Donuts are good quality and I love the Matcha Cake, but unfortunately the higher price isn't quite justified. The staff always seem bored and even rude at times too. You'd think that a donut chain that values quality would also value customer experience, guess not. Buying a donut shouldn't feel like an awkward experience.

Bakery specialized in sourdough donuts. They offer different flavours and sizes, from the classic donuts to more fancy and exotic one. I also really like that they have seasonal donuts. I tried the apricot chia one and was really good: the filling was so rich and tasteful while the dough was light and fluffy. The bakery is small but has a table inside. They also offer coffee and tea. Pasticceria specializzata in ciambelle a lievito madre a molti gusti diversi. Ho provato quella all'albicocca e chia e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Offrono anchr caffé e tè.

This review actually is for their new store near Piccadilly which is not listed on google maps yet. Was really looking forward to try their doughnuts as I am a big fan of these delicious evil deep fried desserts. The first thing which shocked me was the price of £3.50 for one premium doughnut 🍩 is a bit expensive but thought maybe they are amazing . Soon after the first bit I realised unfortunately it's more marketing and location (and brexit employees issues?) which maybe justifies these prices but for sure not the taste and quality. Well it's not end of the world but will skip it next time.

DELICIOUS and sweet doughnuts, even sweeter staff. My favorites so far are the tongan vanilla bean custard, the vegan dark chocolate truffle and the raspberry jam, the freshest doughnuts I've ever tried, can't wait to try the other flavors !

Tried the Easter edition hot cross bun flavour today and it was so so good! I love seasonal varieties. These donuts are good quality and 1 is suitable to share amongst two.

Crosstown serves some of the best doughnuts in town, and they rarely ever disappoint in this regard. Very good stuff. However, two things with this branch: one, the coffee is just plain bad — ordered a long black and it tasted bitter, burnt, and dirty, and it's a shame because they use beans from Caravan Coffee, who serve up some very nice specialty coffees overall. There is a clear lack of care when it comes to preparing the coffee to even just a basic standard of reasonable quality, which shouldn't be the case if a customer is paying for any sort of product. Two, the music that staff tend to play in the background isn't always family-friendly, with plenty of profanity at times — something for parents to keep in mind if they plan on stopping by with young kids in tow. Come for the excellent doughnuts, but not much else.

This is 12 out 10 type of doughnut shop. One has to be a doughnut head to be able to comprehend what this post is about. One could cover a bast distance to come to the shop. One will never find a better doughnut in London. If one does, please post an update here. It is so yaam and good that one has got to go there and experience that. And only after that, I would be talking to one. It is simply outstanding. Terrific. And very very difficult to beat. Coffee is amazing! Alec Egan Communication and book publishing professional.

Staff were miserable and pretty rude in advising us after we made our order that they don't take cash. Only a few seats and not much space. They serve food and drinks but don't have a customer restroom, which I'm pretty sure is illegal. The donuts are very basic, as are the drinks. It's a shame because out of all the wonderful dessert spots throughout London we picked this one based on customer reviews but after experiencing it I reckon all those customers were on one.

Is it possible to create tastier donuts?! I've been there for the first time last week and I've fallen deeply, deeply in love with those donuts. The peanut butter and blackcurrant one is so, so amazing. So filling. So... Wow. I've also tried the Cinnamon Swirl doughnut a few hours later which is totally vegan and liked it a bit less, I thought it was less tasty but it's just because I love it when there's cream inside or outside of my donuts - I mean, real, creamy cream if that makes sense. There are a few flavors that are vegan and that's amazing! Also, Crosstown have a lot of selling points around London!!! Just taste them. Just taste them!! /

Truly amazing donuts! They're super fresh, rich in flavour, and not greasy at all. The sugar level is just right - not overly sweet. We also love the coffee very much - one of the top 10 good coffees in London definitely!

Really delicious donuts, but I guess they should be for the price. £30 for 5, with "2 free". We got a bonus free one due to the lack of available options when we got there. Half of what was on the menu were left, typically all the ones we weren't really after! But we know the quality is really good, and the staff were friendly, plus it was 6pm on a Saturday night so I like the fact they limit numbers to keep them fresh and not encourage waste. The green Pandan Lamington was a real crowd favourite with our group - don't be deceived by the "ring" - it still has a filling, I promise! (white chocolate). They were still fresh to eat 24hrs later at home.

Located on Broadwick street right next to Venchi Chocolates & within 5minutes walking distance from Piccadilly Circus station/Chinatown. I highly recommend a visit to get some luxury doughnuts that are handcrafted fresh daily at their Battersea bakery. They also have a loyalty app and offer a delivery and collection service check their website for more details. This is one of their smaller branches and I managed to grab the new flavours to try… Coffee and pecan caramel : a creamy coffee custard filled sourdough doughnut dipped in a toasted caramel glaze a topped with a butter pecan crumble. I’m a coffee lover and the flavour really came through the custard it wasn’t overpowering which I adored. With every bite you had the perfect balance…soft fluffy sourdough, the sweetness of the caramel with notes of smokiness, the crunch of the pecans combined with the creamy luxurious coffee custard perfection!! I really enjoyed this with a cup of coffee a perfect combination. Mango and Vanilla (VE) : a vegan sourdough, filled with a creamy vanilla custard, coated in a ripe mango glaze, candied mango pieces and the signature chocolate cross. This one wasn’t one of my personal favourites but I’m not a huge mango fan so I’m not surprised but the flavour of the mango was overpowering the filling in my opinion. Pineapple & Coconut (VE) : a vegan sourdough ring doughnut covered in a tangy pineapple glaze and generously topped with toasted coconut chips. Loved the tropics vibes this doughnut gave so lush leaves you wanting to savour every little bite. Of course couldn’t leave without getting a box of mixed doughnuts, I definitely recommend trying them out you will not regret it….

These doughnuts are very different in taste but on point! The dark chocolate ones are too good I had two! I’ve been to their shore ditch branch many times and the soho one too! First time I tried their coffee and I’ll be going back for another one! Their cinnamon doughnuts are not filled so it’s a light doughnut to have with a coffee it’s perfect.

Doughnuts are great and probably the best in London too be honest. The panda doughnut is phenomenal, runners up are the cinnamon doughnut and coffee. It's good to day that even the glazed is just a hit on the taste buds. The real issue is the bad service both in store and out of store are very poor. We were double charged by mistake and told we would not be charged, what do you think happened? We were charged! That's nearly £30 📺See YouTube video https://youtu.be/35A4AJdRiLc After trying endlessly to get in touch with their customer service and ringing the branch, to no avail as no one replies, the bank had to be called to step in to cancel payment. An added issue is that they sell their products without issuing a receipt and via contactless, this was were the problem of proof of sale lies. Finally we have to express our disappointment in crosstown as unfortunately the doughnuts have decreased in size, we'd rather pay more for quality then be hookwinked by quantity reduction. We know this because we have been purchasing their Doughnuts for over a decade and you can see the change in size and shapes of the same products in our YouTube videos over the years as we have been a constant reviewer of their products.

Absolutely delicious! A rhubarb and jasmine, and a strawberry cheesecake donut. So chewy & banging full of flavour. Rhubarb compote oozed out as it was so full! I also got 2 cinnamon swirls donuts for later!!

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE As I am in London u decided to explore what dessert places are in Soho. I came across this shop, selling baked goods, on Instagram so decided to try it. Really easy to find as it is a stone throw from Oxford street. The shop is small and maybe a little cramped for customers. I ordered quite quickly- a pistachio scroll snd peanut butter and jelly donut. When I left I realised my PB&J donut wasn’t done properly so I returned to point this out. The staff were so friendly and helpful, offering me another one on the house. That put me in a good mood for the rest of the day. This is a cute bakery and I would recommend but not return as I want to try other places too!

Doughnuts are seriously the best in London. All other doughnuts taste like dust in comparison. Giving 3 stars because they never make the matcha doughnuts because they are apparently seasonal but I checked the seasonal menu and they're not on there so I haven't seen a matcha doughnut in a few years but they continue to advertise that they have them. Also because last time I went to the store closest to Soho the guy who served me was mega rude but he was super polite to my male friend who I was with.

If you are craving a quick donut, Crosstown will never disappoint. Both vegan and non-vegan options are really great. It would be great if they ever offered warm (freshly baked in front of you) option. In total, good donuts, though a little over priced.

Mainly a takeaway donut shop but they have a few seats. Great variety on the donuts with unique flavours. Had the strawberry shortcake 🍰 and it was really good (and very filling). Worth a try.

Pretty good! Not the fluffy kind of doughnut but more so dense and chewy (sourdough?) There are also some poppy seeds or something in the dough which was an interesting touch. The dark chocolate truffle glaze was decadent and not too sweet.

The doughnuts here are pretty amazing and the creative flavour combinations are original and fun. We took a selection into the office to share and everyone loved them. The staff were lovely, and when they overheard me mention my wife’s birthday on the phone they made a real fuss of her and gave us an extra free birthday doughnut. It’s a small gesture perhaps but it makes you feel special for a moment and really put a skip in our step. We’ll be back another day. Well done guys!

The best doughnuts I've ever tried! The mix of flavours is terrific! The service...the slowest ever experienced. I would think it twice before going again.

Great tasting crepes. Very expensive. Do not order the crepe for two because the portion size for it is in fact a lot smaller than a single crepe. Having said that, it is still very delicious.

You used to get these on Air New Zealand flights out of London and they’re fantastic. My go-to is a classic homemade raspberry jam. Dangerously tasty.

Staff were absolutely great. Food looked lovely but my 87 year old Mom can't get a cuppa there because she only uses cash. Dreadful. 87 year old.Gets there sits down but can't eat or drink. What a shame. What does this say about our regard for the elderly?

Sat inside a lovely store chatting with the friendly staff! We had a number of questions and they knew everything! Would recommend!

First time visiting a Crosstowns. I didn't actually buy from this branch as I was on a mission to try the Raspberry Jam Doughnut and they had ran out for the day (I was a bit late!) But just wanted to give a 5 star to the staff member working this afternoon, he was a massive help and even range the other branches nearby to see if they had the stock we wanted to build our 12 doughnut box. Which we really appreciated and I know for a fact other places wouldn't do that so just wanted to say thanks! Great service!

These doughnuts are in a Calibre of their own! The variety in flavours is wide yet refined. Each unique doughnut has a complex flavour combination, and the sourdough is a noticeable element to most of them. I would recommend getting them all to try if you can to decide which one is your go-to. Some of the ones you may not conventionally consider may end up becoming your favourite! For me the matcha and Sri Lanka Cinnamon is a reason to keep going back!

The best Crosstown store in London. The staff at the Soho branch are amazing and really friendly, they also have a lot of Vegan options. We are normally served by Luke, he is great guy and fantastic at his job. The doughnuts have a premium taste unlike other brands that can taste extremely sweet or even oily. Their doughnuts taste ”clean” light, fresh and delicious. In my opinion Crosstown has the best vegan doughnuts in London.

  • 5/5 Sophia B. 2 years ago on Google
Best doughnuts! So many great flavours aswell as vegan options- they’re honestly the nicest doughnuts I’ve had so far (my favourite is the peanut one). They’re non greasy, bready as well as filling 🙌🏻🙌🏻

After not being able to have doughnuts for a very very long time due to allergies these were heavenly, my favourite one was the plain and simple vanilla doughnut 🤤
