I recently visited a Pizza Hut branch and was impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. I ordered a vegan pizza margarita, but unfortunately, it wasn't to my liking. However, the staff were more than happy to accommodate me and change it for me. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere and accommodating staff.

Pizzas and bevarages were ok. Staff were welcoming and helpful. This branch was very busy with customers but we did not have long to wait to be seated. Restroom was extremely disappointing, no hand tissues, the hand dryer did not work and soap dispenser was jammed. On the plus side it was clean.

Is this Pizza Hut better than any American location of the chain? Sure… but that really isn’t saying much. This is best left as “emergency food” when nothing else is open, you need a quick bite, etc. This is overpriced, poor service and not particularly clean. They do have clean toilets in the basement - but that is really the only plus.

the member of staff was so nice and professional, his name is Mohi, the other guy was nice too, and so is the girl, we had the 20.99 pound offer, it was one of the best meals we had in Landon

Whenever you're in Leicester Square, you should definitely visit this Pizza Hut for lunch or dinner. Very good service and the staffs are wonderful and are ready to serve. The food was delicious, well prepared with fresh ingredients. Placing my order was very easy, just a scan of the barcode that's on the table, place the order on the site and add their sides and drinks you would like. After all your items are added, pay and receive your receipt via email then your meal is delivered to your table, hot and ready to eat.

Good pizza in the heart of Leicester Square. Sitting outside on a sunny day is a good opportunity to see the world go by. Salad bar highly appreciated. Not sure if are same prices in all of the Pizza Hut locations but the one in Leicester Square seemed to be ok for the location vs food.

The staff here were really friendly and helpful. Our online food order didn't work properly so they took our order manually and helped sort out an issue with payment. The food was just what you expect from pizza hut.

I ordered on deliveroo, the food was delayed for 10 minutes and even if it wasn't rush hour and there wasn't lots of people inside (around 16), they didn't let us eat there. All the food was cold, the cheese and the bread felt like they were old like they were made some hours ago and the tomato sauce wasn't good. I love pizza hut it was very disappointing

We tried the Buffet menu which included unlimited Pizzas, salad bar, unlimited drinks and Ice-cream. We went on a weekend and spent £15.99 pp for adults and £7.99 for kids. There were about 3-4 non-veg options and a couple of veg options there. I liked the Margarita and BBQ americano pizzas. Some of the other pizzas felt dry as they lay there. The cheesy pasta was yummy. The salad bar had a huge variety to choose from. Would have loved it better if they included stuffed crust pizza options too. Service was good. It was a good experience. 👍

The food was really delicious, especially the pizza with the cheese crust, highly recommended! You could also help yourself to the salad bar several times. The restaurant itself was quite small and narrow, but the staff was very friendly.

The whole experience was snappy and efficient. The staff were attentive and helpful, without feeling like they were hovering or being intrusive. Food was excellent, though i felt there was a tad too much balsamic on my pizza.

Great restaurant, friendly staff, well located and efficient/prompt service. Well cooked food with plentiful salad services available. Busy and good atmosphere. Staff keen to accommodate as many requests as possible.

Disgraceful. Got half a plate of cookie dough that tasted average , after waiting 30 mins for it. My friends got theirs 20 mins before I did. Staff then moved us to smaller seats for no reason. Never again.

Very good service..staff are friendly, very good experience. The manager helped us with order and suggested a couple of vegetarian options. Definitely Recommended

Food is decent for sitting in pizza. It's quick and easy to order and receive for food and the staff are nice. Because its underground it feels very dark which makes me fall asleep but I am immediately woken up by the always crying and loud children that are in there. But what do you expect?? Also they've increased the price of the lunch deal and it is no longer deal worth its price.

Cold pizza, wait over half hour for a new pizza to arrive. Was told several times 2 minutes….. don’t sit upstairs, you are totally ripped off…. Not worth the £17.99 per person. Ice cream machine needs cleaning inside resulting in poor quality product. If we hadn’t pre paid I wouldn’t have paid and left after the first 15 minutes

We ate at this place before we went to see a 7:45pm move, this pizza is spectacular and a very friendly staff.

Very delicious, first time trying VG pizza ever and it was amazing. Pizza hut surprised me. I hope for the future they will fix the table at this location which was unstable but over all customer service and food was great
