Very poor customer service. "Diet" chocolate apparently as they have run out of it.... Good thing the their charging machine is working..... Next time just give it to me without the chocolate.....They can keep it and you can keep my monies as well. What a joke Chocolate is an ingredient same as water...if you run out of water do to still charge the clients and get them to wait??? Next time have the courtesy of letting the customers know if the ask for an ingredient and you don't have it...I'm aware that Starbucks shares has dropped due to covid but don't mis'sell the product in the ideea that the client will accept it! How rude!!! Absolutely disgusted. Next time I will try my luck at McDonald's.

Very friendly Staffel even in The early morning hours. The Pancakes i ordered tasted fresh and were delicious. The Tea was also hot and very good. I can recommend this Starbucks in Paddington. IT IS also The one which ist opened The earliest in this area. IT Is Not The biggest one but There are varioua Options top Situation down For awhile.

Always a good experience at this starbucks. Staff are friendly, quick, and helpful. The drinks are always delicious as well. There is a nice seating area outside for smoking - one recommendation, there is often leftover garbage and cups on the tables so maybe staff could be encouraged to tidy up a bit more often. Would recommend !

Very small place from what I could see, no seats when I visited at 11am on a Monday. But the service was quick, friendly and efficient.

The downstairs is always shut, this Starbucks is really badly managed. It’s always absolutely packed, no space, and yet the staff always have the downstairs seating closed. I used to come here once a week for meetings but there’s nowhere to sit and always no sockets, as the staff won’t open the downstairs seatings. So I’m forced to go to pret next-door instead. This Starbucks will be a lot more popular if they open the downstairs seating.

I had a very good experience with Titi at this branch. She was so lovely when I asked her for a specific request for my Frappuccino. She’s always so nice and friendly with all customers too :)

I ordered ice almond late and the milk was lumpy which is a clear sign that it invalid.the staff said it’s normal because it almond milk.the weather very hot and they just leave the milk open and out the fridge so it’s normal the Milk will spoils.I asked him to do with milk from fridge but he make again with same milk bottle which is contained leftover milk. He was angry and rude .and talk rudely with me He saying what do u want ha ha what do you want now the milk not expired see see ha like this I ignore him and asked for refund this the worst Starbucks branch in London.

Stood waiting for about 5 minutes while at least 6 staff were chatting and messing about behind the counter and then decided to serve the person behind me first! I think I will be buying my daily coffee elsewhere from now on!

As engineer who works outside I found it unfortunate that the staff that have seen me buy drinks etc before couldn’t find the compassion to allow me to use the toilet. Unbeknownst to them I was going to buy a coffee after using the bathroom however their cold demeanour and approach was uncomfortable. The server was a female so I would expect her to understand what PMS is but the attitude towards working women in that establishment was disheartening.

Good service, good drink, cozy atmosphere. There's space to work with laptops which very convenient.

Decent when you order in store, BUT they are completely incompetent ordering from Uber eats or Deliveroo. They never read the order and always get it wrong. I haven’t once ordered and they have got it right it’s beyond ridiculous!!! Such a shame as a service in store is so good.

Very limited seating area which is almost full all the time. Costa coffee opposite side has bigger sitting area.
