This cafe is lovely with a large range of delicious, beautiful cakes on display. I had the passion fruit meringue and my friend the Black Forest gateaux. Neither disappointed and the tea was refreshing. Lots of choice with conventional flavours, green teas and herbals/fruity teas. Service was a bit hit and miss. First waitress took our order and forgot the tap water. Second waitress had no idea what teas she was bringing to us. She also looked completely lost when serving our cakes. Third waitress was attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall - delightful place. Prices are quite expensive. Just over £30 for 2 cakes and 2 teas but it was a lovely sweet treat.

The cakes at this place are undeniably beautiful, but unfortunately, their appearance doesn't quite match their taste. The customer intake process is a bit peculiar, as they make you wait behind a rope for a few minutes. It might be more convenient to simply have a "Wait to be seated" sign. Additionally, the prices here are on the higher side.

So this place was recommended to us by a friend and we were really excited to check out the awesome desserts. First and foremost, the food was incredible. Everything we tried was so good. We got the honey cake, blackberry pistachio tart, passion fruit meringue, and a coconut mango cake. Everything was 10/10. The only reason I have not given it five stars is because the line to enter the restaurant was outside, and it ran past the window where there was a massive crowd of people looking at the desserts. Since there was no roped off area or anything, the line and the crowd blended together and they were really disorganized about letting people in who were there first. My group had been there waiting for about 8 minutes, and another group that just showed up was let in ahead of us, and then when we tried to go in after them they told us we couldn't cut the line and had to go back outside and get into the back of the line we had been standing for nearly 10 minutes. We nearly left at that moment but we had started to get excited about the dessert we had picked from the window and decided to give it one more chance, and the food was worth it.

Such a cute cafe, concise selection of brunch dishes, and a fantastic display of desserts, there were too many to choose from! I ordered the baked plum French toast, the flavours were well balanced and so tasty. the apple crepes were a little bland. Very pretty interior but the seating was a little cramped and lacked privacy. Personally, I love cosy places that still offer quiet music and private conversations. I'd return again to try the rest of the menu.

Went there after Alia Bhatt’s must try recommendation. And it didn’t disappoint me. Tried the famous milk cake and fell in love with it at the first taste. The Oreo cheesecake with cherry was also delicious. I’m not a great cheesecake fan but it didn’t stop me from having the entire slice 😅. The service was quick and pleasant. This place is added to my favourite list 📋☑️

Lovely place , very spacious and amazing preparations. Tres de leche cake is amazing. Wish they can add more dishes which are suitable for people with egg allergies.

Nice cafe in the heart of Soho with an incredible selection of cakes. Incredibly eye-catching window display at the front. Went during a busy weekend and the service was cripplingly slow. Asked for the bill for over 30 minutes so almost walked out. Pistachio and rose cake is a knockout though.

Overpriced and very disappointing. We were so excited about these cakes, they look sooo good on the shelf. But the taste is not even close to how they look, and I have no idea how someone can fail lemon meringue so bad 😩

This place is OMG ♥️♥️♥️ Heaven for cakes 🍰 I means literally their milk cake and saffron milk cake is just so amazing Service is absolutely amazing 💯 Quick polite and to the mark. I took four different cakes as takeaway flying to Belfast. No difference in taste the look is compromised but when u fridge it and have it still the same what I had in cafeteria. Five star for cakes 🍰⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Do visit if you are in London. Hardly is 6/7 min walk from oxford street underground station.

First time visiting this place. L'eto is a nice drink/dessert place to go to but I wouldn't recommend going here. Because there isn't anything special about it. The food is normal you can get way better taste in any other shops for cheaper amount of money. The purple/blue drink in the picture might LOOK good but doesn't really taste like anything special. The pink and strawberry smoothie wasn't good honestly . 😕 I would personally say that this is a very over rated place. Depending on the taste of desserts ,it is expensive. I ate in another dessert shope for a cheaper price range with better tasting. I do not recommend 😐

Cakes were nice, service rather poor. Place upstairs is not well ventilated at all, we asked to be moved downstairs (where the ventilation was slightly better) and were met with blank faces. A slice of cake is like £8-9 and a service charge was added on top of that for bringing us a slice of cake. Overpriced, overrated, would not recommend.

Aesthetically beautiful desserts and interior. Not only does the desserts look good but the taste is just as good. We got the pistachio and rose cake and cherry chocolate cake. Both so soft and has just the right amount of sweetness to it. The queue was so long though, so prepare yourselves. Also, I strongly felt that there weren’t enough servers compared to the number of customers. Therefore, gave a 4 rating instead of a 5 due to the staff shortage as we were unable to get help or attention throughout the time we dined in, but the staff were friendly overall.

Amazing selection of pastries in a central location. Nice interior and vibe. I had a pistachio and blackberry tart, it was outstanding. I really enjoyed every bite! Not cheap but great if you want to treat yourself

The coffee was nice but it took ages for the staff to serve us even though there were so many of them working. Also I don't know understand why i paid £4.40 for a decaf when the price was £3.90. Also, there is no cake menu available so you have to stand up and check by yourself (not ideal if you are with a baby) and on top of that I was asked by one of the staff members to move away as they needed to take a piece of cake. Well, if they would have had a menu if would have been easier! Not impressed by the service to be honest!

Their blueberry lemon Elderflower cake was the highlight of our birthday party, they delivered it on time and really responsive one whatsapp helping me with all my questions. I really loved their services, will choose them again for sure

Last visit to L'eto today. We used to love this place and to their credit, they have doubled the size of their dining room. Well done! But with the higher volume of cooking we see a reduction in quality and service. The crab Benedict is disappointing, served on a crispy fried crab cake and... that's the only crab meat included. The cakes are as good as they look, but we waited an awfully long time for ours. In retrospect we spent most of our time here a little frustrated and very hungry.

Always make a special journey here when I visit London as their Pistachio Milk Cake is sooo good. Went the other day and they no longer do it. However, I asked what else had pistachio in. The waitress said "we have a pistachio and blackberry". I said "No, as I hate all berries". She then suggested Pistachio and Rose, which I thought sounded lovely so had that. The cake came, looked gorgeous (apart from the blackberry on the top!). took one bite, to find there was berry jam all through the cake. Ate a little of the sponge and the cream. A real disappointment. Went to pay my bill and mentioned that the cake had berry jam in after saying I hated berries. All she did was suggest I "try a different cake next time". Even a 50% discount (I probably ate 20% of the cake) of a really expensive slice of cake (£9?) would have been better than nothing. Won't be going there again. Any comments L'eto on your terrible customer service?

Service was quick as I was taking 2 cakes to take away. The san sebastian cake portion was incredibly generous but the lotus biscoff portion dulce de lèche was a bit disappointing. Quality of service made up for it though as they offered me cutlery too. Total came to £17.40, delicious cakes as usual, these two are my faves.

I usually always go in for their milk cakes and they do taste amazing and are always a delight to have however, there is always a discrepancy in the size of the cake present in their display bowls vs. what they give on a plate to the customer. Whenever you go in, the milk cake is either broken into pieces or is the tiniest piece ever. I don’t understand how this can be aesthetically pleasing to anyone. Compared to other stores, their cake is more expensive for what you get but the size seems to keep getting smaller and smaller each time! Because of this, I don’t know if I would recommend the display bowl cakes to anyone - but one can go ahead and try the rest - however, even those aren’t the best at the price that they are.

It is just amazing. The Saffron Milk Cake taste the same as RasMalai. Best ambiance. Staff at the door can be less rude. I would highly suggest to visit this amazing dessert shop.

The desserts in the window are super cute, they ask you when you go in if you are wanting desserts in which you show them which ones you want, there is no menu for them, or if you are eating in. The menu is really big, lots of nice plates available for brunch, they have a shorter menu for dinner too. The drinks menu is also really big, the smoothie and mocktail we tried was really good. I got the buttermilk pancakes, a really nice portion size and tasted soo good!! The man who welcomes you in was really nice, very attentive to anything we wanted and made sure to look after us. Will definitely be back next time I’m in London to try more of the menu’

I recently visited this delightful coffee shop, and the experience left me buzzing with satisfaction! 🌿☕ The baked cheesecake was an absolute delight, bursting with rich flavor that danced on my taste buds. 🍰 The tiramisu, though initially unassuming in appearance, surprised me with its heavenly taste—a true testament to not judging a dessert by its cover. 😋 And the fruity sweet meringue was a sweet, airy indulgence that left me craving for more. 🍓🍬 The coffee, a shining star in the menu, showcased good quality beans, offering a rich and aromatic experience. 👌 I highly recommend trying their specialty coffee; it's a journey for the senses that you won't want to miss. ☕ The service was top-notch, with staff members who were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. 👏 The interior of the coffee shop is a green oasis, filled with plants that create a cool and refreshing ambiance. 🌱 The lush environment enhances the overall experience, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy your coffee. ☕🌿 In addition to the decadent desserts and quality coffee, the menu boasts a plethora of cake options, giving you plenty of choices to satisfy your sweet cravings. 🍰✨ And for those looking for more than just desserts, the breakfast and brunch options are equally enticing. 🍳🥞 In summary, this coffee shop offers a delightful escape with a combination of delectable treats, quality coffee, attentive service, and a charming atmosphere. It's a green haven that welcomes you with open arms for a satisfying and indulgent experience. Highly recommended! 👍👏

I like their cakes/food and usually I go to another brunch. This was my fist time here. I gave them 3 stars because the service is hectic and they need to work on this. We waited for a long time to get out cakes to the point that I wanted to go and ask what was the issue. Also, the place was not busy at that point. They could be understaffed as some of the people that served us looked very unhappy. Tables are also too close to pass to your seat, it feel uncomfortable that I have to push the table to be able to sit. Especially if someone is sitting next to you.

First time visit since upgrade to larger restaurant. Personally, although it is bigger, so no queues, it it not the same atmosphere, however, cakes are amazing. I could not decide which to have so had two ! Went on a Sunday about 14:00 and atmosphere was not very good as quite empty (downstairs was completely empty). Cakes are still good, but, restaurant is now “too big”. Still 5 stars for food :) I also had a strawberry smoothie. It was not very nice, as not cold enough for me. But it looked nice.

Must enjoy! What a wonderful place to stumble upon. Stop in and enjoy one of the fresh deserts and a drink to finish off your evening. Highly recommend the mint tea. Staff were friendly and helpful and the desert was exceptional.

Before pandemic we used to go to l’eto all the time for their amazing cakes. After they finally reopened after renovation , went to take 2 slices of our favorite cakes for take away ( honey cake and napoleon). We were much disappointed. The quality of cakes changed a lot. Unfortunately will not be coming back after it.

First tried it in Dubai. The chocolate honey cake is the best cake I've ever had! Beautiful coffee too. One of my favourite places where they serve the best cakes!!! Took a whole lot home too.

Incredibly pretty place with tasty cakes and a lot of tea to try out. Spacious, comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Visited during halloween and the decorations were lovely.

Price-wise: it's fine, it's London. But we had no idea how to actually order the desserts cuz the staffs didn't say anything and there was no menu for them. The cakes were really really good but we barely finished the two slices we ordered since it was too sweet and a bit repetitive, we felt queasy. HOWEVER if you love desserts, I would recommend coming here :) Recommended: San Sebastian cheesecake.

Went in seeing the amazing display of cakes from the outside and didn’t disappoint at all. The numerous range of cakes are not only a treat to the eyes tastes good too. We took away a mix as could not make up mind on one. Would highly recommend to anyone with sweet tooth and looking for a good treat.

An amazing place for afternoon tea with friends and family. The cafe is conveniently located near Oxford Circus station. The cakes (pistachio cake and chocolate honey cake) and the tea (peach, elderflower beauty tea) were amazing!! The service was good - it wasn’t too hard to get attention for order and payment even tho it was super busy. The bill came out at £15 per person. Not the cheapest for cake and coffee, but it was top quality. Will come back and highly recommend.

Over rated food. Alia Bhat's favourite milk cake was not available. But the other stuff we tried was just so so. There was a fly or some insects on one cheesecake. Won't recommend. Taste 2/ 10 Service..could do lots more Atmosphere was very nice. Not so great service

  • 4/5 Matthew D. 1 year ago on Google
Visited several times over the years and this most recent visit was much nicer. The atmosphere has been softened by the change of the interior. The quality of the cakes is great. Although they can be a bit much if you don't have a sweet tooth. But the nice coffee can help wash it down!

  • 5/5 Madeline C. 5 months ago on Google
Late night dessert! Pictured are the chocolate fudge cake, pistachio layer cake and the San Sebastián cheesecake. All were so yummy! They also had some Halloween themed desserts too which unfortunately I did not get to try. Service was pleasant, however it would had been nice if the servers gave us tap water as the desserts were quite rich. Recommend this place for an after dinner sweet treat.
