to enjoy the drinks or to connect like other most Starbucks places.

Bond street station starbucks. My friend buys me a coffee from here every morning and possibly 3 days out of the 4 that we meet here the milk is most certainly turning off. At first i thought they was mistaking my order for a vanilla latte however nope its just sour milk lol. I get the skimmed milk and he has regular and they are both equally as bad. We get there very first thing when it opens so maybe there's a refrigerator issue in the night. Quite obviously we should start going to pret but we like a good starbucks and keep trying our luck. No luck however. Avoid mainly on Mondays when it's at its worst.

Great location, standard Starbuck’s coffee. The music can be quite loud and noisy so it might not be the best place to sit in for a bit longer. Great sandwiches and I especialy recommend the triple chocolate cookie. I enjoy it quite often, whenever I get a chance to visit a Starbucks cafe.

Customer service was amazing, and our drinks were wonderful. My best Starbucks to date!
