Really nice and friendly staff, beautiful restaurant. But, they need to work together (Staff) and get the job done as a team. Really nice coffee, really food and quality products. I will highly suggest for Marketing and Advertising purposes that the they need to urgently change the holders of the takeaway cups. #WellDone Great Branding.

The place inside was very lovely. Great service. I loved my starter but the chicken milanese had too much rosemary. The chicken was covered by rosemary and unfortunately I had to remove all the top/botton crispy part and ate the inside only.

We were going to a show nearby, and were lucky enough to get a table without having a reservation on a Saturday night (we were shown to their deli-area where we waited for around 25 minutes and then got a table). We only had about 40 minutes from being seated until having to leave but that was no problem for the kind and efficient staff: we were served great food very quickly and our waiter was very attentive. We would love to come back next time we're in London and when we have more time! Thank you for a great - and fast - experience!

I've been to many Carluccio's in London, they have all been pleasant and enjoyable - from having a relaxing coffee and cake from the counter to a nice glass of wine and tasty Italian meal. Pop in and try for yourselves!

The favourite Carluccio’s in London. Always great service with amazing food. Perfect for Christmas parties or reunions as they provide a wonderful Christmas menu with crackers and hats so highly recommend!

Pretty disappointing. The lobster and prawn linguini had the most minimal amount of seafood in it and it was the most expensive meal on their specials menu. When we inquired about this the manager told us it was because ‘crab is expensive’. When compared to other restaurants in London we should have got almost a whole lobster in the meal for that price. Also the homemade focaccia was dry, stale and poorly presented. The only saving grace was the friendly staff, not including the manager. And the wifi.

I got the best service and the pasta is perfect! Thank you!!! Will always be happy to come back! I forgot to take the name of my server but she’s the lady with braided hair. Thank you!

The food was tasty and good! We had a reservation and the table was ready for us in 5 minutes. Once we were seated, it took 20 minutes to the waiter to come and ask for our orders. A long wait! The restaurant was crowded! Ok! It was a Saturday lunch time, but 20 minutes is a long time!!! The waiter was polite and served us well. The ambience is nice! I would give another try to check if that waiting time was only a bad luck on that day.

Nice italian food. Worth the price. We are in a hurry so didn't order dessert but i guess it will be very nice too. If tomato can be added to the salad, it will be better. The mushroom is well flavored and went well with the toast. The rissotto and pasta are nicely done, also suiable forr vegetarian. The restaurant also has many vegetarian options.

Environment was lovely but food wasn't great. I went to this location for the Vegetarian & Vegan popup and there was very little choice of vegan food which was taste-less.

The service was very slow even though the venue wasn't very busy. When the food arrived it was very cold. The menu did not have enough choices to pick from. Was really disappointed as I had breakfast at the Dubai Carluccios and it was amazing. However, I wouldn't really recommend it in London. The food portions were also very small and expensive.
