Doesn't even deserve a 1*! I actually read the reviews about how bad it is before going and thought they deserve a chance after seeing videos on social media of how good it looks but they defiantly showed what others have said! Queued up for 30 minutes, we only had a few drinks before hand so we made sure no over for drunk to get in. Got the front of the queue and mentioned that I was on guesslist for my friends 21st birthday. Woman for the guesslist said "no guys can come in without paying for a table". They asked us for £1500!! This wasn't in mind for us, they told us to leave but yet we're too busy so wouldn't let us leave the queue. Disgusted with they're customer service, this should be started on their website! Ended up going across the road in the end, come to end of the night and the bouncer from cirque, told us to leave the the street by also trying to push us away and being verbally aggressive.

Different experience for a night out. Very fun costumed people around. All staff are very helpful, attentive, and both my friend and I have been treated well, we’ve been offered drinks all night and a table to stay. The shows, especially with fire, were amazing. Cool vibe.

I don’t recommend this club at all! It was my friend’s 20th birthday and we arranged 7 of us to go here via a promoter. However we when we turned up early, having barely drank anything, all in heels, we had to wait in a cramped queue for more than half an hour in the cold. I began to feel faint because my heels were hurting and my blood sugar levels got low, my friends asked the bouncer if they had any water or coca cola. They came back with a tiny can of Coke and handed it to me, I was speaking clearly and I did not look or sound drunk. However the bouncer suddenly opened the rail up and started pushing us out the queue. Worst part was he was shouting at us “You need to leave. You need to leave.” when we were asking for an explanation. The guard said the manager wanted us to leave, and that we can’t wait in the queue and “that’s it for tonight”. We were all so disappointed! I was fine as soon as I had a sugary drink and some air, I was sober, but this club clearly has a thing with overbooking, overcharging people and kicking people out for no solid reason. It was ridiculous and rude, my friend’s birthday plans were completely mucked up by these rude, money hungry people that run this club. DO NO GO. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

The staff act too exclusive and prestige like they have the power of the Monarchy 🤣 Huns, you are all door staff on £10 an hour, so how about humble yourselves? Everyone deserves to have fun, how dare you discriminate against people. Smile for once in your life. Why so serious and miserable? Every other club in central London is better than this place. Circ Le Soir give sour vibes. Rude for no good reason.

If you’re a black woman! Do not go here! They are so racist! Even the black security guard was persistent on rejecting black women. We were on a guest list we were even with a promoter but still couldn’t get in because it was full. But all the non people of colour still went in.

DO NOT GO! The staff are rude and will judge you upon entry for how you look and dress. I am mixed race and went with a group of black, white and mixed people. I saw how they totally excluded my group and other people of colour after the doorwomen looked up and and down at us, we were put to the side without knowing. I think this is a tactic they have that avoid certain people in - POC. What's most shocking is that the doorwoman who rejected us entry was black! It is sad to see this happen today. Instead, go to a cheaper club where unification is celebrated.

Apparently this is high end club 🤮🤮🤮Staff are very rude. Security were touching and grabbing women. Absolutely disgusting- 0 level of respect. In the club room there’s too many stairs. Majority of time stairs can’t be seen due to light dimness and people simply trip. Considering people are drunk and females wear heels this could be fatal. I will not come back and will tell others to stay away from this awful institution.I’m giving 1 star 👎🏻

Racist and rude staff. Although we were on guestlist we were not allowed in the club as we were mixed race although we had a table. The staff said they were ‘full’. Terrible attitude from staff after waiting over 1 hour in queue. Don’t recommend as white girls were let in without a table or guest list after we were denied entry.

Absolutely shocking behaviour from this club, avoid!!!! We enquired to be on guest list and were told we were so proceeded to wait in the ridiculously slow line for the best part of two hours before eventually getting to the front and told no. The only reason we were given was that “our promoters guestlist was full”. Blatant lie, they seem to pick and choose different groups of people that were allowed entry. Disgusting of them to waste peoples time, making them stand in a queue for hours just to be turned away, especially since many people would have been visiting London on holiday. Don’t know who they think they are , absolute joke of a place, completely out of order.

Extremely racist. The bouncer outrightly took away our IDs and broke it even though it was the real deal (pretty sure that is a crime) and he even told us to "go back to where you came from". They made us wait 3 hours in the freezing cold only to keep shifting us to the back because of racism and letting white people and girls in (even a couple of our girlfriends were barred and IDs stolen saying "go back to where you came from". Extremely uncomfortable and denied entry. Worst expensive I have had in this country.

The line was one of the worst I have seen, literally zero management, came super early and still stood there 1:30h and the security was absolutely unprofessional. Once in, it is a mediocre club, with overpriced (20 pounds drinks) for plastic cups and cheap vodka.

The girl wearing boohoo sale items head to toe / aliexpress Cartier bangles on the door was very rude for no reason and then told me to tuck in my shiny diamond chains in a condescending tone because it was "not allowed" but in reality it's probably bc it was brighter than her future & felt a way. Only to walk inside and see everyone else wearing jewelry downstairs. Funny because when I pulled out my SHINY American Express it wasn't an issue - sweaty waiters running around welded with card machines like it's a wall st trading floor at 3am. Oh It really is CIRCUS for sure!! 😆🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

The Cirque La Soir is one of the most famous Clubs in Europe ,Africa,,the West Indies, North America,South America and Austrialia.Every Club in Europe knows who ran Security for many years there and might still be in the same role of Head of Security. When I walk to the Entrance of Clubs like Escape Amsterdam all Pacha Clubs everywhere in Europe ,Africa and the Caribbean.I ask if they know who my Son in Law is they answer ALBERT DACRES and I am given VIP treatment. The Cirque la Soir Club in Soho I am treated like Royalty.I live in many countries and never have time for Crowed London.I prefer a quiet life and I don't even know if ALBERT still works there but I am the Proudest Man in the world because he is known Everywhere I go and people protect me.GOD BLESS ALBERT,I love him.

Waaay to expensive and it’s not that special like the picture want you to believe. They ran out of gin and energy drinks after a few hours. The club was really crowded (that’s a good thing) and we got a little fire show by this woman and it was awesome!! The fire lady is the only reason why I give 2 stars.

Horrible club, horrible promoters. They judge you on everything, if your trying to go to have a good time, don’t go there. They love sexualising girls at the door and if your not dressed “sexy” then forget about it.

The waiting was far too long even though we had tickets. The 2 stars are only because the interior was huge and nice and the dj played pretty great songs. The experience could’ve been nicer only if the waiting wasn’t 1 and a half hour in -1 degrees!! But maybe this was more of the event organisers fault

The level of arrogance of the staff is surprising even for London. I saw the guy from the staff losing his temper in literally 2 seconds and then pushing a girl and screaming smth rude just because she wanted to dance where lap dancers were dancing (and they were not performing at that moment, so reasonably not such a big deal for physically abuse someone who pays you). You could understand the level of sexism of this place from their requirement of "wearing heels for women".

The security was very mean, They took our drinks out of our hands, the drinks we paid a few k for . We asked to go to toilet and they didn’t let us to. I understand they had to go home, but I think they should’ve respected us…

THIS IS A MESSAGE FOR THE MANAGER/OWNER OF THE CLUB. Your staff need changing as soon as possible, especially the woman outside who decides who gets in or not. I am certain that in her contact does not state that she gets to decide and if it does I want to see that. I traveled 6 hours to get to this club and all we get is discrimination and racism from your staff. This will be definitely taking forward because she decided not to let in the wrong people. Also your promoters (Elad and Daniel) are a fraud. Telling us we can go and that when we get there to text him (Elad) and will take us to the table. When the nasty woman outside didnt let us in, Daniel came outside saying we need to wear a costume, however, no one was wearing one.

I don't understand why clubs in London work with promoters and the promoters and the clubs have different policies. After failing to enter one club due to being closed and the promoters not being aware the club is not working they changed the venue to this one. We were 3 girls and 1 guy and the promoters knew that since the first club. At the door they let us girls go in but didn't want to let our male friend in unless he spends minimum £360 for a bottle of £250 at the bar. The promoter said he can't do anything about it, the club also refused to let him in unless he spends that money. I understand it's business but this is ridiculous. Attached is the promotes advert where ironically it doesn't say anything about guys minimum spend just an entrance fee which we were happy to pay. Ironically one of the girls was a guest from abroad who has no issues paying even £1,000 minimum spend but out of principle would not return to this club ever again or the promoters.

Really disappointing night. Don’t know how places can get off with this level of sexism in 2022. Felt like a piece of meat all night only there to lure men in. We were on a ‘promoter’s’ guest list and were promised champagne, vodka and shots. We got 2 glasses of vodka orange/cranberry all night and kept being told that the other drinks would come later. Still waiting for them… Plus we watched the drinks getting poured and it was just juice and ice, they skipped the vodka when they thought we couldn’t see. We went to dance and the promoter kept messaging us to tell us to come back to the table. He then proceeded to send rude messages all night. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, I hope that it eventually gets shut down for profiling guests

Steer clear of this club. Myself and my friend were on the guest list for NYE and whilst queuing, we met a couple of men who wanted girls to join their table. We said yes, however the men used us to get themselves into the club, and we weren’t allowed in. We rejoined the queue, but were denied entry by not only the arrogant and obnoxious doorman but also the very rude female in charge of the guest list. They kept saying we were “too drunk”, despite the fact we had very little to drink and were pretty much sober by that point. The doorman told us to speak to the security guard and if he confirmed we were not drunk, then we could go in..so we did this and he told us more than once we were not drunk..however when we relayed the information back to the doorman and the female in charge, they were not interested in listening. We knew they were lying, but didn’t know why they were really denying us entry. We later found out from someone else it’s because myself and my friend had tried to gain entry by joining a table, and the promoter that got us on the guest list apparently would have lost out on money. We had no clue about this, so we were lied to and had our time wasted. After seeing other reviews of how other people have been treated too, from the rude staff members to the racism/prejudice and sexism, I will not ever be going back.

I went here twice consecutively & had the time of my life. It was the most fun I had visiting London hands down. When I went on Monday I got in with no hassle & had a great experience. I actually didn’t read the reviews till I got back home and I was surprised by them so I decided to go again on Wednesday but I was kind of nervous because I didn’t know if I’d have a good time like Monday or if it’ll be like the bad ones in the reviews. On Wednesday when I got to the line the security remembered me from Monday and they were all very friendly & nice and prioritized my entry. The staff at the door were nice as well and I had good conversations with every one of them. All in all it’s a very fun club, fun theme, terrific djs… I guess you just have to get in first. To get on a guest list you can dm one of their promoters on instagram, and being very dressed up (dress & heels) helps.

Best club I've been to in London in terms of the music & entertainment, I've been to Tape/The Box/Luxx/Reign/Scotch of saint James etc. & Cirque out did them all, the show was great and the bbw girl twerking was 🔥. Staff were friendly but the Blonde short haired woman who Is at the door could be a bit more polite to customers especially when people are spending 2-3k here for the night.

After being told to arrive 15 min earlier, I had to wait in the cold for almost half an hour for nothing. The door lady was rude and racist and based on that she ignored us and asked the bouncers to take us out. The ladies had to be elegant and freeze to death while the “promoters” were dressed worst than “casual”.

Like all the other "exclusive" clubs in London, Cirque is fundamentally an interesting concept at the core but unfortunately, in practice, the place is a dork concentration camp (due to its size) for wanna-be/never-be. A classless hip hop feast of trivial taste that real stars attend only out of PR boredom from touring, a 6x6 recycled party where pretentious douches can "order" every hollow babe they would never get if they were to rely on themselves only, to fulfill their total lack of reason in the world. Ladies get "special treatment" at the door, in exchange for being the club bait and the celebration of unisex money objects is ensured! Great security guards, entertainment and bar staff but despite such widespread club features right now, how sad is this?

We were invited by a promoter , we paid 20£ entry without knowing and some people were paying less. It was confusing. Security guards are not friendly at all. A women took us outside for no reason so we can take “fresh air” for no reason they made us stay outside for 20 min, but there was no problem about really drank guys and disgusting show were the dancers were sucking d at the scene.

A fantastic club and show, made even better by the highest quality hospitality in London. Tom and his team, excel in the sophistication of looking after their guests. Rogers handled my table and guests and provided an exemplary service. A guest lost something on in the club and he came in his spare time to drop it back to my home. If you're looking for All Bar One this isn't for you. For special nights out and it's full 5 star.

Avoid like the plague! This place is ridiculous they only let members in and 75 people from Guestlist! We queued over an hour and a half and were told to leave as they weren't letting anyone else in. Waste of time and money and also 95% is just girls.

We used a promoter for my sister and I to get into the club, we even put effort into dressing up etc and the horrible women at the door said she Dosent deal with our promotor, even though the 20 year old girls behind us who used the same promoter got in. This place made me feel ugly and not good enough and I didn’t even go in. The women who got to decide which groups of us were up to her standard and the security man with her were so rude and mean. I will never go back nor recommend to any of my friends

‘Guest list’ has lost its meaning don’t fall for it. Girls being put on guest list is signing us up for an ugly public competition at the door, ‘winners’ will be the real guests. Cirque inside is amazing I love the setting, performance, and the concept. But the service and manner of management defo can’t match the standard, there’s no class. when an exclusive club just bring loads of random girls on guest list, put a lot more than the actual capacity just so there’ll always be a long line of girls outside waiting for hours, and then reject half of them on the door, what is the point of these guest lists? 🤔 Asked the manager this question, he said - what if we put right amount of girls on guest list but they don’t show? Tried to ask security why they aren’t letting girls in he heard my question, panicked for 0.5 second then turned around pretending he didn’t hear. Rude and unprofessional. After 1hour of waiting in the queue in the rain they just shut the door, no communication. It looks more like creating a scene where girls have to compete, or feeling like free promotes, whereas guest list should make us feel invited, safe, and welcomed. The overall door scene feels cheap and makes the girls look & feel cheap. This what I don’t like. For future, I would defo not set myself up for this. Unless I get invited by a real PR that makes me feel valued and respected, and treated like a real guest. :)

The bouncers at this place are a complete disgrace. After enduring over 2 hours in the freezing cold (with temperatures below zero), waiting in line, the moment we finally reached the front, that person of color bouncer had the audacity to order me to the back of the line, offering zero explanation. We did nothing wrong – no skipping, no messing around. Yet, when I dared to ask him why, he aggressively shoved me out of the queue. This is outrageous and unacceptable! I would not spend a pence on this place that tolerates such people on its staff.
