Kiwi items on the menu: Lolly cake, L&P can, Anzac cookie and flat white. I had the lolly cake slice and a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was not very sweet. The Lolly cake was good; the only thing missing were roughly chopped biscuit bits. The charging facilities were disappointingly slow and I ended up moving to a more comfortable seat and just using my battery pack instead. It wasn't bad, but I won't come again and for other kiwis I would definitely recommend another kiwi cafe.

Choice of coffee and pastry for £2.95 in the mornings can't be beaten for Central London. Plus, if you're drinking inside, a friendly, vibrant atmosphere, complete with wireless charging. Highly recommended.

First time in my life I've actually walked out of a coffee shop because the staff were so rude, and I go to a lot of coffee shops! In this area you'd be better off going to Ferdandez and Wells at Somerset House, or Covent Garden Grind if you especially like your coffee - or honestly, any of the many chain coffee places around here are friendly with good service - so a marked improvement on this place.

I've been twice and have had two very different experiences. I went in because a soft drink from new zealand called L&P was advertised and since it's so hard to come by I went in and also got a very well made flat white. Second experience was a month later going into order the same thing and the "barista" had no idea what I was talking about and said we don't sell that. To which I politely pointed to a mini fridge behind them with a couple of cans in it. They then proceeded to make one of the most overmilked, blandest and poorly presented flat whites I've had in a long while. In short with only two experiences, one great and one pretty bad i feel it's only fair to meet in the middle with 3*

I had a cappuccino here; it was pretty good. Maybe not the cheapest place. A nice thing about the place is, every table has a charging station. You don't even have to have a cable to charge your phone

If you want decent coffee/tea. Walk a little further to Grind or Notes to get it. After this disappointing experience, I googled the place to see if it'd missed something. On the website it's dream was to introduce the New Zealand café experience. From my experience I'd question if they know where New Zealand is.

I've been there with a friend for the first time and the two girls that were working they have been so rude, especially Kate who took our order, she didn't look at us and she was rude and unpleasant explaning their products. Also we had to repeat our order three times because she wasn't listening to us and our coffees were cold and full of syrup

The external store appears to be shutdown. Redirected inside the hotel to Haxells which gave me a sacred cafe cup with my flat white - not only was it a terrible flat white but it cost £4!

The coffee here is great, as is the service from the friendly staff. Generously there are charging stations on every table, for your mobile phone. Lovely
