The positives are that there are a lot of screens and the staff are quite nice. Whoever runs this place is doing them a disservice. We booked in advance and the bouncer asked us to give him £10 each, even though we had booked. I'm wondering if he was just trying to take our money. What justification is there for that kind of behaviour, especially when we had already paid and could show him our tickets. Also, in what world does the bouncer take the money for you to get in? On top of that, there is no real system for food and staff don't seem to know where food is going. You just tell them the general area you are sitting and they walk around trying to find you. I'll never come back to this place. There are sports bars that are run far better than this, and I'm shocked they are still in business.

Very disappointing. Staff were extremely rude (all of them). We had a “confirmed” booking for 8, however they made us wait over 30 mins for a table. Made us feel like we made them a favour for being there even though we payed over £100 for pool, drinks, and food. Would not recommend.

Great place for social events, especially if you're not ready for the night to end. Highly recommend taking a date here for a night cap. It is fairly priced and some of the best security i have encountered. Service is second to none

Worst hovel ever. Arrogant staff. Rude. Pretentious. Don't waste your time or money. Fat manager wouldn't let us play to then sit eat dinner with her friends and leave the table empty. Go anywhere else.

TLDR; Late-Night Entertainment Bar with Several Pool Tables and Friendly Staff. N1 Bar is an excellent choice for late-nights in London Bridge, as it remains open until 5am on select evenings. With a generous number of pool tables and a table tennis available. Additionally, the downstairs club offers a more lively energetic atmosphere. However, a few area of improve, the restroom facilities and speed of service could use some enhancements. Despite these minor drawbacks, the extended hours make it a popular destination for night owls in London Tow

It’s alright as a place to play some pool but adding a 12.5% service charge to everything (drinks and pool) is a bit of a cheek. They’ve also crammed a couple too many tables in, as the proximity to the walls stop you from getting a full hit in sometimes. The above said, we go quite a lot because the location is fantastic and it isn’t pretentious.

Good place, but we came at 1:40 am and in the entrance they told us we can stay until 5:00 am, that's why we paid £10 each; one hour later they closed and when we asked why they said there is not enough people to keep open. It was our first time there, nobody say nothing about that. When we complained about it one of the guys who works there, really rude told us "never come back here". We will never come back for sure and just for that guy, everyone else was kind even in the situation.

Worst sports bar ever. Pack a coat. Pack a bose speaker. Pack an ipad or something to watch sports on. Their stream doesn't work. The volume is awful. Prison food. Felt like I was sat in a fridge. As atmospheric as a fart in a lift. Run down and should be shut down.

Went with a friend on Friday evening and it was pretty decent. The cost was £12 per hour or £6 for 30 mins. We didn't make a booking but we were able to play for around 1.5 hours quite comfortably. However as we didn't make a booking we did need to change tables once. The have a selection of American style pool tables as well as British style. The atmosphere was good and the staff were friendly for the most part. Music choice was also good as it helped increase the overall enjoyment. I would go again.

Impossible come here if you are only girls! The place is nice and the staff is very kind that’s why I am leaving 2 starts. However we felt uncomfortable to play pool with many males around bothering us, as if we were animals into a cage! It was not possible to play quietly despite the many times we asked to leave each other alone. I won’t come back without male friends!

Pros: Staff friendly and there are a few passable beers on tap. Cons: Dirty, pool balls haven’t been cleaned in years if at all. The cue ball was completely blue with chalk. Cues are diabolical. Could barely find a working one. Gutting really as the location is ideal.

The pool tables are ok but not worth the hourly rate. The drinks are decent however this bar isnt accessible if you're disabled as there's stairs on entry and to the toilets.

I could not believe that Bar 1 do not have a GF menu available so I had chips ! I was also left to my own devices to look through all the menu allergens … I did not as lost my appetite by then 😕this is nearly 2024 come on bar 1 what is going on !! I have an autoimmune disease called coeliac ..surely a few meals available isn’t too much to ask ! It ruined our dining experience as we were rushing time then off to the theatre after .. I was so happy on arrival there was GF lager available and the staff and atmosphere was lovely .. what a shame .. in London of all places !! A very frustrated customer .

I came here for the pool tables and bar. The drinks were good and at a standardised price. However, the overall quality of the building was quite poor. The door to the balcony fell off when someone opened it, which is a major risk to people's health. The pool tables are not great quality with no markings on the cloth, and the ques are mostly bent at the tip, which means sharing the best of bad options. When it comes to pricing, it's £15 per hour for a pool table, and they turn one of the lights off around 10 min before your time is up. After paying for 2 hours, I went to the bar and requested to close the table at the 2 hour mark only for them to not adhere to my request (which is a standard request). Once I went to the bar, they wanted to charge me £10 extra for the time going 20 min over. The bartender dismissed the situation completely and was pushing me to pay the extra for a mistake, which was not my fault. You'd think after spending around £90 within a couple of hours, they'd at least understand and let it slide, and yet they were not catering to this situation at all. Other than that one issue, the bar is fine, and it's a good place to play pool for an evening out. It's definitely much cheaper to pay per game in a regular pub or an actual pool club where the quality would be much better.

Overcrowded and no COVID measures in place. I also made a booking for a table to watch the football and the staff member just said to "sit anywhere I can find" which ended up being a high bar table shared with another group. If you want to increase your chances of getting COVID, I'd highly recommend.

Unfriendly stuff. Difficult communication as they are refusing to help and solve issues. Serving drinks after 10pm against Covid restrictions on certain people. Serving groups of people with only drinks without substantial meal. No food menu and prices. Just hot dog and burgers served in a cardboard plate! Unacceptable for the price you are paying! Making some clients pay for everything while the others pay much less. Charging fees not shown on the website. I will never come back and wouldn’t recommend it. Very overrated place!

Website said, that they would show Thursday night football, instead they didn't. We asked the manager if they would put in on one of there 12 TV's (on which they played music videos which wouldn't even fit to the music they've been playing) but he rejected and said they won't show it. Security in front of the club was really polite and tried to pull us back in since we wanted to drink some beer and leave some money there but the staff (management) was more than disappointing. Sad evening after all.

Pool is great, prices of pool and drinks are good, and the young male bartender is really helpful and quick at serving. However the other male bartender (I believe the manager?) on both my visits was extremely slow, unhelpful, and quite rude.

Nice little bar. Relaxed casual vibe with the pool hall upstairs, punching machine etc and then a pleasant little bar downstairs. Played nice variety of music, nice crowd and it was busy but not too packed. Helpful bar staff. Had a good night, thanks

This star is only for the management. We came to this venue to watch a sports event but it was turned off right before the end to play music. This place could be so much better but seems to mostly cater for the few regulars. Staff were friendly though

Not sure how this kind of places are allowed to work in central London. First of all, the entrance fee (£10) is cash only. Then, if you have a bag/backpack they push you to leave it at the cloak roam which is another £2 cash only. Once I got to this point I asked for my money back which I didn’t receive but instead they took my bracelet off. I paid for the cloak room and they pretended they gave me the money back earlier so they tried to charge me again for the entrance fee. Once I emptied my pockets and told them to check their cameras and search me for the money to see they didn’t return them in the first place the bodyguards became aggressive.

Definitely not to go. I made the mistake of going with my girlfriends today. A two-storey venue is built like a top floor billiard room. there is no place to sit. We went down to the disco section, it's a disaster. a girl group threatened our girlfriends in the bathroom. It was a different environment, definitely don't go.

Everything you'd expect from a pool/billiards bar in the city. Lots of noise, a younger, unscrupulous (but mostly harmless) looking crowd and tired decor. If you're fine with that, you might just enjoy yourself.

First of all wish I had read reviews before coming here! Had to book online and wait to be told if your booking had been accepted. We received confirmation in good time. Decided to book between 5-8pm as this is happy hour. Arrived for our booking at 5pm. Saw the place from the outside and thought yeah this looks nice, how wrong was we! Made our way upstairs to the sports bar and was greeted by two men behind the bar, one stood just staring not serving anyone whilst the other man was dealing with another customer. Now remember this is October 2020 and we are in the middle of a pandemic not one single sighting of hand sanitizer, nor was we asked to wash or hands, just nothing! Anyway finally we was addressed, my partner who had made to booking was asked to leave her bank card and ID behind the bar as a tab. We was not comfortable with this so asked to pay for our hour first but was told this is how they do it. Ok fine so we went to our pool table, we mistakenly picked the worst one as the placement of the table was so tight your pool cue was hitting the walls. Time to get drinks as it's happy hour. Got to the bar to be told they have stopped doing cocktails and the only drink included in happy hour was two dry house wines which was buy one get one free! Wow! Their website is so misleading it's disgusting. Ordered two doubles and couldn't wait for our hour to finish. This was unfortunate as we love to play pool and their location is great but I would never return and I would NOT recommend. The best thing about the place was the female bartender who knew more then the manager. We'll stick to Rileys in future.

A lovable dive of a place. Ping pong, pool and snooker up top and flavours of South American dance down below. A place I would recommend if you want to get a little tipsy in London Bridge without Movida types. Down to earth... does what it says on the tin.

I love this place, it's free entry but to enjoy you would need to buy drink inside, drink is a bit of the expensive side but what do you expect since it's free entry. Adding to that, you could also rent a pool table or table tennis table for cheap. But during this Corona time they've changed their pricing structure to £12 per hour. Wasn't like that before.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Bar staff were horrible. Made us feel like we weren't welcome. Made up prices for drinks on the spot. Left our food on the side until we had to ask for it, then made out it was our fault. Bar staff actively tried not to serve us for as long as possible. Worst bar we've ever been to.

A group of us went to play pool. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful, tables were clean, level and in good condition. As the place got pretty busy there didn't seem to be enough bar staff on hand to serve. They did the best they could though considering how busy it was. 4 stars just due to not enough bar staff to manage serving so many ppl. They lost a bit of clientele due to this I believe as the wait for getting a drink was quite long. Overall still a good, fun night

Booked a pool table for mid September. Booking confirmation time was said to be 24 hours but instead it took 8 days to tell me they're fully booked. They state on their website they'll give tables to larger groups if wanted so I expect they're waiting for a better offer before they confirm your offer.

Me and my friend was looking for a place for a game of pool on the way home, searched this place on Google and came here, bad mistake!! Got absolutely mocked by the bouncers because we just wanted a game of pool (Friday night 30th July). £10 entry, bit of a joke but they’ve got a club so fair enough, tried asking them about the tables and the bouncers were just laughing and making jokes with each other whilst we were standing there. Not going there again!!!

Great place to go. Upstairs has a pool hall Great prices on the menu and the hire of the tables. Downstairs has a nice little dance area with a DJ. Vip area. Also, there is a smoking place outside. Where you can sit. A really friendly place. I have been going there for a while.

Great place to spend time with your friends. To be in London prices are cheap, food was great and service was good. Only down side, was the place was bit too crowded as there was limited space between pool tables and other games.

booked to play pool for 9-10pm, however after phoning to confirm the booking we were told that there were fully booked from 10-11. £15 to play pool and then terms and conditions say you have to spend £10-£15 per person. After turning up, we then found out we had to pay an extra £10 on top of everything for entry, so £35 to play pool for an hour? crazy

Had booked a table to watch UFC, after arriving we had to stand about for almost an hour then told it would cost £10 per person to watch sport. We left at this point as this fee was not mentioned prior and staff seemed clueless, drinks were overpriced and didn’t like the vibe.

Didn't even get a reply to my email sent nearly a week ago - called up and was spoken to quite rudely saying they don't check emails by whoever answered. The place has lost out on £2k plus of business as I wanted to book out for a corporate event. Obviously doing so well in the current climate that they can afford to lose it! Oh well!

Shocking experience. Arrived with optimism and left with a depressing experience of London hospitality. Was full when we arrived and took a table to wait until a pool table was free. No one else was waiting but each time we went to the bar to get a free table, it was taken by someone at the bar who had arrived moments before. Really poor experience especially for my disabled friend. Access was also very poor
