A cute cafe with nice vibes and friendly staff, tucked in a quieter corner on one of the busiest streets in London. Pretty good coffee and very reasonably priced given it’s prime location!

Pour over coffee was the best I had in a while. Staff were nice and friendly which is rare in London so applause to them and to the owner of this place. Small shop and there’s seats outside to enjoy if the weather is nice Raspberry coconut dates/ lemon cake are soooo good I promise you that. I’d definitely come back here

Lovely small coffee shop hidden in a big shopping area. Has a good range of milk alternatives and vegan food choices. Baristas were helpful, friendly and experienced. Shop has a welcoming and cozy ambience as well. And of course the coffee was good. 10/10 would recommend.

This place used to serve great coffee but lately it has become quite average. As others reviews point out, the coffees (no matter the type or size, I tried a few) have too much milk, which ruins them. They should spend more time training the baristas. I hope they recover their old glory!

World-class coffee and friendly baristas in a beautiful, cosy space just off the high st. Well worth a visit. Try the cinnamon buns too! 🤤

We ordered milk hot chocolate. It was yummy and they also made a cute art on it. They also offer dark hot chocolate and of course other coffee drinks. The staff was super friendly and they cared about our satisfaction.

What a great coffee shop! I love coming here, first of all the coffee is so good - super delicious and always picked from some of the best roasters in Europe. Secondly, the service is great the people are always friendly and knowledgeable and keen for a chat. Hagens sites are everything that is great about Londons coffee scene!

Lovely visit, had a nice chat with the baristas (both from Italy) since I'm visiting Italy on this trip after London. Proper espresso served correctly, didn't even need to ask for glass of water with it. Note it is card only and no cash accepted. I'll be back to try their take on mulled wine before I'm gone. (An 8oz serving that is 37.5% rum and 12.5% red wine?? Please, say no more!) Ciao , Grazie!!

Stumbled on Hagen totally by chance but will purposefully be back ! Absolutely amazing ☕️ coffee on one of LDNs busiest 🛍️ streets, but tucked away off the main strip in a really cool little nook. Hagen has a perfect and chilled area of seating to relax with your coffee, chat and watch the 🌍 world go by ! Friendly, on point Baristas, really good coffee - will be back. 5 🌟 ~ thank you 🙏🏼 🧼 Clean and tidy 🙋🏻‍♂️ Friendly staff 🐶 Dog friendly 🧁 Great cakes ☕️ Awesome latte 💰 Reasonable prices

A hidden gem near Piccadilly Circus! Very nice and genuine staff, great coffee and and good variety of vegan snacks! Moreover, eco take out! I quite liked the vegan 🌱 peanut 🥜 donut 🍩 and the iced 🧊 latte 💖

A small place but very chic and well located. The pastries look really good and the coffee of any kind is absolutely fantastic.

Finally dipped in after seeing no queue on the commute to work and had one of the best flat whites in some time. It's a shame I couldn't help myself, buying and eating the slither of banana bread they had on offer, as that was one of the worst banana breads I've had in some time. Will be back for the coffee.

I order Macchiato, not what I expected, more like piccolo latte now, still drinkable. I think a professional barista should know how to make a right macchiato!

It is indeed one of the best coffee shops I have in London 🙌 Tried Flat white and match latte was amazed by the single origin Brazilian coffee beans. Will definitely come back again for the world best cinnamon buns ☺️

This is, by far, the place that serves best espresso in London. They are kind, they know what they are doing and they have always given me very good beans to dial in at home. 10/10, I will be sad when I can no longer get into London on a regular basis to have coffee here

Favourite coffee place in London and they are set up in the best location in Central. The place is quaint and clean, the outdoor seating is the best especially in spring/summer time. I'm not in central often but when I am, it's always a good stop. The baristas are very friendly and make the coffee very well; have yet to try a 'bad' serving of burnt grinds from them. I don't really come to eat the food, but I tried once and the ingredients were fresh enough, and they have a good understanding of allergens.
