The ice cream was nice, but I paid £5.50 for like ¾ cone and ¼ ice cream... Smallest ice cream scoops in London maybe? I didn't get a single full scoop and the guy working didn't even try to get more than a tablespoonful of each flavour. These guys should buy smaller cones so you at least see the scam coming, or just actually get proper scoops and good portions. I'm sure they're making like 100% profit by giving out tablespoons worth of each flavour for this much money... Also, selection of flavours isn't great. I'm pretty sure there's a better selection at Sainsbury's or Tesco.

Who can resist a Ben & Jerry’s?! The ice cream is great and the staff are really efficient and help you try new flavours. Unfortunately it’s pretty tiny inside so it mostly only for eating out

A nice Ben & jerry Location and ins of the in London i think. The staff was very friendly taking My Order and also seemed quite skilled preparing it, which didn‘t Look that easy. The Hot chocolate tasted Great and also looked Great. It was also Really hot, which was good for a cold day in January. I Would defintely recommend this Ben and Jerry Location.

I don't need to big up Ben and Jerry's ice cream! What you get in this shop is pretty much the same thing you get in stores. Tasty sweet rich ice-cream I'd recommend the waffle cone. I probably wouldn't come here every day cause it's really bad for my heart but more importantly my wallet. Oh, and super friendly staff!

You can never go wrong with Ben & Jerrys when its 29’c! Perfect weather with cookie dough and extra cookie dough pieces on top was amazing, will definitely keep coming back for more.

The ice cream itself was good, However no Cones in store on our visit today & felt that should of been one of the first things explained to me & my family right from the get go, Instead the guy serving us asked which flavour we’d like then went about filling a Tub! Putting that Aside we still decided to opt for ice cream anyway. The weather was hit & miss so made a choice of having our dessert in store in which We were massively Surprised that Music was being played only to be described as "TRAP" style music which included a Huge amount of Swearing in the Lyrics obviously didn’t go down to well with my 8-Year Old little Girl.. 👎🏻 This Review should of been 1 Star however the ice cream wasn’t to bad. ⭐️⭐️

This place literally has the sweetest staff, warm and friendly, they made me feel comfortable trying so many flavours before I ordered. It's a nice and cosy shop, with some good flavours. Loved the cookie dough albeit a bit sugary but then you don't ice cream for cutting calories either.

i think this is the worst ice cream in the world. Incredibly sweetened, plastic flavor. Unfortunately, the service is also ben & jerry ... plastic smile robots work there .

My friend and I came here for dessert following dinner elsewhere in the city. They have all the flavours of Ben & Jerry's that you'd respect, but none that you wouldn't find in a supermarket. The ice cream can be served in tubs, a selection of cones, or between cookies as part of an ice cream sandwich. There are plain cones, and those adorned with chocolate or sprinkles. There are single and double chocolate cookies on the menu, but these were sold out when we we visited. There is also a small range of cold soft drinks available. Service was fast. There is limited indoor seating, so expect to stand around or go elsewhere to eat your ice cream.

My first Ben & Jerry’s ice cream shop in London! (Ive been one in the US before) They don’t serve ordinary Ben & Jerry’s you can find in supermarkets but they offer lots of different flavours. Obviously super tasty and yum 😋 Also their portion is huge !

Horrid Icecream! such a shame we wasted out time stopping by! We would have been better off stopping and buying at a newsagent chest freezer! Such a Shame for my kids

Absolutely loved my surprise Oreo ice cream birthday cake from here. Every birthday should have ice cream cake and this makes those dreams come true. They give you a complementary of candles with each purchase. Just watch out for your knives. Even after a 45 min tube ride this cake was not thawed out.

Nice array of flavours you don't usually find in a supermarket. They have a couple non dairy alternatives too. Cookie sandwich is delicious and you can have one cookie of each flavor if you're indecisive! Was disappointed they weren't serving milkshakes after a certain time but the ice cream made up for it. Great staff too

Massive fan of Ben and Jerry's and was so happy to see that this branch was still open. Clean store with limited seating. Great customer service from the young lady behind the counter. Limited flavours which is a shame but nonetheless I was able to get the flavours I love. A bit pricey but hey it's all about the experience 😃 Definitely worth the visit plus they sell a few merchandise items too. Spent roughly £30, one sundae, one two scoop cup, t-shirt and a metal milkshake cup.

Lovely selection and the staff are really friendly, just wish they had more seats, reaches capacity after 4 or 5 people sit down

I was tired of having dried out chocolate fudge brownie in movie theatres. I was completely shocked how different the taste was here. Its a **MUST HAVE** flavour here if you like chocolate. It’s moist, GUI and exactly how the blend should be and the staff were really nice! One more must try is the strawberry cheesecake, can’t fault it!! I will highly recommend these two flavours and next time will add some pics too!! Cheers

Alright, gotta say, i’ve been to my fair share of B&J shops but these guys take the cake - Best ice cream shop in the world, hands down! Only place you can snag up Cherry Garcia! well worth the visit - The second you walk in you’ll dig the energy and positive vibes from the staff. Shout out to Leo as well, thanks for being fkn amazing, funny and always going above and beyond! you da best!

Gewöhnte Qualität von Ben n Jerry‘s zu deren Standard Preisen. (6 Pfund für 3 Kugeln). Dafür aber super freundlich, etwas zum Probieren raus gegeben und auch geholfen bei der Auswahl

Poor service! Expensive prices: so we chose ONE scope (not indicated on the board) which turned out to be only 30p less than TWO! The staff said it was displayed (which it isn't) so we mustn't complain. Also we were attended to far later than others in line behind. Ice cream was ok.

Decent enough ice cream, average London prices. Lack of attention and customer service from staff though - got charged for the customer in front of me’s cancelled order after the cashier didn’t clear it on the till. Wouldn’t have been a problem however was then refused a refund for this and forced to accept a pair of branded socks as an apology. Visited B&J last week and ordered the cookie dough cheesecake sundae! It was £5.95. Pros: - Staff are always so lovely here, every time i've decided to go they've been so friendly and nice in recommendations. When I went this time the member of staff was clearly passionate about the cheesecake, and was so excited (Maybe?) to see my reaction when I tried the cheesecake cream on top. - Even though the store runs out of items a bit, the staff are always happy to substitute and again give recommendations of what you can have instead. In this instance, instead of cookie dough at the bottom, I had a normal double choc cookie at the bottom of my cheesecake. I actually think this may have worked out better as otherwise it would have ended up super super sweet - The cheesecake cream is actually godly. It is SO tasty and I fully would buy that on its own. I really wish I had multiple layers of it in my sundae! Its tangy and lightly sweetened, just like a vanilla cheesecake - Hot fudge is always good here, I love hot fudge - Open quite late which is great- esp on a sunday Cons: - This store tends to run out of all the cookie related things! Which is always a shame. Last time I wanted the cookie sandwich sundae but couldn't have it because the staff didn't want me to have old cookies (appreciate that they definitely care about what they're serving!) and of course, this time there was no more cookie dough for the dough sundae - It was a hot day, and the shop is quite warm. I feel sorry for the staff having to work in there

I love Ben & Jerry's maan. And this store just makes me appreciate the brand even more! The prices are okay for a quick snack to go. The tub prices are a little higher than retail. I came to this store to find a specific flavour I couldn't find in the supermarkets, and though it was on the site, the store didn't have it. The staff never even heard of the flavour 😔 But even still, the guy working here was so chill, and friendly. Really cool and happy, it's obvious he enjoys working here, serving ice cream to people who love the ice cream. Will most likely come back here when I'm out in central again. Hopefully I'll find that ice cream flavour!
