We went here for dinner as wanted to see The Lion King (which is just a 4 minute walk away). Food and service was brilliant. Lots of vegetarian options to choose from and presented nicely. Good value for money too. Quite a small place inside and relatively cramped seating. Giving 4 stars mainly due to this. We had to sit on a table which was literally right next to another couple - not ideal if you want some privacy. Would advise everyone to book in advance and ask for seats not near other tables!

First time visiting was lovely food we had the Halloumi bites that were amazing came out really hot. For the main we shared the Tsiknopempti which was more than enough. Had to wait a little while to order more drink but the staff were friendly

Was not authentic Greek food. Service was friendly and lunch prices were fair. Calamari starter had breading too thick which masked the calamari. Greek plate with lamb meatballs was underwhelming. Salad was the best part of the plate. Meatballs were terrible - hard and not seasoned well. Did not feel fresh but rather as though they were recently frozen. Other than the salad, nothing felt as though it was prepared fresh.

Great food and friendly service, once you got in. Needed to book ahead, and was so busy at 6.00pm on a Saturday. Would go again, but suspect serving sizes may be too small if one of your party has a large appetite, but there were options which could solve this, if you looked at all the menu options.

We had a nice time at this location before watching a theater show just across the street. The food was good although some dishes were not as good as others. It was a hot day and some of the fresh crudités were not standing up the ice very well. I would recommend this place if you were in the area and wanted to sit down to eat before a show. They also had cocktails which some of us enjoyed. Beers were nice and cold as well.

Giannis was really nice and gave me and my friend an impeccable service. He’s been so nice that he offered us a glass each of one of the dessert wines! Such good customer service! The atmosphere was great and the Christmas decorations on point. Love this branch.

Just had a meze , 8 dishes. Excellent. Recommended the Greek white wine- by Giannis, which was excellent. Our waiter, Giannis, was attentive and made our night. Can’t wait to return.

Good environment place for a delicious dinner! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Many vegetarian options, but not the same for no-alcohol drinks. The dessert Greek Custard tart was so yummy! We have just waited a little time for the plates and desserts.

What a great meal. Giannis (spelling?) was brilliant, what a friendly, enthusiastic person who knew his stuff. He recommended some great options which complimented our choices. We will be back. Thank you.

Amazing Greek food and a lovely service. One of my favorite places in London. Small plates to share and you can try a lot of different things.

Had a Groupon deal so we stopped of whilst cycling about London. The restaurant looks great and was nice and clean. The lady who greeted us said they were fully booked for lunch so we would need to sit in the basement which wasn't an issue. Food was quick to arrive and was really light which was perfect as we were jumping back on the bikes after. The service was great and were super helpful in popping the air-conditioning on as it got a little hot in the basement.

Hummus was good. Santorini fava was so nice. Falafel was crispy (yet needs to be improved) I like the sauce and tomato addition to the plate. Saffron rice lacked salt and flavor. Aegean slaw was tasty. Moussaka was good (It would be nicer if they add red sauce in it). Yogurt was nice. Baclava was big and tasty. They serve bread and plate of vegetables for free, which I appreciate. I enjoyed the experience in general. Nice and cosy atmosphere with Greek songs. Prices are medium to high.

We had a great dining experience here. The food was tasty and nicely presented and the service was fast and friendly. The moussaka was delicious, and I really enjoyed the popcorn halloumi and orange cake. Will definitely visit again!

This place is an excellent destination to enjoy a quick bite while also making sure to accommodate for dietary restrictions and allergens. They very clearly label all vegan and gluten free items. If you have additional allergies, they offer a dedicated menu that explicitly specifies the specific allergens in each of the dishes. The service staff is very friendly and efficient, the flavors are on the simpler side, and the dishes come out quick.

Great little place, perfect little spot for a bit of time out and authentic Greek food. They had my favorite dip Taramasalata which was a little too salty for my taste but it was still very good. Food was cooked and presented well, its a must when ever I am in the area.

Well their service is definitely faster than their counterparts around the corner at st martins lane. However the reason this is a 3* is because it’s packed like sardines as you can see from the pictures there are people practically on top of us and a lady’s bag is quite literally resting on my leg as there’s no space for it. You have people beside you and you can hear the entirety of their conversation you may as well be a part of it. It’s definitely 100% a fire safety hazard. And a health hazard if you have an allergy to certain foods that you can’t be near which is also my case and made my dining experience very unpleasant.

Not the best Greek food, but the price was cheap, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, I think the taste matches the price, and it was a pleasant dining experience. I would definitely recommend Moussaka if you come!

Had such a lovely meal here and can't be more appreciative of the wonderful staff It was very busy inside when we arrived but we were offered a table outside straight away despite not booking and the restaurant being almost at capacity. I told a staff member ( who may have been the manager) that we were due to go to the theatre and hebasured us he would get our food out quickly, which it was and it was also delicious! The biggest thing was how staff interacted with our daughter- chatting to her and playing little games and wishing her a happy birthday- they even gave her a piece of cake with a candle and put it in a takeaway box when we had to rush to catch our show Amazing service, thank you so much!

Absolutely fantastic experience with my two year old son. Waiters were some of the best we have experienced, the chef pulling faces and entertaining my son and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at the Real Greek in Covent Garden and it was an incredible experience. We came here to celebrate my friends 40th Birthday and Giannis made this night extremely special. From great food recommendations, to a lively personality, he made us feel so comfortable and it was one of the best service I've had in a long time. The food was incredible, the atmosphere is so cosy and I'm definitely coming back!!! 11/10 Giannis you're the best!

We were on vacation and staying at a nearby hotel. This has been our third visit in two years, and this restaurant is always our first choice of places we want to go in London. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. Judging by how busy it was with locals, I would say that it's an indication of how good it is. I won't comment on the dishes we chose because personal taste is subjective.

The food was really great, being a meat-eater (and Greek) as I am I would highly recommend any option from the meat/skewer section (as a company of three, we tried a bit of everything). The glass of rose wine that I had was superb, too. Service is quick and impeccable (thank you, Gianni)! I would definitely visit next time I come to London. PS. If you fancy a desert, go for the chocolate cake, absolutely heavenly!

It's been a while since we visited one of this chain. The food was thoroughly average and a bit overpriced for what you get. Certainly not bad, just a bit boring and simple. The restaurant was understaffed and they were rushed off their feet. It was also very crowded and cramped. Would not recommend

Peeped behind the entrance curtain as a 2.30pm walk-in and was greeted by a friendly human face and told we could sit anywhere. Natural softened the pendant lighting. BY the look of the outside this was once a pub, so it would likely have been much darker. One could get the idea that relaxing Greek holiday resorts might be a theme here. Various Greek holiday resorts were written on a chalk board, but no capital city! Perhaps Athens is thought too hectic for the relaxed ambiance of the restaurant. From the lunch menu Mummy and I shared a Greek Trio. This consists of what on the menu was a Top, Middle and Bottom. At first, we assumed this meant only one item from each. So, having chosen: Santorini fava, Gigandes with Spinach, and Pourgouri-Bulgur Wheat we were told we could choose one more top and middle. We added Flatbreads and Taramasalata. Perhaps as it was a lunch menu, the Taramasalata and Santorini fava, were a touch on the small side. They were tasty enough. The Santorini fava was silky smooth, and the Taramasalata wasn’t that grotesque bright pink it often is. Mild in taste, and void of over tanginess, we forgave the small portion. This place is unsuitable for wheelchair users that might want to use the lavatory, as there is no lift. Even human that walk may find the stairs down to the lavatories a bit of a struggle.

Met a friend for a few drinks at lunchtime yesterday. So with glorious sunshine we wanted to eat outdoors and we ended up having a delicious Greek plate and a few aperol spritz aperitifs. Friendly staff Good value lunch Delicious food & drinks Highly recommended

Felt like we had stepped back into a little cafe on the streets of Greece! The food was delicious and came very quickly! Can’t wait to go back!! Only thing more I could have asked for was dessert.

Giannis was a brilliant server and took very good care of us! He saved us money by pairing some of our foods up to one of the deals that is on! Will be back again!
