We had a wonderful bottomless brunch for a birthday celebration here, served by Mario and Martha, who went above and beyond to make sure that we felt looked after and happy. A big thank you!! The food was delicious ❤️

This restaurant always has a long wait as the staff is too short for the customers. After having an appetizer time, I wanted to wait a little longer, but the waiter came and said that for some unknown reason there was a problem in the kitchen, so we had to wait 30 minutes, and another table said we had to wait about an hour. But even before the waiter said this, I saw that when customers came in, they returned all of them saying that it was closed.. I thought it was almost closed during lunch time.. I tried to pay for drinks and only a portion of it, but they told me to just go.

Warm, welcoming and snug. Could have stayed there all day. Enjoyed the food, good quality. What I like most was that we weren't being rushed out the door for the next paying customers. Will definitely go again 👍

Absolutely amazing and I loved the service abs the place is so nice and clean out waiter was mario he is fabulous and sweet his service is fantastic and I honestly honestly no joke felt like I was home literally guys no joke I can’t fault this place please guy come and eat here I totally recommend it and the only downside is leaving 🥰🥰thank u guy for the meal I had the pasta and pizza magarita

Had a lovely dinner here. The staff were very friendly and displayed excellent customer service. I had the bbq ribs and chips. Delicious! I had a really nice cocktail but don't remember the name of it

We were sincerely welcomed and showed to our table. Our server Ivett was fantastic. She accommodated my son's requests with a smile even though the restaurant was very busy. The food come out piping hot and delicious as always. Thank you for my great birthday meal we will be back!

Good portions, delicious food, and good service. Nice atmosphere, and a great place to take a breather after hours of walking around. Was also a refuge from the miserable weather outside on this New Year's Eve. Will return to this when we're next in London.

Terrible service, very rude staff that tries to charge you as much as possible ( bringing bottled water instead of tap like we asked, all four of us ordered except one who wasn't hungry, was forced to order something otherwise she couldn't stay), they sigh when you ask for something and when we said we wouldn't tip, the waitress yells at her manager across the restaurant we don't want to tip. Food is good but nothing crazy.

Suzanna provided EXCELLENT service. And made perfect recommendations for food and drinks. The atmosphere is relaxing and easy going. The food and service both were super, we recommend and hope to be back when we visit London again.

I had wonderful welcome and recommendations by Teresa, asked us about the allergy first and then recommended food later, let us know about the student discount on Tuesday and even didn’t mind about delay during payments. The pizza in served hot and taste amazing, highly recommend. P/S: I forgot my water bottle (pink with blue crochet water bottle holder) at the restaurant in 5/3/2024 during dinner around 7-8pm, as if any staffs or the manager of this branch could help me with it, I really appreciate about it ✨

Very good and fast food service. The food was exquisite with good, affordable, prices. I was with my family and Emma did an amazing job of taking care of us. Would highly recommend and would 100% come back in the future again.

Food quality is average. One of my friend ordered a Lasagna and it was full of salsa and cheese, very heavy, we didn't see the pasta :).We had to ask for some bread because it was just salsa. The other dishes(Pasta, Pizza and Salad) OK, nothing special. We went on Sunday Bank Holiday weekend in August, it was very busy, however the customer service was very good. All the staff were very nice and friendly. Mate looked after our table and he was brilliant. Very polite and always checking on us. Prices are good and in general the atmosphere is nice.

An amazing restaurant. Mario our waiter was incredible nothing was too much trouble. The food was exemplary and the manager found us a table for 6 despite not having pre booked without any drama just ‘We will have a table in about 20 minutes’ which was perfect. Thank you to all involved for a lovely evening.

Waitress was nice but struggled to find our reservation which left us in the cold for a bit. The table was tiny and didn’t give us much room for dishes or wine. They didn’t do anything special for our engagement meal even though I told them on the reservation and in person while ordering desert. Slightly disappointing. Mushrooms appetizer and margarita pizza was good, as well as the tirimasu.

Zuzana welcomed us really well . Asked about dietary requirements . Service was excellent . Food tasted great too . Will be back again

Very busy evening until very late evening but excellent service and great food. Need a quick meal after very long day and this team arranged a table for us within minutes. Drinks and Starters arrived promptly and it was delicious. Little longer wait for the main meals but we can understand that they were extremely busy. When the meals delivered to table they were tasting delicious as always and well worth the wait. Definitely visit This Bella when we are back.

I have just had one of the best meals in a very long time. Bella Italia is a favourite of mine but the food is always amazing, something that some restaurants lack (unfortunately) is their customer service however today I had the pleasure to meet Teresa and have her as our waiter. She was lovely, we had many laughs and she made us feel comfortable! We are supposed to be in Venice on holiday right now, so we came here in honour of that and I have loved every second of being here!! Also just how authentic the staff are in general, hospitality is 100% which is always my goal when finishing places to eat out! I’ll be back!! Thank you Teresa- hope you have a good day!❤️

We ordered two pastas which both were new for us. They were good. One of them was new Smokey carbonara and the other on was chicken with mushroom. The chicken one was more delicious. Service was good and staff was friendly.

Arrived with my wife and a hungry 6 year old in tow. No reservation but they found space for us and made to feel very welcome. Damien was our waiter and he was excellent. Polite friendly and extremely efficient service. Other members of staff also made the effort to check everything was satisfactory. Food was great. Prices were excellent for central london. Damian's yer man, at the Bella restaurant just down from Leicester Square. He's served our take many times before and as always he listens, recommends and cares for an enjoyable experience, with a smile too. The wine was great and my plate of pasta was gorgeous too, YUMMY IN MY TUMMY 🤣👍 Go there, enjoy the food and the experience. Highly recommended.

Lovely service and friendly atmosphere. Good food. We had to rush off for a show so missed out on dessert so recommend leaving extra time during busy periods. Food was fresh though so worth the wait. Would book again.

The food was delicious, the cocktails as well with a wonderful view. The male waitress was amazing !! The lady with the black hair only seemed to be in a rush. Overall wonderful experience, thank you !! :)
