Juice was good. Service was nonchalant, disinterested and dismissive , staff look great but couldn't care less, way too cool for school. Shame cos they're normally pretty good in the Joe the juices around town

I stopped at Joe & The Juice during a weekend stroll around Covent Garden/Holborn. This time, I order the Joe's Identity and it was fabulous! Customer service was quick, music inside a bit too loud for my taste (but it's a thing at Joe & The Juice). Give it a go when around the area and craving something light and refreshing!

I don't understand this place. The service was bad, the employees didn't listen to your order, they kept asking what the order was. No wonder! They kept talking to each other while they were working. The friendliness? Zero. So cocky and sassy employee there that served us. I was asking for a cup cover for my coffee and she was just like looking at me, grab the cup and threw it to the table gently without saying a word. Please improve the hospitality.

My mate and I had reported wifi issues, no one cares.. for months and nothing was done until today. Even spoke to a HR guy who interviewed staff sitting at a table next to us in the basement. He cared less. The toilet is digusting, staff re too busy to clean. Empty cups/Foods on the table are there for hrs, no one clean tables, just had to do yourself. And they removed bulbs/turned off many lights in the basement, you cant read books even. Overall very very poor, this store. Joe Juice simply want your cash, they dont care about anything else. Poor ethic/staff unhappy, their manners tell all, the way they took orders or answered questions.

The food is always at the same standards as all other stores, but the staff in this store were more concerned about talking to each other about their private lives than serving customers. I stood there for at least 45 seconds with them chatting away before anyone looked at me or took my order, it seems as tho they were annoyed at having to serve lol. One of the worst customers service exp of any Joe and The Juice, someone should send them back into customer service training.

I recently visited Joe & The Juice, and I was charmed by its old-school and classic ambiance; it really adds a unique touch to the place. My order included power shakes, Joe's Green Mile, and the spice tuna sandwich, and every item was a burst of delicious flavors. However, there was a bit of a hiccup with payment. When I attempted to use my Visa card, it was declined due to it being an international card. To my surprise, they didn't accept cash either. Although the employees were friendly and understanding, they couldn't make a decision to offer the order for free. In the end, I had to use another international card that did work. Despite the payment issue, the tasty food and the pleasant atmosphere made it an enjoyable visit.

Worst experience ever. Highly disappointed. Not only did they take ages to make my friends drink, they served other customers that ordered after us and couldn’t make one simple drink. When we asked for a refund they kept saying okay but we still had to wait 5mins even though the shop was practically empty. When asked for the refund the lady at the front said okay did something to the screen and gave us a receipt; she also looked abit confused as she kept saying to her colleagues do we have to give cash back repeatedly . Normally when a refund is given you are meant to tap your card onto the card reader but she just have us a receipt. We were all confused, hot and bothered and we lived far from London. my friend later on checked her account and she noticed that they took out the money and didn’t give the refund. Will not advice this place as the customer service is awful. Not only did they take her money they didn’t even make her drink after waiting for 15minutes as they were busy serving other customers that placed their order of 4 drinks after us…. Make it make sense.

We were served in a quick and friendly manner. There is a wide selection of both fruit and veg based drinks, along with a small selection of sandwiches, breakfast bowls and hot drinks. We had the Prince of Green and Hell of a Nerve which were both devine. The latter was obviously thicker having banana in it but the former was very fresh with the lemon and cucumber working excellently together. It's not cheap but it's what you would expect for the area.

I stumbled by this cafe/juice bar by accident, and I’m happy I went inside to investigate! The sandwiches are to die for, seriously! Good coffee as well and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The seats downstairs are comfortable, and paired with the music make it a perfect place to read, work or study. The guy that served me at the counter was super nice too. 10/10 would recommend!

Nice downstairs bit as someone else said but not immediately obvious you can go there when you come in. Toilets were out of order when I visited. My order was also temporarily forgotten about when I asked. Then they forgot to say it was ready so it said on the side for a while and got cold while I waited. (Also despite having a small table by the front there was no personal space as others stood and sat around me, talking across me while their dog desperately hoped I would drop my food! 🤣 )

The place downstairs is really good for friends gathering. Not for reading as music is on. Juice quite good and there is also some food 👍🏻

Great chill out spot, good music comfy soft chairs lay back in. Carrot cake delicious and Joes AMG juice perfect thanks

Love Joe and the Juice. This one was especially nice because with the scorching heat outside, my Joe’s AMG came super chilled. My little one’s tomato and mozzarella sandwich was on point and she gobbled it all down and all from the comfort of their air conditioned, spacious seating downstairs. We had a great time, would certainly go back to this branch.

I am a regular customer love their drinks but todays visit wasn’t the greatest. I have bought green gains many times in this and different locations but todays shake didn’t have much taste, almost as if it was watered down :( I am giving 3 stars just because stuff was very nice and I’m hoping it was a one time thing and the recipe hasn’t been changed as it’s my favourite thing at JOE.

Early morning relaxing atmosphere, delicious coffee, nice vibes and helpful service. Very comfortable sofas at the basement. I love the siting area by the window with view at Dean Street and Old Compton Street.

I've been a customer of Joe & the Juice for over 12 years. Unfortunately, last night's visit was disappointing. The two ladies working seemed incapable of engaging with customers or providing proper service. The store and toilet were notably unclean. Regrettably, I won't be returning or recommending it to others.

Tons of choices here. Especially with the juice. Not sure why they needed 8 staff as most looked like they were just waiting (assumed they get busy at some points to need them all). Had a nice turkey flat bread with a juice. Nice to sit in the window however being cramped meant someone wanted to get to the other table and as such we had to move out to let them get through (when downstairs was empty). Lovely little place. Tasty.

MUSIC is SO LOUD. Why do they have to do this? I had to do a work meeting there, it was just horror. Why they cannot JUST keep it simple? Like they are going an extra mile to make SURE they make it uncomfortable for customers. As if it wasn't enough they charge 9 quid for 2 carrots and an apple in a juice press. Honestly I will never understand how these things happen in 2022, society is supposed to evolve, they are supposed to have specialised people hired to advise on decor, music, tables distribution, etc.

Amazing food (as always) and crunchy toasted bread! Unfortunately always coming to work here and WiFi doesn’t work 😕 Would have been nice telling us before ordering. Def will be back ;)

This was really good juice! It was overly sweet and had a very natural taste. Will definitely be going back👌🏿 Also the vibe was nice.

Came during the evening. Decided to come here to settle my mind after hearing some bad news after a stressful appointment in 56 Dean Street, just a few doors down. The black woman working behind the counter just ignored me as I stood there waiting and did not seem motivated in her job or giving a good service. Not only this but she was smirking and exchanging disparaging looks with someone else after I asked her colleague questions on how the app worked and how to make payments with it. This was my first time using the app but my mind was also elsewhere and so I wasn’t sure how to use it but she appeared to be making fun of me while in my distressed state. Is this rude behaviour really acceptable from someone who is being paid to do a job? I enjoyed the milkshake but will not be going back.

It was an good taste of juice and coffee that they sold to me. Few options of seating area on ground level and more seating area with sofa or couches and chair on lower area. Too bad that toilet is still out of order, I was here on 10th of march 2020 and I read some reviews regarding this toilet that not available that written more than a month ago. They need to fix this by end of this week. Otherwise it won't be good place for having juice.

Nice place for juice and sandwiches. I also ordered Acai with granola & it was really good. It has a good atmosphere and quick service, nice seating and nice stuff :) I like the idea of app pick up corner, that's innovative and quick .. Overall, a really good place for a quick stop to recharge before going for more shopping.
