I had a bottomless sushi brunch with a friend a week or so ago and I couldn't fault a thing! A chilled atmosphere with holiday vibes, a view of the Thames and relaxing music in the bbackground and of course, the star of the show - bottomless sushi! The food was absolutely amazing, with something for everyone. Whether you are a sushi connoisseur or just wanting to try and see if you like it - you'll be in the right place either way. And if you haven't had enough of the delicious sushi dishes to start with, there's also a 'main' course of crispy duck or aubergine salad! And if you still have space for desert - you must try their sweets and fruit plate - it's an absolute winner! We didn't bring the kids on this occasion, but there was definitely something for them too. The manager was always on hand to make sure everyone was happy and the head chef was popping in and out to meet and great people and to ensure everyone enjoyed their meal! Overall, a fabulous experience which i wholeheartedly recommend and will certainly be going back soon.

Ranking the food 4 stars. The sushi rice definitely need some improvement. It was a bit hard and dry when I eat them. The place does bottomless food and I am glad they don’t have the time limit or having ala carte order where you have to wait. This is self service allowing customers to grab as much as they want here. It is indeed a good buffet choice for the hungry eaters. Some may feel it is not worth with limited choice of food but I think it’s good enough with the ambience, afternoon DJ playing and glass of bubbly on arrival. Can’t complain much about this. Would come back again when there is more sushi variety selections.

We had dinner and tried several dishes, they were all very good. I suggest the pork cooked at low temperature and the tempura, both excellent. Service was good, we weren't waiting to long between services. The space is lovely and the grand window with a great views of the Thames River. The price was a bit too high.

The ambience and views are very nice at the restaurant. We ordered the short ribs dish but didn't enjoy it very much, the meat was tough. Sides are sold separately - we got the cassava chips and broccoli which were both good. For dessert we had the chocolate fondant cake which was just ok. The service was also not the best. We came 45 minutes before closing and they were mostly focused on cleaning the restaurant instead of attending to us. We saw some other guests receiving interesting dishes so would probably go again to try another dish but overall our experience was not great.

I've heard so much about Chino Latino, some rave about others don't. Rather than ordering individual meal we decided on doing a combine sharing platter as it was late night. The resturant was not that packed that it felt that you couldn't hear the other person across the table. It was great ambiance with the spectacular view of riverside. The staff were all professional and very helpful as we couldn't decide of what dish we would like to try. The food was good, decliouse and while some dish stood out than others. Overall I would say the food was ok/great/ average but not worth the cost. However having said that, we didn't have all the dish on the menu so I can't comment on them.

Food was absolutely wonderful. The black cod melted in the mouth, the steak over charcoal was cooked to perfection, the duck salad was a joy - one of the best taster menus I’ve had - and I’ve had plenty!

A lovely restaurant with a varied menu, ranging from grill favourites to sushi, all served in their signature style. I would recommend the surf and turf sushi. A very comfortable setting with views looking out over the Thames and the north side of the river. Friendly staff and excellent service.

Worst customer service ever. Staff doesn’t want to work. We arrived very excited for the bottomless sushi experience. We had to wait a couple of minutes to be seated but that’s ok. One waitress came asking for our main dish and I asked for the drinks menu and she never brought it, I had to stand up and go to the bar and ask another lady for the drink’s menu, she said that she was going to take my order at the table and asked for me to sit down, the table right next to us arrived after us and they offered them drinks and brought the drinks first. After a good 10 minutes the waitress arrived asking for our order but without menu, after bringing us the menu we Order a cocktail and a juice, it wasn’t fresh juice and cocktail was nice enough. We waited for I don’t know how long for the main to arrive and they even brought the main to the table next to us first. We, again, had to call the waitress and ask for our main and if it was going to take long, by the expressions they made at the bar we realised that or they forgot about us or they gave our mains to another table. Then, the mains arrived…. I have no words to express the disappointment. We ordered the duck pancakes and the pancakes came in a plastic bag!!!! Like, they couldn’t even take it out of the bag after microwaving it!?!?! We saw other tables that ordered the same and it was without a bag!No apologies for us having to wait that long. I asked a third waiter for the bill and he completely forgot, he was playing with the tray spinning it around while we waited for more than 15 minutes for the bill. At this point I had enough and decided to go to the counter and pay there, the second waiter stopped my partner asking if we payed and after he said that we where going to pay at the counter the lady rolled her eyes after he turned around. When we got to pay the bill they even asked what drinks did we have because apparently no one put them trough. The only positive: the place is beautiful with a view to the Thames, the sushi was tasty, sashimi was fresh and gyosas where really good and the blond girl that sat us was very nice.

This restaurant is simply elegant. The wait staff are awesome and very accommodating. The food is superb not only in taste but also in presentation. We had a great view on the Thames from Our table. We stopped by to get appetizers as we had other plans for dinner. It was my birthday, the staff upon learning that it was my birthday quickly arranged for a very beautiful cake. Sadly, we couldn’t stay longer. They also have live music…. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy it. If you are traveling oversees and decide to check this place out then do spend couple of hours there. It is a very relaxing restaurant. It is a $$$ restaurant.

I was there for a business conference. The restaurant has a good location and overlooking the river. If you are going for the view and not the food then it’s alright. I ordered some sushi and desserts, the portion was small and it’s simply not good for the price. The dessert was a bit better but still for the price I have had better quality food in London. I was quite disappointed really so won’t go back to the restaurant.

Great food utterly delicious and well presented. Felt a little ignored on arriving but once seated it was quite the reversal with an emu of staff looking after you in a very professional manner. I highly recommend the sirloin steak with the smaller size still being enough for two people. I’m afraid a star has been dropped because the drinks service was so laboured. You shouldn’t have to chase your drink twice before getting it. Unfortunately we had to do this a couple of times. A small blight on a perfect evening

Modern and nicely styled restaurant with river views. Sirloin steak was very nice and came well presented on hot stones. Duck pancakes were also delicious. Mock tails were good. Waiter did not know which options were gluten free and had to pass over the allergen folder to us. Very limited gluten free options. Quite overpriced for what you get.

Nice place, nice views, good service but Overrated food. We had the sushi bottomless and to be honest I wouldn’t repeat it. Sashimi okay, but sushi i had better and cheaper. The main was good and the cocktails (not included) were the best. Champagne glass was included tho. Nice detail

My first trip back aftr the pandemic and boy we was not disappointed highlights were mixed skewers on coals. Duck spring rolls I loved and Wasabi Prawns he loved! We enjoyed a sirloin on stone after that and the dessert platter which was amazing!!! Serving staff five star, kitchen staff 5 star.... but bar staff were slow you let the team down I gad to send to long Island teas back as they were like lemon juice, they were ignoring advice about cola being added so I had to buy additional diet cola to de lemon the ice tea! The night was fabulous just need to watch drink delivery nothing worse than having no drink whilst eating a five star meal in a five star atmosphere!

The attention was a disaster, on New Year's 2024 a dinner cost 290 pounds per person and there were 5 of us, it took a long time to serve the dishes and they didn't even serve the dessert, the manager gave us drink tickets in compensation for what happened, we returned The next day we went to get the drinks and order something to eat and it took them more than an hour to bring 5 drinks, 1 Coca Cola and beers, they never came to take our food order and we had to stop and bring the drinks. The experience was unfortunate with the service. The experience has been so bad that we will not return.

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and went in the bar on our 2nd night. The first member of staff to serve us was very friendly and efficient. Before we’d finished our drinks, another member of staff came over with the card machine without even asking us if we wanted another drink. We found him unfriendly and rude with his manner. He brought the drinks and put the card machine on the table without even speaking. We are very disappointed with how we were treated and didn’t return on our 3rd night due to it. We love the hotel but wouldn’t return to the bar.

I would recommend coming here for an ambiant drinks overlooking the river, however i wasn’t fully impressed with the sushi. The quality and selection weren’t great. The service was also quite slow. This place used to be better years ago, so was disappointed by a recent visit.

Excellent kitchen, friendly but a bit inexperienced staff. I loved them though. Some minor issues only. We have a live band who were less than excellent, but that will of course not be we every night.

Food here is amazing, for a buffet style to get the quality this high I really rate them high. My only complaint is that a few months ago they had bacon wrapped dates which were incredible but were no longer there when we came back this time. Also the mains that are brought to your table; the selection was much better last time such as salmon where this time it was some very dry duck with pancakes which just doesn’t match up.

Had the buffet brunch - the food exceeded my expectations! (Although my expectations for Asian food in London is not particularly high). I especially loved the har gow (shrimp dumplings) and tempura! I would recommend adding a bit more water to the miso soup, it’s quite salty. But besides that, I am very happy about my meal here! Would recommend.

Went for lunch. Service was terrible - staff would disappear and you’d have to physically get up and go find them in order to get service. Food was mediocre, however the views were nice.

We celebrated our anniversary at Chino Latino last weekend. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I had the black cod with spicy miso and steamed pak choi. My partner had the casterbridge sirloin steak with cassava chips. Both meals were beautifully presented and delicious. For drinks we had the Kir Royale and Mojito Royale. Again both cocktails were perfect 🥰🍸🍹 for dessert, my partner had the Three Way Latte. I don't like whiskey, so it wasn't my thing but he really enjoyed it. I avoid refined processed sugar, so I was pleasantly surprised by the creme brulee dessert with maple syrup. The waitress noticed that I was avoiding processed sugar and without me even asking her to double check this, she returned a couple of minutes later letting me know that there was sugar in the dessert, so I could change my order. This attention to detail is what makes customers feel special! I then ordered the fruit platter and a few minutes later we also got a surprise: fondant with vanilla ice cream (the picture I have shared). This was so kind and, although I try to be healthy, we both indulged in this delicious treat. Thank you to all the staff who made our evening so special ❤

When arriving we was greeted so nice and friendly. Food was absolutely beautiful. But im sorry the customer service was disgusting. Took 10 minutes when we was seated to be acknowledged if we wanted a drink. The waitress was so blunt i was made to feel like she had a problem with me. When it was obvious we was done with our mains waitresses kept walking past! In the middle of our mains the candle was removed which made us feel like we needed to leave! Im so so disappointed has we are away for a birthday and we chose here from Instagram and we was treated like this. Wish i hadnt of bothered!!!!

Portions are too small, and for that price it did not taste any different than a local asian restaurant (even worse in some cases). Peruvian corn was just really bad, too bland and tasteless. Sushi was okay, and that’s the only dish I would recommend. Service was too rushed - waitress took away my cocktail while you could clearly see there was 1/3 of it remaining. In the beginning, we asked if we could be seated closer to the window in the middle of the restaurant - the waitress told us that all of the tables were booked already (I would say the restaurant were 20% full when we arrived). We were there for 2 hours, and no one else came in - we had to stay in the corner table. It was frustrating why we could not sit in the middle table - I would have appreciated honesty if they did not feel like putting us in a bigger table (we were 2, and those tables were for 4). I would not recommend this place.

This is a very stylish restaurant ❤️ With exquisite food and a romantic atmosphere …great for special occasions or just to have a beautiful night out. Our table overlooked the Riverside ❤️ …after dinner we were spoiled with the stunning night view of The Albert Embankment…Such a lovely evening ❤️❤️

Not the first time here but this was particularly unpleasant. The staff doesn’t seem to be properly trained for what the restaurant pretend to be. Hostess not smiley and waiters unexpired (or not properly trained). During the service they removed plates while still eating, or in another moment they didn’t change them before serving the main course, resulting in them arriving at the table with the food and with no space left for serving it. The bill was left on the table without the usual cover, just as a piece of paper as it is. And this is not what you would expect for a restaurant that costs you over £150 in 2 people. In terms of food, it is good but overpriced and quite pretending. The portion are very small, as from the one in the picture that represent 4 pieces of beef taquitos for £16. The environment is nice however it is a smelly restaurant and we left it with out clothes smelling of food. To the management I’d suggest to review the prices or improve the service level.

We had an amazing time tonight at the Chino Latino restaurant. We were very well accommodated by Victoria. She was very helpful and gave us the best recommendations. It was a very pleasant experience, definitely would be returning here. Thank you Victoria!
