Ehhh the place is ok. It took us a very long time to get our food and there was only 3 or 4 more tables in the entire establishment. The 2 ladies working seemed like the only ones working there as I did not see anyone else. The burgers you can tell 100% are frozen and then cooked. If you are looking for a place low key with a good burger I do not suggest this place at all. Other than that not much to really say.

We were super hungry. So despite of the rewiews we thought to give it a try. The wait time was about 20 minutes. Cottage pie was a bit disappointment. I hoped more flavour. The layer of potatoes was more than anything underneath. Also it felt like a half pie. Overall the place is nice and staff is awesome. It might be I have different expectation for the pie.

Disappointing. After a 30minute wait out food cane. After asking for and the waitress confirming crispy bacon on my bbq chicken I get rubber bacon(just cooked) and over cooked sweet corn. 3 other meals only table were ok. Waitress polite and cannot be faulted but kitchen let this place down. Music not too loud which is a plus. Not busy but for some reason there is a long wait 🥺

Ordered the Garfunkel's breakfast (which was really English breakfast). It arrived on time as well as the Coffee and Orange juice which was ordered. Staff were friendly and came back to check if everything was OK with the meal. The food tasted good and I enjoyed it. There is free WiFi available here but you have to register using some personal details to gain access to it. My only issue was with the toilet which could have done with a bit of attention.

Nice place with good service. Very good drought beer , pretty quick service. It was not crowded during a lunch at the weekend , so you definitely could find a place. They also serve pizza , hamburgers, soups and salads. But definitely this is a place for fish and chips .

Food was decent, nothing out of the world. Double decker dessert was nothing but custard and cream. Service was sloppy, the lady attending us was grumpy and probably racist.

I love this place its just in the right place just across the road from Trafalgar Square. It's clean tidy and comfortable and relaxing with big windows so you can see the world outside. The menu is just right - the both times I went in I had their fish and chips it was beautiful and freshly cooked with nice crisp batter and steaming hot which was very welcomed as alot of places serve up warm food. The toilets are very clean and you might think "why is he telling us that" well for this location and traffic of people it's important. I very highly recommend this place and the helpful and friendly staff

Poor service and very poor plates... Expect to wait for more than 30 minutes to be served....! Or is it the special tourists treat...?
